manual thoroughly before use, and use this product in a safe and
correct manner. After reading this manual, keep it at hand with care to
make it possible to see it at any time.

Safety Precautions
●Be sure to read this “Safety Precautions” carefully before use
and use the product in a correct manner.
●The precautions described herein are matters about safety,
and therefore, be sure to observe them. ●When the battery capacity becomes small, the display becomes lighter and
a malfunction may occur. Replace the batteries according to the following
procedure:
* The supplied batteries are just for checking operation. The life may be short or
the residual capacity may be insufficient.
1. Open the battery cover on the rear side.
2. Remove the old batteries, and put new batteries in the product.
* Be careful with the polarities (+/-) of the batteries when putting batteries in
the product.
3. Close the battery cover.
About Battery
● Do not short-circuit the batteries, do not disassemble or heat the
batteries, and do not throw the batteries into fire.
● If your skin or clothing comes into contact with the battery liquid,
wash it away with water completely. If your eye comes into
contact with it, wash it away with clean water and then see a
doctor as soon as possible.
● Do not leave the batteries within the reach of an infant. In case a
battery is swallowed, see a doctor as soon as possible.
● Pay attention to the polarities (+/-) of the batteries and put them
in the product in a correct manner.
● When the batteries are exhausted or the product is not used for
a long period of time, remove the batteries.
● When you dispose of the batteries, follow the local instructions.
● Do not use an old battery with a new battery in a mixed manner.
● If an unprecedented difference such as heat generation from the
batteries or battery deformation is observed when the product is
used or stored, stop using it.

6. When the count-down is complete, the timer
will beep continuously for approx 10 seconds
and the LED blinks simultaneously, and the
turning count-up begins.
* " " mark in the top right of the screen blinks
when the turning count-up.
* You can stop the alarm by pressing any button,
but the turning count-up will continue.
2. Press and hold the [START/STOP] button
for 3 seconds or longer.
* "12:00" blinks.
● Open the battery cover and remove the insulation sheet before use.
When the insulating sheet is removed, the timer will sound multiple
times and "12:00" flashes.
* Please follow the following instructions (from No.3) when using the timer for
the first time or when replacing the battery.
3. Press the [10min] button to set the hour.
* The hour moves quickly if [10min] button is
kept pressed.
* 12-hour format. AM/PM switches
automatically.
4. Press the [1min] button to set the minute.
* The minute moves quickly if [1min] button is
kept pressed.
1. Press [MODE] button to enter the Clock mode.
5. Press the [START/STOP] button to finish setting clock.
The time indication changes from blinking to lit, and the clock setting is
completed.
* Clock setting is finished automatically if no operation after about 20
seconds.

The [Alarm selection] switch on the right side allows alarm to be activated or
deactivated.
The [Lock selection] switch on the right side allows lock to be activated or
deactivated.
* An alarm can be stopped with any button when countdown is finished even
in the Lock On state.

How to Use
■Count-down mode
1. Press [MODE] button to enter the timer mode.
2. Press the [RESET] button. The display
changes to "00M00S".
3. Press the [10min], [5min], [1min], or [10sec]
buttons to set the time.
* Press and hold the button to advance the digits
quickly.
* If the digit is advanced too much, please reset
the display to "00M00S".
4. Press [START/STOP] button to start counting
down.
* Press the center of the button completely.
5. Press [START/STOP] button during
count-down to pause.
Press [START/STOP] button again to resume.
* Press the [10min] button while paused, then the
original setting time is restored.
* Press [RESET] to reset the counting to
"00M00S".
7. Press the button to stop the turning count-up.
The turning count up can be stopped by pressing any button.
Press the button again after stopping to return to the previously set time.
(repeat function)
■Count-up mode
1. Press [MODE] button to enter the timer mode.
2. Press [RESET] button to reset the display to
"00M00S".
3. Press [START/STOP] button to start counting up.
* Press the center of the button completely.
4. Press [START/STOP] button during counting up to pause.
Press [START/STOP] button again to resume.
* Press [RESET] button to reset the counting to "00M00S" while paused.
How to Clean
When the main unit becomes dirty, wipe the unit with a tightly squeezed
wet cloth.
● If the unit becomes heavily dirty, wipe the unit with a cloth containing a little
of a neutral detergent for kitchen use.
● Do not use boiling water, alcohol, thinner, benzine, and the like.
Failure to observe this may cause discoloration, deformation, and breakage.
● Never wash the product in water.
Do not splash water directly on the product, and do not let the product
contact with detergents. Failure to observe this may cause a failure.
* Be aware that the specifications of the product are subject to change
without notice due to product improvement.
“The power cannot be turned on”
○ Are the batteries exhausted?
○ Are the polarities (+/-) of the batteries correct?
○ Is the insulation sheet removed?
“The display becomes lighter”
○ The batteries are exhausted. Replace both of the two batteries with new
ones.
“The product does not start/The count does not stop/Buttons are
inoperable”
○ Press the “START/STOP” button fully and securely.
○ Is the lock switch set to Lock On?
“No sound is produced”
○ Check the alarm selection switch.
