General
safety recommendations
CAUTION! Make sure you have read
and understood all recommendations.
Failure to observe the following recom-
mendations may result in electric shock,
cause re and / or serious injuries. The term
"power tool", used in this manual refers to the
tools equipped with a power supply cord or a
battery.
Working space
•The workstation should be kept tidy and well-lit.
Disorder at the workstation and inadequate lighting
may result in accidents.
• Do not use power tools in environment exposed
to the risk of explosion, e.g. near ammable liquid
vapours, gases or ammable particles in the form of
dusts. During operation, sparks are generated, which
may ignite dust or vapours.
•Do not allow children and unauthorised persons
near places where operations with the use of an
electric tool are carried out. Third parties may distract

the operator's attention, and he may loose control over
the tool.
Electric safety recommendations
•The tool plug should always be inserted to an
appropriate socket. This reduces the risk of electric
shock. Do not use plug adapters with grounding contacts.
• Avoid touching grounded items, such as metal pipes,
heaters, cookers and refrigerators. If the worker's body
comes into contact with a grounded item, the danger of
electric shock increases.
•Protect the power tool against rain and moisture.
Penetration of water into the tool increases the danger
of electric shock.
•Do not use the power supply cable for purposes
other than designed. Under no circumstances should
one use the cable to carry the tool or pull it; also, it is
forbidden to switch off the tool by pulling the power
supply cable. Protect the cable against heating, contact
with kerosene-based bodies, with sharp edges or
mobile parts of the tool. A power cable that is damaged
or spliced increases the danger of electric shock.
• When working in open air, use extension cords
designed for this type of work, which will reduce the
danger of electric shock.
Personal protection recommendations
•Be cautious when working with power tools, and
carefully plan your actions. Do not use the tool when
fatigued, or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or
medicines. Careless handling may result in serious
injuries.
•Use personal protection equipment. Always wear
protective goggles. When necessary, use respirators,
non-slipping boots, hard hats and earplugs. The use
of personal protection equipment is one of the factors
that reduce the risk of injuries.
• Avoid incidental activation of power tools. Before
inserting the plug, make sure that the power switch is in
OFF position. When carrying the tool, take your ngers
off the main switch, which will reduce the possibility of
incidental activation.
• Before switching on the tool, remove any wrenches
and other objects from its rotating parts. A wrench left
in the rotating unit may result in serious injuries.
• Do not apply excessive force, take a stable position
and always try to keep balance - this will facilitate
control over the tool.
•Do not wear loose clothes or freely-hanging jewellery.
Hair, parts of garment and gloves should be protected
against contact with moving parts of the power tool.
• If the tool is equipped with a dust collection device,
make sure that the device has been activated and
used properly. Use of such devices helps reduce the
concentration of dust at the workstation.
Use and handling of power tools
•The persons with lowered psychophysical or
mental aptitudes as well as children can not operate
the power tool, if they are not supervised or instructed
about use of the power tool by a person responsible
for their safety.
• Do not overload the tool. Power tools are to be used
only in operations, to which they have been designed,
which will ensure safety and help achieve better
results.
•Do not use power tools with a damaged power
switch. A tool that cannot be switched on and off in a
controlled manner is potentially dangerous and must
be repaired immediately.
• Before adjustment operations, replacement of
attachments, and during storage, remove the power
tool plug from the mains socket. This eliminates the
risk of the tool being unintentionally activated.
•The tool should be stored out of children's reach.
Do not allow the use of power tools by persons who
have not read this manual and are inexperienced.
In the hands of an inexpert person, the tool may be
dangerous both for the operator and his environment.
•Take proper care of the tool condition. Monitor the
axial run-out and stability of movable parts' joints, and
pay proper attention at any faults that may result in the
tool damage. Bad condition of power tools is a frequent
cause of accidents.
•Cutting tools should be kept clean and must be well-
sharpened. Cutting tools with sharp cutting edges,
which are properly xed reduce the risk of seizure and
facilitate the control over power tools.
•When using power tools and its accessories, follow
the instructions listed in this manual. During work with a
specic type of power tools, follow recommendations,
taking into account operational conditions and the type
of job performed.
Service of power tools
Your power tool should be serviced only by qualied
specialists, with the use of recommended spare parts.
This will guarantee labour safety, when your tool is
being applied.
Safety guidelines during
power tool operation
Before commencing operation
•Use the power tool only for cutting material
recommended by the manufacturer. It is prohibited to
use the power tool for the purposes not specied in the
instruction (for example, for cutting metal, wood, etc.).
• Use cutting discs with maximum allowable rotation
speed higher than that of the power tool spindle. Cutting
discs must be used in accordance with manufacturers’
recommendations. Do not use cutting discs which fail
to meet the technical requirements contained in this
manual.
•Use cutting discs without any defects. It is prohibited
to use cracked, deformed discs or discs causing high
vibration of power tool.
•Do not use cutting discs with dimensions (outside
and mounting diameter) different from recommend-
ed.
•The cutting blade arrow must always point in the
same direction as the guard cover arrow.
•Never use other types of cutting disc (circular saw
blades, abrasive cutting blades etc.) for this power
tool.
• Never work with protection devices dismounted.
Damaged protection devices must be replaced
immediately.
During operation
•Keep your hands at a safe distance from the cutting
disc.

•During operation stand aside from the plane of
rotation of the cutting disc.
•During operation watch the position of a power cable
(it should always be positioned behind the tool). Do not
allow it to whip around your legs or arms.
• Never start cutting until the cutting disc reaches its
full speed.
•When processing small blanks, use clamping
devices. If the blanks are too small to be xed properly -
do not process them.
•Always process only one blank - this is the only way
to x it properly.
•While processing long blanks use the clam ping
devices and be sure to provide a support under the
long end of the blank. Never make a third person hold
the working blank.
•If during operation the cutting disc gets stuck in the
blank or is blocked, immediately switch off the power
tool and only then eliminate the cause of the cutting
disc failure.
•Dust generated during operation may be a hazard
to your health, inammable or explosive; clean your
working place in time and use means of individual
protection.
• Operation may produce sparks and small
particles, which can cause injury to the operator or
to the bystanders. Always wear means of individual
protection (goggles and protective mask), as well as
arrange your working place in a proper way.
• Mind power tool backow (sudden backward push)
that may occur in case of deviation from operating
conditions (for misalignment or jamming of cutting disc
in the cut).
•Do not work materials containing asbestos.
Asbestos is considered carcinogenic.
• Avoid stopping the power tool motor when under
load.
• Avoid overheating your power tool, when using it for
a long time.
• Never operate the power tool over your head level.
After nishing operation
• The power tool can be removed from the workplace
only after the cutting disc has been switched off and
stopped completely.
• Never try to slow down the inertial rotation of the
cutting disc by applying effort to the cutting disc lateral
surface.
• The cutting discs can get very hot during operation -
do not touch them until they have cooled down.

Not all of the accessories illustrated or described
are included as standard delivery.
Installation and regulation
of power tool elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / replacement of cutting disc (see g. 1-4)
After mounting of cutting disc, make a
trial run before commencing operation -
start the power tool and let it work in idle
mode for not less than 30 seconds. The
operation of cutting disc with radial or axial run-
out and causing increased vibration of the power
tool is strictly forbidden.
After prolonged operation, the cutting
disc can become very hot, remove it
using gloves. This will also reduce the
risk of injury by the cutting edge.
•Mount power tool on the side end of the motor as
shown in g. 1.
• Holding the external ange 7by means of the
ange wrench 17, unscrew the bolt 8by the socket
wrench 16. Remove the bolt 8. Attention: the bolt 8
has left hand threading.
• Remove from the spindle 18: the external ange 7,
the cutting disc 12, the internal ange 19 (see g. 2).
•Clean fastening elements with the help of a soft brush
and mount to the spindle 18: the internal ange 19, the
cutting disc 12, the external ange 7. Screw bolt 8by
hand into the threaded hole of the spindle 18.
Attention! observe the following rules during
installation:
• follow the mounting sequence (see g. 3); avoid
bending during mounting;
•while installing the cutting disc 12 make sure that
the diameter of the bore hole of the disc corresponds
with diameter of the locating tab of the internal
ange 19;
•direction of the indicator at the cutting disc 12
must always coincide with a direction of the indicator
at the guard cover 9.
• Holding the external ange 7 by means of the ange
wrench 17 screw the bolt 8by socket wrench 16 (see
g. 4).
Mounting / dismounting the dust extractor system
(see g. 5)
•Join coupler 14 and adapter 13, as shown in
gure 5.
•Loosen the fastening screw 20 and lift the power tool
frame to the upper position.
•Mount the coupler 14 (connected with adapter 13)
and lock it with the screw 15, as shown in gure 5.
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence.
Initial operating
of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identication plate.
Switching the power
tool on / off
Short-term switching on / off
To switch on, press and hold on / off switch 4, to switch
off - release it.
Long-term switching on / off
Switching on:
Push on / off switch 4and lock it in the position with
lock-on button 5.
Switching off:
Push and release on / off switch 4.

Dust suction during the
power tool operation
Dust suction allows reducing dust
concentration in the air and prevents its
accumulation at the workplace. While
operating the power tool, always use a
vacuum cleaner suitable for collecting process-
generated dust. The vacuum cleaner can be connected
to the adapter 13.
Recommendations
on the power tool operation
Cutting depth setting (see g. 6)
Before starting the operation, adjust cutting depth
depending on the work piece thickness. The correct
cutting depth enables to obtain a cut with accurate
edges.
•Loosen fastening screw 20 (see g. 6).
•Set required cutting depth, lifting or lowering the
power tool body.
•Tighten fastening screw 20.

Make trial cutting to avoid errors.
Cutting
The efciency and the quality of cutting
operations depends on the kind of the
cutting disc, therefore proper selection
of cutting disc is extremely important
depending on the material being processed and
the type of works being performed.
• Make sure that the work piece is safely xed.
•Switch on the power tool before cutting disc 12
touches the work piece. Let cutting disc 12 gain
maximal rotating speed.
• Smoothly move the power tool forward without
bending or pushing.
• Never press the tool - cutting requires certain time.
Extra pressure will overload the power tool rather than
facilitate the operation.
Power tool maintenance /
preventive measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term
exploitation of the power tool is to keep it clean.
Regularly ush the power tool with compressed air
thought the ventilation slots 3.

Categorically not to drop any mechanical impact on
the packaging during transport.
• When unloading / loading is not allowed to use
any kind of technology that works on the principle of
clamping packaging.

Recycle raw materials instead of
disposing as waste.
Power tool, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environment-friendly recycling.
The plastic components are labelled for categorized
recycling.
These instructions are printed on recycled paper
manufactured without chlorine.

•Ne pas laisser des enfants et des personnes non
autorisées s'approcher des endroits où sont effec-
tuées des opérations avec un outil électrique. Des
personnes extérieures pourraient distraire l'attention
de l'opérateur et il pourrait perdre le contrôle de l'outil.
Recommandations concernantla sécurité élec-
trique
• La prise de courant de l'outil doit toujours être insérée
dans une prise appropriée. Cela réduit le risque de
décharge électrique. Ne pas utiliser d'adaptateurs de
prise de courant avec des prises de mise à la terre.
• Éviter de toucher des articles reliés à la terre, comme
des tuyaux métalliques, des radiateurs, des cuisinières
et des réfrigérateurs. Si le corps de l'ouvrier entre du
contact avec un article relié à la terre, le danger de
décharge électrique augmente.
•Protégez l'outil électrique contre la pluie et l'humidité.
Si de l'eau pénètre dans l'outil, cela augmente le
danger de décharge électrique.
•Ne pas utiliser le câble d'alimentation électrique pour
un but autre que celui pour lequel il est conçu. Sous
aucune circonstance le câble ne doit être utilisé pour
porter ou tirer l'instrument; ne jamais non plus éteindre
l'outil en tirant sur le câble d'alimentation électrique.
Protéger le câble contre la chaleur, le contact avec des
corps à base de pétrole, avec des bords pointus ou
les parties mobiles de l'outil. Un câble d'alimentation
endommagé ou entortillé augmente le danger de
décharge électrique.
• Lors du travail en plein air, utiliser des rallonges
conçues pour ce type de travail, ce qui réduira le
danger de décharge électrique.
Recommandations de protection personnelle
• Soyez prudent lorsque vous travaillez avec des
outils électriques et planiez soigneusement vos
actions. Ne vous servez pas de l'outil lorsque vous
êtes fatigué ou sous l'inuence de drogues, d'alcool
ou de médicaments. Une manipulation négligente peut
conduire à de graves blessures.
•Utilisez un équipement de protection personnelle.
Portez toujours des lunettes de protection. Si néces-
saire, utilisez un respirateur, des bottes antidéra-
pantes, un casque et des protèges-tympan. L'utilisa-
tion d'un équipement de protection personnelle est un
des facteurs qui réduit le risque de blessures.
• Évitez de mettre accidentellement en marche
l'outil électrique. Avant d'insérer la prise de courant,
assurez-vous que l'outil est en position OFF. Lorsque
vous portez l'outil, retirez vos doigts de l'interrupteur
de mise en marche, cela réduira la possibilité de mise
en marche accidentelle.
• Avant d'allumer l'outil, enlevez toute clé et autres
objets laissé dans ses parties rotatives. Une clé
oubliée dans l'unité rotative peut conduire à de graves
blessures.
•Ne forcez pas trop, prenez une position ferme et
essayez toujours de garder l'équilibre; cela facilitera
votre contrôle sur l'outil.
• Ne portez pas de vêtements lâches ou de bijoux qui
pendent. Les cheveux, les parties de vêtement et les
gants devraient être protégés contre le contact avec
les parties mobiles de l'outil électrique.
•Si l'outil est équipé d'un accessoire ramasse-
poussière, assurez-vous que l'accessoire est activé et
utilisé correctement. L'utilisation de tels accessoires
permet de réduire la concentration de la poussière
dans l'espace de travail.
Utilisation et emploi des outils électriques
•Les personnes physiquement ou mentalement
handicapées, ainsi que les enfants, ne peuvent utiliser
cet outil que sous contrôle ou selon instructions des
personnes responsables de leur sécurité.
•Ne surchargez pas l'outil. Les outils électriques
ne doivent être utilisés que pour des opérations
pour lesquelles ils ont été conçus, ce qui garantira
que la sécurité et permettra d'accomplir de meilleurs
résultats.
• N'utilisez pas d'outils électriques avec un
interrupteur de mise en marche endommagé. Un
outil qui ne peut pas être allumé et éteint de manière
contrôlée est potentiellement dangereux et doit être
réparé immédiatement.
• Avant les opérations de réglage, de remplacement
des accessoires et pendant l'entreposage, débranchez
la prise de l'outil électrique. Cela élimine le risque de
mise en marche involontaire de l'outil.
• L'outil devrait être entreposé hors de portée des

• Prenez bien soin de l'état de l'outil. Surveillez l'usure
des axiaux et la stabilité des articulations des parties
mobiles et faites attention aux défauts qui peuvent
conduire à l'endommagement de l'outil. Un outil
électrique en mauvais état est une cause fréquente
d'accidents.
• Les instruments coupants devraient être gardés
propres et bien aiguisés. Les instruments coupants dont
les lames sont bien aiguisées et qui sont correctement
attachées réduisent le risque de grippage et facilitent
le contrôle sur les outils électriques.

L'entretien de votre outil électrique ne devrait être
coné qu'à des spécialistes qualiés, avec l'utilisation
de pièces de rechange recommandées. Cela garantira
la sécurité de la main-d'œuvre appliquée à votre
instrument.
Directives de sécurité pendant l'utilisation de
l'outil électrique
Avant de commencer
• Utiliser l'outil électrique pour couper les matériaux
recommandés par le fabricant. Il est interdit d'utiliser
l'outil électrique à des ns non spéciées aux
instructions (ex.: pour couper du bois, du métal etc.).
• Utiliser des disques à découper à une vitesse de
rotation maximale plus élevée que l'arbre de l'outil
électrique. Les disques à découper doivent être
utilisés conformément aux recommandations des
fabricants. Ne pas utiliser de disques à découper ne

•Utiliser uniquement les disques de coupe sans
défauts. Ne jamais utiliser les disques crevés, déformés
ou les disques provoquant de fortes vibrations de l'outil
électrique.
• Ne pas utiliser de disques à découper dont les
dimensions (diamètre de montage et extérieur)
diffèrent de celles recommandées.
• La èche de la lame doit toujours pointer dans le
même sens que celle de la èche du carter de pro-
tection.
• Ne jamais utiliser d'autres disques (lames de scie
circulaire, lames de découpe abrasives, etc.) sur cet
outil.
• Ne jamais travailler alors que les appareils de pro-
tection sont démontés. Il faut remplacer immédiate-
ment les appareils de protection endommagés.
Pendant l'opération
• Conserver vos mains à une distance prudente du
disque à découper.
• Au cours du travail, garder la position de côté du
plan de rotation du disque de coupe.
• Faire attention où se trouve le câble d'alimentation
(il devrait se trouver derrière l'outil). Ne pas le laisser
s'enrouler autour de vos jambes ou de vos bras.
• Ne jamais commencer à couper avant que le disque
n'ait atteint sa pleine vitesse.
• Lorsque vous coupez de petites pièces, utilisez les
outils de serrage. Si les pièces sont trop petites pour
être bien tenues, ne pas les couper.
• Ne couper qu'une pièce à la fois, c'est le seul moyen
de pouvoir bien les maintenir.
• En coupant de longues pièces, utilisez les appareils
de serrage et assurez-vous de soutenir le côté long de
la pièce. Ne jamais faire tenir la pièce à couper par une
tierce personne.
• Si, en cours d'utilisation, le disque venait à se
bloquer dans la pièce, éteindre immédiatement l'outil
puis, éliminer, seulement à ce moment-là, ce qui a
causé le problème.
• La poussière se dégageant en cours d'utilisation,
peut être dangereuse pour votre santé, inammable
ou explosive ; nettoyer le lieu de travail, utiliser des
protections personnelles ainsi que des appareils pour
évacuer la poussière (un aspirateur spécial etc.).
•Des étincelles et petites particules peuvent se
dégager en cours d'utilisation et l'utilisateur ou les gens
alentours peuvent être blessés. Toujours porter des
protections (lunettes ou masque de protection) et faire
en sorte que votre environnement soit bien en ordre.
• Ne jamais laisser l'outil reculer d'un seul coup, ce
qui peut arriver en cas de mauvais alignement ou de
blocage du disque dans l'entaille de coupe.
• Ne pas travailler les matériaux contenant de l'as-
beste. L'asbeste possède les propriétés cancérigènes.
• Éviter d'arrêter le moteur de l'outil électrique lorsqu'il
est en charge.
• Éviter de surchauffer votre outil électrique lorsque
vous l'utilisez longtemps.
• Ne jamais opérer avec l'outil électrique à la hauteur
de la tête.
Après l'opération
•Il est possible de retirer l'outil électrique du lieu de
travail seulement après avoir éteint le disque et quil
soit complètement arrêtée.
• Ne jamais essayer de ralentir la lame de scie en
rotation en appuyant sur la surface latérale de celle-ci.
• Les disques à découper peuvent chauffer en étant
utilisés; ne pas les toucher avant qu'ils n'aient refroidis.

Installation et réglage
des éléments de l'outil électrique
Avant de commencer à travailler avec l'outil
électrique, s'assurer qu'il est débranché.
Ne pas trop serrer les xations an d'évi-
ter tout endommagement du letage.
Monter / replacer les accessoires (voir les g. 1-4)
Après avoir monté un accessoire de
n'importe quel type, faire un essai
à vide avant de commencer l'opéra-
tion-démarrerl'outilélectriqueetlelaisser
tourner à vide pendant au moins 30 secondes. Il est
strictement déconseillé d'utiliser des accessoires
présentant un faux-rond radial ou axial et causant
des vibrations accrues de l'outil.
Après une utilisation prolongée, la lame
peut être très chaude alors, retirez-
la avec des gants. Vous diminuerez
également les risques d'accident dus au
bord coupant.
•Monter l'outil électrique du côté du moteur comme
cela est présenté sur la g. 1.
• Tenez la bride externe 7 avec la clé de serrage 17,
dévissez le boulon 8 avec la clé à douille 16. Retirez
le boulon 8. Attention : le boulon 8 a un letage
gauche.
•Retirez de la broche 18 : la bride externe 7, le disque
de coupe 12, la bride interne 19 (voir la g. 2).
• Nettoyez les éléments de xation à l'aide d'une
brosse douce et montez la broche 18 : la bride
interne 19, le disque de coupe 12, la bride externe 7.
Vissez le boulon 8 à la main dans le trou leté de la
broche 18.
Attention! Au cours de l'installation respecter les
règles suivantes:
• garder l'ordre du montage (voir la g.3), éviter de
plier les éléments;
•en installant le disque de coupe 12 assurez-vous
que le diamètre du trou de disque correspond au
diamètre de la patte de positionnement de la bride
interne 19;
• le sens de la èche sur le disque de coupe 12 doit
toujours coïncider avec le sens de la èche sur le
capot de protection 9.
• Maintenez la bride externe 7 avec la clé de ser-
rage 17 vissez la vis 8 avec clé à douille de 16 (la
g. 4).
Montage / démontage du système d'évacuation de
la poussière (voir les g. 5)
•Assembler l'embout 14 et l'adaptateur 13 comme
indiqué sur la gure 5.
• Desserrer la vis de xation 20 et soulever le cadre
de l'outil électrique pour le mettre vers le haut.
•Installer l'embout 14 (emboîté sur l'adaptateur 13)
et le bloquer à l'aide de la vis 15, comme indiqué sur
la gure 5.
• Pour démonter, faire la même chose en sens
inverse.

Première utilisation
de l’outil électrique
Toujours utiliser la bonne tension d'alimentation:
la tension d'alimentation doit correspondre à celle
indiquée sur la plaque d'identication de l'outil élec-
trique.
Mettre en marche / arrêter
l'outil électrique
Marche / arrêt à court terme
Pour mettre en marche, presser et maintenir le
sélecteur on / off 4, pour arrêter - le relâcher.
Marche / arrêt à long terme
Activer:
Pousser le sélecteur on / off 4et le bloquer en posi-
tion à l'aide du bouton de blocage du sélecteur on /
off 5.
Désactiver:
Pousser et relâcher le sélecteur on / off 4.
Aspiration de la poussière
pendant l’utilisation de l’outil
L'aspiration de la poussière permet de
réduire la concentration de poussière dans
l'air et d'empêcher qu'elle ne s'accumule sur
le lieu de travail. Au cours de l'utilisation de
l'outil électrique, toujours utiliser un aspirateur
approprié pour ramasser la poussière générée par
le travail. Le nettoyeur à vide peut être raccordé à
l'adaptateur 13.
Recommandations pour utilisation de l'outil
électrique
Réglage de la profondeur de coupe (voir la g. 6)
Avant de commencer à utiliser l’outil, régler la
profondeur de coupe en fonction de l’épaisseur de
la pièce. La bonne profondeur de coupe permet de
découper en ayant des bords bien précis.
• Desserrer la vis de xation 20 (voir la g. 6).
• Régler la profondeur de coupe désirée, soulever ou
abaisser le corps de l’outil électrique.
• Visser la vis de xation 20.
Marque de coupe (voir la g. 7)
Le bord latéral avant de la plaque de base 2indique
la position du disque de coupe 12 pendant la coupe
(voir la g. 7).
Faire quelques essais pour éviter les
erreurs.
Découpe
L’efcacité et la qualité de la coupe
dépend du type de disque et par consé-
quent, bien choisir ses disques est très
important et dépend du matériau à coupe
ainsi que du type de travail à réaliser.
• S’assurer que la pièce soit bien maintenue et ceci
en toute sécurité.
• Raccorder l’outil électrique à un bon appareil
d’extraction de la poussière.
• Allumer l’outil électrique avant que le disque de
coupe 12 ne touche la pièce. Laisser le disque 12
atteindre sa vitesse maximale de rotation.
• Déplacer délicatement l’outil en avant, sans le
courber ou appuyer dessus.
•Ne jamais appuyer sur l’outil - découper doit prendre
un certain temps. Si vous appuyez trop, vous surcharge-
rez l’outil électrique et cela ne facilitera pas sont travail.

инструментом. Посторонние люди могут от-
влекать работающего, и он может утратить
контроль над электроинструментом.
Рекомендации по электробезопасности
• Штепсельная вилка электроинструмента
всегда должна подключаться к соответствую-
щей розетке, это снижает риск поражения элек-
трическим током. Не используйте адаптеры для
штепсельных вилок, которые имеют заземляю-
щий контакт.
• Избегайте контакта тела с заземленными
предметами, такими как металлические трубы,
радиаторы отопления, кухонные плиты и холо-
дильники. Опасность поражения электрическим
током возрастает, если тело работающего

• Защищайте электроинструмент от влаги и

наружных работ, это снизит опасность пораже-
ния электрическим током.
Рекомендации по личной безопасности
• При работе с электроинструментом будьте
внимательны и хорошо обдумывайте свои дей-
ствия. Не пользуйтесь электроинструментами
в случае если вы устали, или находитесь под воз-
действием наркотиков, алкоголя или медикамен-
тов. Потеря внимания во время работы может
быть причиной серьезных травм.
• Используйте индивидуальные средства защи-
ты. Всегда носите защитные очки. В случаях,
когда это необходимо, используйте респиратор,
нескользящие защитные ботинки, защитный
шлем, наушники. Использование средств индиви-
дуальной защиты также снижает возможность
получения травм.
• Избегайте случайного включения электро-
инструмента. Перед включением штепсельной
вилки в розетку убедитесь, включатель / выклю-
чатель находится в положении "выключено". При
переноске электроинструмента следует уби-
рать пальцы с включателя / выключателя, это
снизит вероятность случайного включения.
• Перед включением, необходимо убрать из вра-
щающихся частей электроинструмента все до-
полнительные ключи и приспособления. Ключ,
оставленный во вращающейся части электро-
инструмента, может быть причиной серьезных
травм.
• Не прилагайте избыточных усилий, занимайте
устойчивое положение и всегда сохраняйте рав-
новесие, это поможет сохранять контроль над
электроинструментом.
• Не носите просторную одежду или свисающие
украшения. Оберегайте волосы, части одежды
и перчатки от движущихся частей электроин-
струмента.
• Если электроинструмент оборудован устрой-
ством для сбора пыли, убедитесь в том, что это
устройство подключено и правильно использу-
ется. Использование таких устройств снижает
концентрацию пыли на рабочем месте.
Использование и обслуживание электроин-
струмента
• Запрещается использовать электроинстру-
мент лицам (включая детей) с пониженным физи-
ческими, чувственными или умственными способ-
ностями, если они не находятся под контролем
или не проинструктированы об использовании
электроинструмента лицом, ответственным за
их безопасность.
• Не перегружайте электроинструмент. Ис-
пользуйте электроинструмент только для ра-
бот, для которых он предназначен, это будет
безопаснее и даст лучшие результаты.
•Не работайте электроинструментом с неис-
правным включателем/выключателем. Электро-
инструмент, включение / выключение которого,
не может контролироваться представляет опас-
ность и должен быть немедленно отремонтирован.
• Извлекайте штепсельную вилку из розетки
перед проведением регулировочных работ, заме-
ны принадлежностей, а также при хранении элек-
троинструмента. Это снижает риск случайного
включения электроинструмента.
•Храните электроинструмент вдали от детей
и не позволяйте персонам, не знакомым с этой
инструкцией или не имеющим опыта работы, ис-
пользовать электроинструмент, в руках неопыт-
ного пользователя он может представлять опас-
ность как для него самого, так и для окружающих.
• Следите за состоянием электроинструмента.
Проверяйте осевое биение и надежность соеди-
нения подвижных деталей, а также любые неис-
правности, которые могут вывести электроин-
струмент из строя. Многие несчастные случаи
возникают из-за плохого состояния электроин-
струмента.
• Режущие инструменты должны содержаться
в чистоте и быть хорошо заточенными. Пра-
вильно установленные режущие инструменты
с острыми режущими кромками уменьшают воз-
можность заклинивания и облегчают управление
электроинструментом.
• Используйте электроинструмент и принад-
лежности в соответствии с рекомендациями,

те рекомендации при работе для данного типа

тации и выполняемой работы.

Указания по технике

Перед началом работы
• Используйте электроинструмент только для
резания материалов рекомендованных произво-
дителем. Запрещается использовать данный
электроинструмент в целях не предусмотрен-
ных инструкцией (например, для резания метал-
ла, дерева и др.).
•Используйте отрезные диски, допустимое
число оборотов которых превышает число
оборотов шпинделя электроинструмента. Со-
блюдайте рекомендации производителей по ис-
пользованию отрезных дисков. Не применяйте
отрезных дисков, не отвечающих техническим
требованиям, включенным в данное руковод-
ство.
• Используйте отрезные диски, не имеющие де-
фектов. Треснутые, деформированные или диски
вызывающие повышенную вибрацию электроин-
струмента использовать запрещено.
• Не используйте отрезные диски, размеры ко-
торых (внешний и посадочный диаметры), отли-
чаются от рекомендованных.
• Направление стрелки на отрезном диске долж-
но всегда совпадать с направлением стрелки на
защитном кожухе.
• Для данного электроинструмента категори-
чески запрещается использовать отрезные ди-
ски других типов (пильные, абразивные и пр.).
• Категорически запрещается работать с
демонтированными защитными устройствами.
Поврежденные защитные устройства должны
быть немедленно заменены.
При работе
• Держите руки на безопасном расстоянии от
отрезного диска.
• При работе стойте в стороне от плоскости
вращения отрезного диска.
• При работе, следите за положением токоведу-
щего кабеля (он всегда должен находиться поза-
ди электроинструмента). Не допускайте обма-
тывания им ног или рук.
• Никогда не начинайте резание, пока отрезной
диск не разовьет полную скорость.
• При обработке мелких заготовок, используй-
те зажимные приспособления. Если заготовки
настолько малы, что их невозможно надежно за-
фиксировать - не обрабатывайте их.
• Всегда обрабатывайте только одну заготов-
ку - только в этом случае ее можно надежно за-
фиксировать.
• При обработке длинных заготовок, используй-
те зажимные приспособления и обязательно обе-
спечьте опору под длинным концом заготовки.
Категорически запрещается, чтобы третье
лицо удерживало обрабатываемую заготовку.
•Если при работе отрезной диск застрял в за-
готовке или был заблокирован, немедленно вы-
ключите электроинструмент, и только после
этого устраняйте причину остановки отрезно-
го диска.
• Пыль, образующаяся во время работы, может
быть вредной для здоровья, легковоспламеняю-
щейся или взрывоопасной, необходимо своевре-
менно производить уборку рабочего места, ис-
пользовать средства индивидуальной защиты
и устройства для удаления пыли (специальный
пылесос и т.п.).
• При работе возможен выброс искр и мелких
частиц, которые могут нанести травму рабо-
тающему или окружающим людям. Необходимо
использовать средства индивидуальной защиты
(очки, защитная маска), а также соответствую-
щим образом оборудовать рабочее место.
• Опасайтесь отдачи (внезапный толчок на-
зад электроинструмента), которая может воз-
никнуть вследствие нарушения правил работы
(перекосе или заклинивания отрезного диска в
разрезе).
• Запрещается обрабатывать заготовки содер-
жащие асбест. Асбест является канцерогенным
веществом.
• Избегайте остановки двигателя электроин-
струмента под нагрузкой.
• Не допускайте перегрева электроинструмен-
та при длительном использовании.
• Не работайте электроинструментом выше
уровня головы.
После окончания работы
• Электроинструмент можно убирать с рабо-
чего места только после выключения и полной
остановки отрезного диска.
• Категорически запрещается замедлять вра-
щение отрезного диска по инерции, прилагая уси-
лие к боковой поверхности отрезного диска.
• При работе отрезные диски сильно нагрева-
ются - не прикасайтесь к ним до их охлаждения.

Перечисленные, а также изображенные при-

Монтаж и регулировка элементов
электроинструмента
Перед проведением всех процедур электроин-
струмент обязательно отключить от сети.
Не затягивайте слишком сильно кре-
пежные элементы, чтобы не повре-
дить их резьбу.
Установка / замена отрезного диска (см.
рис. 1-4)
После установки отрезного диска,
перед началом работы, произведите
пробный запуск - включите электро-
инструмент и дайте поработать
на холостом ходу не менее 30 секунд. Отрез-
ные диски, имеющие биение или вызывающие
повышенную вибрацию электроинструмента
использовать запрещено.
При длительном использовании от-
резной диск может сильно нагреть-
ся - извлекайте его, надев перчатки.
