Congratulations on purchasing this heated blanket! We have spent years developing our
Sensor-wire technology to provide you with a state of the art product. You should expect
to receive many years of warmth and comfort from your heated blanket.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock:
BE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THIS BEDDING!
• DO NOT use this bedding with an infant, a child, an incapacitated or immobile person,
a paraplegic or a quadriplegic, or a person who is medicated.
• DO NOT use this bedding if you are diabetic or insensitive to heat or have poor blood
circulation, or use it on anyone else who is a diabetic or insensitive to heat, such as a
person with poor blood circulation.
• DO NOT tuck in the wired area, fold, or bunch this bedding when in actual use;
excessive heating may result.
• DO NOT tuck the bedding / control or supply cord in a sofa or other furniture.
All portions of the product and controller should be visible at all times. Like any other
electrical cord, this can cause damage to the power cord that may result in an electrical
short that leads to a fire.
• DO NOT route electrical cords between the mattress and box spring. DO NOT allow the
cords to be pinched, trapped, or crossed. Like any other electrical cord, this can cause
damage to the power cord that may result in an electrical short that leads to a fire.
• DO NOT use pins - They may damage the electric wiring.
• Be sure that this bedding is used on an alternating-current supply circuit of the
proper voltage.
• TURN OFF or unplug when not in use.
• Product not for use with inverter supplied power such as from a motor home or boat.
• This product is for in-home use only, not for hotel, motel, or other institutional use.

• If improper operation of this bedding is observed, discontinue its use immediately and
consult the manufacturer.
• DO NOT use with pull-out or fold-up bed. DO NOT use with rocking chairs, recliners,
chairs with casters or wheels, or other furniture subject to movement. This may cause
the wire to be pinched and create an electrical fault.
• Keep the controller away from drafty areas that may become damp or wet such as an
open window. DO NOT cover the controller.
• Wrapping of cord around the controller may damage the cord: Loop loosely when storing.
• DO NOT dry-clean this bedding. Cleaning solvents may have deteriorating effects
on the insulation of the heating element.
• This appliance has a polarized plug, ( one blade is wider than the other ). As a safety
feature, this plug will fit a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat the safety feature.
• Never open up the controller case. Doing so could prove potentially hazardous and will
VOID YOUR WARRANTY!
• Use your heated bedding ONLY with the supplied controller.
• Keep all animals away from your heated bedding. They could damage the wiring,
leading to a potentially harmful situation.

Heated Blanket Getting Started
GETTING STARTED
Step 1: Remove the product from the package along with the controller(s).
Step 2: Lay the heated blanket out flat on the bed, with the connectors placed at the foot
of the bed. The label should always be facing UP toward the ceiling, at the foot of the bed.
When using a throw, the connector should be located at your feet with the label facing UP.
Step 3: Securely attach the connector cord from the controller to the connector on the
product. Make sure that the connection is firmly secured. If you have a Queen or King
sized product it is not necessary to connect both sides for the product to operate proper-
ly; however you will only receive heat to the side of the product that is properly connect-
ed. NOTE: It does not matter which controller is attached to which side of the product, the
controllers are interchangeable.
Step 4: Insert power cord into standard 120 volt wall outlet.
CAUTION! Do not route electrical cords between the mattress and box spring.
Do not allow the cords to be pinched, trapped, or crossed. See Safety Instructions.

FEATURES
Auto O
Your heated bedding has a built-in feature called“Auto-Off”.
This feature will automatically turn off the controller after 10 hours of continuous use.
Independent Controllers
Your Queen / King size warming products come with dual-sided comfort zones;
each powered and adjusted independently with a separate controller.
Thin & Flexible Wires
Our heating and sensing wire is designed to be thin and flexible in order to provide
a higher comfort level.
Comfort Beyond Warmth
The heated bedding materials have a soft luxurious feel that will have you wanting to
surround yourself with your bedding even when the extra warmth is not needed.
10 Heating Settings
You have your choice of ten levels of heating; allowing for the perfect comfort level
at any time.
Continuous Temperature Sensing
Your heated bedding uses a continuous sensing technology which monitors, and if
need be, adjusts the temperature to remain at your chosen heat level.
Comfort Level Memory
Upon restart, the digital heated bedding controllers automatically revert to the last
comfort level setting used; allowing you to conveniently return to
your normal comfort setting.
Pre-Heat
You can preheat your bedding for up to 1.5 hours by pressing the PRE- HEAT button.

INSTRUCTIONS
Using Your Blanket Digital Controller ( Model# TC16 )
The very first time the blanket is plugged in and turned ON, the display on the
controller should read “ 4“. If the display does not illuminate or reads“E”, see the
Trouble shooting section.
Turning the Blanket “On”
Once the cords are correctly plugged in, press the ON / OFF button. The LED display will
light up to show that the power is ON. NOTE: If you have a Queen or King sized product,
you will need to connect both controllers to heat both sides of the product; each control-
ler will only heat one side.
Adjusting the temperature
To adjust the temperature setting, press one of the arrow buttons. Press the UP arrow to
increase the heat setting and the DOWN arrow to decrease it. There are 10 heat settings,
1 through 9 and“H”for HIGH, the higher the number, the warmer the product. Each time
you press an arrow button the setting will adjust by one digit. If you have a product that
uses two controllers, each controller can be adjusted to different settings, causing each
side to heat differently.
Turning “OFF”
Turn the controller OFF manually by pressing the ON / OFF button. When the controller
is OFF but plugged in, you will see a red or green light on the controller without the
number displayed. Seeing this light alone means the controller is in standby mode and
the bedding is off and not heating. Turn OFF or unplug the controller when not in use.
Pre-Heat ( Specic Models Only )
Press the PRE-HEAT button. This will start pre-heating the bedding and“p”will be
displayed on the controller. The heat setting will change to the last setting after
1.5 hours. If you want to change to another setting during the pre-heat period,
press the UP or DOWN button.

Heated Blanket Washing Instructions
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
Failure to follow these washing instructions may damage the product and
make it unsafe. Wash by hand or as follows in automatic washer using slow agitation and
normal spin speed:
• Fill washer with warm water
• Add minimum amount of all purpose detergent, agitate to dissolve
• Add bedding and soak for five minutes
• Spin
• Fill for cool rinse
• Agitate on minute
• Spin
• Dry in an automatic dryer on low heat, five minutes only, or line dry.
• Remove bedding from dryer and drape over parallel lines or a shower rail to finish drying.
CAUTION!
Do not iron your bedding.
CAUTION!
Do not dry-clean this product. Cleaning solvents may have a deteriorating effect on the
insulation of the heating element.
CAUTION!
Do not use a wringer. You may hand wash this product.
CAUTION!
Do not dry in a commercial dryer such as those used in laundromats.
CAUTION!
Do not power-up this product while it is still damp. For safety’s sake, wait until the product
is completely dry before connecting it and plugging it in.
CAUTION!
Do not use pins – they may damage the electrical wiring.

FAQ
My heated product does not seem to turn on. What do I do?
First, check to see if the controller is illuminated. If you see that it is illuminated, it is
receiving power. If there is no light of any type, check the ON / OFF switch.
Second, if there is still no illumination, check the connections. Unplug the cord from the
wall outlet. Then check the connectors to make sure that the controller is firmly secured.
Then re-plug it into the wall outlet. If the display lights up, it is receiving power and is ON.
Third, if there is still no power, disconnect the product and contact the Customer Service
support listed under section 8 of this manual.
The display is illuminated but I don’t feel it warming up. What do I do?
Please remember, automatic warming blankets are not like heating pads:
Do not expect to feel direct heat.
CAUTION!
The following troubleshooting test represents a non-standard use of your product.
Do not continue this test for more than seven ( 7 ) minutes.
Do not repeat this procedure during actual use.
Fold the product with at least four folds. Connect the controller to the bedding, then plug
the controller into a working wall outlet. Set the controller to the highest heat setting
and wait for five minutes. Place your hand inside the folds; you should feel warmth. Turn
the controller OFF. Lay the product out flat. If no heat is felt, disconnect the product and
contact the Customer Service support listed under section 8 of this manual.
The display is illuminated but it is reading“E”, what does that mean?
“E”stands for“ERROR”and indicates there may be a problem.
CAUTION! Do not attempt to operate your product if you are getting repeated ERROR messages.
Some error messages are caused by transient events and not an actual problem. To check,
turn off the product and wait 15 seconds. Then turn the product on again.
When prongs in the connector do not make good contact with the receptacle on the cord
side, or the product is not connected to the receptacle on the cord side, the display will
read“E”. In this case, please turn the controller off and unplug the product from the wall.
Then make sure that the product and controller connectors are firmly secured. After that,
turn the blanket ON again.
If the “E”returns for a second time, disconnect the product and contact the Customer
Service support listed under section 8 of this manual.

We just washed our Queen or King product, and we’re not sure which controller goes
to which side of the bedding. Does it make a dierence?
No it does not. Each controller is engineered to be able to control either side of your au-
tomatic warming product of the same size. However, make sure you place the product in
the correct position when you place it back on the bed and follow all safety procedures in
setting it up. Then connect each controller and adjust it to your desired setting.

• NO utilizar con cama tipo nido o plegable. NO usar con sillas mecedoras, reclinables,
sillas con ruedas giratorias u otros muebles que tengan movimiento. Eso puede hacer
que el cable quede enganchado y cree un fallo eléctrico.
• Mantenga el control lejos de las zonas con corrientes de aire que puedan humedecerse
o mojarse, como una ventana abierta. NO cubra el control.

PARA COMENZAR
Paso 1: Extraiga el producto de la caja junto con el control.
Paso 2: Coloque la manta climatizada aplanada en la cama, con los conectores colocados
a los pies de la cama. La etiqueta siempre debe mirar hacia el techo, a los pies de la cama.
Cuando use un cobertor, el conector debe estar colocado a sus pies con la etiqueta hacia
arriba.
Paso 3: Fije firmemente el cable conector del control al conector en el producto.
Asegúrese de que la conexión esté asegurada firmemente. Si tiene un producto de
tamaño Reina o Rey no es necesario conectar los dos lados para que el producto funcione
correctamente; sin embargo, sólo recibirá calor en el lado del producto que esté conecta-
do. NOTA: No importa qué control esté conectado a qué lado del producto, los controles
son intercambiables.
Paso 4: Inserte el cable de alimentación en un tomacorriente estándar de 120 voltios.

CARACTERÍSTICAS
Apagado automático
Su ropa de cama térmica tiene una característica integrada llamada “Apagado
automático”. Esta característica apagará automáticamente el control después de
10 horas de uso continuo.
Controles independientes
Los productos térmicos Reina / Rey cuentan con dos zonas de control de la temperatura;
cada una se alimenta y ajusta de forma independiente con un control separado.
Cables delgados y exibles
El diseño de nuestros cables térmicos y sensores es delgado y flexible, para que
proporcionen un mayor nivel de confort.
Confort más allá de la temperatura
Los materiales de la ropa de cama térmica son lujosos y suaves al tacto y lo harán
desear envolverse con su ropa de cama, incluso cuando no necesite calor adicional.
10 conguraciones de calor
Tiene la opción de elegir entre diez niveles de calor; lo que le permite el nivel de
comodidad perfecto en cualquier momento.
Sensor de temperatura continua

INSTRUCCIONES
Uso del control digital de la manta (Modelo# TC16)
La primera vez que conecte y encienda la manta, la pantalla en el control debe mostrar“4”.
Si la pantalla no se ilumina o no muestra“E”, consulte la sección de Solución de problemas.
Encendido de la manta (“ON”)
Una vez que haya conectado los cables correctamente, presione el botón de ENCENDI-
DO/APAGADO (ON/OFF). La pantalla de LED se encenderá y mostrará que la fuente de
alimentación está ENCENDIDA (ON). NOTA: Si tiene un producto de tamaño Reina o Rey,
tendrá que conectar los dos controles para calentar ambos lados del producto;
cada control sólo calentará un lado.
Ajuste de la temperatura
Para ajustar la configuración de la temperatura, presione uno de los botones con flecha.
Pulse la flecha hacia ARRIBA (UP) para aumentar el nivel de calor y la flecha hacia ABAJO
(DOWN) para disminuirlo. Hay 10 ajustes de calor, del 1 al 9 y “H” para ALTO (HIGH); cuanto
mayor sea el número, más calentará la manta. Cada vez que pulse un botón con flecha, el
valor se ajustará en un dígito. Si tiene un producto que utiliza dos controles, cada control
se puede ajustar a diferentes configuraciones, haciendo que cada lado caliente de manera
diferente.
Apagado (“OFF”)
Para APAGAR (OFF) el control de forma manual, presione el botón de ENCENDIDO/
APAGADO (ON/OFF). Cuando el control está APAGADO (OFF) pero conectado, verá una
luz roja o verde en el control pero no indicará un número. Esta luz sola significa que el
control está en modo de espera y la ropa de cama está apagada y no está calentando.
APAGUE o desconecte cuando la manta no esté en uso.
Precalentamiento (sólo en modelos especícos)
Presione el botón PRECALENTAR (PRE-HEAT). Esto iniciará el precalentamiento de la
ropa de cama y el control indicará “p”. El ajuste de calor cambiará a la última configuración
después de 1,5 horas. Si desea cambiar a otro ajuste durante el período de precalenta-
miento, pulse el botón ARRIBA (UP) o ABAJO (DOWN).

INSTRUCCIONES DE LAVADO
ADVERTENCIA:
El incumplimiento de estas instrucciones de lavado puede dañar el producto y
tornarlo inseguro. Lave a mano o de la siguiente manera en la lavadora automática,
mediante agitación lenta y la velocidad normal de giro:
• Llene la lavadora con agua tibia
• Añada una cantidad mínima de detergente para todo uso, agite para disolver
• Agregue la ropa de cama y remójela por cinco minutos
• Hacer girar la lavadora
• Llene con agua fría para enjuagar
• Agitar por un minuto
• Hacer girar la lavadora
• Seque en una secadora automática en calor bajo sólo cinco minutos, o al aire libre.
• Saque la ropa de cama de la secadora y cuélguela en cuerdas paralelas o en la barra
de la ducha para terminar el secado.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No planche su ropa de cama.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No mande este producto a la tintorería. Los solventes de limpieza
pueden deteriorar el aislamiento del elemento térmico.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No utilice un escurridor de ropa. Puede lavar este producto a mano.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No secar en una secadora comercial, como las utilizadas en las
lavanderías.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No encienda este producto mientras está húmedo. Por motivos de
seguridad, espere hasta que el producto esté completamente seco antes de conectarlo
y enchufarlo.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! NO use alfileres - pueden dañar el cableado eléctrico.

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES
Parece que mi producto térmico no enciende. ¿Qué hago?
Primero, revise si el control está iluminado. Si ve que está iluminado, está recibiendo
energía. Si no hay luz de ningún tipo, revise el botón de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO (ON/OFF).
En segundo lugar, si aún no hay iluminación, revise las conexiones. Desconecte el cable
de la toma de corriente. Luego, revise los conectores para asegurarse que el control esté
asegurado firmemente. Después, enchufe nuevamente a la toma de corriente. Si se
ilumina la pantalla, está recibiendo energía y está ENCENDIDO (ON).
En tercer lugar, si aún no hay alimentación, desconecte el producto y póngase en
contacto con el Servicio al Cliente que se menciona en la sección 8 de este manual.
La pantalla está iluminada pero no siento que la manta se caliente. ¿Qué hago?

térmicas: No espere sentir calor directo.

La siguiente prueba de fallas constituye un uso no estándar de su producto. No continúe
esta prueba durante más de siete (7) minutos. No repita este procedimiento durante el uso real.
Doble el producto con al menos cuatro pliegues. Conecte el control a la ropa de cama,
luego conecte el control en una toma de corriente que funcione. Ajuste el control para
la configuración de calor más alta y espere cinco minutos. Coloque su mano dentro de
los pliegues; debe sentir el calor. APAGUE (OFF) el control. Coloque el producto de manera
plana. Si aún no siente calor, desconecte el producto y póngase en contacto con el
Servicio al Cliente que se menciona en la sección 8 de este manual

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES
La pantalla está iluminada pero se lee“E”, ¿qué signica?
“E”quiere decir“ERROR”e indica que puede haber un problema.
¡PRECAUCIÓN! No trate de utilizar el producto si el mismo muestra mensajes repetidos
de ERROR. Algunos mensajes de error son causados por eventos transitorios y no por
un problema real. Para comprobarlo, apague el producto y espere 15 segundos.
Luego encienda el producto nuevamente.
Cuando las puntas en el conector no hacen buen contacto con el receptáculo en el lado
del cable, o el producto no está conectado a la toma en el lado del cable, en la pantalla
aparecerá“E”. En ese caso, apague el control y desconecte el producto de la pared.
Luego, asegúrese de que el producto y los conectores del control estén sujetos
firmemente. Después de eso, ENCIENDA (ON) la manta nuevamente.
Si muestra“E” por segunda vez, desconecte el producto y póngase en contacto con el
Servicio al Cliente que se menciona en la sección 8 de este manual.
Lavamos nuestro producto Reina o Rey y no estamos seguros de qué control va en
cuál lado de la ropa de cama. ¿Hace esto alguna diferencia?
No, no la hace. Cada control está diseñado para controlar cualquiera de los lados del
producto térmico automático del mismo tamaño. Sin embargo, asegúrese de colocar el
producto en la posición correcta cuando lo coloque nuevamente en la cama y siga todos
los procedimientos de seguridad para ensamblarlo. Luego conecte cada control y ajústelo
a la configuración deseada.
