SlidethebatterycoverofftheundersideoftheRemoteControlUnitandinsert1buttonbatteryCR2032
(Lithium)includedwithyourpurchase.Ensurethatthepolaritiesareinsertedinthesamedirectionas
indicatedintheinternalRemoteControlUnitmarkings.The+symbolshouldalwaysbefacingupwards.
RepeatthesameoperationasabovewiththeControloftheButteryMassagerPad,howeveryouwill
needtodetachtheelectrode(butteryshape)adhesivepadfromtheControlUnitrst.Slidethebattery
coverandinsertthesecondbuttonbatteryCR2032(Lithium)includedwithyourpurchase.Insertitinthe
compartmentensuringthatthepolaritiesarealsointhesamedirection.The+symbolshouldalwaysbe
facingupwards.NowyoucanattachtheControlUnitagaintotheelectrode(butteryshape)padwith
the press stud poppers.
Thefunctionalityoftheelectrode(butteryshape)padwillbeidenticalifthepressstudpoppersand
buttonsareattachedineitherdirection.ThesameButteryMassagerresultswillbeobtained.Special
careshouldbetakenwhendisposingofusedordischarged.

Youshouldstarttofeeltheunitworkingatthispoint.ThelightontheControlunitwillashorstayon
permanentlydependingonthechosenprogram.
OncetheunitisactiveyoucanchangetheprogrambypressingtheModeSelectorbutton.
Toincreaseordecreasetheintensityoftheprogram,pressintensitylevelbuttons.
Theunitwillautomaticallyturnoffafter15minutes.
ToturntheunitoffpressthecentrebuttononthecontrolUnit.Iftheunitisinadifcultpositionplease
removefromyourbodyrsttoavoiddiscomfort.
PressthebuttoninthemiddleoftheControlUnit,whichlooksbutteryshaped,beforeattachingthe
unittothedesiredpartofyourbody.Theyellowlightabovethebuttonwillturnon.

selectedpointsofyourbodyorextremities.Thesearealsoknownasacupointsinyourbodywhich
areanyoftheenergypointsonyourbodywhereacupunctureneedlesareusuallyinsertedormanual
pressureisappliedduringacupressure.
Normallyatreatmentof15minutespertargetedpointorareaissufcienttogiveyoumanyhoursof
relief.However,therehavebeennocontraindicationsorsecondaryeffectsdetectedwhenusingfor
longerperiodsifrequired.However,youshouldbemindfulifthetimeusingtheButteryMassager
overexceedsanhouraday.Youcouldnoticesomemusclesorenessandtwitchingwhichwillsimply
disappearafterasmallrest.TheregularuseoftheButteryMassagerwillnaturallyhelpyoutopromote
your own metabolism without any side effects.
WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS
Please read all of the instructions in this manual before using this product and become familiar
with it. Discontinue using this product if you suffer from any of the following medical conditions
or any of the following symptoms occur.

• Thisdevicemustnotbeusedonpersonswithcardiacpacemakers,debrillatorsorother
implanted metallic or electronic devices
• Cardiac demand pacemakers
• EpilepsyorVasovagalSyncope
• Followingacutetraumaorfracture
• Followingrecentsurgicalprocedures
• Critical ischemia of lower limbs
• Abdominaloringuinalhernia
• Cancerous lesions
Thelong-termeffectsofprolongeduseofelectricalstimulationdevicesisunknown.Stimulationshould
not be applied on the neck or throat. Severe spasm of the muscles may occur and the contractions
maybestrongenoughtoclosetheairwayorcausedifcultyinbreathing.Stimulationontheneckcould
also have adverse effects on the heart rhythm and alternatively your blood pressure levels.
Electrodes used for electrical stimulation should not be applied across the chest because of the
exposureofelectricalcurrentintothechestwhichmaycauserhythmdisturbancestotheheart.
The effects of stimulation of the brain are unknown. Therefore, stimulation should not be applied across
theheadandelectrodesshouldnotbeplacedonoppositesidesoftheheadortemples(transcranial).
TheuseoftheButteryMassagerpadsovertheabdominalareduringpregnancyormenstrualperiods
isnotrecommended.Alwaysconsultyourgeneralpractitioner.
TheButteryMassagershouldnotbeusedwhiledriving,operatingmachinery,orduringanyactivityin
whichinvoluntarymusclecontractionsmayputtheuseratriskofinjury.Donotusewhilstexercisingor
duringanysportactivitylikeswimming.
Cautionshouldbeusedwhenapplyingthedeviceoverareasoftheskinthatlackofnormalsensation
orareknowntohavesensorialdepravation.Alwaysconsultyourdoctororgeneralpractitioner.
StimulationwiththeButteryMassagershouldnotbeappliedwheninthebathorshower.Donotuse
theButteryMassagerinahumidatmosphere(sauna,hydrotherapy,etc.)
Electrodes should be applied only on normal, intact, clean skin. Electrodes should not be applied
overopenwoundsoroverswollen,infected,orinamedareasorskineruptions(e.g.,phlebitis,
thrombophlebitis,varicoseveins,etc.)Electrodesshouldnotbesharedwithotherpeopleevenifthey
are related or if they are close family members. Each person should have their own set of pads;
otherwise, undesirable skin reactions may occur.
Self-adhesiveelectrodesshouldbereplacediftheynolongerstickrmlytotheskin.
Somepersonsmayexperienceskinirritationorhypersensitivityduetotheelectricalmicro-current
electrical stimulation. If this should occur, please discontinue its use and seek medical advice.
This device should be kept out of the reach of children.
This device should be used only with the pads recommended by the manufacturer.
Massagerresultswillbeobtained.Specialcareshouldbetakenwhendisposingofusedordischarged
batteries,pleasefollowyourLocalCouncilguidance.

ELECTRODE PADS USE & MAINTENANCE
Pleasenoteathinprotectivecoverlmontheundersideofthebutteryshapeelectrodepadwhich
shouldberemovedpriortobeingappliedtotheskin.Itshouldnotbediscardedasitwillbeusedto
protectthebutteryshapeelectrodeafterandwhennotinuse.
Remembertowashanddrytheskinareaselectedsothatthereisnoexcessoil,moisturiser,deadskin
cells,make-upordustparticlesandtheseareremovedbeforeapplyingthebutteryshapeelectrode
pad.Oncecleaned,thebutteryshapeelectrodepadwouldadheretotheselectedskinareawithease.
Iftheadhesivenessoftheelectrodepaddecreasesorfades,thiscanbeeasilyrecoveredbydropping
acoupleofdropsofwateronthegelsurfacewhilstspreadingitevenly,donotdryitoffwithaclothor
towel.Donotusetoomuchwateronthegelsurfaceasthisactionwilldissolvetheadhesivelayer.
Whentheelectrodepadisnotinuse,returnittotheprotectivelmassoonaspossibletoensure
itslongevityandthatnodustisattractedbytheadhesivegel.Thelifeofanelectrodepadshouldbe
around40to50applications.Pleasenotethatavoidingtostoreitasrecommendedorifyouusethe
electrodepadsforextendedperiods,theirlongevitywillbeconsiderablyshortened.However,thisis
normal.
Whenremovingtheelectrodepadfromtheselectedareaontheskin,pleaseremembertoholdthe
electrode pad as well as the control unit.

beforeallapplications.Pleaserememberthatdependingonthemodeselectedandtheintensitylevel
