Prior to installation:
Carefully remove the unit from its packaging. If damage is found, contact the transit company or ECCO. Do not use broken or damaged
parts. Prior to mounting, consideration should be given to cable location.
Do not install and/or operate this safety product unless you have read and understand the safety
information contained in this manual.
1. Proper installation combined with operator training in the use, care, and maintenance of emergency safety devices are essential to ensure the safety of you and those you are
seeking to protect.
2. Exercise caution when working with live electrical connections.
3. This product must be properly grounded. Inadequate grounding and/or shorting of electrical connections can cause high current arcing,which can cause personal injury and/or
severe vehicle damage, including re.
4. Proper placement and installation are vital to the performance of this safety device. Install this product so that output performance of the system is maximized and the controls
are placed within convenient reach of the operator so that s/he can operate the system without losing eye contact with the roadway.
5. Do not install this product or route any wires in the deployment area of an air bag. Equipment mounted or located in an air bag deployment area may reduce the e󰀨ectiveness
of the air bag or become a projectile that could cause serious personal injury or death. Refer to the vehicle owner’s manual for the air bag deployment area. It is the responsi-
bility of the user/operator to determine a suitable mounting location ensuring the safety of all passengers inside the vehicle particularly avoiding areas of potential head impact.
6. It is the responsibility of the vehicle operator to ensure during use that all features of this product work correctly. In use, the vehicle operator should ensure the projection of
the safety signal is not blocked by vehicle components (i.e., open trunks or compartment doors), people, vehicles or other obstructions.
7. The use of this or any other safety device does not ensure all drivers can or will observe or react to a warning signal. Never take the right-of way for granted. It is your respon-
sibility to be sure you can proceed safely before entering an intersection, driving against tra󰀩c, responding at a high rate of speed, or walking on or around tra󰀩c lanes.

EW3007-F Mounting:
1. Drill a hole in the mounting surface matching the hole in the bracket.
2. Insert the hex head bolt through the center of the mounting bracket and
loosely assemble the bracket onto the light as shown.
3. Secure the light in place with the supplied hardware. Adjust the light
beam angle as needed before tightening the screw on each side with
the included hex key.

EW2604 Mounting:
1. Disassemble the mounting bracket from the light. Drill two holes
in the mounting surface matching the holes in the bracket.
2. Insert the hex head bolts through the mounting bracket and
loosely assemble the bracket onto the light as shown.
3. Secure the light in place with the supplied hardware. Adjust the
light beam angle as needed before tightening the screw on each
side.
WIRING:
The wiring conguration is as shown in Figure 3. All wiring should
be a minimum of 16 AWG. The positive line must have a slow blow
5 amp fuse. Routing the ground wire directly back to negative bat-
tery terminal is recommended. Pack dielectric grease, such as Dow
Corning 4, around each electric connection exposed to moisture or
the ambient environment. The red wire operates the spot light LEDs
and the green wire operates the position LEDs. In-line switches are
optional. Fuse and switches are not included.

Montaje de EW2604:
1. Desmonte el soporte de montaje de la luz. Perfore dos oricios
en la supercie de montaje que coincidan con los oricios del
soporte.
2. Inserte los pernos Allen a través del soporte de montaje y monte
sin apretar el soporte en la luz, tal y como se indica.
3. Fije la luz en su lugar con la tornillería suministrada. Ajuste el
ángulo del haz de luz según sea necesario antes de apretar el
tornillo en cada lado.
CABLEADO:
La conguración del cableado es la que se indica en la Figura 2.
Todo el cableado debe ser como mínimo de 16 AWG. La línea
positiva debe llevar un fusible lento de 5 amperios. Se recomienda
encaminar el cable de tierra directamente de vuelta al terminal
negativo de la batería. Aplique grasa dieléctrica, como Dow Corning
4, alrededor de cada conexión eléctrica expuesta a la humedad o el
ambiente externo. El cable rojo hace funcionar los LED del foco y el
cable verde hace funcionar los LED de posición. Los interruptores
son opcionales. El fusible y los interruptores no están incluidos.

Montaje de EW3007-F:

Avant l’installation:

pièces brisées ou endommagées. Avant le montage, il convient de tenir compte de l’emplacement du câble.
N’installez pas et/ou n’utilisez pas ce produit de sécurité avant d’avoir lu et compris les con-

1. Une installation correcte, associée à une formation de l’opérateur à l’utilisation, à l’entretien et à la maintenance des dispositifs de sécurité d’urgence, est essentielle pour
garantir votre sécurité et celle de ceux que vous souhaitez protéger.
2. Soyez prudent lorsque vous manipulez des connexions électriques sous tension.
3. Ce produit doit être correctement mis à la masse. Une mise à la masse inadéquate et/ou un court-circuit des connexions électriques peuvent provoquer l’apparition d’un arc

EW2604 Montage:
1. Démonter le support de montage du feu. Percer deux trous dans
la surface de montage correspondant aux trous dans le support.
2. Insérer les boulons à tête hexagonale à travers le support de
montage et monter le support sans le serrer sur le feu, comme il-
lustré.
3. Fixer le feu à l’aide de la quincaillerie fournie. Régler l’angle du
faisceau lumineux selon les besoins avant de serrer la vis de
chaque côté.
CÂBLAGE:
La conguration du câblage est illustrée à la gure 3. Tout le câblage
doit être d’un calibre minimal de 16 AWG. La ligne positive doit être
munie d’un fusible à action retardée de 5 A. On recommande
d’acheminer le câble de masse directement à la borne négative de la
batterie. Recouvrir de graisse diélectrique, comme la Dow Corning 4,
chaque branchement électrique exposé à l’humidité ou à
l’environnement. Le l rouge fait fonctionner les DEL du projecteur
et le l vert actionne les DEL de position. Les commutateurs en ligne
sont en option. Les fusibles et les commutateurs ne sont pas inclus.

EW3007-F Montage:
1. Démonter le support de montage du feu. Percer deux trous dans
la surface de montage correspondant aux trous dans le support.
2. Insérer les boulons à tête hexagonale à travers le support de
montage et monter le support sans le serrer sur le feu, comme il-
lustré.
3. Fixer le feu à l’aide de la quincaillerie fournie. Régler l’angle du
faisceau lumineux selon les besoins avant de serrer la vis de
chaque côté.

PROCÉDURES DE MAINTENANCE DÉCRITES DANS LES CONSIGNES D’INSTALLATION ET D’UTILISATION DU FABRI-
CANT ANNULENT CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE.

CUNE AUTRE OBLIGATION OU RESPONSABILITÉ EN CE QUI CONCERNE LE PRODUIT OU SA VENTE, SON FONC-
TIONNEMENT ET SON UTILISATION, ET LE FABRICANT N’ASSUME NI N’AUTORISE EN AUCUN CAS L’HYPOTHÈSE
