Congratulations on the purchase of your Egholm product. The Park Ranger 2150 rear tipper offers a
very exible way of maintaining outdoor areas.
Optimal use of your Park Ranger 2150 Rear Tipper
To ensure optimal performance of your Park Ranger 2150 Rear Tipper, please read this manual
carefully before using the machine. Failure to do so can result in personal injury and damage to the
machine.
Safety
The Park Ranger 2150 Rear Tipper is equipped with various devices to ensure optimal operational safety
both for the user and their surroundings. We therefore ask you to pay particular attention to Safety
section 1.1. The machine must only be driven by professionals in possession of driving license type B.
The Park Ranger 2150 Rear Tipper is designed only for use by professionals. On delivery, the user
will receive thorough training to become a competent operator. Do not lend the machine to anyone
who has not been thoroughly trained and has not read this manual carefully. The operator’s manual
should be considered a permanent part of the machine and so must remain with it if the machine is
sold.

Some items in this operator’s manual are marked with this warning symbol, see gure 1.
The warning indicates areas where extra care must be taken to avoid personal injury or
damage to the machine and its accessories. The warning also shows what you should pay
special attention to.

General information
The rear tipper is specially developed for the
Egholm Park Ranger 2150. It has a load capacity
of 300 kg, and is suitable for the transportation
of park and garden waste.
The rear tipper is exible as the upper section of
each side can be removed, and both sides and
the tailgate can be turned down fully.
It can be emptied by means of hydraulic tipping,
and can be assembled and disassembled in
under 4 minutes without the use of tools.
The rear tipper has a strong steel chassis and
removable aluminium sides and tailgate.
Useful tips
The rear ttings make it possible to lower the
tailgate and extend the tipper to transport
planks, garden tools, etc.
Wipe down the quick-release couplings before
mounting, to protect the hydraulic system.
Daily cleaning and maintenance will extend
the lifetime of both the machine and the
attachment.

The bonnet lock must be fastened
Locked position
1.1 Safety
Assembly
Ensure that the bonnet lock in front of the engine
cover is closed and locked for assembling the Rear
Tipper. (Picture1)
Ensure that the attachment is correctly mounted and
the locking lever can be turned to the xed position.

Avoid staying too close to the Rear
Tipper
Make sure people keep well away from
the machine when it is in use.
Note
As it is articulated, the rear end of the
machine swings out when turning.
Avoid coming too close to the machine,
as there is a risk of trapping. (Picture3)
Risk of trapping ngers and feet
Make sure that ngers and feet are not
trapped when the rear tipper is lowered.
Avoid overturning accidents
Do not drive the machine in a place
where it can slide, tip or roll with any
attachment. Do not drive on slopes with
an incline of more than 10°. (Picture4)
Reduction of noise and energy
consumption
It is recommended that you do not drive
at higher engine speeds than necessary
to reduce noise and energy consumption.
Make sure the surfaces is kept horizontal
and even during emptying. Make sure the
machine is not turned during emptying.
Disassemble the Rear Tipper on a
horizontal, level and rm surface to
ensure that it does not tip over.

Any alteration, rebuilding or addition of implements, accessories or other equipment not
manufactured by Egholm automatically results in the cancellation of type approval, EC approval,
any other approval, as well as any warranty on machine and attachments.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the operator, customer and Egholm, Egholm is the
“data originatorw of all data generated by the machine and attachments during use.
The Egholm 2100 equipment with Driver’s Cabin FH 2100 (ROPS approved) is tested at the
Bygholm Research Centre and approved in accordance with Directive 86/298/EEA on rear
mounted roll-over protection structures of narrow-track wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors.

2.1 Assembly and disassembly
Assembly
1. Push the rear tipper to position it above the engine
cover. (Picture1)
2. Lower the rear tipper onto the engine cover.
(Picture2)
3. Push the Rear Tipper all the way forward.
4. Make sure that the locking lever can be turned
to the locked position. Pull the tipper to ensure it is
locked. (Picture3)
5. Mount the two hydraulic hoses on the
C-connectors on the left hand side of the machine.

Important
Take care not to trap your ngers when
assembling the rear tipper.
Disassembly
Follow the procedure for assembly in reverse order.
Important
Ensure that all hydraulic hoses are
dismounted and do not get caught
up in anything when the rear tipper is
disassembled.

2.2 Sides and tailgate
The tailgate
The tailgate can be fully lowered. This is done
by turning the levers on the side of the tailgate.
(Picture1)
The tailgate can be locked in the horizontal position,
to enable planks and garden tools, etc. to be
transported on the tipper. (Picture3) This is done
by turning the support arm underneath the Tipper
outwards, so that the rubber pad is driven down onto
the support arm. (Picture2)
The tailgate can be fully removed. (Picture5)
The sides
The sides have 2 sections.
The upper section can be removed. This is done
by raising the side vertically. (Picture4) When the
sides need to be put back, they should be lowered
vertically onto the leader pins, so that they are driven
into the hole on the lower section of the sides.
The lower side section can be lowered fully by
turning the levers on the side to open.
The lower side section can also be removed fully.

3.1 Start-up
Start the machine. (See the operator’s manual for the
basic machine, section 2.2)
Warning
Make sure people keep well away from the
machine when it is in operation.
Note
When it turns, the back end swings out, so
there is a risk of trapping and collision.
Note
It is recommended that you do not drive at
greater engine speeds (use more petrol)
than necessary, to reduce noise and
energy consumption.
3.2 Tipping
Emptying the Rear Tipper
1. Push lever C up into pos. 1, and the tipper starts
tipping

Risk of trapping ngers when the rear
tipper is emptied.
2. Release lever C when the tipper is fully tipped.
3. Lower the tipper by pushing down lever C to pos. 2.
4. Close the tailgate.

3.3 Cleaning
Daily cleaning and maintenance will extend the
lifetime of both the machine and the attachment.
After use clean the rear tipper with clean water.
3.4 Maintenance
It is recommended that any loose paint is
removed and re-painted regularly.

Conditions
4.1 Warranty
The warranty period of this Park Ranger 2150 is valid from the date of purchase and mandatory
lled out Start-up Warranty form. For more information, take contact to the Regional Sales Manager
of Egholm.
In case of errors or defects on the machine within the warranty period, the ccs system should
be used to report the issues. Egholm will analyze and look into each situation. If instructions are
correctly followed and misuse, incorrect or improper use is not the case, Egholm will carry out the
necessary repairs without charge for materials and working hours in accordance with the terms
and conditions listed below.
The scope of warranty
1. The Egholm warranty is only valid on presentation of the original receipt, supplied with model
description, serial number and date of purchase.
2. Regular checks, adjustments, services and technical alterations are not covered by the warranty.
3. All inquiries concerning the warranty are to be addressed to the distributor from whom the
machine was purchased.
4. This warranty does not cover faults and defects which cannot be traced back to defects in
material or production errors.
5. This warranty is valid for persons who have legally acquired the machine within the warranty
period.
6. In the event of failure to perform and substantiate service in accordance with the applicable
instructions, Egholm reserves the right to reject any claim made within the warranty period.
7. Egholm reserves the right to make improvements and design-related alterations to the machine
without being obliged to modify previously delivered models in relation hereto.
The warranty does not cover
- Wear and tear, accidents, damage to the equipment caused by operating errors, changes to the
construction of the machine or use of non-Egholm spare parts or attachments.
- Machines with illegible serial numbers.
- Damage caused by force majeure such as lightning, ood, re, war, civil disturbance, etc. or other
causes over which Egholm Division has no control.

4.2 Complaints
All inquiries regarding the machine should be made at the distributor from whom the machine was
purchased, after which the complaint procedure applies. This applies to inquires concerning normal
use, service, maintenance and spare parts as well as any complaints.
We wish you many years of safe and satisfactory use of your machine.

4.3 Disposal
When, many years from now, your Park Ranger 2150 Rear Tipper has reached the end of its working
life, it should be disposed of in a responsible manner that conforms to relevant disposal regulations.
1. Used hydraulic oil, engine oil, diesel oil, coolant and AC coolant are to be delivered to the
municipality’s reception point for oil and chemical waste.
2. Remove the plastic and rubber parts and dispose of them in accordance with the applicable
environmental legislation.
3. After the parts mentioned have been removed, the machine is ready to be handed over to one of
your local approved scrap merchants.
