1. Loosen the screw to remove the cover assembly.

2. Take the bar and chain assembly away.
NOTICE: If there is any difficulty in removing the bar and chain from then mounting surface,
loosen the chain-tensioning screw anticlockwise to remove them easily.

3. Separate the chain from the bar.

10. Take the pinion assembly and shaft assembly out of the gear case assembly. If the pinion
assembly was broken or worn, replace it with a new one.

11. Mount the new pinion assembly onto the gear case and then mount the shaft assembly onto
the gear case.

12. Insert the shaft into the hole to assemble the gear case assembly.

13. Insert the connecting tube assembly into the tube of then gear case assembly and lock them
with screws.

14. Mount the dust cover onto the shaft and assemble the dust cover with the gear case
assembly with screws.

15. Assemble the kettle assembly with the gear case assembly with screws.
