This warranty is validonly on Eiki products purchasedin theUnited States or its territories. This warranty
appliesonly to the original purchaser. Theoriginal dated billof sale, salesslip orproof ofpurchasemust be
submittedto an Authorized Service Dealer orAuthorized RegionalServicecenter atthe time warrantyserviceis
requested.
Subject to the Obligationsabove and Exclusions below,Eiki International,Inc (Eiki)warrants this product
against defects in materialsand workmanship for a periodof three (3) yearsor six thousand(6000)hours
-whicheveroccurs first. Eikiwill repair or replace (at its option)the productand any of itsparts,which failto
conformto this warranty.The projection lamp iswarranted to befree fromdefectsin materialsorworkmanship
fora period of ninety (90) days or five hundred(500) hours- whicheveroccursfirst.EikithroughanAuthorized
ServiceDealer orAuthorized Regional Service Center willreplace the lamp on a prorate basis.The warranty
periodcommences on the date the product was first purchased from an Authorized EikiDe aler.
Thiswarranty does notcover (A) the adjustmentof customeroperatedcontrolsas explainedin theappropriate
model’sinstruction manual or (B) the repair of any product whoseserial numberhas beenaltered,defacedor
removed.
Thiswarranty shall not apply to cabinetor cosmeticparts, knobsor batteriesorreinstallationoftheproductafter
repair.
This warranty does not apply to cleaning theproduct and/ordamage tothe productdue to environmental
pollutantssuch as tobacco smoke, cookinggrease or “fog oil”.This warrantydoesnot applyto uncrating,set-up,
installation,and removal of the product forrepair or reinstallationofthe productafterrepair.Thiswarrantydoes
notapply to repairs or replacementsnecessitated by any causebeyond the controlof Eiki including,butnot
limitedto, any malfunction, defector failure causedby or resultingfrom unauthorizedserviceorparts,improper
maintenance,operation contrary to furnishedinstruction,shipping or transits accidents,modificationorrepair
bythe user,abuse, misuse, neglect, accident,incorrect power line voltage,fire floodor other actsof God, or
normalwear and tear.
Theforgoing is lieu of all other expressedwarrantiesand Eiki doesnot assumeor authorizeanypartytoassume
forits any other obligation or liability.
Eikidisclaims all warranties which may be implied by law (includingthe warrantiesof merchantabilityand
fitness),Eiki’s liability for any lossesor damages resultingfrom any cause whatsoever,includingwarrantor’s
negligence,alleged damaged or defective goods, whether such defects are discoverable or latent,shall in no
eventexceed the purchase price of the equipment.

Thiswarrantyshallnotapplytocabinetorcosmeticparts,knobsorbatteriesorreinstallationoftheproductafter
repair.
Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytocleaningtheproductand/ordamagetotheproductduetoenvironmental
pollutantssuchastobaccosmoke,cookinggreaseor“fogoil”.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytouncrating,set-up,
installation,andremovaloftheproductforrepairorreinstallationoftheproductafterrepair.Thiswarrantydoes
notapplytorepairsorreplacementsnecessitatedbyanycausebeyondthecontrolofEikiincluding,butnot
limitedto,anymalfunction,defectorfailurecausedbyorresultingfromunauthorizedserviceorparts,im
proper
maintenance,operationcontrarytofurnishedinstruction,shippingortransitsaccidents,modificationorrepair
bytheuser,abuse,misuse,neglect,accident,incorrectpowerlinevoltage,firefloodorotheractsofGod,or
normalwearandtear.
TheforgoingislieuofallotherexpressedwarrantiesandEikidoesnotassumeorauthorizeanypartytoassume
foritsanyotherobligationorliability.
Eikidisclaimsallwarrantieswhichmaybeimpliedbylaw(includingthewarrantiesofmerchantabilityand
fitness),Eiki’sliabilityforanylossesordamagesresultingfromanycausewhatsoever,includingwarrantor’s
negligence,allegeddamagedordefectivegoods,whethersuchdefectsarediscoverableorlatent,shallinno
eventexceedthepurchasepriceoftheequipment.
