1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully
read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not
responsible if an incorrect installation and use causes
injuries and damages. Always keep the instructions with
the appliance for future reference.
1.1 Children and vulnerable people safety
•This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge only if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning using the
appliance in a safe way and understanding the
hazards involved.
•Do not let children play with the appliance.
•Keep all packaging items away from children.
•If the appliance has a child safety device, or a function
that limits the temperature permanently, we
recommend you activate it.
•Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
•Children of less than 8 years should be kept away
unless continuously supervised.
1.2 General safety
•It is most important that this instruction book should be
retained with the appliance for future reference.
Should the appliance be sold or transferred to another
owner, or should you move to another house and
leave the appliance, always ensure that the book is
supplied with the appliance in order that the new
owner can get to know the functioning of the appliance
and the relevant warnings.
•Correct functioning of your appliance does not only
depend on product quality, but on correct installation
by a qualified professional.

•Never remove or damage stickers, warning labels or
nameplates attached to the appliance.
•A qualified technician carrying out the installation is
obliged to observe applicable national standards and
regulations concerning connection to the water
distribution system and the electric network. The
manufacturer is not responsible for any unprofessional
or incorrect installation.
•Check that the specifications written on the
appliance’s identification plate are the same as those
of the electrical power supply.
•This appliance is manufactured and tested in
accordance with valid regulations.
•To prevent scalds, While using the water heater,
always check the water temperature and adjust as
needed before use.
1.3 Special Information
•This appliance is intended to be used to store, heat
and provide drinking water and has no negative
impact on inlet water.
•The power cable may only be replaced (for example if
damaged) by a qualified contractor authorised by the
manufacturer, using an original spare part.
•The electrical installation must have an isolation
device which lets you disconnect the appliance from
the mains at all poles. The isolation device must have
a contact opening width of minimum 3 mm.
•Before any work on the appliance, disconnect all poles
of the appliance from the power supply.
•The water heater must be installed with the safety
valve, which has a non return valve (supplied with the
water heater).
•No hydraulic accessory needed to be installed
between the safety unit and the cold water inlet tube
service valve (plug valve, non-return valve, etc).

•Do not connect the water heater to the main power
supply without being sure that it is full of water,
otherwise the heating element may be damaged.
•Drain the appliance as described in chapter
"Maintenance-drain the appliance".
•Regularly activate the safety valve to prevent it from
becoming blocked, e.g. by limescale deposits.
•All the repair and maintenance must be carried out by
customer service authorized technicians.
2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 Installation
• Obey the installation instruction
supplied with the appliance.
• Remove all the Packaging items.
• Do not install or use a damaged
appliance.
• Before first time starting up, check the
appliance for any damage incurred
during transport.
• Never remove or damage stickers,
warning labels or nameplates
attached to the appliance.
2.2 Water Connection
• Make sure not to cause damage to
the water hoses.
•The appliance is to be connected to
the water mains using suitable hose-
sets.
• Before you connect the appliance to
new pipes or pipes not used for a long
time, let the water flow until it is clean.
• The first time you use the appliance,
make sure that there is no leakage.
2.3 Electrical Connection
WARNING!
Risk of fire and electrical
shock.
To carry out all electrical
connection and installation
work in accordance with
relevant regulations.
• The appliance must be earthed.
•Make sure that the electrical
information on the rating plate agrees
with the power supply. If not, contact
our Authorised Service Centre or an
electrician.
• Make sure the appliance is installed
correctly. Loose and incorrect
electricity mains cable or plug (if
applicable) can make the terminal
become too hot.
• Do not use multi-plug adapters and
extension cables.
• Make sure not to cause damage to
the mains plug (if applicable) or to the
mains cable. Contact our Authorised
Service Centre or an electrician to
change a damaged mains cable.
• The electrical installation must have
an isolation device which lets you
disconnect the appliance from the
mains at all poles. The isolation
device must have a contact opening
width of minimum 3 mm.
2.4 CE designation
The CE designation shows that the
appliance meets all essential
requirements according to the:
• Anti-legionella
• Low Voltage Directive.
• Electromagnetic Compatibility
Directive.
• RoHS directive.

3. INSTALLATION
3.1 Accessories
The appliance is supplied with the basic
equipment required for their installation
and Usage, such as:
•Safety valve.
This accessory is inside the packaging.
3.2 Placement
Both the wall on which the
water heater is to be
installed and the fixing wall
plugs and screws must hold
the weight of the appliance
full of water. If the wall is
very thin, back plates must
be used on the other side of
the wall. drill two holes on
the wall with size of 14mm
diameters and depth is
90mm.

WARNING!
Do not install the appliance
in the following places:
• Outdoors.
•Areas that are cold and freezing, the
freezing water may damage the
internal tank and pipes.
• Close to the ground.
• Where water discharge is not
possible.
The water heater can be placed
anywhere in the house. Nevertheless we
recommend placing it as near as
possible to the hot water tap, in order to
prevent temperature loss in the pipes.
The appliance can be installed in all
bathroom sections except marked zones.
3.3 Hydraulic Installation
• Before starting connection to the
water distribution system, it is very
important to clean inlet pipes properly
to prevent metal or other particles
from getting into the heater body.
•Leave a minimum space of 40 cm
under the pipe outlet of the water
heater, to be able to gain access to
the electrical parts and to make
maintenance and repairing easier.
• If plastic pipes are being used, and in
order to carry out the installation
conditions, the pressure and
temperature conditions they are going
to undergo have to be taken into
account. A maximum pressure of 9
bars and maximum temperature of
70ºC, in normal conditions, or of
100ºC in abnormal conditions if the
safety thermostat switches off.
• In case of copper piping, connection
to the heater pipes must be made with
nonconductive sleeves to avoid
corrosion of piping (by direct contact
of iron and copper). Brass sleeve is
not permitted.

No hydraulic accessory

• The pressure relief opening of the
safety unit can be connected to a
drain pipe, with a diameter that is at
least the same as the water heater
connection pipe, with a continuous
inclination and open to atmosphere.

WARNING!
If the main network pressure
is more than 5 bars, it is
OBLIGATORY to install a 3
or 4 bar pressure regulator
in the mains connection of
the house.
3.4 Electrical Installation
The heater may only be connected with a
single phase to alternating voltage 230V.
Connect the appliance to the power
source with a 1.5mm² cable for heating
element power 1200W or 1500W and
2mm² cable for heating element power
2000W.
Distance from appliance

The cable earthing
conductor must be
connected to the earth or an
earthing wire must be led to
a prepared connector

5. USAGE
5.1 Filling
This sealed unvented
(pressurised) appliance is
intended for heating
domestic hot water. The
appliance can supply one or
more draw-off points.
Once the water heater has been
installed:
1. Open the water source valve.
2. Open the hot tap.
When the water starts to run through it
with constant flow, then the water heater
will be full.
3. Close the hot taps
4. Make sure there are no leaks in the
installation.
5. Connect the appliance to the power
supply.
WARNING!
Do not connect the water
heater to the main power
supply without being sure
that it is full of water,
otherwise the heating
element may be damaged.
6. FEATURES
6.1 Long life tank
The tank is equipped with magnesium
anode to protect the tank against
corrosion.
6.2 Safety
The appliance is protected from over-
heating over-pressure with three types of
safety:
•Thermal fuse
• Relief valve
• Non return valve
6.3 HD polyurethane insulation
foam
High-density polyurethane foam injected
between the inner tank and the outer
shell.
• To reduce power consumption.
• Keep heat loss controlled.
The material of the foam was chosen
carefully to give the best performance for
a long life.
7. CARE AND CLEANING
WARNING!
All the repair and
maintenance must be
carried out by customer
service authorized
technicians.
Regularly activate the safety
valve to prevent it from
becoming blocked, e.g. by
limescale deposits.
Appliance malfunctions should be
repaired immediately to keep the
performance of it.
A clean soft cloth or wet sponge can be
used for the cleaning.
Dis-solvent products are not allowed for
the cleaning.

8. MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before any work on the
appliance, disconnect all
poles of the appliance from
the power supply.
The water heater requires no special
maintenance. The anode rod helps
protect the tank against corrosion.
Depending on the water condition, the
magnesium anode rod may need to be
changed every 2 years. Galvanic and
electrolytic corrosion can damage the
tank if the anode rod worn out. Rusty
water is usually an indication of a worn
out anode rod. If rusty water is present,
you must call the authorized
professionals immediately for it to
examine anode rod and replace if
necessary.
The thermal fuse which based in the
thermostat, cuts both phases and leaves
the water heater without voltage; protect
the appliance from excessive electric due
to a possible thermostat fault, If this case
occurred, you must call the authorized
professionals for it to be repaired.

8.1 Draining the appliance
WARNING!
Hot water may escape
during the draining process.
To drain the water from the electrical
storage water heater:
1. Disconnect the water heater from
power source.
2. Close the inlet water source from
service valve.
3. Disassemble inlet water hose from
cold water inlet pipe of the appliance.
4. Open the hot water tape the water
will drain off the inlet pipe.
9. WHAT TO DO IF
Certain problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved
easily without calling the service technicians, before contacting the local service centre
please carry out the check listed below.

1. INFORMAZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA
Leggere attentamente le istruzioni fornite prima di
installare e utilizzare l'apparecchiatura. Il produttore non
è responsabile se un'installazione ed un uso non
corretto dell'apparecchiatura provocano lesioni e danni.
Tenere sempre le istruzioni a portata di mano come
riferimento futuro.
1.1 Sicurezza dei bambini e delle persone
vulnerabili
•Questa apparecchiatura può essere usata da bambini
a partire dagli 8 anni e da adulti con limitate capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o con scarsa esperienza o
conoscenza sull'uso dell'apparecchiatura, solamente
se sorvegliati o se istruiti relativamente all'uso
dell'apparecchiatura e se hanno compreso i rischi
coinvolti.
•Non consentire ai bambini di giocare con
l'apparecchiatura.
•Tenere i materiali di imballaggio al di fuori della
portata dei bambini.
•Qualora l'apparecchiatura disponga di un dispositivo

funzionamento e sulle relative avvertenze.
•Il corretto funzionamento dell'apparecchiatura non
dipende solo dalla qualità del prodotto ma dalla
corretta installazione eseguita da un professionista
qualificato.
•Non togliere mai o danneggiare adesivi, etichette di
avvertenza o targhette fissate sull'apparecchiatura.
•Un tecnico qualificato che esegue l'installazione è
obbligato a osservare standard nazionali applicabili e
normative in merito al collegamento al sistema di
distribuzione idrica e alla rete elettrica. Il produttore
non è responsabile di eventuali installazioni eseguite
in modo non professionale o errato.
•Controllare che le specifiche indicate sulla targhetta
identificativa dell'apparecchiatura corrispondano a
quelle dell'alimentazione elettrica.
•Questa apparecchiatura è stata prodotta e testata in
conformità con normative valide.
•Al fine di evitare ustioni in fase di utilizzo del boiler
dell'acqua, controllare sempre la temperatura
dell'acqua e regolarla - a seconda delle necessità -
prima dell'uso.
1.3 Informazioni speciali
•L'apparecchiatura è stata pensata per conservare,
riscaldare e fornire acqua potabile e non ha nessun
impatto negativo sull'acqua in ingresso.
•Il cavo di alimentazione può essere sostituito (ad
esempio se danneggiato) da un fornitore qualificato
autorizzato dal produttore, servendosi di un pezzo di
ricambio originale.
•L'impianto elettrico deve essere dotato di un
dispositivo di isolamento che consenta di scollegare
l'apparecchiatura dalla presa di corrente a tutti i poli. Il
dispositivo di isolamento deve avere una larghezza
dell'apertura di contatto non inferiore ai 3 mm.

•Prima di intervenire sull'apparecchiatura, scollegare
tutti i poli dell'apparecchiatura dall'alimentazione.
•Il boiler dell'acqua deve essere installato con la
valvola di sicurezza, che ha una valvola di non-ritorno
(fornita con il boiler).
•Non devono essere installati accessori idraulici tra
l'unità di sicurezza e la valvola di servizio per il tubo di
ingresso dell'acqua fredda (valvola a maschio, valvola
di non ritorno, ecc).
•Non collegare il boiler dell'acqua alla presa di corrente
senza essere certi del fatto che sia pieno d'acqua; in
caso contrario l'elemento riscaldante si potrebbe
danneggiare.
•Scaricare l'apparecchiatura conformemente a quanto
descritto nel capitolo "Manutenzione-scarico
dell'applicazione".
•Attivare a intervalli regolari la valvola di sicurezza per
evitarne il bloccaggio, ad esempio con depositi di
calcare.
•Tutti gli interventi di riparazione e manutenzione
devono essere eseguiti dai tecnici autorizzati
dell'assistenza clienti.
2. ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
2.1 Installazione
• Attenersi alle istruzioni fornite insieme
all'apparecchiatura.
• Rimuovere tutti gli articoli
dell'Imballaggio.
• Non installare o utilizzare
l'apparecchiatura se è danneggiata.
• Prima di iniziare a utilizzare
l'apparecchiatura, controllare che non
abbia subito danni durante il
trasporto.
• Non togliere mai o danneggiare
adesivi, etichette di avvertenza o
targhette fissate sull'apparecchiatura.
2.2 Collegamento dell’acqua
• Accertarsi di non danneggiare i tubi di
carico e scarico dell'acqua.
• L'apparecchiatura deve essere
collegata correttamente all'impianto
idrico con i tubi idonei.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchiatura a
tubazioni nuove o non utilizzate per
un lungo periodo, far scorrere l’acqua
finché non è limpida.
• La prima volta che si usa
l’apparecchiatura, accertarsi che non
vi siano perdite.
2.3 Collegamento elettrico

Per eseguire i collegamenti
elettrici e l'installazione in
conformità con le normative
vigenti.
• L'apparecchiatura deve disporre di
una messa a terra.
•Verificare che i dati elettrici riportati
sulla targhetta dei dati corrispondano
a quelli dell'impianto. In caso
contrario, contattare il nostro Centro
di Assistenza autorizzato oppure un
elettricista.
• Verificare che l'apparecchiatura sia
installata correttamente.
L'allentamento di un collegamento
elettrico o di una spina (ove previsti)
può provocare il surriscaldamento del
terminale.
• Non utilizzare prese multiple e
prolunghe.
• Accertarsi di non danneggiare la
spina o il cavo (ove previsti).
Contattare il nostro Centro Assistenza
autorizzato o un elettricista qualificato
per sostituire un cavo danneggiato.
•L'impianto elettrico deve essere

dell'apertura di contatto non inferiore
ai 3 mm.
2.4 Designazione CE
La designazione CE mostra che
l'apparecchiatura soddisfa tutti i requisiti
essenziali conformemente a:
•Anti-legionella
• Direttiva Bassa Tensione.
• Direttiva sulla Compatibilità
Elettromagnetica.
• Direttiva RoHS.
3. INSTALLAZIONE
3.1 Accessori
L'apparecchiatura viene fornita in
dotazione con la strumentazione di base
necessaria per l'installazione e l'uso della
stessa, come segue:
•Valvola di sicurezza.
Questo accessorio è contenuto all'interno
della confezione.
3.2 Posizionamento
Sia la parete in cui il boiler
dell'acqua deve essere
installato e le spine di
fissaggio a muro e le viti
devono sostenere il peso
dell'apparecchiatura piena di
acqua. Se la parete è molto
sottile, le piastre posteriori
devono essere usate nella
parte opposta della parete.
Effettuare due fori di 14 mm
di diametro e di 90 mm di
profondità sulla parete.

AVVERTENZA!
Non installare
l'apparecchiatura nei
seguenti luoghi:
• All'aperto.
• In zone fredde e con rischio di
congelamento; l'acqua congelata
potrebbe danneggiare il serbatoio
interno e i tubi interni.
• Vicino al suolo.
• In punti in cui non è possibile
scaricare l'acqua.
Il boiler dell'acqua può essere
posizionato ovunque all'interno della
casa. Ciononostante consigliamo di

posizionarlo il più vicino possibile al
rubinetto dell'acqua calda, per prevenire
la perdita di temperatura nei tubi.
L'apparecchiatura può essere installata
in tutte le sezioni del bagno eccetto le
zone segnalate.
3.3 Impianto idraulico
• Prima di iniziare il collegamento con il
sistema di distribuzione dell'acqua, è
di vitale importanza pulire i tubi di
ingresso accuratamente per prevenire
che particelle di metallo o di altro
materiale entrino nel boiler.
•Lasciare uno spazio minimo di 40 cm
sotto il tubo di uscita del boiler,
affinché sia possibile accedere alle
parti elettriche, effettuare più
facilmente la manutenzione e
procedere alla riparazione delle
stesse.
• Se i tubi in plastica sono usati e per
rispettare le condizioni di
installazione, le condizioni di
pressione e temperatura a cui sono
sottoposte devono essere prese in
considerazione. Pressione massima
di 9 bar e una temperatura massima
di 70ºC, in condizioni normali, o di
100ºC in condizioni anomale se il
termostato di sicurezza si spegne.
• Nel caso in cui vi sia un tubo in rame,
il collegamento ai tubi di
riscaldamento deve essere effettuato
con manicotti isolanti per evitare la
corrosione delle tubature stesse (per
contatto diretto tra ferro e rame). Non
sono permessi manicotti in ottone.
Il boiler dell'acqua DEVE
essere installato con la
valvola di sicurezza, che ha
una valvola di non-ritorno
(fornita in dotazione con il
boiler).
Non devono essere installati
accessori idraulici tra l'unità
di sicurezza e la valvola di
servizio per il tubo di
ingresso dell'acqua fredda
(valvola a maschio, valvola
di non ritorno, ecc).
• L'apertura di rilascio della pressione
dell'unità di sicurezza può essere
collegata a un tubo di scarico, con un
diametro che è almeno lo stesso del
tubo di collegamento al boiler con
un'inclinazione continua e un'apertura
all'aria.
La valvola di rilascio della
pressione funziona solo
quando la pressione interna
al serbatoio del boiler supera
i 7+1bar, lo scarico avverrà a
gocce continue di acqua che
escono dall'apertura di
scarico della pressione.
AVVERTENZA!
Se la pressione di rete
principale è superiore ai 5
bar è OBBLIGATORIO
installare un regolatore di
pressione da 3 o 4 bar nel
collegamento alla rete della
casa.
3.4 Installazione dell'impianto
elettrico
Il boiler può essere collegato solo con
una tensione alternata monofase 230V.
Collegare l'apparecchiatura alla fonte di
alimentazione con un cavo per boiler da
1,5 mm² per l'alimentazione del boiler da
1200 W o 1500 W e un cavo da 2 mm²
per boiler da 2000 W.

La distanza dalla posizione
dell'apparecchiatura
all'alimentazione elettrica
non deve essere superiore
ai 5 m di lunghezza.
Il conduttore del cavo a terra
deve essere collegato al
suolo o deve essere
condotto un filo a terra al
connettore pronto indicato
con il simbolo . Questo
collegamento è necessario
per la sicurezza, si deve
verificare che l'impianto
elettrico dei locali o della
casa sia dotato di una linea
“EARTH”.
AVVERTENZA!
È severamente vietato
manomettere o sostituire

alimentazione elettrica),

5. UTILIZZO
5.1 Riempimento
Questa apparecchiatura
sigillata senza ventilazione
(sotto pressione) è stata
pensata per riscaldare
l'acqua calda a uso
domestico.
L'apparecchiatura può
fornire uno o più punti di
massima estrazione.
Dopo che è stata eseguita l'installazione
del boiler dell'acqua:
1. Aprire la valvola della sorgente
dell'acqua.
2. Aprire il rubinetto dell’acqua calda.
Quando l'acqua inizia a fuoriuscire con
un flusso costante, significa che il boiler
dell'acqua è pieno.
3. Chiudere i rubinetti dell'acqua calda
4. Verificare che non vi siano perdite
nell'impianto.
5. Collegare l'apparecchiatura
all'alimentazione elettrica.
AVVERTENZA!
Non collegare il boiler
dell'acqua alla presa di
corrente senza essere certi
del fatto che sia pieno
d'acqua; in caso contrario
l'elemento riscaldante si
potrebbe danneggiare.
