INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.Wall shouldalreadybe framedforthe fountainusingthe positioningdimensionsshown inFig's. 3, 4,or 5. Shown
dimensionspertainto installationlocation(framingmust support upto300 lbs. weight).Thesedimensionsare requiredforcompliance
with ANSIStandardA117.1/ADArequirements.
2.The freeze resistantpackagemust bemountedon aninteriorwall in aheatedarea. The roomtemperatureof the interiorheatedarea
mustbe 50°F (10° C)or higher.The freeze resistantpackagemay be surfaceor recessedmounted. If recessmounted the surfaceof
the cover must be flush with the interior wall surface. The package is furnished with screws for mounting the cover to the box. If the
boxis recessmounted, donot fasten the top andbottom ofthe coverto the box. Usethe holeson thefront only.
3.Toassemble the operatingcable to thesleeve inside thefountainarm youwillneed toremovecap screw(Item18, SeeFig.6) andthen
removePush Button andPin(Items 12&13, See Fig.6). Removescrew (Item20,See Fig. 6)andyou willnowbe able toremovethe
Sleeve(Item 7, SeeFig.6) to getaccessto theadjustmentnutsfor additional adjustability. (Fountainshould be mountedtoexterior wall)
Createa loopinthe cableand thread thefree endofthe cablethrough the wallinto thefreezeresistant box. Theadjustment nutsshould
beinthe middleofthreaded area ontheoperating cable. See Fig.6.
4.Connect freeendof operatingcable to thevalve-operating bracket. The endof thecablesmust berecessed into theindents onthe
pivotbrackets.
5.Remove cable freeplay by adjustingthejam nutsonthe endsofthe operating cable. SeeFig. 6.
6.Connect waterline fromfountain bubbler intofreeze resistantbox. The connectionto the boxuses aquick connect waterfitting.
Positionthe waterline, in thefountain,to drainbackinto interiormounted box. Any waterleft standing, intheexterior line,can freeze. To
insurepositive draining ofthe bubbler supplytube, excess lengthshould be trimmedoffand discarded.
7.Connect drainand water supplylines tothefreeze resistantfountain. Inline strainer mustbe usedonthe inletwater line.
STARTUP
1.Turn onbuildingwater supplyandcheck allconnections for leaks. Repairas required.
2.Streamheight isfactory set at35 PSI. If streamheight needs tobe changed adjusttheregulator inthefreeze resistantpackage.
Clockwiseadjustment raises streamheight, counter clockwiseadjustment will lowerstream.
3.Adjustoperating cable asrequired. Cable system shouldhave a minimalamount of freeplay toallowfor propervalveoperation. If the
systemis tootight thevalve willstay in the on position creating constantwater flow. Too much free play will result in non-operation of
thevalve withthe push-buttons.
4.Note: Water fromthe drain backtube inthe freezeresistantpackage willcontinue torun while thevalve isactuated.
5.Aftercable system isadjusted properly,stuffflexible insulationinto any openingsbetween theoutsidewall andthe interiorbox.
6.Recheck allconnections. If allconnections are leakfree replacecover(s) onthe freeze resistantbox(es) andfountain(s).

NOTE:
When installing replacement bubbler and
pedestal, tighten nut (Item 5) only to hold
parts snug in position. Do Not Over-
tighten.

Installing Back Panel: When installing back panel assy.
(Item 27) with MPW (Mounting Plate), attach channel braces
as shown above. Remove the protective backing from the
tape installed on the braces. Line up the corresponding holes
in the braces and back panel and press firmly in place.
