Lösen Sie die Überwurfmutter des Ablaufrohrs und nehmen Sie das Ablaufrohr ab.

Schieben Sie den Dreharmmotor in die Führungsschiene an der Decke des Probenehmers.

Befestigen Sie den Dreharmmotor mit den zwei beiligenden Schrauben 5x15 Torx und einem Schrau-
bendreher T25 an der Führung.

Schieben Sie den Einlaufspritzschutz nach oben und halten ihn fest. Führen Sie den Dreharm in das
Gegenstück am Dreharmmotor bis es einrastet.

Ziehen Sie die Überwurfmutter über das Ablaufrohr (ggf. altes oder vermutztes Rohr gegen neues aus-
tauschen). Hängen Sie das Ablaufrohr in die Aussparung am Dreharm ein und schrauben Sie das andere
Ende an der Decke des Probenraums wieder fest.

Verbinden Sie das vorhandene Kabel mit dem Dreharmmotor. Hierfür lösen Sie die Schutzkappe am
Kabel, stecken das Kabel in die Steckverbindung an der linken Seite des Motors und schrauben das
Kabel mit dem Verbindungsstück am Dreharmmotor fest.

3 Software-Einstellungen
Freischaltcodes benötigen Sie für:
• Zusätzliche Funktionalität, z.B. Feldbuskommunikation
• Software-Upgrades
Geben Sie den Freischaltcode ein:
►Menü/Setup/Allgemeine Einstellungen/Erweitertes Setup/Datenverwaltung/Freischaltcode.
►Bestätigen Sie die Eingabe. Anschließend ist Ihre neue Hard- oder Softwarefunktion freigeschaltet
und Sie können sie konfigurieren.
Eine Kalibrierung des Dreharms ist nur möglich bei Ausführung mit mehreren Flaschen.
Die Kalibrierung des Dreharms muss durchgeführt werden, wenn:
• der Dreharmmotor ausgetauscht wurde
• die Fehlermeldung "F236 Dreharm" im Display erscheint

Referenzpunkt anfahren Aktion Der Referenzlauf wird gestartet. Der Referenzpunkt
befindet sich vorne in der Mitte.
Bei einer Version mit Verteilerplatte ist der Pfeil auf der
Mitte der Platte der Referenzpunkt. Bei Rundverteilung
zwischen Flasche 1 und der letzten Flasche.
Mit Justieren können Sie den Dreharm korrigieren, wenn der Referenzpunkt nicht korrekt angefahren wurde. Benut-
zen Sie zur Korrektur die beiden Pfeiltasten.

Release thread adapter nut and remove outlet pipe.

Push distribution arm motor into the guide-way on the ceiling of the sampler.

Fix distribution arm motor with the two annexed screws 5x15 torx and a screw wrench T25 on the
guide-way.

Push up the splash guard and hold it. Move distribution arm into matching part of distribution arm
motor until it clicks into place.

Pull thread adapter nut over outlet pipe (if necessary replace old or dirty pipe with new one). Hook
outlet pipe into gap at distribution arm and tighten the other end on the ceiling of the sampler.

Connect existing cable with distribution arm motor. For this purpose loose protecting cap, plug cable
into connector on the left side of the motor and screw cable with connector at distribution arm motor
tightly.

6 Software settings
You require activation codes for:
• Additional functions, e.g. fieldbus communication
• Software upgrades
Enter the activation code:
►Menu/Setup/General settings/Extended setup/Data management/Activation code.
►Confirm your input. Your new hardware or software is now activated and can be configured.
It is only possible to calibrate the distribution arm in the version with multiple bottles.
The distribution arm must be calibrated if:
• The distribution arm motor has been replaced
• Error message "F236 Distribution arm" appears on the display
1. Select the number of bottles in the "Setup/Basic setup" menu.
2. Proceed as follows to calibrate the distribution arm:
3. Afterwards perform a distribution arm test in the "Diagnostics/Systemtest/Reset/Distribution arm"
menu.

Distribution arm
Go to ref. point Action The reference run is started. The reference point is in the
middle at the front. For versions with distributor plate,
the reference point is at the arrow in the middle of the
plate.
For versions with distribution assembly the reference
point is between bottle number 1 and the last one.
With Adjust you can correct the distribution arm if the unit does not move to the reference point correctly. Use the two
arrow keys to correct the position.
