Nichteinhalten der Gewichtsgrenzwerte beim Heben und Tragen

• Halten Sie sich an die Empfehlung des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Sozialordnung, veröf-
fentlich im Bundesarbeitsblatt 1981/11, S. 96.
• Nehmen Sie die Probeflaschen vor der Montage aus dem Probenraum heraus.
HINWEIS
Auf den Boden legen
Durch Hinlegen des Probenehmer kann es zu Beschädigungen des Dachs und des Kühlmoduls kom-
men.
• Legen Sie den Probenehmer nicht hin.

1. Lösen und entfernen Sie die 16 Schrauben an den vier Füßen des Probenehmers (in der Abb. wird
der Probenehmer von unten dargestellt). Stellen Sie den Probenehmer hierfür schräg, aber legen Sie
ihn nicht hin.

2. Schrauben Sie den Ablaufflansch an der Unterseite des Probenehmers ab.

3. Schrauben Sie die Schlauchtülle auf den Ablaufflansch und legen Sie den Flachdichtring in die Aus-
sparung am Ablaufflansch.

4. Schrauben Sie den Ablaufflansch mit der Schlauchtülle und dem Flachdichtring am Probenehmer
fest. Daran können Sie nun Schläuche befestigen um Flüssigkeiten aus dem Probenraum kontrolliert
ableiten zu können (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).

5. Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Sockel ab.
6. Entfernen Sie die Rückwand des Sockels indem Sie die vier Schrauben lösen. Dies ist nötig, um den
Sockel später mit dem Probenehmer verschrauben zu können.

7. Heben Sie den Probenehmer mit einer geeigneten Hebevorrichtung und unter Berücksichtigung der
damit verbundenen Sicherheitshinweise auf den Sockel.
8. Verschrauben Sie den Sockel mit 16 Linsenschrauben am Probenehmer.

9. Schrauben Sie die Sockelrückwand wieder am Sockel fest.

• Supply adequate lifting device.
• All with this attached safety messages must strictly be kept!
WARNING

Device under voltage
Risk of electric shock!
• Disconnect the device from the line voltage.
CAUTION

Non-compliance of the weight limts during lifting and carrying
Minor oder medium injury.
• Comply with the advice of the Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Sozialordnung, published in the
Bundesarbeitsblatt 1981/11, p. 96.
• Remove sample bottles beforing starting with the installation.
NOTICE
Place sampler on the ground
There can be a damage of the roof or the cooling module through placing the sampler on the ground.
• Do not place the sampler on the ground.

1. Unscrew and remove the 16 screws on all four bases of the sampler (in the figure you see the sampler
from the bottom). Therefor tilt the sampler but do not place it on the ground.

2. Loosen the screws of the drainage flange on the bottom of the sampler.

3. Screw the hose tail together with the drainage flange und put the flat sealing ring into the cut-out on
the drainage flange.

4. Screw the drainage flange with the hose tail and the flat sealing ring toghether with the sampler.
Thereon you can affix hoses to drain liquids controlled from the sampling compartment (not
contained in the scope of delivery).

5. Peel the protective foil back from the stand.
6. Remove the back plane from the stad. Therefor unscrew the four screws. This is necessary to screw
the stand together with the sampler.

7. Lift the sampler with an adequte lifting device on the stand and be considerate of the associated safety
messages.
8. Screw the stand together with the 16 screws on the sampler.

9. Screw the back plane together with the stand.
