1Plug the workstation into an electrical outlet to charge, or if the unit is a Mobius
workstation, insert a fully charged Mobius battery.
IMPORTANT - STEPS 1 AND 2 MUST BE FOLLOWED IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THE UNIT IS BEING
TURNED ON OR IF THE UNIT HAS BEEN INACTIVE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME RESULTING IN
COMPLETE POWER DRAINAGE.

Power Indicator
The power indicator light is located in the rear of the workstation. Plug in the
workstation or insert a fully charged Mobius battery, you will hear a confirmation
beep when the workstation is powered on. IMPORTANT: Check to ensure that the
emergency stop button is not pushed in. If it is, twist left to reenable the actuator
power. (The emergency stop button interrupts the up/down movement of the
workstation.) If this is the initial deployment see product manual.

Once the workstation is powered on, the login touch screen will appear (this takes
approximately 30 seconds). The touch display is designed to turn off to save energy,
please tap the display or bump the workstation to turn it on.

There are three ways to login to the Envoy
1. Key FOB Login: Ensure your key FOB is powered on, and select your name from
the list when it appears. (Please see your IT department for key FOB login details).
2. Manual Login: Enter your PIN code. (Please see your IT department for PIN code
details).
3. Guest Login: Sign in as a "Guest" by selecting "Guest" from the user list.

There are two ways to adjust the height of the workstation 1) use the +/- icons
on the touch display or 2) use the up/down arrow keys located at the base of
the monitor arm. Sit/stand is set to factory preset heights, programming for
personalization is available, please see the product manual for details. If the
workstation has medicaion bins, please see #5.
* Submit " service request" feature only available on workstations connected to RHYTHM.

Medbin Units Only: For workstations with medication bins use the up/down arrow keys
on the workstation located at the base of the monitor arm to raise and lower the
unit. "Full sit/stand" functionality is available by double pressing the arrow keys.
To access medbins tap the RX icon on the touch display and enter your four digit pin. (See touch
display user interface for full details.)
