Electric Mountain Bike
Get Everything Out
Hit The Brakes
Get It Together Stem and Handlebar
Take the bike out of the carton
and carefully remove all foam
protective sheets, cable ties and
cardboard.
Loosen the screws on the stem and remove the stem
cover (3A). Fit the handlebars to the stem, ensuring
they are centred. Replace the stem cover and partially
tighten the screws. Once you’re satisfied with its
position, fully tighten the screws (3B).
Tip: If you can move the handlebar forward or
backward, the clamp bolts are not tight enough.
Tip: Use scissors to ensure you
don’t damage the bike.
Use the allen key in the
multipurpose tool to unscrew the
15 mm axle rod.
Position the front wheel in the
fork, then thread the axle rod
through the fork and wheel.
Check that the wheel is equally
spaced between the fork tubes
(2A), then tighten with the allen
key (2B).
Ensure the brake disc is in the
middle of the brake caliper (2C). The brakes have already been adjusted, however, if
they require some tweaking, please follow the
instruction manual.

Final Check-up
You Made It!
Now Enjoy The Ride!
The saddle is preassembled on the bike.
Make sure that the minimum insertion
mark on the seat post is completely
inserted into the frame and not visible.
Use the multipurpose tool to loosen the
seat post screw (4A).
When adjusting the seat post height,
please pay attention to the seat post
cable, and avoid over-stretching it.
Re-tighten the screw when you have
achieved the desired seat post height.
Look for the letters “R” or “L”
stamped on the pedal spindle (5A).
Thread the pedal marked “R” into the crank
arm on the chain side of the bike. Turn and
securely tighten the pedal spindle in a
clockwise direction with an M15 wrench.
Repeat for pedal marked “L”, ensuring you
are turning the pedal spindle in an
anticlockwise direction.
Once you’re done assembling the bike,
now it’s time to do the rounds and check
if everything is ok.
Before riding, check if the brakes are
working to your satisfaction. Check if the
seat and handlebar are secure and not
moving. Then finally, check the chain
and tyres.
