Warnung
Vor Montage oder Demontage: Spannungsversorgung und Druckluftversorgung
ausschalten!
– Schalten Sie sowohl die Arbeitsenergie als auch die Steuerenergie aus,
bevor Sie an der Schaltung arbeiten.
1. Entfernen Sie alle Kabelbinder, mit denen die Kunststoffschläuche des Parallelgreifers und die
Anschlussleitung des Näherungsschalters befestigt sind.
2. Ziehen Sie die Kunststoffschläuche von den Anschlüssen des 5/2-Wege-Magnetventils und des
Parallelgreifers ab.
3. Entfernen Sie die Reduzier-Steckverbindungen aus den Anschlüssen 2 und 4 des
5/2-Wege-Magnetventils (1, 2).
4. Klemmen Sie die Anschlussleitungen des Näherungsschalters am Mini-I/O-Terminal ab.
5. Lösen Sie die Zylinderschrauben M4x6 (4) mit denen der Haltewinkel des Parallelgreifers am
Minischlitten (Z-Achse) des Moduls Pick&Place befestigt ist.

– Schalten Sie sowohl die Arbeitsenergie als auch die Steuerenergie aus,
bevor Sie an der Schaltung arbeiten.
1. Schrauben Sie den Haltewinkel des Vakuumsaugers mit den Zylinderschrauben M4x6 (2) an den
Minischlitten (Z-Achse) des Moduls Pick&Place an.
2. Stecken Sie den Blindstopfen in den Anschluss 2 des 5/2-Wege-Magnetventils (4).
3. Verbinden Sie den Steckanschluss (5) und den Anschluss 4 des 5/2-Wege-Magnetventils (3) mit einem
Kunststoffschlauch mit 4 mm Außendurchmesser.
4. Klemmen Sie die Anschlussleitungen des Druckschalters am Mini-I/O-Terminal an.
5. Befestigen Sie den Kunststoffschlauch des Vakuumsaugers und die Anschlussleitung des
Druckschalters mit Kabelbindern.

Disassembling the parallel gripper

Warning
Befor assembling or disassembling: Switch off power supply and
compresser air supply!
– Switch off working and control power before working on the circuit.
1. Remove all cable ties that secure the plastic tubing of the parallel gripper and
the connecting cable of the pressure switch.
2. Disconnect the plastic tubing from the ports of the 5/2-way solenoid valve and the parallel gripper.
3. Remove the push-in connectors in the ports of the 5/2-way solenoid valve.
4. Disconnect the electrical wiring of the proximity switch at the mini I/O terminal.
5. Loosen the socket head screws M4x6 (2) with which the mounting bracket of the parallel gripper is
attached to the mini slide (Z axis) of the Pick&Place module.

Befor assembling ordisassembling: Switch off power supply and
compresser air supply!
– Switch off working and control power before working on the circuit.
1. Fasten the mounting bracket of the vacuum suction cup with the socket head screws M4x6 (4)
to the mini slide (Z axis) of the Pick&Place module.
2. Insert the blanking plug into the port 2 of the 5/2-way solenoid valve (4).
3. Connect the port 4 of the 5/2-way solenoid valve and the vacuum suction cup with plastic tubing
with 4 mm O.D.
4. Connect the electrical wiring of the pressure switch to the mini I/O terminal.
5. Secure the plastic tubing of the vacuum suction cup and the connecting cable of the pressure switch
with cable ties.
