Warnung: Dieses RC Car wird über ein Funksignal gesteuert, was von vielen Störungsquellen von Aussen betroffen sein kann. Diese Störungen des Signals können zum Kontrollverlust
des RC Cars führen. Dies wiederum kann zu Schäden am Modell selbst aber auch an Sachen oder Personen führen. Im schlimmsten Fall kann es dadurch sogar zu schweren Verletzun-
gen oder Tod kommen. Sie sind daher als Fahrer verpflichtet, einen Sicherheitsabstand von mindestens 10 Metern zu Zuschauern, insbesondere Kindern, um Ihr RC Car herum zu wah-
ren, damit Kollisionen verhindert werden können.
Warnung: Berühren Sie niemals den heißen Motor, den heißen Auspuff oder andere Teile des RC Cars, die vom Betrieb heiß geworden sind (z.B. das Chassis).
Berühren Sie außerdem niemals sich drehende Teile Ihres RC Cars wie z.B. Zahnräder, Ritzel oder Räder. Dies könnte zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
Warnung: Sie müssen immer folgende Sicherheitsbestimmungen beachten:
- Versichern Sie sich, daß alle Schrauben und Muttern an Ihrem RC Car festgezogen sind.
- Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise an Ihrem RC Car, Motor, RC Anlage oder an anderem Zubehör.
- Sorgen Sie dafür, daß Kraftstoff und andere Chemikalien stets von Kindern ferngehalten werden. Gleiches gilt für das elektrische Zubehör wie z.B. Akkus, Ladegeräte oder Elektrostarter.
- Benutzen Sie Ihr RC Car stets mit einem Fail Safe und schließen Sie diesen während des Bindings korrekt an.
- Fahren Sie Ihr RC Car stets auf offenem Gelände und weit entfernt von Menschen, Häusern und Gegenständen.
- Fahren Sie Ihr RC Car niemals auf öffentlichen Straßen und Plätzen, wo Sie Schäden verursachen können.
- Fahren Sie Ihr RC Car niemals im oder durch Wasser.
- Fahren Sie Ihr RC Car niemals wenn die Senderakkus eine zu niedrige Spannung haben. (oder wenn die Batterien fast leer sind)
- Nach dem Benutzen des RC Cars schalten Sie zuerst den Motor ab, dann den Empfänger und dann den Sender.
- Warten Sie Ihr RC Car immer sorgfältig nach der Benutzung. Durch die Vibrationen des Motors sind insbesondere alle Schrauben und Muttern auf festen Halt zu prüfen.

ATTENTION ! Cette voiture RC n’est pas un jouet. Elle est uniquement destinée à des utilisateurs/modélistes d’au moins 14 ans capables de piloter des modèles de véhicules radiocommandés
grande échelle. Cette voiture RC doit toujours être utilisée avec précautions et sens des responsabilités. D’autre part, elle requiert de bonnes connaissances en mécanique.
ATTENTION ! Lire INTEGRALEMENT le manuel d’instructions pour se familiariser avec les caractéristiques de cette voiture RC avant de l’utiliser. Une utilisation incorrecte de ce produit
peut endommager le produit, causer des dommages matériels ou corporels et même entrainer la mort. Toujours conserver l’emballage du produit et la notice d’instructions pour référence
ultérieure.
ATTENTION ! Ne jamais effectuer des modifications ou des réglages non mentionnés dans la notice d’instructions sur la voiture RC. Modifications ou réglages inappropriés peuvent
endommager le produit, causer des dommages matériels ou corporels et même entrainer la mort.
ATTENTION ! Cette voiture RC se contrôle au moyen d’un signal radio sujet à interférences imprévisibles susceptibles de provenir de multiples sources. Ces interférences peuvent cau-
ser des pertes de contrôle temporaires de la voiture RC, pouvant endommager le produit, causer des dommages matériels ou corporels et même entrainer la mort. En conséquence, il faut
conserver une distance minimum de 10 mètres avec les spectateurs -en particulier les enfants, tout autour du modèle, comme marge de sécurité pour éviter les collisions.
ATTENTION ! Ne jamais toucher le moteur et le pot d’échappement brûlants après utilisation, ainsi que d’autres pièces sujettes à échauffement (par exemple de châssis). Ne jamais
toucher les pièces en rotation de la voiture RC, comme par exemple les pignons, couronnes et les roues. Toucher des pièces brûlantes ou en rotation peut causer de graves blessures.
ATTENTION ! Il est impératif de respecter les précautions de sécurité suivantes :
S’assurer que tous les boulons et vis sont fermement serrés
Toujours suivre les instructions et précautions d’utilisation de la voiture RC et de ses options éventuelles.
Toujours éloigner carburant, fluides, petites pièces et équipement électrique hors de portée des enfants.
Employer impérativement un ensemble RC avec dispositif failsafe et veiller à toujours l’activer.
Toujours faire évoluer le modèle sur espace ouvert, éloigné des voitures, du trafic routier, des personnes et des animaux.
Ne jamais faire rouler la voiture sur de l’eau (sol humide, flaques).
Ne jamais faire évoluer le modèle sur la voie publique où des accidents peuvent survenir.
Ne jamais utiliser le modèle avec des piles d’émetteur usagées.
Après utilisation, toujours éteindre dans cet ordre le moteur, le circuit de réception et enfin l’émetteur.
Effectuer la maintenance du véhicule après chaque utilisation. Du fait des vibrations causées par le moteur, vérifier systématiquement que tous les écrous et vis sont fermement serrés.

tors, especially children, in all directions around your model as a safety margin to avoid collisions.
Never touch the hot engine, hot muffler and other parts heated by running the RC Car (as for example the chassis). Never touch rotating parts of the RC Car as for example pignons, gears
or the wheels. Touching the hot or the rotating parts of the RC Car can cause serious injury.
WARNING : You must respect the following safety precautions :
- Always ensure all screws and nuts are tightened
- Always carefully follow the directions and warnings for this and any optional support equipment.
- Always keep all chemicals, small parts and anything electrical out of the reach of children.
- Always ensure to use a failsafe and properly set it during binding.

- Never run this vehicle in or through water.
- Never run your model in a public street where damage can occur.
- Never run your model with low transmitter batteries.
- When finished operating, always power off the engine first, then the receiver, then the transmitter.
- Always perform maintenance on the vehicle after each and every use. Due to engine vibration, all screws and nuts will need to be checked to ensure they are tight.

Sicherheitshinweise
Der Umgang mit Kraftstoffen erfordert vorsichtige und umsichtige Handlungsweise. Unbedingt Sicherheitshinweise beachten.
- Tanken Sie nur bei ausgeschaltetem Motor!
- Karosserie abnehmen.
- Bereich um den Tankstutzen gut säubern.
- Tankverschluss abnehmen und Kraftstoffgemisch vorsichtig einfüllen.
- Rauchen und jegliches offene Feuer ist nicht zulässig.
- Kraftstoffe können lösungsmittelähnliche Substanzen enthalten. Haut und Augenkontakt vermeiden.
Beim Betanken Handschuhe tragen. Kraftstoffdämpfe nicht einatmen.
- Keinen Kraftstoff verschütten. Wenn Kraftstoff verschüttet wurde, Motor und Modell sofort säubern.
- Achten, dass kein Kraftstoff ins Erdreich gelangt (Umweltschutz). Geeignete Unterlage verwenden.
- Nicht in geschlossenen Räumen tanken. Kraftstoffdämpfe sammeln sich am Boden (Explosionsgefahr).
- Kraftstoff nur in zugelassenen und gekennzeichneten Kanistern transportieren und lagern. Kraftstoff Kindern nicht zugänglich machen.
- Die Bedienungsperson ist im Anwendungsbereich des Modells bzw. Motors für Schäden gegenüber Dritten verantwortlich, wenn diese persönlich
oder in ihrem Eigentum verletzt werden.
- Das Modell darf nur an Personen weitergegeben werden, die mit diesem Modell und seiner Handhabung vertraut sind, stets die Bedien-ungsan-
leitung mitgeben.
- Personen mit Herzschrittmachern dürfen am laufenden Motor und beim Starten nicht an stromführenden Teilen der Zündanlage arbeiten.
- Der Motor darf nicht in geschlossenen Räumen (ohne ausreichende Belüftung) gestartet oder betrieben werden.
- Beim Starten ist das Einatmen der Auspuffgase zu vermeiden.
- Das Modell darf nicht ohne Luftfilter bzw. ohne Auspuffanlage gestartet oder betrieben werden.
- Vor jedem Starten ist eine Funktionsprüfung der sicherheitsrelevanten Teile durchzuführen.
- Das Gasgestänge muss immer von selbst in die Leerlaufstellung zurückgehen.
- Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur bei abgestelltem Motor durchgeführt werden. Motor und Schalldämpfer werden sehr heiß,
besonders Schalldämpfer nicht berühren.
Consignes de sécurité
L’utilisation d’un carburant préconise une attention élevée ainsi que certaines conditions de sécurité.
- Faire le plein moteur éteint
- Enlever la carrosserie
- Nettoyer le réservoir
- Enlever le bouchon de réservoir et remplir avec précaution
- Ne pas fumer, éviter toute source de chaleur comme le feu
- Les carburants peuvent contenir des produits hautement toxiques, éviter le contact avec les yeux, la peau, ne pas ingérer.
- Lors du plein porter des gants, ne pas inhaler les vapeurs d’essence
- Ne pas déverser de carburant sur le véhicule, si cela arrive, nettoyer immédiatement le moteur et le châssis
- Faire attention à ne pas déverser de carburant dans la nature (pollution)
- Ne pas faire le plein dans un milieu non ventilé. Les vapeurs d’essence se concentrent au sol (risque d’explosion).
- Le carburant doit être stocké dans un jerrican adapté avec une notification dessus. Ne pas laisser à la portée des enfants.
- La personne qui utilise le modèle est responsable en cas d’accident.
- Le modèle ne peut être confié qu’à une personne responsable et ayant la maîtrise de celui-ci, elle doit obligatoirement consulter la notice d’utilisation
- Les personnes avec des problèmes cardiaques ne doivent en aucun cas intervenir sur un moteur qui tourne ou lors de la phase de démarrage
(bobine haute tension).
- Le moteur ne doit être mis en route dans un endroit clos sans aspiration.
- Ne pas inhaler les gaz d’échappement.
- Le modèle ne doit pas être utilisé sans filtre à air et sans échappement.
- Avant chaque mise en route, vérifier les éléments à risque ainsi que le bon fonctionnement de votre télécommande.
- La tringlerie de gaz doit être libre et revenir au ralentie.
- Le nettoyage et la maintenance du véhicule ne doivent être effectués que moteur éteint. Attention ! Des éléments comme le moteur et l’échap-
pement deviennent très chaud, ne pas les toucher après utilisation.
Security advices
Fuel requires circumspective and careful handling. Imperatively observe the security advices.
- Refuel only with engine switched off!
- Remove the bodyshell.
- Thoroughly clean the area around the fuel nipple.
- Remove the fuel filler cap and carefully fill in the fuel mixture.
- Smoking or any kind of open fire is not admitted.
- Fuels might contain solvent-like substances. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear gloves for refueling. Do not inhale fuel vapors.
- Do not spill any fuel. If you have spilled fuel immediately clean the engine and the model.
- Make sure that no fuel will get into the soils (environmental protection). Use an appropriate mat.
- Do not refuel in enclosed rooms. Fuel vapors accumulate at the soil (risk of explosion).
- Transport and store fuels only in admitted and labeled canisters. Keep fuel out of the range of children.
- The operator is responsible for any damage caused to third persons in the operating range of the model, consequently of the engine.
- The model must only be passed on to persons who are familiar with this model and its operation, always provide the operating manual.
- Persons with implanted heart pacemakers must not work on running engines and on live parts of the ignition system when the engine is being started.
- The engine must neither be started nor operated in enclosed rooms (without sufficient ventilation).
- When starting the engine, avoid inhaling the exhausts.
- The model must neither be started nor operated without air filter or without exhaust system.
- Before every start perform a functional check of the safety-relevant parts.
- The throttle rods must always return automatically to the idle position.
- Any cleaning, maintenance and repair work must only be performed with the engine being switched off. The engine and silencers are getting very
hot. In particular do not touch the silencer.

mitter, receiver or servos, please contact your specialized dealer or send either the radio control system or the complete model to-
gether with a detailed description of the problem to the service department of the official FG distributor in your country or directly to
our service department.

Unsere Artikel werden vor Auslieferung sorgfältig geprüft. Sollte jedoch wider Erwarten ein Fehler bzw. Schaden an einem unserer Produkte auf-
treten oder ein Herstellungsfehler festgestellt werden, bitten wir Sie, das Folgende zu beachten.
Senden Sie das defekte bzw. fehlerhafte Produkt mit einer ausführlichen Fehlerbeschreibung und in einem bearbeitbaren, gereinigten Zustand
bruchsicher verpackt sowie ausreichend frankiert an folgende Adresse:

chen ab Ausstellungsdatum.
Bei Vorliegen eines Garantiefalls fallen keine Kosten an und der Versand erfolgt portofrei.

Keine Garantie gewähren wir bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung und Verschleißteilen. Die Garantie ist ferner ausgeschlossen, wenn unzulässiges
Zubehör verwandt worden ist oder Tuning- und Anbauteile, die nicht aus dem FG-Lieferprogramm stammen oder nicht von FG Modellsport aus-
drücklich als zulässiges Zubehör deklariert worden sind. Es obliegt dem Käufer, sich bei seinem FG Fachhändler diesbezüglich zu informieren.

Betriebsanleitung für
Zenoah- und FG V-260/CY-Motoren
Die 1:5 On-Road und 1:6 Truck Modelle werden mit Standard-Luftfilter mit werkseitig eingeöltem Filtereinsatz ausgeliefert. Für den Einsatz auf
Plätzen mit wenig Staubentwicklung ist dieser Filter ausreichend. Die Schaumstoff-Filtereinsätze sollten vorsichtshalber öfters gewechselt bzw. ge-
reinigt und wieder mit Filteröl 06441 durchgehend getränkt werden. Wegen der erhöhten Staubentwicklung bei den 1:6 Off-Road Modellen werden
diese serienmäßig mit dem FG Off-Road Ansaug-Luftfilter mit eingeöltem Filtereinsatz ausgestattet. Entsprechend der Staubentwicklung ist auch
bei den Off-Road Filtern der Filtereinsatz zu reinigen, auf Risse zu prüfen und durchgehend mit FG Filteröl 06441 zu tränken.
1. Inbetriebnahme des Motors
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme des Motors den Luftfilter und auch
den Luftfilteradapter auf korrekten und festen Sitz. Die Grundeinstellung des
Motors ist werksseitig eingestellt. Das Mischungsverhältnis des Kraftstoffs
sollte 1:33 betragen = 3 % Ölanteil. Verwendbarer Kraftstoff Superbenzin oder
Superplus. Für die optimale Schmierung empfehlen wir unser FG Panolin Ra-
cing Öl, Best.-Nr. 08559.
2. Starten des kalten Motors
Vergaser-Drosselklappe schließen bzw. in Standgas-Position bringen. Choke-
Klappe am Vergaser schließen. Drücken Sie nun die Primerpumpe am Ver-
gaser, bis diese mit Kraftstoff gefüllt ist. Zugstarter langsam bis zum ersten
Widerstand herausziehen, dann kräftig anziehen, bis der Motor hörbar zün-
det. In der Regel wird der Motor nach dem ersten Starten wieder ausgehen.
Jetzt öffnen Sie die Choke-Klappe und ziehen Sie erneut am Zugstarter, bis
der
Motor läuft. Motor in kaltem Zustand niemals mit Volllast oder mit hohen Dreh-
zahlen betreiben, Motor zuvor ca. 3-4 Minuten mit niedrigen Drehzahlen
warmfahren. Bei Schäden kann keine Garantie gewährt werden.
3. Starten des warmen Motors
Choke-Klappe geöffnet lassen, Primerpumpe drücken und Zugstarter betäti-
gen. Zum Abstellen des Motors drücken Sie den Kurzschlussschalter (Stop-
Schalter) so lange, bis der Motor steht.
4. Vergasereinstellung
Der Vergaser wird vom Werk entsprechend den örtlichen Verhältnissen ein-
gestellt. Je nach Luftfilter, Schalldämpfer und Einsatzort kann eine Korrektur
erforderlich sein. Bringen Sie den Motor durch Fahren auf Betriebstempera-
tur. Sollte der Motor beim Beschleunigen etwas verzögern, dann läuft er zu
mager. In diesem Fall drehen Sie die Leerlauf-Gemischschraube L etwas en-
tgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn. Kommt der Motor nur langsam stotternd bei stär-
kerer Rauchentwicklung auf Touren, dürfte dieser zu fett sein, d. h. Sie sollten
dann die Leerlauf-Gemischschraube L im Uhrzeigersinn etwas zudrehen. Um
die maximale Drehzahl einzustellen, heben Sie die Hinterräder an und gehen
Sie mit dem betriebswarmen Motor kurzzeitig auf Vollgas. Nun können Sie an
der Volllast-Gemischschraube H bei zu magerem Gemisch nach links bzw.
bei zu fettem Gemisch nach rechts drehen.
ACHTUNG! Halten Sie den Motor nur kurzzeitig in unbelastetem
Zustand auf Höchstdrehzahl. In den meisten Fällen muss die Leerlauf-An-
schlagschraube nachreguliert werden, wenn eine Motoreinstellung an der
Leerlauf-Gemischschraube L wie auch an der Volllast-Gemischschraube H
vorgenommen wurde.
5. Vergasergrundeinstellung
Die angegebenen Werte sind Anhaltswerte. In einigen Fällen ist eine Nach-
justierung erforderlich. Sollten Sie das Gefühl haben, dass die Leerlauf-Ge-
mischschraube L bzw. die Volllast-Gemischschraube H gänzlich verdreht
wurden, dann drehen Sie beide Einstellschrauben L + H vorsichtig im Uhr-
zeigersinn bis auf Anschlag zu. Danach.
Einstellschrauben nach folgender Tabelle entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn auf-
drehen.
Bei den ersten zwei Tankfüllungen sollten Sie Höchstdrehzahlen
im unbelasteten Zustand vermeiden ebenso wie anhaltende Voll-
gasfahrten auf Parkplätzen. Beim ersten Einsatz sollte auch ein
Reichweitentest mit der Fernlenkanlage bei laufendem Motor
durchgeführt werden.
Betreiben Sie den Motor niemals in geschlossenen Räumen ohne
ausreichende Belüftung.

Notice moteur Zenoah et moteur FG 260.
Les modèles 1/5 et 1/6 piste sont montés avec un filtre à air standard huilé. Si le modèle est utilisé dans des endroits peu poussiéreux, ce filtre suf-
fira. La maintenance des filtres est primordiale, il faut les laver fréquemment et les huiler avec de l’huile réf. 06441.
Les modèles Offroad sont équipés d’origine du filtre Offroad munis d’une épaisse mousse huilée.
Il faut également fréquemment nettoyer ces mousses et les huiler pour le bon fonctionnement du moteur.
1. Instructions de mise en route
Avant chaque utilisation, vérifier le filtre à air ainsi que sa fixation sur le sup-
port de filtre à air. Le moteur est réglé d’usine. Le mélange effectué avec du
SP95 ou SP98 doit être de l’ordre de 3% d’huile. Nous préconisons pour un
graissage optimal notre huile FG Panolin Racing réf. 08559.
2. Démarrage à froid
Fermer le volet de carburateur en position ralentie, puis le volet de starter. Ap-
puyer sur la pompe d’amorçage jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit pleine. Tirer une pre-
mière fois lentement sur le lanceur, puis de façon énergique. En général, il
démarre puis coupe. Ouvrir le volet de starter, tirer énergiquement sur le lan-
ceur jusqu’à ce que le moteur tourne. Ne jamais demander la pleine puis-
sance à un moteur froid. Laisser tourner 3 à 4 minutes avec un régime moteur
peu élevé.
Si ces consignes de mise en route ne sont pas respectées, la garantie ne
sera pas appliquée en cas de casse.
3. Démarrage moteur chaud
Ouvrir le clapet de starter, appuyer sur la pompe d’amorçage et tirer énergi-
quement sur le lanceur. Pour le couper, appuyer sur l’interrupteur jusqu’à ce
qu’il ne tourne plus.
4. Réglage du carburateur
Le carburateur a un réglage d’usine. Toutefois, suivant le filtre à air, l’échap-
pement et selon l’endroit où l’on l’utilise, il faut retoucher le réglage. Rame-
ner le moteur à sa température de fonctionnement. Dans le cas où le moteur
accélère en ayant un trou de fonctionnement, cela signifie que le moteur est
trop pauvre. Dans ce cas, retoucher la vis L du carburateur et l’ouvrir petit à
petit (dans le sens antihoraire). Si le moteur prend doucement son régime en
fumant beaucoup, cela signifie que le moteur est trop gras. Dans ce cas, fer-
mer légèrement la vis L (sens horaire). Pour le réglage de la vitesse de rota-
tion maximale, soulever le véhicule et accélérer à fond de façon brève. Il sera
possible de régler la vitesse de rotation maxi sur la vis H du carburateur, en
la serrant (sens horaire), le réglage sera plus sec, en la desserrant (sens an-
tihoraire), le réglage sera plus riche.
Attention ! Ne pas tenir le moteur à des régimes trop élevés trop longtemps.
En général, après ces réglages, il sera nécessaire de retoucher la vis de
ralentie.
5. Réglages de base du carburateur
Le réglage de base est d’usine, dans certains cas, il est toutefois nécessaire
de le retoucher. Si l’on remarque que les vis L et H ont été totalement déré-
glées, il faut les fermer en buté sans serrer puis les rouvrir comme indiqué
dans le tableau.
Ne jamais démarrer le véhicule dans un endroit clos
sans ventilation.
Pendant les 2 premiers réservoirs, il faut éviter les hauts régimes
sans charge ainsi que les trop grandes lignes droites. Il est égale-
ment conseillé de vérifier la portée de la télécommande avec le mo-
teur démarré.

Working instruction for
Zenoah and FG V-260/CY engines
Our 1:5 On-Road and 1:6 Truck models are equipped with a standard air filter including a factory-oiled filter insert. This filter is sufficient for use on
tracks with low formation of dust. As a precaution, we recommend to change or rather clean the foam filter inserts more often and afterwards soak
them again fully with filter oil 06441. Due to the higher formation of dust, we have equipped our 1:6 Off-Road models with the FG Off-Road inlet air
filter with oiled filter insert. Due to the presence of dust, It is mandatory to clean the filter inserts of these Off-Road filters. Check for cracks and soak
them in filter oil 06441, too.
1. Initial operation of the engine
Always check if the air filter and the air filter adapter are seated correctly and
firmly before starting the engine. The mix ratio of gas and oil should be 1:33
which means a part of 3 % oil. Suitable gas is Super or Superplus gas. We
recommend our FG Panolin Racing Oil for an optimal lubrication, Item
N°. 08559.
2. Starting the cold engine
Close the carburetor throttle valve and now shut the choke flap on the car-
buretor. Press the primer pump on the carburetor until the pump is full of fuel.
Slowly pull the rope starter until you feel the first resistance, then pull stron-
gly until the engine starts. Normally the engine will stop again after the first
ignition. Now open the choke flap and pull the rope starter once again until the
engine runs. Never run the cold engine at full-load or at high speed ranges,
rather warm-up the engine for approx. 3-4 minutes at a low speed range. If
the starting instructions are not strictly followed, our warranty can not be
engaged.
3. Starting the warm engine
Leave the choke clap open, press the primer pump and actuate the rope star-
ter. To turn the engine off, press the ignition switch until the engine stops.
4. Carburetor adjustment
The adjustment of the carburetor is preset at the factory according to the local
conditions. Depending on air filter, exhaust silencer and operating conditions
a correction may be necessary.
Drive the engine until it has reached its working temperature. If the engine de-
celerates a little during the acceleration, then it runs too lean. In this case,
open the No-load adjusting screw L counterclockwise. If the engine revs up
slowly and emitting clouds of smoke, then the engine probably runs with an
overrich mixture. In that case you should turn the No-load adjusting screw L
clockwise.
To adjust the maximum rotation speed, lift the rear wheels and run the warm
engine briefly at full speed. Turn the Full-load adjusting screw H to the left
(lean mixture) or to the right (overrich mixture).
CAUTION! Do not run the engine in a no-load condition too long at high rpms.
Usually, the idle adjusting screw has to be ajusted once again.
5. Basic adjustment of the carburetor
The preset values are reference values. Nevertheless in some cases, the car-
buretor has to be readjusted. If you notice that the No-load adjusting screw L
or the Full-load adjusting screw H are wrongly adjusted, close both adjusting
screws L + H carefully. Then, open the adjusting screws counterclockwise
corresponding to the following table.
During the first two tank fillings, avoid running at maximum speed
ranges in no-load condition as well as full-speed drives on long
straight lines. It is advised to check the effective range of the radio
control system with the engine running.
Never operate the engine in closed rooms without sufficient venti-
lation. Further safety instructions are enclosed with the engines ins-
truction manual.

Wichtige Wartungshinweise
Ein Modellauto ist nur so gut wie die Wartung, die es bekommt!
Nach Fahrten bei Nässe oder nach der Reinigung des Modells mit Wasser gilt es Folgendes zu beachten:
Nach Fahrten im Regen auf Asphalt, Erdboden, Sand, Gras, auch wenn das Modell übermäßig durch stehende Pfützen nass geworden ist, muss
das Modell sofort (nicht erst am nächsten Tag !!) gereinigt werden.
Dazu muss der Motor ausgebaut und die Kupplung entfernt werden. Die Passschrauben sowie die Kupplungsbacken müssen gereinigt und vom
Wasser befreit werden. Ansonsten kann zwischen Befestigungsschrauben und Kupplungsbacken Passungsrost entstehen, der die korrekte Funk-
tion der Kupplung beeinträchtigt. Als hilfreich hat sich erwiesen, die Befestigungsschrauben am Passungsdurch-messer mit Kupferpaste leicht ein-
zustreichen (nicht zu viel Paste verwenden, damit kein Fett auf die Kupplungsbacken gelangt).
Bei starker Verschmutzung muss auch der Zahnriemenantrieb zerlegt, gereinigt und getrocknet werden.
Am Fahrzeug muss sichergestellt werden, dass ALLE KUGELLAGER vom Wasser befreit und getrocknet werden. Danach sind diese mit einem
Lageröl einzuölen. Bei Kugellagern mit Metalldeckscheibe kann durch mehrmaliges Auftragen des Öls auf die Deckscheibe bei gleichzeitigem Dre-
hen des Kugellagers geölt werden. Diesen Vorgang so oft wiederholen, bis das Lager leicht und leise läuft. Sollte dabei festgestellt werden, dass
die Kugellager sich nicht leicht und ohne Widerstand drehen lassen, sollten diese gegen neue Lager ausgetauscht werden.
Bei Kugellagern mit Kunststoff-Dichtlippe kann diese vorsichtig mit einer Nadel abgehoben werden. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die Dichtlippe nicht
beschädigt. Nun kann das Kugellager neu mit Fett befüllt werden oder eingeölt werden. Danach die Dichtlippe wieder vorsichtig am Kugellager mon-
tieren. Der richtige Sitz der Lippe ist erreicht, wenn diese mit einem leichten Klick einrastet.
Grundsätzlich müssen alle im Fahrzeug verbauten Stahlteile wie z. B. Schrauben, Antriebswellen, Mitnehmer und Zahnräder mit etwas Rost-
schutzmittel (z. B. WD 40) oder ähnliches Konservierungs- bzw. Pflegeöl behandelt werden, um eine Rostbildung zu vermeiden.
Nach Fahrten im Gras müssen unbedingt nachstehende Arbeiten ausgeführt werden:
Das Motorgehäuse B des Zylinders muss demontiert werden, um das Gras, das sich zwischen den Zylinder-Kühlrippen angesammelt hat, zu en-
tfernen. Wird dies nicht gemacht, besteht die Gefahr, dass nicht mehr ausreichend Kühlluft den Zylinder umströmen kann. Da der Motor sehr heiß
wird, kann dies zu einem erheblichen Leistungsverlust oder auch zu einem „Kolbenfresser“ führen. Um den Reinigungs-vorgang zu erleichtern, ohne
den Motor auszubauen, können die Führungsleisten am Motorgehäuse entfernt werden. Das Motorgehäuse kann dann nur durch Entfernen der
drei Befestigungsschrauben abgenommen werden. Auch das Startergehäuse sollte überprüft werden, ob angesaugtes Gras das Startergehäuse
umschließt. Die Luftöffnungen des Startergehäuses müssen komplett gesäubert werden, so dass wieder genügend Kühlluft angesaugt werden
kann.
Der Seilzugstarter muss, sobald das Starterseil nicht mehr vollständig zurückgezogen wird, zerlegt, gereinigt und eingefettet werden.
Der Schaumstoff des Luftfilters sollte gegen einen frisch eingeölten Schaumstoff ausgetauscht werden.
Prüfen Sie das Fahrzeug durch gleichzeitiges Drehen beider Hinterräder auf Leichtlauf. Ist dieser nicht mehr gegeben, müssen am Fahr-zeug alle
Räder und deren Vierkantmitnehmer demontiert werden. Die Grasreste, die sich zwischen Vierkantmitnehmer und den Kugella-gern der Achs-
schenkel angesammelt bzw. aufgewickelt haben, sind zu entfernen. Wird damit zu lange gewartet, kann die Deckscheibe des Kugellagers defor-
miert werden. Dies führt unweigerlich zum Ausfall der Kugellager.
Bei den 4WD-Fahrzeugen sollte auch der komplette Zahnriemen-Antrieb auf Verunreinigungen untersucht und gereinigt werden.
Weitere Wartungs- und Einstellhinweise:
- M4 bzw. M5 Muttern an der Stoßdämpferbefestigung nicht festziehen, dem Stoßdämpfer 0,5mm Spiel lassen.
- Nach ca. 2 Stunden Fahrzeit müssen alle Schrauben geprüft, ggfs. nachgezogen werden.
- Bei den 4WD-Modellen ist der Zahnriemen alle 20-25 Std. auszuwechseln.
Problem! Motor springt nicht an.
Lösung! Zündkerze herausdrehen und den Kerzenstecker auf die Zündkerze auf-
drücken. Zündkerzen-Außengewinde mittels einer abisolierten Flachzange gegen den
Zylinder halten und Motor mit dem Starterseil anziehen. Jetzt sollte an der Zündkerze
deutlich ein Zündfunke zu sehen sein. Ist kein Zündfunke zu sehen und der Ringspalt
ist zudem noch sehr stark verrußt, sollte mit einer Stahlnadel zwischen Isolator und
Gehäuse die abgelagerte Ölkohle (Verrußung) entfernt werden. Den Ringspalt noch
mit FG Reinigungs-Spray ausspülen und ablüften lassen. Zündkerze in den Motor
einsetzen und Motor starten.
Anschließend den Motor für einige Sekunden auf Vollgas laufen lassen, damit sich
die Zündkerze freibrennt bzw. reinigt.
Achtung! Bei weiterer Benutzung des Motors auf korrekte Vergasereinstellung achten.
Beim Betrieb des Motors das Gemisch nicht zu fett einstellen, da bei einem zu fetten
Gemisch dieses Problem wieder auftreten kann (s. Anleitung 5. Vergasereinstellung).
Problem! Motor hat Zündaussetzer bzw. keinen Zündfunken.
Lösung! Verbindung zwischen Zündkerze und Zündkerzenstecker prüfen. Der Ker-
zenstecker muss fest auf der Zündkerze sitzen. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, Zünd-
kerzenstecker gegen einen neuen austauschen.
Problem! Erhöhte und unregelmäßige Leerlaufdrehzahl
Lösung! Der Motor läuft beim Gaswegnehmen etwas nach und hat einen unregelmäßigen erhöhten Leerlauf. Zudem läßt sich
der Vergaser nur schwer bzw. überhaupt nicht mehr einstellen.

Information importante de maintenance
Après avoir roulé dans l’eau, sur un terrain gras, dans du sable, herbe… il est nécessaire de nettoyer et sécher le véhicule immédiatement et pas
le jour d’après.
Il faut démonter le moteur du châssis, descendre l’embrayage, nettoyer les vis de fixation des masselottes d’embrayage et les graisser légèrement
avec de la graisse au cuivre (Attention de ne pas en mettre de trop pour le bon fonctionnement de votre embrayage). Lors d’utilisation du modèle
dans des conditions extrêmes, il est nécessaire de démonter la transmission, de nettoyer poulie et chemin de courroie.
Tous les roulements du véhicule doivent être séchés et nettoyés. Lorsque les roulements sont de type anti-poussière, il est possible de les lubri-
fier avec de l’huile à roulement, réitérer l’opération jusqu’à ce que le roulement soit parfaitement libre.
Si toutefois le roulement gratte encore, l’échanger pour du neuf.
Si le véhicule est équipé de roulements étanches, retirer le flasque caoutchouc à l’aide d’une aiguille (Attention à ne pas l’abîmer) puis remonter
le flasque. Attention appuyer jusqu’à sentir un petit clic de mise en place.
Toutes les pièces métalliques doivent être aspergées par une solution hydrofuge de type WD40 afin d’éviter des problèmes de rouille.
Lors d’une utilisation du modèle dans l’herbe, il est nécessaire de :
Démonter le carter B du cylindre afin d’éliminer l’herbe qui se trouve entre les ailettes du cylindre. Le refroidissement par air forcé se fera de ma-
nière optimale. Si ce nettoyage n’est pas fait, les performances du moteur peuvent être réduite et cette négligence peut mener jusqu’à la destruc-
tion du moteur (serrage de l’ensemble piston cylindre). Il n’est pas obligatoire de démonter le moteur du châssis, il suffit de démonter le carter en
plastique du cylindre. Il est également préférable de démonter le lanceur afin de le nettoyer et permettre l’aspiration optimale d’air frais au moteur.
Si le lanceur ne revient pas correctement, il faudra le démonter et le graisser. Le filtre à air doit être remplacé par un nouveau filtre huilé.
Faire tourner les roues arrière dans le même sens. Si celle-ci ne sont pas libres, démonter les roues, les carrés de roue, enlever l’herbe qui se colle
entre ceux-ci. Si cette opération n’est pas faite, le flasque du roulement risque de se déformer et de détruire le roulement.
Sur les 4 WD, il est nécessaire de démonter la transmission afin de nettoyer les poulies et chemin de courroie. (Autres travaux de maintenance).
Ne pas serrer les écrous M4 ou M5 contre les amortisseurs, laisser un jeu de 0,5 mm. Toutes les vis doivent être resserrées après 2 heures
d’utilisation.
Sur le 4WD, il est nécessaire de remplacer la courroie après 20 à 25 heures.
Le moteur ne démarre pas
Démonter la bougie et la presser dans l’antiparasite.
A l’aide d’une pince isolée, maintenir le pas de vis de la bougie contre le cylindre, tirer
sur le lanceur. L’étincelle à l’ électrode doit être franche. Si la bougie est fortement
calaminée et l’étincelle est faible ou inexistante, prendre une pointe métallique et l’en-
foncer entre le corps et l’isolateur de bougie, gratter la calamine, nettoyer puis re-
monter la bougie. Démarrer le moteur et le laisser tourner pendant 5 à 6 secondes à
haut régime afin qu’elle se nettoie. Attention à régler le moteur de façon adéquate. Un
réglage trop riche entrainerait encore une fois de la calamine et la panne du moteur.
Le moteur a des ratés jusqu’à couper
Le problème provient certainement de l’antiparasite qui est mal connecté sur la bou-
gie. Si le problème persiste, changer d’antiparasite.
Ralentie instable
Le moteur reste accéléré et le ralentie est instable, les réglages du carburateur ne sont plus possibles synonyme de prise d’air. Echanger les joints
d’isolateur du carburateur.

Model maintenance
The performances of your models strongly depends upon your care!
After operating your model under the rain on asphalt, earth, sand, grass, or if the model is excessively wet after running through standing puddles
clean your model immediately (not the next day !!).
The engine has to be disassembled and the clutch removed. The set screws as well as the clutch pads have to be cleaned and dried. Otherwise
fretting corrosion may arise between fixing screws and clutch pads, leading a wrong operation of the clutch. It is also necessary to slightly lubricate
the fixing screws with copper paste (not too much paste in order to avoid that grease comes in touch with the clutch pads). In case of heavy dirt,
the belt drive has to be dismounted, cleaned and dried, too.
It is very important that you dry ALL BEARINGS of the model car. Then lubricate the bearings with bearing oil. Metal flanged bearings can be oiled
through repeated application of the oil on the cover disk while rotating simultaneously the bearing. Repeat this process until the bearing runs easy
and gentle. If you notice that the bearing does not run smoothly and without any resistance, then replace it with a new one.
In case of plastic sealed bearings, lift carefully the lip of the seal with a needle. Take care not to damage the lip. The bearing can now be refilled
with grease or oiled. Then fix the sealing lip back to the bearing carefully. The lip is correctly seating when you hear the click.
Basically, all steel made parts of the model such as screws, driveshafts, carriers and gearwheels have to be treated with some rust preventive oil
(for example WD 40) or similar rust proofing or maintenance oil in order to prevent formation of rust.
After running on grass, it is absolutely necessary to follow the instructions below:
Dismount the engine housing B from the cylinder in order to remove the grass between the cylinder cooling fins. If you don’t do so, the cylinder may
not received sufficient cooling air. As the engine gets very hot, it could cause a considerable power loss or even a piston/cylinder seizing. To make
the cleaning procedure easier, without disassembling the engine, it is possible to remove the guide rails on the engine housing. Now it is possible
to lift off the engine housing by removing the three fixing screws. Check also for grass on the starter housing. Clean the air vents of the starter hou-
sing completely so that the engine gets sufficient cooling air again.
Disassemble, clean and lubricate the pull starter if the rope doesn’t draw back completely. The foam of the air filter should be replaced by a new
freshly oiled one.
Check the vehicle for smooth running by turning both rear wheels in the same direction. Dismount all wheels and square wheel drivers if the wheels
do not turn smoothly. Remove the grass residues between square wheel drivers and upright bearings. If you wait too long, there is a risk of defor-
mation of the bearing cover disk, causing inevitably a malfunction of the bearings.
In the case of a 4WD vehicle, we recommend to check the complete gearwheel drive on dirt and clean it.
Further service and adjustment notes:
- Do not tighten M4 or respectively M5 nuts against the damper mount ; leave a 0.5mm clearance.
- Check all screws and tighten them if necessary after 2 hours driving time.
- Always replace the gear belt of the 4WD models after 20-25 hours running time.
Engine doesn’t start.
Unscrew the spark plug and press the spark plug socket on the spark plug. Hold the
spark plug outside thread with isolated flat pliers and pull the starter rope. You should
see an ignition spark clearly at the spark plug. If there is no ignition spark and the an-
nular gap has carbon residues, then remove these residues between insulator and
housing with a steel needle. Afterwards, rinse the annular gap with FG Cleaning Spray
and let it evaporate. Screw the spark plug back into the engine and start it. Finally let
the engine run at full speed only for a few seconds, so the spark plug can clean itself.
Attention! For the further use of the engine, set a correct carburetor adjustment. Do
not use an overrich mixture as this problem can occur again (see instruction point 5,
carburetor adjustment).
Engine hickups and stalls
Solution! Check the connection between spark plug and spark plug socket. The plug
socket must sit firmly on the spark plug. If not, replace the spark plug socket with a new
one.
Irregular idle speed
The engine has an irregular increased idle speed. Furthermore, the carburetor can hardly or not be adjusted anymore. In this case, check the condi-
tion of insulator and carburetor gasket as well. Replace defective parts if necessary.

Allgemeine Bedienungshinweise
Bevor Sie das Modell in Betrieb nehmen, müssen Senderakku und Empfängerakku geladen werden.
Die Ladezeit ist aus der beiliegenden Anleitung des Ladegerätes zu entnehmen.
Eine Akku-Ladung reicht je nach Fahrzeug und Einsatzort (Straße oder Gelände) 1 - 2 Tankfüllungen. Um höhere Fahrzeiten und kürzere Lade-
zeiten zu erreichen können Akkus mit mehr Kapazität und Schnell-Ladegeräte verwendet werden. Ein neuer Akku sollte vor dem ersten Einsatz min-
destens 3x geladen bzw. entladen werden. Dies ist notwendig, damit sich die einzelnen Akkuzellen formatieren (angleichen) können. Nach dem
Formatieren ist erst sichergestellt, dass der Akku seine volle Leistung abgeben kann.
Bei Inbetriebnahme des Fahrzeugs immer folgende Reihenfolge einhalten:
Sender einschalten - Empfänger-Stromversorgung einschalten und erst dann den Motor starten. Nach erfolgtem Einsatz in umgekehrter Reihen-
folge vorgehen.
Vor jedem Einsatz des Fahrzeugs muss ein Reichweitentest durchgeführt werden. Lassen Sie dazu das Modell von einem Helfer in die Entfernung
bringen, die Sie gerne fahren möchten. Sie sollten das Modell allerdings nicht weiter als 100m von Ihnen betreiben. Die Fernlenkanlage sollte auf
alle Signale des Senders reagieren. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, muss das Fahren unterlassen werden. Das Fahrzeug bzw. die Fernsteuerung
ist mit einer Fail-Safe Funktion ausgestattet. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die Fail-Safe Funktion Ihres Senders so programmiert ist, dass das Fahr-
zeug bei Störungen nicht auf Vollgas steht, sondern abremst und geradeaus fährt.
Schützen Sie Fernsteuerung und Akku vor Nässe. Sollten Sie bei Regen oder nasser Fahrbahn fahren, müssen Schutzvorkehrungen getroffen wer-
den, die verhindern, dass Wasser in den Sender bzw. Empfänger eindringt.
Nur 2-Takt-Öl verwenden, kein 4-Takt-Öl! Mischungsverhältnis 1:33 = 3% Ölanteil
auf 5 Liter Benzin = 0,15 Liter Öl (150ml)
auf 1 Liter Benzin = 0,03 Liter Öl (30 ml)
Um ein Verrußen der Zündkerze und damit verbundenen Startproblemen vorzubeugen, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:
Wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, etwa 5 mal eine längere Strecke Vollgas fahren. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, das Fahrzeug aufbocken bzw. am
Überrollbügel anheben und und mehrmals einige Sekunden Vollgas geben. Dadurch wird die Zündkerze freigebrannt und der Motor lässt sich beim
nächsten Einsatz wieder problemlos starten. Sollte der Motor wider Erwarten einmal nicht anspringen, reinigen
Sie bitte die Zündkerze wie beschrieben.
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme sind alle Schrauben auf festen Sitz zu kontrollieren. Metrische Schrauben, die in Metall eingedreht sind, müssen mit
Schraubensicherungslack gesichert werden.
Autre point de mise en route
Avant la mise en route, il est nécessaire de charger les accus d’émission et de réception. Le temps de charge est indiqué dans la notice du char-
geur.
Le temps d’utilisation de l’accu chargé varie selon le type d’endroit où il est utilisé (route ou tout terrain). Il est conseillé de recharger votre accu
après 1 à 2 réservoirs. Si l’on souhaite plus de capacité et un temps de charge inférieur, il existe des accus et chargeur adéquat. Un nouvel accu
de réception doit subir 3 fois un cycle de charge/décharge avant utilisation. Cela est nécessaire à l’étalonnage entre éléments et à la puissance
maximale de l’accu.
Pour la mise en route, il faut procéder comme suit :
- Mettre d’abord l’émetteur en route, puis connecter l’accu de réception et enfin démarrer le moteur. Pour l’arrêter, faire la démarche à l’inverse.
- Avant chaque mise en route, vérifier la portée de la télécommande à l’aide d’un tier qui placera le modèle à distance suffisante. Le modèle ne doit
pas être situé à plus de 100 m.
- Toutes les fonctions doivent être précises. Si ce n’est pas le cas, il faut arrêter immédiatement.
- Le véhicule est livré avec une télécommande équipée du Fail-Safe. Vérifier tout de même que la fonction est programmée et que le véhicule, lors
de problème d’interférence, se mette en frein, roue droite.
- Protéger l’émetteur et les accus de la pluie. Lors d’une utilisation sous la pluie, protéger l’ensemble RC ainsi que les servos et le récepteur du vé-
hicule.
- N’utiliser que de l’huile 2 temps synthétique, pas d’huile pour le 4 temps. Le mélange doit être effectué à 3%.
Pour 5 litres d’essence = 0,15 litre d’huile (150 ml)
Pour 1 litre d’essence = 0,03 litre d’huile (30 ml)
- Dans le cas ou la bougie est très calaminée et le véhicule a du mal à démarrer, prendre 5 fois une belle ligne droite à plein régime. Si cela n’est
pas possible, soulever le véhicule par l’arceau et accélérer quelques fois à plein régime. Le problème de démarrage devrait être résolu.
- Si toutefois le moteur reste difficile à démarrer, nettoyer la bougie comme indiqué.
- Il est préconisé de contrôler régulièrement le serrage des vis. Dans le cas de vis métriques, il faut les sécuriser avec du frein filet.

General working instructions
Before using the model, transmitter and receiver batteries need to be charged.
The charging time is indicated in the instruction manual of the charger.
One battery charge is sufficient for 1 - 2 tank fillings, depending upon the model and the location (street or open country). If you want to achieve
longer driving times and shorter charging times, you can install batteries with higher capacity and 12 V quick-chargers. Such chargers also allow a
recharging on the field with a car battery. Charge or respectively discharge a new battery before the first use at least three times. This is neces-
sary for the formatting of the single battery cells. Without this procedure, the battery could not develop its full capacity.
For the initial startup of the vehicle, please stick to the following sequence:
Switch on the transmitter - turn on the power supply of the receiver, then start the engine. After use please proceed in reverse order.
Before every operation of the vehicle, it is necessary to check the range of the RC equipment. Place the model within the distance you’d like to run
it. Do not operate the model in a distance of more than 100 meters! The model should respond to all signals of the transmitter. If not, do not run the
model! The vehicle or respectively the radio control is equipped with a fail safe function. Pay attention the fail safe function of your transmitter is set
in a way that the vehicle slows down and runs straight ahead in the case of interferences.
Protect RC equipment and battery against wet conditions. If you operate your model in the rain or on a wet driving surface, you must avoid water
entering the transmitter or the receiver.
Only use oil for 2 stroke engines, avoid oil for 4 stroke! Mixing ratio 1:33 = 3% oil share
5 liter fuel = 0,15 liter oil (150ml)
1 liter fuel = 0,03 liter oil (30 ml)
To prevent a sooting of the spark plug and the associated starting problems, please proceed in the following way:
If possible run your model around 5 times over a long straight line at full speed. If not possible, lift up the model, holding the roll bar and speed up
to full speed repeatedly for a few seconds. This will clean the spark plug and the engine will start without any problem the next time. If the engine-
remains difficult to start, clean the spark plug as described.
Check that all screws are tight before every startup. Secure metric screws screwed into metal with threadlock.
