RICARICA DELLA BATTERIA
PERICOLO:
• Se il cavo di alimentazione del caricabatteria è danneggiato o rotto, deve essere sostituito dal
scopo di evitare pericoli.
• La presa per il cavo di alimentazione del caricabatteria deve essere provvista di messa a
terra regolamentare.
•

• Prima di iniziare la ricarica controllare che la base del caricabatteria non sia danneggiato, se
danneggiato non utilizzarlo e contattare l’assistenza tecnica.
• Prima di iniziare la ricarica controllare che nella presa presente nel caricabatterie a bordo,
non vi sia ristagno di acqua o umidità.
• Prima di iniziare la ricarica controllare che il cavo elettrico che collega il caricabatterie alla
rete di alimentazione non sia danneggiato, se danneggiato non utilizzarlo e contattare
l’assistenza tecnica del rivenditore del caricabatterie.
• Non scollegate il cavo della corrente continua del caricabatteria dalla presa della macchina
quando il caricabatteria è in funzione. Questo è necessario per evitare che si formino archi
elettrici. Per scollegare il caricabatterie durante la carica, è necessario prima scollegare il
cavo di alimentazione della corrente alternata.
• Ricaricare la batteria (cod. 440141) con il caricabatteria (cod. 440807), entrambi presenti
nell’imballo, non utilizzare nessun’altro tipo di carica batteria.
• La batteria deve essere rimossa dall’apparecchio prima di essere scarica.
AVVERTIMENTO:
• Non usare caricabatteria non compatibili in quanto potrebbero danneggiare le batterie e
potenzialmente provocare un incendio.
•
• Prima di utilizzare il caricabatterie, accertarsi che la frequenza e la tensione indicate sulla
targhetta matricolare della macchina coincidano con la tensione di rete.

• Non fumare, nelle vicinanze del carica batteria, durante il ciclo di carica.
• Leggere attentamente il manuale d’uso del caricabatterie che si vuole utilizzare prima di
iniziare l’operazione di ricarica.
• Non tentare di aprire per qualsiasi ragione la batteria. Evitare il contatto con il liquido che
fuoriesce da batterie danneggiate. Sciacquare eventualmente con acqua la porzione di pelle
che ha toccato il liquido, in caso di contatto con occhi ricorrere inoltre all’assistenza di un
medico.
• Non lasciare che la batteria si sporchi o si bagni.

• La temperatura d’immagazzinamento deve essere compresa tra i -25°C e i +55°C.
• Condizioni d’impiego: temperatura ambiente compresa tra lo 0°C e i 40°C con umidità relativa
tra 30 e 95%.L'aspiratore è stato sviluppato solo per la pulizia a secco e non deve essere
utilizzato o conservato all'aperto in condizioni di umidità.
• Prima dell'uso assicurarsi del perfetto stato e del funzionamento sicuro dell'apparecchio e

• Caricare la batteria solo a temperature ambiente tra 10°C e 40°C. Caricare la batteria
solo usando l’alimentatore fornito con l’apparecchio. Non tentare di caricare delle batterie

fornita da un tecnico specializzato. Altre batterie potrebbero scoppiare causando lesioni alle

tensione di rete.
• Non utilizzare il caricabatteria in ambienti di rischio esplosione.
• I contatti del caricabatteria non devono toccare parti in metallo per evitare il rischio di
cortocircuito.
• Non tentare mai di ricaricare batterie a celle primarie per pericolo di esplosioni.
• Non tentare mai di caricare batterie danneggiate.

smaltimento vigenti nel paese di utilizzo dell’apparecchio.

• Evitare che l’apparecchio in funzione pervenga a distanza ravvicinata da organi delicati quali
orecchie, bocca, occhi etc.

• L'apparecchio deve essere conservato esclusivamente in ambienti chiusi.
• Se l’aspirapolvere non funziona adeguatamente o è stato fatto cadere, danneggiato, lasciato
all’aperto o fatto cadere in acqua, restituirlo ad un centro di assistenza o al rivenditore.
• Utilizzare sempre l'apparecchio conformemente alla destinazione d'uso tenendo in

Questo manuale ha lo scopo di fornire al cliente tutte le informazioni necessarie per utilizzare
l’apparecchio nel modo più adeguato, autonomo e sicuro possibile. Esso comprende informazioni
inerenti l’aspetto tecnico, la sicurezza, il funzionamento, il fermo dell’apparecchio, la manutenzione, i
di dubbi sulla corretta interpretazione delle istruzioni, interpellare il più vicino centro assistenza, per
ottenere i necessari chiarimenti.

PREMESSA
Preghiamo perciò di leggere con attenzione questo manuale di istruzioni e di rileggerlo ogni qualvolta,
di assistenza, organizzato in collaborazione con i nostri concessionari, è sempre a disposizione per
eventuali consigli o interventi diretti.
DATI PER L’IDENTIFICAZIONE
Per l’assistenza tecnica o per la richiesta di parti di ricambio, citare sempre il modello, la versione e il
numero di matricola posto sull’apposita targhetta matricolare.
DESCRIZIONE TECNICA
L’ Fv9 Plus è un apparecchio aspirapolvere che, utilizzando la depressione creata all’interno del fusto di
raccolta dalla ventola azionata dal motore elettrico, è in grado di aspirare polvere e corpi solidi secchi di

SICUREZZA
Per evitare infortuni, la collaborazione dell’operatore è essenziale. Nessun programma di prevenzione
del funzionamento dell’apparecchio. La maggior parte degli incidenti che avvengono in un’azienda,
sul lavoro o nei trasferimenti, sono causati dall’inosservanza delle più elementari regole di prudenza.
Un operatore attento e prudente è la miglior garanzia contro gli infortuni e si rivela indispensabile per
completare qualsiasi programma di prevenzione.
TARGA MATRICOLA
La targa matricola è posta nella parte posteriore dell’aspirapolvere, in essa sono riportate le
caratteristiche generali dell’apparecchio in particolar modo il numero di serie dell’apparecchio. Il numero
di serie è un’informazione molto importante che deve essere sempre fornita congiuntamente ad ogni
richiesta di assistenza o di acquisto ricambi.
TIPOLOGIA DI BATTERIA
Per alimentare l’apparecchio si deve impiegare solo ed esclusivamente la batteria fornita nell’imballo
oppure fornita da un tecnico specializzato. NON POSSONO ESSERE IMPIEGATI ALTRI TIPI DI
BATTERIA. L’apparecchio viene alimentato da una batteria agli ioni di litio. Il comparto batteria può
alloggiare uno slot singolo di batteria a 36.5V.
MANUTENZIONE E SMALTIMENTO BATTERIA
Per la manutenzione e la ricarica attenersi alle istruzioni fornite dal costruttore delle batterie.
È OBBLIGATORIO CONSEGNARE LA BATTERIA, CHE È CLASSIFICATA COME RIFIUTO
PERICOLOSO, AD UN ENTE AUTORIZZATO A NORMA DI LEGGE ALLO SMALTIMENTO.
Per una buona manutenzione della batteria eseguire quanto segue:
• Non tentare di aprire per qualsiasi ragione la batteria. Evitare il contatto con il liquido che fuoriesce
da batterie danneggiate. Sciacquare eventualmente con acqua la porzione di pelle che ha toccato il
liquido, in caso di contatto con occhi ricorrere inoltre all’assistenza di un medico.
• Non lasciare che la batteria si sporchi o si bagni.

RICARICA DELLA BATTERIA
per lavori che prima era possibile eseguire facilmente. Per ricaricare la batteria eseguire quanto segue:
1. Portare l’apparecchio nel luogo adibito alla ricarica della batteria.
2. Se l’apparecchio è funzionante spegnere l’apparecchio con l’interruttore generale (1) (Fig.1).
3. Rimuovere la batteria di alimentazione (2) dal corpo dell’apparecchio, per liberare la batteria traslare
secondo la direzione delle due frecce le leve di fermo (3) (Fig.2). Togliere la batteria dal corpo
dell’apparecchio traslandola verso l’esterno.
4. Collegare la spina (4) presente nel cavo di alimentazione caricabatteria alla presa (5) presente nella
base caricabatteria (Fig.3).
5. Collegare la spina presente nel cavo del caricabatteria alla presa di alimentazione.
AVVERTIMENTO: Prima di collegare la spina alla presa, vericare che le caratteristiche della rete
di alimentazione corrispondano a quelle del caricabatteria.
6. Portare l’interruttore generale (6), presente nella base del caricabatteria, nella posizione “I” (Fig.4).
NOTABENE: Vericare che, nel momento in cui si da continuità al circuito della base
caricabatteria, si accenda il led di colore verde (7) presente nel caricabatteria (Fig.5). L’accensione
del led verde identica che il circuito del caricabatteria è correttamente alimentato.
AVVERTIMENTO: Prima d’inserire la batteria nell’alloggio presente nel caricabatteria controllare
che non vi sia presenza di condensa o altri tipi di liquidi nel vano che alloggerà la batteria.
7. Inserire la batteria (2) nell’alloggiamento (8) presente nel caricabatteria, facendo attenzione a
posizionare correttamente i poli (9) presenti nella batteria (Fig.6).
NOTABENE: La batteria può essere inserita nell’alimentatore solo in un verso. Non forzare
eccessivamente nell’inserimento della batteria.
AVVERTIMENTO: Leggere attentamente l’uso e manutenzione del caricabatteria, che viene
consegnato con l’apparecchio, per eettuare la ricarica della batteria.
NOTABENE: Vericare che, nel momento in cui si inserisce la batteria nella base del
caricabatteria, si accenda il led di rosso (10) presente nel caricabatteria (Fig.7). L’accensione del
led rosso identica che la batteria si sta caricando.

NOTABENE: Il led di colore rosso (10) rimarrà acceso no alla completa carica della batteria.
NOTABENE: Il caricabatteria e la batteria possono essere lasciati collegati alla presa di corrente.
Il led rosso (10) si accenderà quando il caricabatteria di tanto in tanto rabboccherà la carica della
batteria.
NOTABENE: Il led rosso (10) di stato di carica non fornisce alcuna indicazione sul livello di carica
della batteria.
NOTABENE: Durante la fase di carica la batteria si potrebbe surriscaldare, si tratta di un fatto
normale che non implica un problema alla batteria.
ATTENZIONE: Se la batteria utilizzata in questo apparecchio viene sovralimentata, può
presentare un rischio d’incendio, di esplosione o ustione chimica.
9. A ciclo di carica concluso portare l’interruttore generale (6), presente nella base del caricabatteria,
nella posizione “0” (Fig.8).
10. Scollegare la spina presente nel cavo del caricabatteria dalla presa della rete di alimentazione.
AVVERTIMENTO: Per evitare danni al cavo di alimentazione, scollegare la spina dalla presa di
rete tirando direttamente la spina anziché il cavo.
11. Togliere la batteria (2) dalla base del caricabatteria (8) traslandola verso l’esterno (Fig.9).
MESSA IN SICUREZZA DELL’APPARECCHIO
1. Spegnere l’apparecchio, portando l’interruttore generale (1) in posizione “0” (Fig. 1).
2. Rimuovere la batteria di alimentazione (2) dal corpo dell’apparecchio, per liberare la batteria traslare
secondo la direzione delle due frecce le leve di fermo (3) (Fig.2). Togliere la batteria dal corpo
dell’apparecchio traslandola verso l’esterno.
PREPARAZIONE AL LAVORO
1. Rimuovere il coperchio (1) dal fusto aspirazione (Fig.1), andando ad agire sui ganci (2) posti a lato
del fusto stesso (Fig.2).
2. (Fig. 3) e che il sacchetto di raccolta
(4) sia correttamente inserito al suo interno (Fig. 4).
3. Fissare il coperchio (1) sopra il fusto aspirazione (Fig.5), andando a bloccarlo tramite i ganci (2) posti
a lato del fusto stesso (Fig.6).
4. Inserire la bocchetta (5) presente nel tubo aspirazione nel foro presente sul coperchio del fusto
aspirazione (Fig.7).
5. Collegare la maniglia (6) presente nel tubo aspirazione con il tubo telescopico (7) (Fig.8).
6. Selezionare l’accessorio più adatto al lavoro da compiere. Collegare l’accessorio (8) con il tubo
telescopico (7) (Fig.9).
7. Inserire la batteria (9) nel vano porta batteria presente nella parte posteriore dell’apparecchio,
facendo attenzione a rivolgere i poli della batteria verso la parte superiore dell’apparecchio. Premere
(Fig.10).
LAVORO
1. Accendere l’apparecchio, portando l’interruttore generale (1) in posizione “I” (Fig.1).
2. Se si utilizza la spazzola combinata impostare il commutatore (2) presente nel corpo spazzola su
“SUPERFICIE DURA” oppure “MOQUETTE” in funzione del pavimento su cui si vuole lavorare
(Fig.2).
3. Procedere nell’operazione di aspirazione.
NOTABENE: Se durante il lavoro la capacità di aspirazione risulta eccessiva, con l’accessorio a
contatto con il pavimento traslare la leva (3), posizionata sulla maniglia del tubo aspirazione
(Fig.3).
NOTABENE: Nella parte anteriore dell’apparecchio sono presenti quattro led di colore diverso,
uno rosso e tre verdi, che identicano il livello di carica della batteria (Fig.4). Quando rimane
acceso solo il led di colore rosso si è arrivati ad un livello critico di carica, spegnere l’apparecchio
ed eettuare la ricarica della batteria (leggere il capitolo “RICARICA DELLA BATTERIA”).

MANUTENZIONE
1. Eseguire le fasi per mettere in sicurezza (leggere paragrafo “MESSA IN SICUREZZA DELLA
MACCHINA”).
2. Rimuovere la bocchetta aspirazione (1) dal foro presente nel coperchio (2) dell’apparecchio
ruotandola in senso antiorario (Fig.1).
3. Rimuovere il coperchio (2) dal fusto aspirazione (Fig.2), andando ad agire sui ganci (3) posti a lato
del fusto stesso (Fig.3).
4. Rimuovere il sacchetto di raccolta (4) dal fusto (Fig.4). Se necessario sostituirlo.
NOTABENE: Se si utilizzano sacchetti raccogli polvere, in stoa anziché in carta, svuotarli e
pulirli con un getto di aria, controllare il loro stato di conservazione se necessario sostituirli.
5. (Fig.5).
NOTABENE: Se la supercie del ltro risulta estremamente sporca, è consigliabile spazzolare il
ltro per pulirlo a fondo con una normale spazzola morbida, se necessario lavarlo in acqua.
ATTENZIONE: Vericare lo stato d’usura del ltro in stoa se la supercie ltrante è
particolarmente ostruita oppure risulta danneggiata procedere con la sostituzione.
6. Con un panno umido pulire l’interno del fusto di raccolta.
7. (Fig.6).
AVVERTIMENTO: Prima di inserire il ltro in stoa (5) nel fusto aspettare che sia completamente
asciutto se precedentemente lavato.
ATTENZIONE: Durante l’inserimento del ltro in stoa (5) nel fusto porre attenzione che la
guarnizione aderisca completamente al bordo del fusto per non compromettere la corretta
aspirazione.
8. Inserire all’interno del fusto il sacchetto di raccolta (4) (Fig.7)
9. Posizionare il coperchio (2) sopra il fusto aspirazione (Fig.8)
posti a lato del fusto stesso (Fig.9).
ATTENZIONE: Durante l’inserimento del coperchio (2) porre attenzione che la bocchetta (6) in
esso presente si inserisca in modo corretto nel foro presente nel sacchetto di raccolta (4) (Fig.8).
10. Scollegare il tubo aspirazione (6) dal coperchio (2) (Fig.10).
11. Pulire l’interno del tubo aspirazione con un getto d’aria compressa, se necessario rimuovere
eventuali ostruzioni.
12. Scollegare l’accessorio utilizzato per la pulizia.
13. Pulire l’interno della camera d’aspirazione dell’accessorio con un getto d’aria compressa, se
necessario rimuovere eventuali ostruzioni.
RISOLUZIONE GUASTI
Procedere alla rottamazione dell’apparecchio presso un demolitore o centro di
raccolta autorizzato.
Prima di rottamare la macchina è necessario rimuovere e separare i seguenti
di igiene ambientale:
• Feltro
• Parti elettriche ed elettroniche*
• Parti in plastica
• Parti metalliche
(*) In particolare, per la rottamazione delle parti elettriche ed elettroniche,
rivolgersi al distributore di zona.

RECHARGING THE BATTERY
DANGER:
• If the battery charger power cable is damaged or broken, it should be replaced by the

• The socket for the battery charger cable must have a prescribed earth connection.

• Do not let the battery get dirty or wet.

lithium-ion battery. The battery compartment can accommodate a single battery slot at 36.5V.

• Conditions of use: ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C with a relative humidity

extension cable are in a good condition. If that is not the case, remove the battery, the

STORING THE USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
The Use and Maintenance Manual must be stored in its special pouch close to the appliance, protected
from liquids and anything else that could compromise its legibility.
ON DELIVERY OF THE APPLIANCE
When the machine is delivered to the customer, an immediate check must be performed to ensure all
the material mentioned in the shipping documents has been received, in addition to verifying that the
equipment has not been damaged during transportation. If this is the case, the carrier must ascertain

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The Fv9 Plus is a vacuum cleaner which uses the vacuum created in the collection tank by the fan
(operated by the electric motor) to pick up dust and dry solid elements measuring up to 2cm at room

ATTENTION: the appliance is not suitable for use in the rain, or under jets of water.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to use the appliance for picking up dangerous dusts or inammable liquids in
places with an explosive atmosphere. In addition, it is not suitable as a means of transport for
people or objects.
SAFETY
Operator cooperation is paramount for accident prevention. No accident prevention programme can be

SERIAL NUMBER PLATE
The serial number plate is located at the rear of the vacuum cleaner, and indicates the general
characteristics of the appliance, in particular the appliance's serial number. The serial number is a very
important piece of information and should always be provided together with any request for assistance
or when purchasing spare parts.
BATTERY TYPE
To power the appliance, use only the battery supplied in the package or by a specialised technician.
OTHER BATTERY TYPES CANNOT BE USED. The appliance is powered by a lithium-ion battery. The
battery compartment can accommodate a single battery slot at 36.5V.
BATTERY MAINTENANCE AND DISPOSAL
For maintenance and recharging, respect the instructions provided by the battery manufacturer. THE
BATTERY IS CLASSIFIED AS DANGEROUS WASTE, AND AS SUCH, IT IS COMPULSORY TO TAKE
IT TO AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.
For good battery maintenance, follow these indications:
• Do not attempt to open the battery for any reason whatsoever. Avoid any contact with the liquid that
seeps out of damaged batteries. If necessary, rinse the area of skin which came into contact with the
liquid in water; in case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice.
• Do not let the battery get dirty or wet.
•

• Only use the power supply unit delivered with the appliance to recharge the battery supplied by the
manufacturer or by a specialised technician. Other batteries could explode, causing harm to people
and damage to property.
• The voltage rate indicated on the plate in the battery charger must correspond to the mains voltage.
• Do not use the battery charger in potentially explosive environments.
• The battery charger contacts must not touch metal parts, to avoid any risk of short-circuits.
• Never attempt to recharge the primary cell batteries: danger of explosion.
• Never attempt to recharge damaged batteries.

RECHARGING THE BATTERY
1. Take the appliance to the dedicated battery recharging area.
2. (Fig.1).

4. Connect the plug (4) on the battery charger power cable to the socket (5) in the base of the charger
(Fig.3).
5. Connect the battery charger power supply cable plug to the mains socket.
WARNING: Before connecting to the plug to the socket, check that the characteristics of the
mains power supply corresponds to that of the battery charger.
6. Place the main switch (6), on the base of the battery charger, to position “I” (Fig.4).
N.B. : Make sure the green LED (7) on the battery charger lights up when you enable the battery
charger base circuit (Fig.5).This LED indicates that the battery charger circuit is correctly
powered.
WARNING: Before inserting the battery into the charging holder, check that there is no
condensation or other liquid in the dock that will hold the battery.
7. Insert the battery (2) in the seat (8) in the battery charger, taking care to position the poles (9) in the
battery correctly (Fig. 6).
N.B.: The battery can only be inserted into the charger one way. Do not use force when inserting
the battery.
WARNING: Carefully read the battery charger use and maintenance manual delivered with the
appliance, before charging the battery.
N.B. : Check that, when inserting the battery into the base of the battery charger, the red LED (10)
present on the battery charger(Fig.7) turns on. This LED indicates that the battery is recharging.
8. Perform a complete battery charging cycle.
N.B. : the red LED (10) remains on until the battery is fully charged.
N.B. : The charger and the battery can be left connected to the power outlet. The red LED (10)
lights up when the charger occasionally tops up the battery.
N.B.: the red charge status LED (10) does not provide any indication of the battery charge level.
N.B. : The battery may overheat during the charging phase, nevertheless, this is normal and does
not imply that there is a problem with the battery.
ATTENTION: If the battery used in this device is over-charged, this may present a risk of re,
explosion or chemical burns.
9. With charging complete, position the main switch (6), on the base of the battery charger, to position
“0” (Fig.8).
10. Disconnect the battery charger power supply cable plug from the mains socket.
WARNING: To prevent damaging the power cable, disconnect the plug from the mains socket by
directly pulling the plug and not the cable.
11. Remove the battery (2) from the base of the charger (8) pulling it out (Fig.9).

PREPARING TO WORK

3. Fasten the cover (1) above the vacuum tank (Fig.5), locking it with the hooks (2) on the side of the
tank itself (Fig.6).
4. Insert the nozzle (5) on the vacuum hose into the hole on the cover of the vacuum tank (Fig.7).
5. Connect the handle (6) on the vacuum hose with the telescopic tube (7) (Fig.8).
6. Select the most suitable accessory for the work to be carried out. Connect the accessory (8) with the
telescopic tube (7) (Fig.9).
7. Insert the battery (9) in the battery compartment on the top of the appliance, making sure that the
poles of the battery are facing the top of the appliance. Press the battery until the clamp (10) is in
place (Fig.10).
WORK
1. Switch on the machine by setting the main switch (1) to “I” (Fig. 1).
2. If you are using the combined brush, set the switch (2) on the brush body to “HARD SURFACE” or
(Fig.2).
3. Proceed with the vacuuming.
N.B. : If the vacuuming capacity is excessive, shift the lever (3) on the vacuum hose handle (Fig.
3)while the accessory is in contact with the oor.
N.B. : On the front of the appliance there are 4 dierent colour LED, one red and three green,
which signal the battery charge level (Fig.4). When only the red is lit the battery is at a critical
level, switch o the appliance and charge the battery (read the chapter “CHARGE THE
BATTERY”).

MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure the machine has been secured (see the section titled “SECURING THE MACHINE”).
2. Remove the vacuum nozzle (1) from the hole in the cover (2) of the appliance turning it anti-clockwise
(Fig.1).
3. Remove the cover (2) of the vacuum tank (Fig.2), releasing the hooks (3) on the side of the tank
itself (Fig.3).
4. Remove the collection bag (4) from the tank (Fig.4). If necessary, change it.
N.B. : When using bags for collecting dust, made of fabric instead of paper, empty them and
clean them with a jet of air, check their condition and if necessary change them.
5. (Fig.5).
N.B.: If the surface of the lter is extremely dirty, brush the lter with a normal soft brush to clean
it thoroughly, and if necessary wash it in water.
ATTENTION: Check the condition of the cloth lter if the lter surface area is particularly clogged
or if it is damaged replace it.
6. Clean the inside of the collection tank with a damp cloth.
7. (Fig.6).
WARNING: Before inserting the fabric lter (5) in the tank, wait until it is completely dry if it was
washed.
ATTENTION: When inserting the fabric lter (5) in the tank, make sure that the gasket adheres
fully to the edge of the tank so that the vacuuming is not compromised.
8. Insert the collection bag (4) in the tank (Fig.7)
9. Place the cover (2) on the vacuum tank (Fig.8), using the hooks (3) on the side of the tank itself
(Fig.9).
ATTENTION: When putting on the cover (2) make sure that the nozzle (6) on is inserted correctly
into the hole on the collection bag (4) (Fig.8).
10. Disconnect the vacuum hose (6) from the cover (2) (Fig.10).
11. Clean the inside of the vacuum hose with a jet of compressed air, if necessary removing any
obstructions.
12. Disconnect the cleaning accessory.
13. Clean the inside of the vacuum chamber of the accessory with compressed air, and if necessary
remove any obstructions.
AT THE END OF THE WORK
1. Make sure the machine has been secured (see the section titled “SECURING THE MACHINE”).
2. Take the appliance to the designated place for emptying the tank.
