Working Conditions
This product is designed to be used indoor under normal temperature. If the condition is very severe (for example, under the
caustic atmosphere; temperature is higher than 40°C or lower than 5°C), please remember to contact the supplier about this.
During the operation, the oil in pump will be separated to the maximum extent, but it will not be separated completely.
Be Cautious! It is harmful!
There will be residual oil in the air from the pump.
Long-term inhalation of such air is harmful to health.
There should be good ventilation condition in the room using this machine.
If the machine is use for food industry, please select some special oil which is safety to food.
Transportation & Store
Wooden Case Packing
If lifting device is applied during the installation of machine, please pay attention on the centre-of- gravity position of the
machine.
•Please make sure the string could be attached on machine reliably and safely.
•Please hang over the spreader on the hanger which is with the safety lock.
•Please use the crane to proceed the lifting.
Be Cautious!
Please do not walk by, stay or work under the lift-up object.
Before move or transit the machine, please eliminate all the oil from the pump.

Be Cautious! Damage Machine.
Tipping over the machine whose pump is full of oil will make the oil enter into the chamber of
pump. When start the pump, if there is too much oil in its chamber, it will damage the pump.
When the pump is filled with oil, please do not transit it any more.
Store the machine in short time
•Turn off the machine, unplug it the power plug, and put away the power cord.
•Close the lid and lock it via lid lock.
•If possible, please cover it with plastic bag to avoid anti dust.
•Please keep the machine in a dry, dust-free and shockproof environment.
Store the machine in long time
Machine inside is already processed through anticorrosive treatment in factory, it is not necessary to use protective oil again.
However, if the storage condition is severe (for example, under the caustic atmosphere; temperature is very high or frequently
changing), then it is necessary to use oil again to keep the machine in good condition.
•Turn off the machine, unplug the power plug, and put away the power cord.
•Close the lid and lock it via lid lock.
•Please cover it with plastic bag to avoid anti dust.
•If possible, please keep the original package.
•If moving or transiting is needed, please make sure all the oil in pump is eliminated.
•Please keep the machine in a dry, dust-free and shockproof environment.
Installation
Be Cautious! Damage Machine.
If below necessary conditions could not be met during the installation, it will cause the machine
damage. Be careful to get hurt.
Please must follow with below necessary conditions to install the machine.
Please make sure the installing environment conform the safety regulations.
•No flammable or explosive gas surrounding.
•Suitable temperature range: 5-40°C. If installation is need proceeding in environment out of this range, please contact
the supplier.
•Ambient pressure: standard atmospheric pressure.
•Make sure the power supply conform the standard.
•Keep the machine at an upright position when move or transit it as tip it over will damage the pump.
•Keep the machine in a horizontal place when use it.
•Maintain a distance of 10cm between the unit and walls or other objects for ventilation.
•Keep the machine away from the heat source or steaming device (such as steaming pot, dish washing machine or stove)
•Make sure there is enough spare to change the oil and change the easy-damaged parts.
Filling oil and draining oil
Be Cautious! Damage the Machine.
No oil is in a new machine.
Pump will be damaged if it is running without oil.
Before start the machine, please ensure the pump is full of oil.
Filling the oil from other positions of pump may damage the pump.
Ensure through the oil port to fill the oil into the pump.
It will be harmful to human health with long-term effects of inhaling the gas (that might be
containing residual oil) which is expelling from pump during the operation.
Please make sure that using the machine is in a good condition of ventilation.
When the pump is working, the pump chamber inside will be full of oil mist
where is in high temperature and high pressure. If the oil-filling port is open, it
might be hurt by the hot oil mist. Only when the pump stops working, the oil plug
could be open. When the pump is working, the oil plug must be screwed tight.

Filling oil
•Use the screw driver to open the oil window #1
•Use the spanner to open the screw cap of oil filling port
•Fill the oil to pump via the oil bottle until the oil in pump stays at 1/2~3/4 position(between MIN and MAX that displays
from oil indicator)
•Screw tightly the cap and reinstall the cover of oil window#1
Draining oil
•Use the screw driver to open the oil window#2.
•Prepare a container and put it under the oil draining port directly
•Use the spanner (which is offered by supplier) to twist off the screw cap, then the oil starts draining.
•After all the oil is drained, screw tight the cap and reinstall the cover of oil window#2.

Gas Inflation System (If Any)
Warning! Explosion!
It is not allowed that using the explosive gas or any mix gas which
contains 20% (or above) oxygen, otherwise, it will cause explosion.
Be cautious! Damage the machine!
The pressure of gas source must not be higher than atmospheric pressure.
•Please not use any explosive gas or any mix gas which contains lots of oxygen, otherwise it will cause explosion. If any
damage or accidence was caused due to user operate the machine not referring to this guideline, supplier will not take
any responsibility.
•Gas bottle must be closed well. If the gas inflation will not be applied or the machine will not be used, the switch of gas
bottle must be closed well.
•The setting of pressure valve on gas bottle must not be higher than 0.1Mpa, otherwise it will damage the machine.
•The external diameter of the connect for the air inflation hose is 11mm (suggest using the silica hose with internal
diameter of 8mm for air inflation). This connector will be at the side of machine or at the back of machine.

(1) light being on indicates that the relative working mode is ready to be set.
(2) light being flashing indicates that the machine is working under the relative working mode.

(2) When the working mode is ready to set, the digital display will show the time of setting.
(3) When the machine is working, the digital display will show the rest time of setting.

Press Setting Button to switch the working modes, press “∨” and “∧” to set the time of each mode.

Press “∨” and “∧” button to set the time of each mode.

Press Stop button to stop the machine working.

Operation Instruction
1. Select the proper size vacuum pouch. Allow a minimum of 1” to 2” of extra headspace at the top of the pouch to
ensure quality, air-tight seal
2. Let the machine plug into a safety grounding socket, turn the Power Switch to ON step and the machine displays
CLO.
3. Open the lid, then the machine will display ON, and it will stay at the READY status. Put the vacuum pouch into the
chamber and make sure the bag opening is across the seal wire and well fixed.
4. Press the Setting button and the ∨and ∧button to set the time of each mode. Timing range of vacuum: 5-90s;
Timing range of gas inflation: 0-10; Timing range of sealing: 0-6s; Timing range of cooling 0-10s. When finish all the
settings, press the Setting button again, the machine will be back to the ready mode and shows ON. (If one setting
is adjusted the time to 0, it means that this process will be removed during operation.)
5. Close the lid, then the machine starts working. The indicate light of the working process will be on accordingly, and
the machine will show the rest time of that working mode.
6. After the operation finishes, the lid will release automatically, and the machine will give out a beep sound.
7. Take out the pouch and go on with next process that you want.
(Vacuum package can only slow the process of food spoilage, but it cannot stop food spoilage. With vacuum package,
the food still needs to be freezing in fridge.
8. Restore Factory Defaults
Let the machine power on. When the machine shows OFF, press SET button and “∧” button at the same time
for 3s. When the machine gives out a beep sound and shows rS, then it is successful to restore factory defaults.
Maintenance
In order to prolong the service life of machine, avoid any quality failure and meet the best packing performance, maintenance
is a must to the machine. If the machine is used frequently (working more than 4hours per day), then it is suggested being
implemented with a professional maintenance every six months. If it is used less than 4 hours per day, then it is ok to be
implemented a completed maintenance every year (it depends on the working condition and product self-condition).
•Before maintaining, please unplug the power cord of machine from socket.
•If the machine doesn’t work normally and give out some strange noise, please turn it off and contact the supplier.
•Don’t use the detergent (containing solvent) to clean the machine. At least check the lid if broken or not per week. If the
lid is broken, please stop using the machine immediately.
•Never treat the machine in high pressure cleaning, as it will severely damage the electrical parts or other parts of the
machine.
•Never let any water enter the vacuum port in chamber or air outlet hole of pump, otherwise it will cause the irreparable
damages on pump.
•Non-specialist could not carry on a large-scale maintenance to the machine.
•Keep the machine at an upright position when move or transit it as tipping it over will damage the pump
•The machine could work 8 hours at most per day. If users prolong the working time of machine without authorization
and cause any damage or quality issue on the machine, supplier won’t take any responsibility for that.
•If user doesn’t operate the machine according to this manual and cause any damage or quality issue on machine, factory
won’t take any responsibility for that.
Lid
•Never place the machine nearby the heat source in case of damaging the lid.
•Never put anything that is heat/sharp/heavy on the lid, otherwise it might damage the lid.
•Please use the solvent-free detergent to clean the lid, as the solvent might damage the lid.
•At least check if the lid is broken or not per week. If the lid is broken, please stop using the machine immediately until a
new lid is replaced. Keep using a broken lid might cause the lid inside explosion. If any explosion from the lid, it will cause
accidence on human. For this kind of wrong operation, supplier won’t take any responsibility.
•For safety, please replace the lid every 3 years.
Pump
In order to prolong the service life and make sure the correct operation, it is very important to carry on a daily maintenance
to the pump. If the machine is used frequently, we suggest that at least a fully checking per year need to be implemented on
pump. If any doubt or advise, please contact the supplier.
•A new machine doesn’t have the oil in pump. If use a new machine at the 1st time, please fill the oil before use.
•Please check the colour of oil.
•The oil should be clear and bright, could not be muddy and contain bubble. When the oil is at rest, but some white stuffs
in oil still doesn’t disappear, it means that the oil contains some impurities. If the oil contains impurities or becomes
black, the oil must need changing.
•The service life of oil

•The service life of oil will depends on the working condition and an environment with clean and dry air. Normally the oil
must need changing every 50 working hours or at least every 6 months.
•Please check the level and volume of oil in pump once at least per week. User can check the oil volume via oil window,
if the oil level is lower than the position of 1/2 that showing from oil indicator, then it must need filling oil.
Seal Strip
Please check the seal rubber at least once per week. If the seal strip is broken or not even enough, please replace it
immediately.
•The seal strip is stuck in the groove of the lid, it can be moved out directly.
•Remove the old seal strip from the groove of the lid.
•Install a new seal strip into the groove.
•After finish installation, please check if the seal strip is installed evenly or not.
Gasket
The purpose of gasket is to make the chamber under sealed condition when the machine is working. It is important for the
machine to reach required vacuum pressure. Due to under different pressure, the gasket will be worn. So, it must be replaced
periodically. The gasket need checking once per week at least, checking it if it is worn or broken.
•The gasket is stuck in the groove of the lid, it can be moved out directly.
•User can check the length of new gasket according to the old one, if the gasket is too long or too short, it may cause the
lid cannot be closed tight or leaving some gap to cause any leakage when machine is working.
•Install a new gasket into the groove.
•Please make sure the gasket is installed evenly but not over tight. Both ends of gasket must be installed perfectly straight
and evenly and compactly to avoid any leakage.

Werkomstandigheden
Dit product is ontworpen om binnen bij normale temperatuur te worden gebruikt. Indien de toestand zeer ernstig is
(bijvoorbeeld bij bijtende atmosfeer; temperatuur hoger dan 40°C of lager dan 5°C), vergeet dan niet hierover contact op
te nemen met de leverancier.
Tijdens de operatie wordt de olie in de pomp maximaal gescheiden, maar niet volledig.
Let op! Schadelijk!
Er blijft olie in de lucht van de pomp achter.
Langdurig inademen van dergelijke lucht is schadelijk voor de gezondheid.
Er moet een goede ventilatie in de kamer zijn wanneer dit apparaat wordt gebruikt.
Als het apparaat wordt gebruikt voor de voedingsindustrie, selecteer dan een speciale olie die veilig is voor voedsel.
Transport & Winkel
Houten kistverpakking
Als een hefinrichting wordt toegepast tijdens de installatie van het apparaat, let dan op de zwaartepuntpositie van het
apparaat.
•Zorg ervoor dat de hijskabels/-banden betrouwbaar en veilig op het apparaat kunnen worden bevestigd.
•Gebruik een spreider aan de haak met een veiligheidsslot.
•Gebruik een kraan om het apparaat te hijsen.

Let op!
Niet onder het object lopen, staan of werken.
Verwijder alle olie uit de pomp voordat u het apparaat verplaatst of vervoert.
Let op! Schade aan het apparaat.
Als u het apparaat waarvan de pomp vol olie zit kantelt, zal de olie in de pompkamer komen.
Wanneer de pomp wordt gestart en er te veel olie in de kamer zit, zal deze de pomp beschadigen.
Als de pomp gevuld is met olie, mag u deze niet meer transporteren.
Sla het apparaat op op een veilige plek.
•Zet het apparaat uit, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en berg de voedingskabel op.
•Sluit het deksel en sluit deze af met de dekselvergrendeling.
•Bedek het indien mogelijk met een plastic zak om stof te voorkomen.
•Bewaar het apparaat in een droge, stofvrije en schokbestendige omgeving.
Bewaar het apparaat in lange tijd;
De binnenkant van het apparaat heeft in de fabriek een anticorrosieve behandeling gehad, dus het is niet nodig om opnieuw
beschermende olie te gebruiken. Als de opslagomstandigheden echter extreem zijn (bijvoorbeeld onder een bijtende
atmosfeer; omdat de temperatuur erg hoog is of vaak verandert), dan is het nodig om opnieuw olie te gebruiken om het
apparaat in goede staat te houden.
•Zet het apparaat uit, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en berg de voedingskabel op.
•Sluit het deksel en sluit deze af met de dekselvergrendeling.
•Bedek het indien mogelijk met een plastic zak om stof te voorkomen.
•Bewaar indien mogelijk de originele verpakking.
•Als er moet worden verplaatst of getransporteerd, zorg er dan voor dat alle olie in de pomp is verwijderd.
•Bewaar het apparaat in een droge, stofvrije en schokbestendige omgeving.
Installatie
Let op! Schade aan het apparaat.
Als tijdens de installatie niet aan de onderstaande noodzakelijke voorwaarden kan worden
voldaan, zal dit het apparaat beschadigen. Wees voorzichtig om niet gewond te raken.
Gelieve onderstaande noodzakelijke voorwaarden te volgen bij het installeren van het apparaat.
Zorg ervoor dat de installatieomgeving voldoet aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
•Geen ontvlambare of explosieve omgeving.
•Geschikt temperatuurbereik: 5-40°C. Als de installatie moet worden uitgevoerd in een omgeving buiten dit
bereik, neem dan contact op met de leverancier.
•Omgevingsdruk: standaard atmosferische druk.
•Zorg ervoor dat de voeding voldoet aan de norm.
•Houd het apparaat rechtop wanneer u deze verplaatst of transporteert, omdat kantelen de pomp zal beschadigen.
•Bewaar het apparaat tijdens gebruik op een horizontale plaats.
•Houd een afstand van 10 cm tussen het apparaat en muren of andere objecten voor ventilatie.
•Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van de warmtebron of stoomapparaat (zoals een stoompan, afwasmachine of fornuis)
•Zorg ervoor dat er voldoende reserve is om de olie te verversen en de gemakkelijk beschadigde onderdelen te vervangen.
Olie vullen en olie aftappen
Let op! Schade aan het apparaat.
Er zit geen olie in een nieuw apparaat. De pomp zal beschadigd raken als deze zonder olie draait.
Voordat u het apparaat start, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de pomp vol olie is.
Het vullen met olie vanuit andere posities kan de pomp beschadigen.
Zorg ervoor dat de pomp wordt gevuld met olie via de olievulopening.
Het zal schadelijk zijn voor de menselijke gezondheid met langetermijneffecten bij het inademen
van het gas (dat mogelijk restolie bevat) dat tijdens de operatie uit de pomp komt.
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat bij gebruik in een goed geventileerde ruimte staat.

Wanneer de pomp werkt, zal de pompkamer binnenin vol zijn met olienevel
op hoge temperatuur en hoge druk. Als de olievulopening open is, kan deze
worden beschadigd door de hete olienevel. Pas als de pomp stopt met
werken, kan de vuklopening geopend worden. Wanneer de pomp in werking
is, moet de vulopening dichtgeschroefd worden.
Olie bijvullen
•Gebruik de schroevendraaier om het olievenster te openen #1
•Gebruik de sleutel om de schroefdop van de olievulopening te openen
•Vul de olie bij totdat de olie in de pomp op 1/2~3/4 blijft (tussen MIN en MAX, weergegeven op de olie-indicator)
•Draai de dop stevig vast en plaats het deksel van het olievenster#1 terug
Olie aftappen
•Gebruik de schroevendraaier om het olievenster #2 te openen
•Bereid een opvangbak voor en plaats deze direct onder de olieaftapopening;
•Gebruik de moersleutel (die is meegeleverd door de leverancier) om de schroefdop eraf te draaien, dan begint de olie
af te tappen.
•Nadat alle olie is afgetapt, schroeft u de dop vast en plaatst u het deksel van olievenster#2 terug.

Gasvulysteem (indien aanwezig)
Waarschuwing! Explosiegevaar!
Het is niet toegestaan om explosief gas of een menggas te gebruiken dat
20% (of meer) zuurstof bevat. Dit zal een explosie veroorzaken.
Let op! Beschadiging van het apparaat!
De druk van de gasbron mag niet hoger zijn dan de atmosferische druk.
•Gebruik geen explosief gas of een menggas dat veel zuurstof bevat. Dit zal een explosie veroorzaken. Als er schade of
een ongeval is veroorzaakt doordat de gebruiker het apparaat bedient en deze richtlijn niet volgt, accepteert de
leverancier geen aansprakelijkheid.
•De gasfles moet goed gesloten zijn. Als het gasvulsysteem niet wordt toegepast of het apparaat niet wordt gebruikt,
moet de schakelaar van de gasfles goed worden afgesloten.
•De instelling van de drukklep op de gasfles mag niet hoger zijn dan 0,1 MPa, anders zal het apparaat beschadigd raken.
•De buitendiameter van de aansluiting voor de luchtvulslang is 11 mm (wij adviseren om de silicaslang met een
binnendiameter van 8 mm te gebruiken voor luchtvulling). Deze connector bevindt zich aan de zijkant van het apparaat
of aan de achterkant van het apparaat.

Om blijvende bescherming te bieden tegen het risico van elektrische schokken, mag u het alleen aansluiten op goed geaarde
stopcontacten.
Gebruiksinstructies
9. Selecteer de juiste maat vacuümzak. Laat minimaal 1 "tot 2" extra vrije ruimte aan de bovenkant van het zakje om
een hoogwaardige, luchtdichte afdichting te garanderen
10. Sluit het apparaat aan op een geaard stopcontact, zet de aan/uit-schakelaar op AAN. Het apparaat geeft CLO weer.
11. Open het deksel, dan geeft het apparaat AAN weer en blijft de modus GEREED. Plaats de vacuümzak in de kamer
en zorg ervoor dat de zakopening zich over de sealdraad bevindt en goed vastzit.
12. Druk op de Instellingen-toets en de ∨en ∧-toets om de tijd voor elke modus in te stellen. Timingbereik van
vacuüm: 5-90 sec.; Timingbereik van gasinflatie: 0-10 sec.; Timingbereik van afdichting: 0-6 sec.; Timingbereik van
koeling 0-10 sec. Wanneer u klaar bent met alle instellingen, drukt u nogmaals op de Instellingen-toets, het
apparaat keert terug naar de gereedmodus en geeft AAN weer. (Als een tijdsinstelling op 0 staat, betekent dit dat
dit proces tijdens bedrijf wordt verwijderd.)
13. Sluit het deksel, dan start het apparaat. Het indicatielampje van het werkproces zal dienovereenkomstig branden
en het apparaat zal de rusttijd van die werkmodus weergeven.
14. Nadat de bewerking is voltooid, wordt het deksel automatisch ontgrendeld en geeft het apparaat een pieptoon.
15. Haal het zakje eruit en ga verder met het volgende proces.
(Vacuümverpakking kan het proces van voedselbederf alleen vertragen, maar het kan voedselbederf niet stoppen.
Met vacuümverpakking moet het voedsel alsnog gekoeld of ingevroren worden.
16. Fabrieksinstellingen herstellen
Zorg dat het apparaat aanstaat. Wanneer het apparaat UIT weergeeft, drukt u 3 seconden tegelijkertijd
op de Insteltoets en de "∧" -toets. Wanneer het apparaat een pieptoon geeft en rS toont, is het gelukt
om de fabrieksinstellingen te herstellen.
Onderhoud
Om de levensduur van het apparaat te verlengen, kwaliteitsstoringen te voorkomen en te voldoen aan de beste
verpakkingsprestaties, is onderhoud een must voor het apparaat. Als het apparaat vaak wordt gebruikt (meer dan 4 uur per
dag in bedrijf), wordt aangeraden om elke zes maanden een professioneel onderhoud uit te voeren. Als het minder dan 4 uur
per dag wordt gebruikt, is het prima om elk jaar een volledig onderhoud uit te voeren (dit hangt af van de werkconditie en
de staat van het product).
•Trek voor het onderhoud de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact.
•Als het apparaat niet normaal werkt en een vreemd geluid maakt, zet hem dan uit en neem contact op met de leverancier.
•Gebruik geen wasmiddel (met oplosmiddel) om het apparaat schoon te maken. Controleer in ieder geval iedere week
of het deksel niet gebroken is. Als het deksel gebroken is, stop dan onmiddellijk met het gebruik van het apparaat.
•Behandel het apparaat nooit met hogedrukreiniging, aangezien dit de elektrische onderdelen of andere onderdelen van
het apparaat ernstig zal beschadigen.
•Laat nooit water de vacuümpoort in de kamer of het luchtuitlaatgat van de pomp binnendringen. Dit veroorzaakt
onherstelbare schade aan de pomp.
•Niet-specialisten konden geen grootschalig onderhoud aan het apparaat uitvoeren.
•Houd het apparaat rechtop wanneer u deze verplaatst of transporteert, omdat kantelen de pomp zal beschadigen.
•Het apparaat kan maximaal 8 uur per dag in bedrijf gesteld worden. Als gebruikers de werktijd van het apparaat zonder
toestemming verlengen en schade of kwaliteitsproblemen aan het apparaat veroorzaken, accepteert de leverancier
daarvoor geen aansprakelijkheid.
•Als de gebruiker het apparaat niet volgens deze handleiding bedient en schade of kwaliteitsproblemen aan het apparaat
veroorzaakt, accepteert de fabriek daarvoor geen aansprakelijkheid.

Deksel
•Plaats het apparaat nooit in de buurt van de warmtebron in geval van beschadiging van het deksel.
•Leg nooit iets dat heet/scherp/zwaar is op het deksel, anders kan het deksel beschadigd raken.
•Gebruik een oplosmiddelvrij reinigingsmiddel om het deksel te reinigen, omdat oplosmiddel het deksel kan beschadigen.
•Controleer in ieder geval iedere week of het deksel niet gebroken is. Als het deksel gebroken is, stop dan onmiddellijk
met het gebruik van het apparaat totdat het deksel is vervangen. Als u een gebroken deksel blijft gebruiken, kan de
binnenkant van het deksel ontploffen. Explosie van het deksel kan lichamelijk letsel veroorzaken. Voor dit soort
verkeerde handelingen accepteert de leverancier geen enkele aansprakelijkheid.
•Vervang het deksel om de 3 jaar om de veiligheid te garanderen.
Pomp
Om de levensduur te verlengen en een juiste werking te garanderen, is het zeer belangrijk om dagelijks onderhoud aan de
pomp uit te voeren. Als het apparaat vaak wordt gebruikt, raden we aan om minimaal een volledige controle per jaar op de
pomp uit te voeren. Neem bij twijfel of advies contact op met de leverancier.
•Een nieuw apparaat heeft geen olie in de pomp. Als u voor de eerste keer een nieuw apparaat gebruikt, vul dan voor
gebruik de olie bij.
•Controleer de kleur van de olie.
•De olie moet helder zijn, mag niet troebel zijn of luchtbellen bevatten. Wanneer de olie in rust is, maar eventuele witte
vlokken in olie nog steeds niet verdwijnen, betekent dit dat de olie onzuiverheden bevat. Als de olie onzuiverheden
bevat of zwart wordt, moet de olie ververst worden.
•De levensduur van olie
•De levensduur van olie hangt af van de werkomstandigheden en een omgeving met schone en droge lucht. Normaal
gesproken moet de olie elke 50 werkuren of minstens elke 6 maanden ververst worden.
•Controleer het oliepeil en de hoeveelheid olie in de pomp ten minste eenmaal per week. De gebruiker kan het
olievolume controleren via het olievenster, als het oliepeil lager is dan de positie van 1/2 die wordt weergegeven op de
olie-indicator, dan moet er olie worden bijgevuld.
Afdichtstrip
Controleer het afdichtstrip minimaal één keer per week. Als de afdichtstrip kapot is of niet in goede staat, vervang deze dan
onmiddellijk.
•De afdichtstrip zit vast in de groef van het deksel, deze kan er direct uitgeschoven worden.
•Verwijder de oude afdichtstrip uit de groef van het deksel.
•Plaats een nieuwe afdichtstrip in de groef.
•Controleer na het voltooien van de installatie of de afdichtstrip gelijkmatig is geïnstalleerd of niet.
Sluitring
Het doel van de sluitring is om de kamer afgesloten te houden wanneer het apparaat in bedrijf is. Het is belangrijk dat het
apparaat de vereiste vacuümdruk bereikt. Doordat het apparaat onder verschillende druk staat verslijt de sluitring. Deze moet
dus periodiek worden vervangen. De sluitring moet minstens één keer per week worden gecontroleerd, om te controleren
of deze versleten of gebroken is.
•De sluitring zit vast in de groef van het deksel, deze kan er direct uitgeschoven worden.
•De gebruiker kan de lengte van de nieuwe sluitring controleren volgens de oude, als de sluitring te lang of te kort is, kan
dit ertoe leiden dat het deksel niet goed kan worden gesloten of dat er een opening overblijft om lekkage te veroorzaken
wanneer het apparaat in werking is.
•Installeer een nieuwe sluitring in de groef.
•Zorg ervoor dat de sluitring gelijkmatig maar niet te strak wordt geïnstalleerd. Beide uiteinden van de sluitring moeten
perfect recht, gelijkmatig en compact worden geïnstalleerd om lekkage te voorkomen.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Seien Sie vorsichtig!
Bitte gehen Sie nicht an dem angehobenen Objekt vorbei, halten Sie sich
nicht darunter auf und arbeiten Sie nicht darunter.
Bevor Sie die Maschine bewegen oder transportieren, entfernen Sie bitte das gesamte Öl aus der Pumpe.
Seien Sie vorsichtig! Maschinenschaden.
Wenn die Maschine, deren Pumpe mit Öl gefüllt ist, umkippt, gelangt das Öl in die Kammer der
Pumpe. Wenn sich beim Starten der Pumpe zu viel Öl in der Kammer befindet, kann die Pumpe
beschädigt werden. Wenn die Pumpe mit Öl gefüllt ist, darf sie nicht weiter transportiert werden.
Kurzzeitige Lagerung der Maschine
•Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, und legen Sie das Netzkabel weg.
•Schließen Sie den Deckel und verriegeln Sie ihn mit dem Deckelschloss.
•Wenn möglich, decken Sie es bitte mit einer Plastiktüte ab, um Staub zu vermeiden.
•Bitte bewahren Sie das Gerät in einer trockenen, staubfreien und stoßfesten Umgebung auf.
Langzeitige Lagerung der Maschine
Das Innere der Maschine ist bereits werkseitig mit einem Korrosionsschutz versehen, so dass kein weiteres Schutzöl
verwendet werden muss. Wenn die Lagerungsbedingungen jedoch schwierig sind (z. B. in ätzender Atmosphäre, bei sehr
hohen oder häufig wechselnden Temperaturen), ist es notwendig, erneut Öl zu verwenden, um die Maschine in gutem
Zustand zu halten.
•Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, und legen Sie das Netzkabel weg.
•Schließen Sie den Deckel und verriegeln Sie ihn mit dem Deckelschloss.
•Bitte decken Sie es mit einer Plastiktüte ab, um Staub zu vermeiden.
•Bitte bewahren Sie nach Möglichkeit die Originalverpackung auf.

Installation
Seien Sie vorsichtig! Maschinenschaden.
Wenn die nachstehenden Bedingungen bei der Installation nicht eingehalten werden, kann dies zu
Schäden an der Maschine führen. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie sich nicht verletzen.
Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Bedingungen für die Installation der Maschine.
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die Installationsumgebung den Sicherheitsvorschriften entspricht.
•Es dürfen keine brennbaren oder explosiven Gase in der Umgebung vorhanden sein.
•Geeigneter Temperaturbereich: 5-40°C. Wenn die Installation in einer Umgebung außerhalb dieses Bereichs erfolgen
soll, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Lieferanten.
•Umgebungsdruck: Normaler atmosphärischer Druck.
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromversorgung der Norm entspricht.
•Halten Sie die Maschine in aufrechter Position, wenn Sie sie bewegen oder transportieren, da ein Umkippen die Pumpe
beschädigen würde.
•Halten Sie das Gerät bei der Nutzung waagerecht.
•Halten Sie einen Abstand von 10 cm zwischen dem Gerät und Wänden oder anderen Gegenständen zur Belüftung ein.
•Halten Sie das Gerät von Wärmequellen oder Dampfgeräten (z. B. Dampfkochtopf, Geschirrspülmaschine oder Herd)
fern.
•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass genügend Reserve vorhanden ist, um das Öl zu wechseln und die leicht zu beschädigenden
Teile auszutauschen.
Öl einfüllen und Öl ablassen
Seien Sie vorsichtig! Beschädigung der Maschine.
Es befindet sich kein Öl in einer neuen Maschine. Die Pumpe wird beschädigt, wenn sie ohne Öl läuft.
Bevor Sie die Maschine in Betrieb nehmen, vergewissern Sie sich bitte, dass die Pumpe mit Öl gefüllt ist.
Das Einfüllen des Öls an anderen Stellen der Pumpe kann die Pumpe beschädigen.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Öl durch den Ölanschluss in die Pumpe gefüllt wird.
Das Einatmen des Gases (das möglicherweise Restöl enthält), das während des Betriebs aus der Pumpe
austritt, hat langfristige Auswirkungen auf die menschliche Gesundheit.
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die Maschine in einem guten Belüftungszustand verwendet wird.

Wenn die Pumpe in Betrieb ist, ist die Pumpenkammer im Inneren voll mit
Öldämpfen, die unter hoher Temperatur und hohem Druck stehen. Wenn die
Öleinfüllöffnung offen ist, kann sie durch den heißen Öldampf beschädigt werden.
Nur wenn die Pumpe nicht mehr funktioniert, könnte der Öldeckel offen sein. Wenn
die Pumpe in Betrieb ist, muss der Öldeckel festgeschraubt sein.
Öl einfüllen
•Verwenden Sie den Schraubendreher, um das Ölfenster #1 zu öffnen.
•Öffnen Sie die Schraubkappe des Öleinfüllstutzens mit einem Schraubenschlüssel.
•Füllen Sie das Öl über die Ölflasche in die Pumpe ein, bis der Ölstand in der Pumpe bei 1/2~3/4 liegt (zwischen MIN und
MAX, wie von der Ölanzeige angezeigt)
•Schrauben Sie den Deckel fest und bringen Sie die Abdeckung des Ölfensters Nr. 1 wieder an.
Ablassen von Öl
•Verwenden Sie den Schraubendreher, um das Ölfenster#2 zu öffnen.
•Bereiten Sie einen Behälter vor und stellen Sie ihn direkt unter die Ölablassöffnung
•Verwenden Sie den vom Lieferanten mitgelieferten Schraubenschlüssel, um den Schraubverschluss abzudrehen, dann
beginnt das Öl abzulaufen.
•Nachdem das gesamte Öl abgelassen wurde, schrauben Sie den Deckel fest und bringen Sie die Abdeckung des Ölfensters
Nr. 2 wieder an.

Gasdrucksystem (falls vorhanden)
Warnung! Explosionsgefahr!
Die Verwendung von explosiven Gasen oder Gasgemischen, die 20% (oder mehr) Sauerstoff
enthalten, ist nicht zulässig, da es sonst zu einer Explosion kommen kann.
Seien sie vorsichtig! Beschädigung der Maschine!
Der Druck der Gasquelle darf nicht höher sein als der atmosphärische Druck.
•Bitte verwenden Sie keine explosiven Gase oder Gasgemische, die viel Sauerstoff enthalten, da es sonst zu einer
Explosion kommen kann. Wenn ein Schaden oder ein Unfall verursacht wurde, weil der Benutzer die Maschine nicht
gemäß dieser Richtlinie bedient hat, übernimmt der Lieferant keine Verantwortung.
•Die Gasflasche muss gut verschlossen sein. Wenn das Gas nicht aufgepumpt wird oder die Maschine nicht benutzt wird,
muss der Gasflaschenverschluss gut verschlossen werden.
•Die Einstellung des Druckventils an der Gasflasche darf nicht höher als 0,1 MPa sein, sonst wird die Maschine beschädigt.
•Der Außendurchmesser des Anschlusses für den Aufblasschlauch beträgt 11 mm (es wird empfohlen, den Silikaschlauch
mit einem Innendurchmesser von 8 mm zum Aufblasen zu verwenden). Dieser Anschluss befindet sich an der Seite oder
an der Rückseite des Geräts.
