Avete acquistato una macchina dalle caratteristiche e prestazioni eccezionali e Vi ringraziamo per la
preferenza accordataci. Il sistema di confezionamento MINIPACK è unico nel suo genere e si è affermato
nel mondo con la presenza di oltre 50000 macchine operanti nel campo dell’imballaggio e del
confezionamento. Esso è pratico, supereconomico e razionale ed è coperto da brevetti Nazionali ed
Internazionali.

•Cut the strap with scissors (make sure you protect your eyes by wearing glasses).
•Remove the upper cardboard packing.
•Remove the roller plate.
•Unscrew the 4 locking screws and remove the plates.
•Remove the machine from the pallet (to lift the machine always grip it by the ends).

•Otez l’emballage-carton supérieur.
•Enlever la voie à rouleaux.
•Dévissez les 4 vis de blocage et enlevez les plaques.
•Otez la machine de la palette et pour la soulever empoignez-la par ses extremités.

•Position the roller plate, coupling it to the conveyor belt.

•Die zylindrische Rolle positionieren und sie an das Förderband anhängen.

PLACE THE MACHINE IN A SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT FREE FROM HUMIDITY, GASES, EXPLOSIVES,
COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
Working environmental conditions:

The aerial noise made by the machine is lower than 70dB

•Tagliare con la forbice la reggia
(avendo cura di proteggersi gli occhi
con degli occhiali)

Togliere l’imballo superiore di
cartone.
•Togliere la rulliera.
•Svitare le 4 viti di bloccaggio al pallet
e togliere le piastrine.
•Togliere la macchina dal pallet (per
sollevare la macchina fare presa
sempre alle estremità).
•
Posizionare le 4 gambe sulla
macchina.
•Posizionare la rulliera agganciandola
al nastro trasportatore.
POSIZIONATE LA MACCHINA IN UN AMBIENTE ADATTO PRIVO DI UMIDITA’,
MATERIALI INFIAMMABILI, GAS, ESPLOSIVI.
Condizioni consentite negli ambienti in cui é collocata la macchina:
•Temperatura da + 5°C a + 40°C
•Umidità relativa da 30% a 90% senza condensazione.

Before executing electrical connections, make sure the mains voltage matches the one on the machine rear plate and that
earting contact complies with the safety rules in force. In case of doubts about the mains voltage contact the local public
supply Company.

RISPETTARE LE NORME PER LA SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO!
Prima di effettuare il collegamento elettrico assicuratevi che la
tensione di rete corrisponda al voltaggio indicato sulla targhetta
applicata nella parte posteriore della macchina e che il contatto di
terra sia conforme alle norme di sicurezza vigenti.
In caso di dubbi sulla tensione di rete contattate l’ente locale
distributore dell’energia elettrica.

•Turn main switch (1) into ON position.
•
Set the thermoregulator (2) on the shrinking temperature value according to the kind of film you are using and wait for
the tunnel to reach the adjusted temperature (about 10 minutes) which is signalled through the thermoregulator warning
light switching off.

•Je nach der Folietyp,der Wärmeregler des Tunnels regeln und etwa 10 Min. erwarten Die Erreichung der Temperatur
wird durch die Löschen der Wärmereglerlampe signalisiert.

•Tournez l’interrupteur principal (1) dans la position ON.
•Réglez le thérmorégulateur (2) sur la valeur de la température de rétraction selon la pellicule utilisée. Attendez que le
tunnel atteint la température réglée (10 minutes environ) signalée quand la lampe du thérmorégulateur s’éteigne.

•Ruotare l’interruttore generale (1) in posizione ON.
•Impostare il termoregolatore (2) sul valore di temperatura di retrazione in relazione al tipo di film
impiegato e attendere che il tunnel arrivi alla temperatura impostata (circa 10 minuti) segnalata dallo
spegnimento della spia del termoregolatore.

Through the plate adjustment (4) you can adjust the air deflector opening so to obtain a better outlet of hot air flow.

•Per pacchi piccoli allentare la

verso sinistra.
•Per pacchi grandi allentare la
manopola (3) e regolare la piastrina (4)
verso destra.

•Avoid packing products whose dimensions are equal to the tunnel. Leave at least 5 cm on each side.
•Do not shrinkwrap too light products as ventilation could lift them continuously inside the tunnel.
•Do not shrinkwrap products whose dimensions are smaller than the ones of the conveyor belt holes.

•Evitez d’emballer produits avec dimensions égales au tunnel. Laissez au moins 5 cm pour chaque coté.
•Keine Schrumpfen für sehr leichte Produkte machen. Die Lüftung kann sie ins Tunnel förtwährend aufheben.
•Keine Schrumpfen machen wenn die Produkte kleiner als die Loche des Transportbandes sind.

•Keine Produkte verpacken, die gross als das Tunnel sind. Lassen Sie wenigstens 5 cm an jeder Seite.
•Ne pas thérmorétracter produits trop légers car la ventilation peut les soulever continuellement dans le tunnel.
•Ne pas thérmorétracter les produits s’ils sont plus petits que les trous du ruban transporteur.

Do not pack the below listed product as they could damage the machine and cause seriuos injures to the operator: wet and
unstable products, liquids of any kind and density in fragile containers, flammable and explosive materials, pressurized gas
cylinder of any kind, bulk and volatile powders, any materials and products not listed but that might harm operator and cause
damages to the machine.

Um die Maschine nicht zu beschädigen und Umfallrisiken dem Bediener zu entgehen, es ist verboten die folgenden Produkte
zu verpacken: nasse Produkte Flüssigkeiten jeder Art und Dichte in zerbrechlichen Behältern, entflammare
und explodierbare
Produkte, Spraydosen mit oder ohne Treibgas, Losen Pulver oder staubformige Produkte, Lose Produkte und andere hier
nicht aufgezählte Produkte oder Materialen die auf irgend eine Weise das Gerät beschädigen oder den Bediener in Gefähr
bringen konnten.

•Non eseguire confezioni di dimensioni uguali al passaggio del tunnel.
Lasciare almeno 5 cm per lato.
•Non eseguire la termoretrazione per prodotti troppo leggeri in quanto la
ventilazione potrebbe sollevarli continuamente all’interno del tunnel.
•Non eseguire la termoretrazione per prodotti sciolti con dimensioni piu’
piccole dei fori del nastro trasportatore.
9-CIO’ CHE NON SI DEVE CONFEZIONARE
E’ assolutamente vietato confezionare i seguenti tipi di prodotti per evitare di danneggiare in modo
permanente la macchina, oltre che provocare rischi di infortuni all’operatore addetto.
•Prodotti bagnati
•Prodotti instabili
•Liquidi di qualsiasi tipo e densità in contenitori fragili
•Materiali infiammabili
•Materiali esplosivi
•Bombolette con gas a pressione o di qualsiasi tipo
•Polveri sciolte e volatili
•
Eventuali materiali e prodotti non previsti che possano in qualche mod
essere pericolosi per l’utente e provocare danni alla macchina stessa
