•Attach this product to an adult chair using bottom and back
attachment straps.
•Never use this product on a stool or bench that does not have a seat back.
•Before each use, be sure product is properly secured to an adult chair.

•Fit the pegs on the seat back into the
sockets in the seat bottom.
Hint: The pegs on the seat back are
designed to fit into the seat bottom
sockets one way. Rotate the seat to fit
the pegs into the sockets.

•Push the seat back so that the tab on
the back of the seat "snaps" into place.
•Pull up on the seat back to be sure it's
secure to the seat bottom.
Hint: Assembly of the seat back to the
seat bottom is permanent.

the seat.

•Position the frames so that the base
of each is outward.

•Position the seat base so that the
footrest holes face you.
•Slide the seat base onto the ends of
each frame.
Hint: It's much easier if you attach the
seat base to the frames one at a time!

•Make sure the seat base is assembled
to the frames correctly. The frames
should angle out on both sides.

•At an angle, fit the tabs on the
footrest into the sockets in the front
of the frame. Lower the footrest
in place.
