IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the equipment is
properly assembled and tightened before use.
2. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercise is necessary.Refer to the
Warm Up and Cool Down Routine pages. After exercise, relaxation of the body is suggested for cool-
down.
3. Please make sure all parts are not damaged and xed well before use. This equipment should
be placed on a at surface when using. Using a mat or other covering material on the ground is
recommended.
4. Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes that might
catch any part of the equipment.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this manual.
Should any problems arise, discontinue use and consult your local dealer.
6. Be careful when step on or leave the pedal always hold the handlebars rst. Make the pedal at your
side at the lowest position, step on the pedal, and stride over the main frame then step on the other
pedal. When using, please hold the handlebar by hands, make the pedals running smoothly by push
or pull handlebars, then run the equipment regularly by cooperation of hands and feet. After exercise,
please also make one pedal at the lowest position and leave your foot on the higher pedal rst and
then another.
7. Do not use the equipment outdoors.
8. This equipment is for household use only.
9. Only one person at a time should use this equipment.
10. If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising
immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
11. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the equipment.
12. Do not allow children to use or play on the equipment. Keep children and pets away from the
equipment while in use.This machine is designed for adults use only. The minimum free space
required for safe operation is not less than two meters.
13. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 110 kgs.

SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE
1. After the complete assembly, check that all the retainer, such as the cap screws, nuts and washers
are in place, or be secured tightly.
2. Do not let children use this product unsupervised. Read all instructions carefully before using.
Tighten all bolts before using equipment. Leave adequate space to exercise.
3. Immediately stop the practice, if sick, that headache or nausea, chest pain or pressure, or feel any
discomfort.
4. This machine is in use process, hear or detected some problems or unusual sound, should stop
using.

1. Insert 3. to 1. then using 2. and knob to choose suitable position as shown.
2. Insert 5. to 4. then attach 5. to 1. using bolt and lock pin.
3. Attach 6. to 5. using bolt and lock pin.

1. Attach the part 8. to part 5. then insert two ends of the shaft 4. into 8. using lockpin to lock
them as shown.
2. Attach 9. to 5. and connect 10. to 9. using bolt and nut.
3. Push 7. into hole of 1.

(M8*40), washers
2. The bench can be used as a sit up bench by inserting dierent holes of part 5. using lockpin
(∅10*70) as shown.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not use exercise machinery without the consent of your doctor.
2. There is no supervision do not allow children to use this product
3. Keep your ngers, body parts, children and pets away from moving parts
4. Warm up before each workoutand cool down after each workout
5. Insure that all nuts, bolts, and screws are completely tightened before using this product.
6. If any parts appear worn, or broken, or if this product is not working properly, do not use .
7. This product is for consumer use only and is not meant for commercial use
8. Keep product indoors away from moisture and dust .
9. Place the weight bench on level surface with a mat beneath it to protect the oor or carpet.
10. Always place and equalamount ofweight on each side of the barbell.
11. Always secure theweightswith the lock collars when they are mounted on the barbell.
12. Always exercise with a partner.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body
for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to ve minutes before aerobic exercising.
It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and
stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your
muscles.
COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in tired muscles. The
purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its resting state at the end of each exercise session. A
proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate and allows blood to return to the heart.
HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count,
you should feel a stretching sensation up the
left side of your neck. Then rotate your head
back for one count, stretching your chin to the
ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate
your head to the left for one count, then drop
your head to your chest for one count.
SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one
count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one
count as you lower your right shoulder.
SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until
they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Repeat this action with your left arm.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
QUADRICEP STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up.Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks as possible.
Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and
your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as
close to your groin as possible. Gently push
your knees toward the oor. Hold for 15 counts.
TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes.Reach as far as you can and
hold for 15 counts.
HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your
left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch
toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts.Relax and then repeat with left leg.
CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward.Keep your right
leg straight and the left foot on the oor; then
bend the left leg and lean forward by moving
your hips toward the wall.Hold, then repeat on
the other side for 15 counts.
