•Cleaning tablets
•Cleaning solution
•Microfiber cloth
•Brush set
•Cleaning brush
•Cleaning container (large graduated beaker)
Your responsibility for the perfect coffee experience
The perfect coffee experience depends on a perfectly cleaned coffee machine. Increase the
quality of your products!
Clean your coffee machine at least once a day and more frequently if necessary.
Follow the 5-step method for all removable parts.
Powder system (optional)
Open door
Clean brewing chamber
Empty grounds container
We recommend the following sequence of steps:
Turn the locking mechanism
on the mixer chamber coun-
terclockwise and remove the
mixer chamber.
Unhook and remove the outlet
tube of the powder system.
Open the door.The following messages are
displayed in alternation: Open
door
Clean brewing chamber
Empty grounds container
Press Clean for 3 seconds.
5-step method for removable parts
Dry the parts.Soak the parts in water with a
mild detergent.
Wash the parts.Remove coarse dirt with a
brush.
Rinse the parts thoroughly.



Open powder lid

Remove and empty the grounds
container.
Dismantle the mixer chamber. Brush off the agitator and wipe
it with a damp cloth.
Clean the interior and brewing
chamber with a brush.
Press Clean.
The dispenser system moves
downward.
Risk of scalding
Hot water and hot steam are
released during cleaning.
Do not touch the machine
below the outlets or the outlets
themselves.
WARNING
Insert a cleaning tablet.
Close the powder lid.
Open the powder lid.
Reassemble the mixer chamber. Attach the mixer chamber. Turn
the locking mechanism on the
mixer chamber clockwise.
Attach the outlet tube and hook
it into guide rail of the holder.
Insert the grounds container
and close the front door.
The display reads:

Place the cleaning container in
the refrigeration unit and insert
all tubes.
Open the refrigeration unit.
Remove the cleaning container
and empty it.
Remove cleaning cont
Insert milk container
The display reads:

Empty remaining water
Add 50 ml cleaner
Insert cleaning cont.
Remove milk container

The tubes are emptied into the
cleaning container.
Press Clean.
Store the milk in a refrigerator
or dispose of it, if necessary.
Empty the cleaning container.
Open the refrigeration unit.
Remove the milk container.
The cleaning container is filled
automatically.
The coffee system and milk sys-
tem are cleaned and rinsed.
Risk of scalding
Hot water and hot steam are
released during cleaning.
Do not touch the machine
below the outlets or the outlets
themselves.
WARNING
Close the refrigeration unit.
Press Clean.
Place the cleaning container in
the refrigeration unit and insert
all tubes.
Pour 50 ml of cleaning solution
into the cleaning container.

Clean the milk container and
cleaning container using the
5-step method.
E130 Add cold milk
Press Clean.
The machine is ready.
The display reads:
E130 Add cold milk
An optional neutralization brew-
ing cycle is carried out.
Fill the milk container with milk
if necessary. Place the milk
container in the refrigeration
unit and insert all tubes.

Clean the outside of the ma-
chine with a damp cloth.
Clean the drip grid and drip
tray.
Insert the dispenser head in the
coffee machine and lock it in
place. The clips must be flush.
Insert the frother spring in the
frothing head and position it
with a brush.
Replace the frothing head in
the dispenser head.
Risk of scalding
Hot water and hot steam are
released during cleaning.
Do not touch the machine
below the outlets or the outlets
themselves.
WARNING
Various models
Depending on the model of your coffee machine, other outlets are
available. Please note that all standard variations are described here.
Screw the nozzle back onto the
hot water outlet.
Clean all parts removed using
the 5-step method.
Unscrew the nozzle on the hot
water outlet.
Remove the frothing head from
the dispenser head.
Use a brush to press the frother
spring out of the frothing head.
Remove the dispenser head
from the coffee machine.
Switch the coffee machine off.
