We would like to welcome Customers to our Company.F.lli CAMISA. This machine has been designed
and built to provide the best performance especially in terms of robustness and functionality.
We are sure that you will fully enjoy the high performance, versatility and ease of use of this machine.

best guarantee for you. This CAMISA Tracked Mini Dumper, will be a source of full satisfaction for you
for many years if you use and maintain the machine properly.
To this end this Instruction Manual has been compiled, which will be helpful for you to become familiar
with the tracked mini dumper with all of its components and features, also facilitating maintenance.
At the end of the Instruction Manual for the tracked mini dumper you have been provided with the
Use and Maintenance Manual for the engine installed on the tracked mini dumper.
We therefore advise you to carefully read both Manuals, to follow our recommendations, and to carry
out all the scheduled maintenance operations.
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
F.lli CAMISA Company will examine any warranty requests only if in possession of the attached
certificate, which must be returned to the CAMISA headquarters duly completed within and no later
than 15 days from the date of delivery of the machine.

The company F.lli CAMISA makes their Technical Assistance Service available to their customers in
order to resolve any problems regarding the use and maintenance of their machines.

SPARE PARTS
The company F.lli CAMISA distributes their ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS via local Sales points or where there
aren't any you can request them directly.
Orders must be made via local Sales Points or directly to F.lli CAMISA quoting the identification
information for the tracked mini dumper (model and serial number) and consulting the Catalogue for
the Spare Parts required if necessary.
IMPORTANT: Failure to use original spare parts or parts with specific
equivalents can cause damage to the machine or persons, for such
eventualities the company F.lli CAMISA can not accept responsibility.
REPAIRS
For any repairs or inspections that involve operations requiring a certain level of complexity it is
necessary to go to your local Sales Point which has specialist personnel or directly to F.lli CAMISA,
which is however available for ensuring prompt and accurate technical assistance and everything that
might be helpful for achieving the normal operation of the machine.

For every machine the following documentation and equipment is provided:

2. PRESENTATION
This Instruction Manual aims to provide the information, the instructions and that which is deemed
necessary to get to know the machine, use it well and for its standard maintenance.
Users and company superiors are obliged to carefully read the contents of this Instruction Manual
and company superiors are obliged to ensure that operators charged with the machine's use and
maintenance read it.
This document assumes that in the work environment where the machine is planned to be used the
current health and safety at work regulations are observed.
The normal operation, duration over time and operating economy of the machine depends on the
observance and fulfilment of that which is described together with careful and cautious maintenance.
IMPORTANT: Failure to observe that which is described, operational
negligence, incorrect use of the machine and unauthorised execution of
modifications can lead to cancellation of the warranty which the
Manufacturing Company provides for the machine.
IMPORTANT: If the machine is also going to be used by persons that do
not understand the language of the Country where the machine is being
used, the employer (or user of the machine) must arrange for
appropriate translations of the instructions for use in the language that
users can understand.
This Manual is an integral part of the machine and must always accompany it in every change of
ownership.
The Manual must be kept in a safe place and a place that is always available.
It is the duty of the staff to keep it and to keep it intact to allow it to be used for consultation for the
entire life span of the machine itself.

If it is lost or damaged it is necessary to immediately request a copy from the Manufacturing Company.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify the design and make improvements to the machine
without communicating this to Customers.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that if the Manual undergoes changes by the Manufacturer,
only the updated versions of the manual will be actually present at the points of use.
The Manufacturer is held responsible for the descriptions provided in Italian, any translations cannot
be fully verified, therefore if an inconsistency is detected, it is necessary to pay attention to the Italian
language and contact the Sales Department if necessary, which will make any changes deemed
appropriate.
RECIPIENTS
The machine is designed for private or professional use and therefore must be entrusted to qualified
operators that in particular fulfil the following requirements:
Operators over the age of 16 years;
Operators who are physically and mentally fit to perform jobs of particular technical difficulty;
Operators that have been suitably trained regarding the use and maintenance of the machine;
Operators that are able to understand and interpret the Instruction Manual and the safety
features;
Operators that know the emergency procedures and how to implement them;
Operators that have understood the operational procedures defined by the Machine
Manufacturer
WARNING: The Manufacturing Company however declines all and any
responsibility for damage caused by negligence and failure to observe
that which is described in this Manual.
The instructions, drawings and documentation contained in this Manual are of a confidential technical
nature, strictly the property of the Manufacturer and may not be reproduced in any way, either in
whole or in part.
PRESENTATION OF THE MACHINE
The tracked mini dumpers TP 280 ECO, TP 280, TP 285 are machines that have been designed to
transport material and to be used in connection with other operating machines for carrying out specific
operations (for example for pesticide protection).
Their use is appropriate both in professional and private environments.

Every machine is equipped with an identification badge positioned on the left side under the engine
Fig. 1, in addition the serial number has been stamped on where the loading body is hooked Fig. 2.
The engine identification codes are stamped on the base by the engine Manufacturer.

Intended Use: Machine use in compliance with the information provided in the instructions for use;
Reasonably foreseeable improper use: use of the machine carried out in a way that is different from
that indicated in the instructions for use, but which may result from easily predictable human
behaviour
3. WARRANTY RULES
The machine made by Company F.lli CAMISA is guaranteed for 24 consecutive months for private use
and 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase for professional use, provided that the
machine is used according to the provisions contained in the MIUM and provided that it is subjected
to normal working conditions. Within the above mentioned terms F.lli CAMISA commits to providing
spare parts free of charge for parts that they, or a representative authorised by them, deem to exhibit
manufacturing or material defects; or, at the incontestable discretion of F.lla CAMISA, they commit to
carrying out repairs themselves or via authorised personnel.
The right to the guarantee is lost when the vehicle has been used without respecting the rules and
limitations contained in the MIUM, or if the machine has been repaired, disassembled or modified by
unauthorised workshops. The warranty of the machine must be understood only and exclusively for
those parts which, by their nature, are not subject to quick consumption. For parts and accessories

supplied with the machine, but which have not been manufactured by F.lli CAMISA, the guarantee
provided by the manufacturer of such parts or accessories will be applicable, to the extent that it can
be obtained by F.lli CAMISA.
The responsibility of F.lli CAMISA is strictly limited to the supply of spare parts or the repair of defective
parts and excludes any responsibility for other expenses, damages and direct or indirect losses deriving
from the use or impossibility of use of the machine, both total and partial.
IMPORTANT: The company F.lli CAMISA will only look into possible
warranty queries when in possession of the attached certificate which
must be duly completed and returned to the main office of the Camisa
Brothers, strictly within 15 days from the delivery of the machine.
FIRST CHECK
The purchaser, as soon as the machine is delivered must:
Check all the lubricant levels.
Check the tension of the tracks.
Check the level of fuel in the tank.
Check that all the screens, safety grilles and guards are in their correct place and in a good state.
Check that the safety instruction adhesive labels are in order and in a good state.
Check that attached to this Manual there is the CE Declaration of Conformity and the equipment
for routine maintenance.
If the tracked mini dumper has been delivered by courier check that there are no breakages or
missing parts, in which case the defect or missing part must be reported.

CONTROL USE
1. HAND THROTTLR LEVER
To adjust the engine speed turn the lever to the left (increase in rpm) or to the right (reduce rpm) Fig.
28.

IMPORTANT: When the machine is not moving, bring the hand throttle
lever to minimum (fully to the right).
2. ENGINE ON / OFF KNOB.
The knob has two positions, ON (Fig. 30) which allows the engine to be switched on and to work, and
OFF (Fig. 29) which switches the engine off and prevents it being started up

3. CLUTCH-BRAKE-TRACTION LEVER.
This lever engages the clutch between the engine and transmission. Push the lever towards the
handlebar to engage traction (Fig. 31) release it to stop the machine (Fig. 32).
The forward clutch lever is connected to the brake, when the lever is in the released position the
automatic parking brake is engaged.

IMPORTANT: This lever is also a safety device. Do not tamper with it and
make sure that it is always in a good condition. If you get into a critical
situation release it to stop and automatically brake the machine.
4. GEAR CONTROL LEVER.
To select the gears release the clutch-brake-traction control lever, operate the gear lever to select the
speed (Fig.33). Two forward motion speeds ("1" and "2") and one reverse speed ("RM") are available
on the TP 280 ECO and TP 280 tracked mini dumpers, three forward motion speeds ("1" “2” and “3”)
and one reverse speed (“RM”)are available on the TP 285 tracked mini dumper. If the gear doesn't go
in exert light pressure on the clutch-brake-traction control lever (Fig. 34).

WARNING: Always keep a gear engaged when going down hill. Never
allow the machine to coast down hill with the transmission in neutral.
Use an appropriate gear for the type of terrain and the incline.
5. LEFT-RIGHT STEERING CONTROL LEVERS.
The steering control levers are used to change the direction of the machine. Pull the relevant lever in
the direction in which you want to steer, lever to the right (Fig. 35-36) the machine will turn to the
right and lever to the left
(Fig. 37-38) the machine will turn to the left.

IMPORTANT: In case of failure of the automatic parking brake, pull the
two steering levers at the same time to stop and brake the machine

Allows the tipper body to be emptied by releasing the lever.
Mod. TP 280ECO –TP 280 with extendible body or tubular rails
Firmly grasp both the body handle and the tipper release lever and place the other hand over the body
(Fig. 39)
Pull the release lever upwards (Fig. 40) and slowly raise the body until it completely tips.
Once the body has been completely emptied safely grip the body again (Fig. 41), then lower it and
check that the automatic hook is in the correct position (Fig. 42).

Firmly grasp the tipper release control lever and grasp the tube grip with the other hand. (Fig. 43)
Pull the release lever upwards (Fig. 44) and slowly lift the body until it tips completely using the tube
lever.
Once the body has been completely emptied safely grip the body again (Fig. 45), then lower it and
check that the automatic hook is in the correct position (Fig. 46).

7. HYDRAULIC TIPPER CONTROL LEVER (TP 280 –TP 285)
This allows the tipper to be operated automatically through the operation of a hydraulic valve.
Push the lever forwards to tip the body (Fig. 47) pull the lever towards yourself to lower the body. (Fig.
47).
