Installation instruction
Aquaglass Purity Pentangle
Adjustment: (-20 ~0mm) x (-20 ~0mm) x 1950mm
Mounting preparation:
After opening the package, read the instructions carefully, check whether all parts are present and there are no sign of
shipping damage. If you find any problem, please contact your retailer directly.
Necessary tools: electric drill, masonry drill(∮6mm),drill(∮3.2mm),cross tip screw driver, spirit level, tape measure,
rubber hammer, knife, pencil and silicone sealant.

Pentangle cabin is ok to mount in left hand or right hand. Please choose the direction you want and follow below steps.
Below step is based on left version. For right version, please follow below steps in mirror direction.
1. Measure the ground with spirit level to make sure the ground is in level. Put the wall profiles CP6D01(2X) against
the wall, ensuring the distance between the profile and the wall is correct. Adjust the profile to make sure it is
vertical by using a spirit level. Mark the holes on the wall.
2. Drill the holes(∮6mm) according to the marks and insert the wall plugs CP6D11(8X) into the holes

3. Fix wall profile on the wall with screw CP6D09(8X).
5. Put top and bottom rail profile on the cabin, fix the
rail profiles with screws CP6D09(8X).
4. Apply silicon sealant into top and bottom plastic corner
piece as step 4.1 show. Insert CP6D15 into the top and
bottom rail profile, fix them with screws and caps
CP610(4X).
7. Cut the filling sealers(CP6D23) into 2 pieces according
to the length of the top and bottom rail profile and push the
sealers into the rail profile. Insert the fixed panel into the
wall profile for both sides.

6. Insert single blade sealer CP6D19(4X) with CP6D18
into rail profile between rail profile and fixed glass panel
from outside.

9. Attach the magnetic sealer CP6D05 on the fixed panel.
Please cut the bottom anti-water sealer CP6D07 into 2
pieces according to the width of bottom glass panel edge.
Attach CP6D07 on the door bottom.
13. Fix wall profile and vertical profile together with
screw CP6D08（8X）and screw washer CP6D12(8X).
11. Mount handle CP6D16 on the door.
8. Put the door CP6D04 on the cabin, and fix the door
with CP6D15(2X). Please make sure 1pc washer on
each side of glass panel when mounting pivot.
10. Attach the vertical sealer CP6D17 on the door side,
Attach the magnetic sealer CP6D05 on the door handle side.
12. From inside of the shower, drill the wall profile into
vertical profile (∮3.2mm)

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Please do not use abrasive or strong cleaning solutions on the shower enclosure, such as alcohol, petroleum liquids
or any other chemical cleaner.
Should there be any dirty stains on the shower enclosure, please clean it with a soft lint free cloth and warm soapy
water. Please rinse it with clean water afterwards. After the installation is complete, if there is any noise during glass
door movement, please add a small quantity of lubricant onto the roller wheel, bottom guide and track.

15. From outside the enclosure, seal down the whole
length of the join between the wall profile and the wall
Please do not use showering within 24 hours after silicon
sealing.
14. From inside of the cabin, Attach concealed profile
CP6D02(2X)on both cabin side as step 14.1 show. Put
top cap CP6D14(2X)on the vertical profile, put top cap
CP6D13(2X)on wall profile.
