修理作業について
担当保守員が作業を実施するにあたり、当該作業に必要なご協力をお客様にお願いいたします。また、
担当保守員の作業時にお客様に立ち会っていただきますようお願いします。
担当保守員が作業をお客様事務所にて実施する場合、お客様事務所への立ち入り、作業の実施に必要な
機器備品等の無償使用、ならびに、当該作業に必要な機材またはソフトウェア持ち込み、および、本製

品への使用を作業に必要な範囲で認めていただきますようお願いします。
修理内容により、作業に必要な機器操作や OS 操作をお客様にお願いすることがあります。
本製品に同梱されている部材 (CD-ROM 媒体など) は、お客様が大切に保管してください。担当保守員
が作業する場合にご用意いただきますようお願いします。
修理作業に関するお願い
内蔵の I/O インターフェースおよび PCI Express カードなどの修理作業では、iRMC の遠隔操作機能が必要
となる場合があります。担当保守員が当該修理作業を実施する際は、MMB 接続用 PC (MMB のUSER ポー
ト(管理用) に接続) を本体装置の近くに設置していただき、使用させていただきますようお願いします。
修理内容により、ログイン操作をお客様にお願いすることがあります。また、修理作業中はシステム管理
者に立ち会っていただきますようお願いします。iRMC の遠隔操作機能について詳しくは『PRIMEQUEST
3000 シリーズ 運用管理マニュアル』の「1.6.2 遠隔操作 (iRMC) 」を参照してください。
修理ご依頼の前に
本体装置に異常が発生した場合は、『PRIMEQUEST 3000 シリーズ 運用管理マニュアル』の「11.2 トラ
ブル対応」を参照して、内容を確認してください。それでも解決できない異常については、担当営業員ま
たは修理相談窓口に連絡してください。ご連絡の際は、本体装置前面部にある貼付ラベルに記載の型名、
および製造番号を確認し、お伝えください。ラベルの貼付位置については、以下の「ラベルの貼付位置」
を参照してください。
また、事前に『PRIMEQUEST 3000 シリーズ 運用管理マニュアル』の「11.2 トラブル対応」を参照し、
必要事項を確認してください。お客様が退避したシステム設定情報は、保守作業時だけ使用し、保守作業
終了後は破棄します。

ポートサービスをご契約のお客様は、それぞれのサポート窓口にお問い合わせください。

製品保証期間中の保証書による修理
製品保証期間終了後の、サポートサービス (SupportDesk など) 未契約の場合の修理
•当社指定のサービスエンジニアによるオンサイト修理を行います。サービスエンジニアは、連絡を受け
た翌営業日以降に訪問します。
•サービスの対象製品／作業時間に応じ、技術料／部品代／交通費などのサービス料金をご依頼の都度、
申し受けます。

Installation Steps
Step 1
Check the power source, air conditioning equipment, and location of the installation site.
For details, see the PRIMEQUEST 3000 Series Enterprise Model Hardware Installation
Manual .
Step 2
Check the safety notes for ensuring the correct and safe operation of the product. For
details, see the PRIMEQUEST 3000 Series Safety and Regulatory Information.
Step 3
Confirm that no components are missing. See the packing list supplied with the main unit.
Step 4
Connect the input power cables to the main unit. For details, see the PRIMEQUEST 3000
Series Enterprise Model Installation Manual.
Step 5
Connect the console to the main unit. For details, see the PRIMEQUEST 3000 Series
Enterprise Model Installation Manual.
Step 6
Power on the main unit. For details, see the PRIMEQUEST 3000 Series Enterprise Model
Installation Manual.
Step 7
Set up the main unit (including UEFI settings, and initialization settings for partitions and

Step 8
