To use Cam Lock
Fasteners:
Step 1 - Insert
Cam Pin into the
flat side of a
board. Tighten
only until snug. Do
not over-tighten.
Step 2 - Fit the
hole in the
edge of the
joining board
over the Cam
Pin. The head
of the Cam Pin
will be visible
in the large
hole in the side
of the joining
board, as in
Step 3.
Step 3 - Notice the Cam Lock has a “C”-shaped
back. An arrow on the front points the same
direction as the open section. Insert the Cam Lock
into the large hole so the opening of the “C” fits
over the head of the Cam Pin.
Step 4 - Use a flat screwdriver to turn the Cam Lock clockwise
one half a turn so it locks onto the head of the Cam Pin. Turn
only until it is snug – over-tightening could cause the Cam to
bend or break.
If it will not turn the full amount, turn the Cam Pin out (counter-
clockwise) one full turn, and try the Cam Lock again.

Cam Locks are fasteners used to join two boards
together, usually the edge of one board (A) to the
flat side of another board (B).

Align light (#N) to the hole of the top panel (#1), then secure by using screws (#M).
Align magnets (#I) to the holes of the front
panel (#3), then secure by using screws
(#M). Attach cam bolts (#C) to the holes of
the front panel (#3).
Insert dowels (#K) to the hole in-between cam bolts. Align and secure
crossbars (#5) to the front panel (#3) by using cam locks (#D).
Prepare 5 bolts assembly by inserting washer (#B) onto
bolts (#A). Align top panel (#1) to the holes of the front
panel (#3). Secure by using bolts (#A).

Prepare 5 bolts assembly by inserting washer
(#B) onto bolts (#A). Align bottom panel (#2)
to the holes of the front panel (#3). Secure by
using bolts (#A).
Prepare 14 bolts assembly by inserting washer (#B) to bolts (#A).
Insert dowels (#K) to the middle hole of the crossbars (#5), then
align and attach back panel (#4) to the holes of the completed
items. Secure by using bolts (#A).

Align and attach
plastic (#H) to the
U support down
(#F), then insert U
support down (#F)
with plastic (#H)
onto the holes as
shown in the
diagram.
Attach shelf pins (#J) to the desired
height of the shelves (#8). Carefully
place shelves (#8) onto the shelf pins
(#J).
Align and attach U support up (#E) to the glass
(#6,7), then secure by tightening the screws on the
support (#E).
Align and attach push metal
(#G) to the glass (#6,7).

Align and fit glass (#6,7) to the supports (#F), then
secure by tightening screws from the supports
(#F). Make sure supports (#E) fit into the plastic
(#H) located at the top of the cabinet.
