1.1 TR-RC features - a summary
The TR-RC product is a single channel LED lighting controller for use in
machine vision applications. It can deliver 2A for the TR-RC120 and 10A
for the TR-RC122 in pulse mode. The TR-RC has Ethernet connectivity
and may be controlled through a web portal and, using triniti™
technology, allows the control of your illumination system (if it is triniti-
enabled).
The TR-RC automatically senses and sets up triniti-enabled lights on
connection. It has SafeSense™ which allows the controller to
automatically sense the characteristics of your lights. The TR-RC also has
SafePower™ which ensures low heat dissipation and the ability to deliver
higher currents with a reduced need for heat sinking.
1.2 GigE VisionTM
The TR-RC120 and TR-RC122 are GigE Vision™ compatible. This means
that any compatible GigE Vision client image processing software allows
the user to view and change controller settings. GigE Vision is an industry
standard protocol running on Ethernet which provides easy configuration
and control of cameras and other devices.
The TR-RC is the first non-streaming device to become available (at the
time of publishing this manual), so some packages may not support non-
streaming devices yet. If your package does not work with the TR-RC then
please inform the manufacturer or Gardasoft.
