Assembling the Frame
NOTE: Before beginning assembly, check the predrilled holes in the wood and
clear out any debris. Do not tighten the BOLTS completely until the entire FRAME is assembled.
1. Insert the WOODEN DOWELS into the top holes on the inside corners of both SIDE PANELS (Fig. 1). NOTE: The bottom
of the SIDE PANEL has feet.
2. Using Fig. 1 as a reference, line up a RAIL with a SIDE PANEL, positioning
it so the groove is closer to the top. Choose a BOLT and CROSS DOWEL to
use for the next step. Important: To make sure all of the pieces go together
smoothly, test to make sure the BOLT fits through the holes in the SIDE
PANEL, RAIL, and CROSS DOWEL (Fig. 2). With the CROSS DOWEL,
sometimes the threads on one side line up the with the BOLT threads
better than the other side, so make sure to try inserting the BOLT into both
sides of the CROSS DOWEL.
3. Place a CROSS DOWEL fully into the opening in the RAIL face up (Fig. 1).
Make sure the hole in the DOWEL is lined up with the hole in the end of
the RAIL. Slide the WOODEN DOWEL in the SIDE PANEL into the top hole in the RAIL.
4. Place a BOLT through the holes in the SIDE PANEL, RAIL, and CROSS DOWEL as shown in Fig. 1. Use the HEX KEY to secure it into
place. NOTE: If the BOLT won’t screw into the DOWEL when it is fully insert into the hole, try holding the CROSS DOWEL flush with
the surface of the RAIL (Fig. 3). One of these two placements should allow the BOLT to screw into the CROSS DOWEL.
5. Repeat Steps - to attach a RAIL to the other corner on the same SIDE PANEL.
6. Slide the TOP PANEL into the grooves on the RAILS (Fig. 4). Then repeat Steps - to attach the remaining SIDE PANEL to the open
ends of the RAILS.

7. Examine the SHELF to find the holes for the remaining CROSS DOWELS.
With the holes facing down, slide the SHELF between the SIDE PANELS,
lining up the holes in the sides with the holes in the PANELS.
8. For each corner, insert a CROSS DOWEL into the hole in the bottom of the
SHELF, making sure the hole in the CROSS DOWEL is pointed out. Place a
BOLT through the hole on the outside of the SIDE PANEL and through the
holes in the SHELF and the CROSS DOWEL (Fig. 5).
9. With the frame now assembled, fully tighten all BOLTS.
Installing the Cross Cables
10. Locate the predrilled holes in the back corners of the assembled frame. For
each ANGLE BRACKET, line up the side with  hole with a hole in the frame,
then insert  SCREWS through the holes in the other side (Fig. 6).
11. Use the HEX KEY to screw two BANJO SCREWS into the open holes in
the top ANGLE BRACKETS. Tighten them until you can no longer see the
threads (Fig. 6). Insert the remaining BANJO SCREWS into the bottom
ANGLE BRACKETS, leaving some of the threads
showing so you can use them to tighten the CABLES
later.
12. Feed the open end of a CABLE through the hole in
a top BANJO SCREW, pulling until the ball is directly
against the SCREW (Fig. 6). Insert the other end of the
CABLE through the bottom SCREW on the opposite
side of the frame. Starting with some slack in the
CABLE, use your HEX KEY to tighten the SCREW until
there is just a little bit of tension in it.
13. Repeat Step  to attach the other CABLE. With both
CABLES in place, use your HEX KEY to make sure they
are equally tightened to the point where the sides of
frame are parallel to each other and perpendicular
to the ground. This will strengthen your frame so it
doesn’t sway when you move it. Important: Do NOT
overtighten the CABLES as this may cause the frame
to crack.
Tips
• If you do not want to use the stand with a Low Bamboo LED Grow Light Garden, the Galvanized Tray is sold separately
() and can be placed on top for additional shelf space.
• If using with a Low Bamboo LED Grow Light Garden (sold separately), we recommend securing the assembly to a wall for
stability.
