graspitat both sides, lifi up and
pull forward.
To renlaeetheroom‘cabinet,
positkn slotsat thebottomo~the
roomcabinetontotabsatthe
bottomofthechassis.Tilttheroom
cabinetinward,liftit slightly,and
positionitsotheclipsatthetop
hookontothefrontlipoftheair
dischargegrille.Thenpressthe
roomcabinetdownto secureit.

and lukewarmwater.
Condemer coils
Thesecoilson the weatherside
ofthe unitshould be checked
periodicallyand cleaned if
cloggedwith dirt or sootfromthe
atmosphere. If extremelysoiled,
theymay need to be professionally
steamcleaned, aservice available
throughyourGE service outlet.
Air Filter
The air filterbehindthe room
cabinetshouldbe washedat least
every30daysor as oftonas it needs
cleaning. -
Accessto the filterisobtainedby
removingthe roomcabinet. See
page4.
Toremove the air filter, grasp the
pull tabson the front ofthe filteras
shownand pulltowardyou untilthe
three tabsat thetop and bottomof
the filtercome outof the slotsin
the chassis.
