To remove the light shield, push in the tab on
the left side of the shield and lo er it. Replace
ith a 15 att appliance bulb.

IMPORTANT: Unplug the everage center

Keep the outside clean. The cabinet can
be ashed ith mild soap and ater. Rinse
thoroughly ith clean ater. Never use
abrasive scouring po ders.
Use a glass cleaner or mild soap and ater
and a soft cloth to clean the glass door. Do
not use any abrasive po ders.
Wipe the controls ith a damp cloth. Dry
thoroughly. Do not use cleaning sprays,
large amounts of soap and ater, abrasives
or sharp objects on the panel—they can
damage it. Some paper to els can also
scratch the control panel.
Do not wipe t e beverage center or wine
c iller wit a soiled dis clot or towel.
T ese may leave a residue t at can
erode t e paint. Do not use scouring pads,
powdered cleaners, bleac or cleaners
containing bleac because t ese products
can scratc and weaken t e paint finis .
Stainless steel. Regularly clean and polish
the stainless steel areas (on some models)
ith a commercially available stainless
steel cleaner such as Stainless Steel Magic®
to preserve and protect the fine finish.

Do not use appliance ax or polish on the
stainless steel.
Cleaning the Outside
IMPORTANT: Unplug the everage center or
wine chiller efore cleaning.
The vinyl door gasket may be cleaned
ith mild soap and ater or a baking soda
solution. Rinse ell.
After cleaning the door gasket, apply a thin
layer of paraffin ax or petroleum jelly to the
door gasket at the hinge side. This helps keep
the gasket from sticking and bending out of
shape.
Use a slightly damp cloth or sponge hen
cleaning around s itches, lights or controls.
Use arm ater and baking soda solution—
about a tablespoon (15 ml) of baking soda
to a quart (1 liter) of ater. This both cleans
and neutralizes odors. Thoroughly rinse and
ipe dry.
Other parts of the everage center or wine
chiller unit—including the full extension
dra ers and glass shelves—can be cleaned
the same ay.
Avoid cleaning cold glass shelves with hot
water ecause the extreme temperature
difference may cause them to reak. Handle
glass shelves carefully. Rough handling of
tempered glass can cause it to shatter.
Do not use detergents, scouring powders,
spray cleaners or other harsh chemicals to
clean the interior.
Cleaning the Inside
Drain hole
Periodically check the drain hole and
channel for any debris. If the drain is blocked,
condensation ill not drain properly.
To check and clean the drain hole, remove
the bottom t o glass shelves or bottom t o
full extension dra ers. S eep a damp cloth
along the channel in the back of the beverage
center. Use a finger to s eep a ay any debris
from the drain hole.
