Getting started:
■Plug the power supply cable firstly into the
back of the unit and then into the mains
supply. Alternatively insert 4 AAA batteries
into the bottom of the speaker.
■To activate the speaker, press the
button.
For use with
iPod / iPhone:
■Select and insert the correct docking adapter
to suit your iPod / iPhone.
N.B. Please ensure that you use the correct
dock adapter for your iPod / iPhone to avoid
damage to the dock connector. If the specific
adapter is not included, please use the adapter
that was provided by Apple with your iPod /
iPhone. GEAR4 will not be responsible for any
damage resulting in not using a dock adapter.
■Pull the left hand side of the speaker
to extend.
■Carefully insert your iPod / iPhone into
the dock.
■Your iPod / iPhone can be rotated to the
landscape position by turning it to the left.
■To adjust the volume press +/- on the speaker
or use the volume bar on your iPod / iPhone.
■To put the speaker into standby mode,
press the button.
N.B. If no music is played for 5 minutes, the
StreetParty Revolve will automatically go into
standby mode. The unit will reactivate when the
iPod / iPhone is in play mode again.

For use with other
audio devices:
■Plug one end of a 3.5mm audio cable
(not included) into your MP3 or MP4 player
and connect the other end into the AUX
line-in port at the back of the unit.
■Select the track and press play on your
music source.
N.B. When a device is connected via the AUX
line-in port, the StreetParty Revolve will not play
your iPod / iPhone. Unplug the external device
to return to iPod / iPhone mode.

UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION
Unpack your unit carefully. We recommend that
you save the packaging in case you ever need
to store your unit. To avoid damage, never place
the unit or its batteries near radiators, in front
of heating vents, under direct sunlight or
near water.

‒ When disconnecting the power cable,
pull the power plug first. Do not pull the
cord by itself.

If the plug or power cable needs to be

products must be collected separately by a
local collection system. Please act according to
your local rules and do not dispose of your old
products with your normal household waste.
The lightning flash with arrowhead
symbol, within an equilateral triangle,
is intended to alert user to the
presence of uninsulated ‘Dangerous Voltage’
within the product’s enclosure that may be of
sufficient magnitude to constitute risk of electric

■Pour passer en mode paysage, faites tourner
votre iPod / iPhone vers la gauche.
■Pour régler le volume, appuyez sur la touche
+/- de l'enceinte, ou utilisez la barre de
volume de votre iPod / iPhone.
■Pour passer en mode veille, appuyez
sur la touche .
Remarque : si vous n'utilisez pas l'enceinte
pendant 5 minutes, elle passe automatiquement
en mode veille. L'unité est réactivée dès que
votre iPod / iPhone repasse en mode lecture.
Utilisation avec d'autres
périphériques audio :
■Branchez une extrémité d'un câble audio de
3,5mm (non fourni) dans votre lecteur de
MP3 ou de MP4, et branchez l'autre extrémité
dans la prise AUX au dos de l'unité.
■Sélectionnez la piste à écouter et appuyez
sur la touche de lecture de l'appareil.
Remarque : lorsqu'un appareil est connecté par
le port AUX en entrée, le StreetParty Revolve
ne diffuse pas la musique de votre iPod /
iPhone. Débranchez l'appareil externe pour
repasser en mode iPod / iPhone.

DÉBALLAGE ET INSTALLATION
Déballer l'appareil avec soin. Nous
recommandons de conserver l'emballage, pour
tout stockage prolongé éventuel de l'appareil.
Pour éviter tout endommagement, ne jamais
placer l'appareil ou ses batteries près d'un
radiateur, près d'une bouche d'aération, sur un
rebord de fenêtre exposé au soleil ni près d'une
source d'eau.
DANS L'INTÉRÊT DE LA SÉCURITÉ
– Pour débrancher l'adaptateur d'alimentation,
tirer sur la fiche. Ne jamais tirer sur
le cordon.
– Ne jamais manipuler la fiche d'alimentation
avec des mains mouillées, sous peine
d'électrocution ou d'incendie.
– Consulter exclusivement un personnel
qualifié pour toute réparation.
– Ne pas ouvrir le boîtier.
– Ne pas tordre ni pincer le cordon
d'alimentation. Si la fiche ou le cordon

MISE AU REBUT

Erste Schritte:
■Stecken Sie das Wechselstromkabel zuerst in

■Stecken Sie den iPod / iPhone vorsichtig
in das Dock.
■Ihr iPod / iPhone kann durch Drehen nach
links in die Querformat-Position
bewegt werden.
■Um die Lautstärke zu regeln, drücken Sie
+/- am Lautsprecher oder verwenden Sie die
Lautstärkeleiste auf Ihrem iPod / iPhone.
■Um den Lautsprecher in den Standby-Modus
zu schalten, drücken Sie die -Taste.
Hinweis: Wenn fünf Minuten lang keine Musik
wiedergegeben wird, schaltet das StreetParty
Revolve automatisch in den Standby-Modus.
Das Gerät wird wieder aktiviert, wenn sich der
iPod / das iPhone wieder Wiedergabe-Modus
befinden.
Verwendung mit anderen
Audiogeräten:
■Schließen Sie ein Ende des 3,5-mm-
Audiokabels an Ihren, MP3- oder MP4-Player
an, und stecken Sie das andere Ende in den
AUX-Anschluss auf der Rückseite des Geräts
(nicht inbegriffen).
■Wählen Sie den gewünschten Song,
und drücken Sie die Play-Taste am
Musikausgabegerät.
Hinweis: Wenn ein Gerät über den Audio-
Eingang (AUX IN) angeschlossen wird, erfolgt
keine iPod / iPhone-Wiedergabe über das
StreetParty Revolve. Trennen Sie das externe
Gerät ab, um zum iPod / iPhone-Modus
zurückzukehren.

AUSPACKEN UND INSTALLIEREN
Packen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus. Es
empfiehlt sich, die Verpackung für den Fall
aufzubewahren, dass Sie das Gerät einmal
lagern müssen. Stellen Sie das Gerät oder
seine Akku nicht in der Nähe von Heizkörpern
oder vor einem Heizlüfter auf, und setzen Sie
es weder direkter Sonneneinstrahlung noch

Primeros pasos:
■Conecta primero el cable de alimentación

DESEMBALAJE E INSTALACIÓN
Desembala la unidad con cuidado.
Te recomendamos que guardes el embalaje por
si alguna vez necesitas almacenar la unidad.
Para evitar daños, no coloques nunca la unidad
ni las pilas cerca de un radiador, delante de
rejillas de calefacción, bajo la luz solar directa
o cerca de agua.
POR TU SEGURIDAD
‒ Al desconectar el adaptador de alimentación,
tira primero del conector de alimentación.
No tires del cable.
‒ No manipules nunca el conector de
alimentación con las manos húmedas, ya
que podrías provocar fuego o sufrir una
descarga eléctrica.
‒ Acude exclusivamente a personal cualificado
si necesitas reparar la unidad.
‒ No abras la carcasa.
‒ No dobles ni aprisiones el cable de
alimentación. Si es necesario sustituir
el conector o el cable de alimentación,
asegúrate de que cumple las
recomendaciones del fabricante.
‒ Desconecta la unidad durante tormentas con
aparato eléctrico y cuando no lo vayas a usar
durante largo tiempo.
DESECHO

Per iniziare:
■Collegare il cavo di alimentazione CA prima al
retro dell'unità e quindi alla presa di corrente.
In alternativa, inserire 4 batterie AAA.
■Per attivare il diffusore, premere il pulsante .
Utilizzo con
l'iPod / iPhone:
■Scegliere e inserire l'adattatore dock
corretto per il proprio iPod / iPhone.
N.B. Utilizzare esclusivamente gli adattatori
dock per evitare danni al connettore dock. Se
l'adattatore specifico non è stato fornito, il dock
è di tipo universale e quindi occorre utilizzare
l'adattatore fornito da Apple con l'iPod / iPhone.
GEAR4 non sarà responsabile di eventuali
danni dovuti al mancato utilizzo di un adattatore
dock corretto.
■Tirare il lato sinistro del diffusore per estenderlo.
■Inserire con cura l'iPod / iPhone nel dock.
■È possibile ruotare l'iPod / iPhone in
posizione orizzontale girandolo verso sinistra.
■Per regolare il volume, premere +/- sul
diffusore o utilizzare la barra del volume
dell'iPod / iPhone.
