1. Folgendes Werkzeug benötigen Sie für die
Reparatur der Leuchte
2. 3 mm-Bohrer, Zange, Schlitz- und
Kreuzschraubenzieher.
The following tools are required for repairing
the luminaire: 3 mm drill, pliers, one slotted
and one Phillips screwdriver

1. Drücken Sie mit dem Schraubenzieher die
beiden Schenkelfedern nach innen, um sie
zu lockern. Entfernen Sie sie anschließend
komplett vom Kühlkörper.
Use the screwdriver to press both leg springs
inwards in order to loosen them. Then
remove them completely from the cooling
element.
1. Schrauben Sie den DOT-Abdeckring von
hinten auf.
Unscrew the DOT cover ring from behind.
1. Drehen Sie die beiden Schrauben, mit denen
die LED-Platine befestigt ist, heraus.
Unscrew both the screws that x the LED
board.

1. Lösen Sie die LED-Platine mit dem
Schlitzschraubenzieher vorsichtig vom
Kühlkörper.
Use a slotted screwdriver to carefully lift the
LED board from the cooling element.
1. Durchtrennen Sie die Zuleitungen.
Cut the feed cables.

1. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die alte
Wärmeleitfolie.
Carefully remove old thermally conductive
lm.

1. Befreien Sie die Bohrlöcher für die Drähte
der LED durch Aufbohren (3mm-Bohrer) vom
Kleber.
Using a 3 mm drill, remove glue from the drill
holes for the wires of the LED.
1. Schrauben Sie die Platine vorsichtig an.
Um einen guten Wärmedurchuss zu
ermöglichen, darf zwischen LED Platine
und Kühlkörper kein Luftpolster durch
Beschädigungen, wie zum Beispiel Kratzer,
entstehen.
Carefully screw the board unto the cooling
element . To ensure good heat circulation,
there must be no air pockets between LED
board and cooling element, caused by
1. Füllen Sie die Bohrlöcher für die Drähte
vorsichtig mit Kleber.
Fill the milled slot for the wires carefully with
glue

1. Reektor und Abdeckring wieder anbringen
und festschrauben.
Reattach reector and cover ring and x
them with the new screws .
1. Befestigen Sie die beiden Schenkelfedern
wieder. Bringen Sie das neue Klebeetikett an
und testen Sie die neue LED.
Reattach the two leg springs. Ax the new
adhesive label and test the new LED.

1. Reinigen Sie die Fläche und legen Sie die
neue Wärmeleitfolie so auf, dass sie exakt
auf das Bohrbild des Kühlkörpers passt.
Clean surface and position the new thermally
conductive lm so that its holes are placed
exactly over the drill holes of the cooling
element.
1. Fädeln Sie die neue LED-Platine durch die
Bohrlöcher.
Thread the new board‘s wires through the
drill holes. h
