1. Folgendes Werkzeug benötigen Sie für
die Reparatur der Leuchte: 2,5 mm-
Inbusschlüssel , Zange, Schlitz- und
Kreuzschraubenzieher
The following tools are required for repairing
the luminaire: 2,5 mm hex wrench, pliers, one
slotted and one Phillips screwdriver

1. Lösen Sie mit dem Inbusschlüssel den Kern
der ORB von der Kugel.
Using a hex wrench, release the ORB’s core
from the ball.
1. Ziehen Sie den Kern der ORB aus der Kugel.
Pull the core out of the ball.
1. Önen Sie beide Klemmen.
Open both clips.

1. Drehen Sie die beiden Schrauben, mit denen
die LED-Platine befestigt ist, heraus.
Unscrew both the screws that x the LED
board.
1. Lösen Sie die LED-Platine und die
Wärmeleitfolie mit dem Schraubenzieher
vorsichtig vom Kühlkörper.
Use a slotted screwdriver to carefully lift LED
board and thermally conductive lm from the
cooling element.

1. Reinigen Sie die Fläche gründlich.
Clean the surface thoroughly.

1. Legen sie die neue Wärmeleitfolie so
auf, dass sie exakt auf das Bohrbild des
Kühlkörpers passt und fädeln Sie die neue
LED-Platine ein.
Position the new thermally conductive lm
so that its holes are placed exactly over the
drill holes of the cooling element. Mount the
new LED board.
1. Befestigen Sie die neuen mit den
alten Drähten mittels Klemmen
LED (rot + | schwarz -)
Kabel (Draht + | Schirm -)
Fix the new wires to the
old ones with the clips.
LED (red + | balck -)
Cabel (wire + | shield -)
1. Bringen Sie den Reektor wieder auf
Position.
Put the reector back in its place.

1. Schieben Sie den ORB-Kern wieder in die
Kugel.
Put the ORB’s core back into the ball.
1. Schrauben Sie den Kern der Orb und die
Kugel mit dem Inbusschlüssel zusammen.
Testen Sie die LED vor dem Einbau.
Using the hex wrench, screw together the
Orb’s core and the ball. Test the LED before
assembly.

1. Schrauben Sie die Platine vorsichtig an.
Um einen guten Wärmedurchuss zu
ermöglichen, darf zwischen LED Platine
und Kühlkörper kein Luftpolster durch
Beschädigungen entstehen.
Carefully screw the board unto the cooling
element . To ensure good heat circulation,
there must be no air pockets between LED
board and cooling element, caused by
damages like scratches.
1. Kürzen Sie die Drähte mit der Zange auf 5 cm
Use pliers to shorten the wires to 5 cm.
