注意事項
27.食材的份量請勿超過攪拌杯上的最大容量刻度線。
28.切勿長時間不間斷使用本機，否則摩打會過熱。當攪拌器表面溫度變得很熱時，需要停機冷卻。恢復
至室溫後，方可繼續使用。
29.不可連續攪拌超過15秒鐘。不可攪拌質地過硬的食材。
30.請勿超過說明書提及的最大食物份量及最長操作時間。
31.清洗前請先卸下附屬部件。
32.使用非生產商推薦的部件，包括罐頭樽等，可能造成危險。
33.避免接觸轉動的部件。
34.避免讓指甲、毛髮、衣物或炊具等接觸到轉動的部件。

- 混合軟質食材，如班戟粉漿或蛋黃醬等。

操作說明
警告
攪拌刀及刀片組件非常鋒利，使用時請注意安全。
第一次使用前
取出所有包裝物料並取下刀片保護套。
使用手提攪拌棒
- 取下攪拌棒上的保護套。
- 將攪拌棒及大口徑果汁杯擦拭乾淨。
- 將主機套上攪拌棒，轉動並鎖緊，直至聽到咔的一聲。正確鎖緊後，主機和攪拌棒上的標記將相互對準。
- 檢查電源線是否損壞。
- 確保產品所標明的使用電壓與家用的接地插座電壓一致。
- 將食材放入大口徑果汁杯。
- 插上電源，選擇所需的速度設定，穩定握住主機。按開關鍵啟動攪拌器。
- 將攪拌刀完全放入食材中。
- 以上下或繞圈的方式慢慢移動攪拌器，拌勻食材。
- 攪拌完成後，按開關鍵關閉攪拌器，然後拔出電源插頭。
警告
- 不可連續攪拌超過10秒。
- 切勿攪拌熱油、脂肪或肉類。
- 若攪拌器被卡住，請先停止，然後拔出電源插頭再進行清理工作。
- 使用後請拔出電源插頭，拆卸並保存好各部件。
- 清潔前請務必關閉電源並拔出電源插頭。請參照「清潔與保養」部份。
使用打蛋棒
- 將打蛋棒及大口徑果汁杯擦拭乾淨。
- 將打蛋棒插入打蛋棒頭中，直至聽到咔一聲。
- 將主機套上打蛋棒，轉動並鎖緊，直至聽到咔的一聲。正確鎖緊後，主機和打蛋棒上的標記將相互對準。
- 檢查電源線是否損壞。
- 確保產品所標明的使用電壓與家用的接地插座電壓一致。
- 將食材放入大口徑果汁杯。
- 插上電源，選擇所需的速度設定，穩定握住主機。按開關鍵啟動攪拌器。
- 開始時以低轉速進行攪拌以防止飛濺。
- 將打蛋棒完全放入食材中。
- 以上下或繞圈的方式慢慢移動攪拌器，拌勻食材。
- 攪拌完成後，按開關鍵關閉攪拌器，然後拔出電源插頭。
警告
- 不可連續攪拌超過3分鐘。
- 切勿攪拌熱油、脂肪或肉類。
- 若攪拌器被卡住，請先停止，然後拔出電源插頭再進行清理工作。

使用多功能攪拌杯
a)切碎功能
- 將傳動軸插入刀片，直到聽到咔一聲。
- 取下刀片保護套。
- 將杯蓋組件、攪拌杯及刀片組件擦拭乾淨。
- 將刀片組件裝入攪拌杯內的軸承上。
- 將切好的食材放入攪拌杯中（不可超過最大刻度線）。亦可在組裝好後通過輸送管將食材放入攪拌杯中。
- 蓋上杯蓋組件，按照標示方向轉動，直至聽到咔一聲，鎖緊杯蓋。
- 將漏斗插入輸送管，將主機插入杯蓋上的連接口，旋轉鎖緊，直至聽到咔一聲。正確鎖緊後，主機和
攪拌器上的標記將相互對準。
- 檢查電源線是否損壞。
- 確保產品所標明的使用電壓與家用的接地插座電壓一致。
- 插上電源，選擇所需的速度設定，穩定握住主機。按開關鍵啟動攪拌器。
- 攪拌完成後，按開關鍵關閉攪拌器，然後拔出電源插頭。
警告
- 不可連續攪拌超過30秒。

- 蓋上杯蓋組件，按照標示方向轉動，直至聽到咔一聲，鎖緊杯蓋。
- 將漏斗插入輸送管，將主機插入杯蓋上的連接口，旋轉鎖緊，直至聽到咔一聲。正確鎖緊後，主機和
攪拌器上的標記將相互對準。
- 檢查電源線是否損壞。
- 確保產品所標明的使用電壓與家用的接地插座電壓一致。

c)切絲及切片功能
- 切絲及切片器是用來將食材切成細絲或薄片狀。使用時，當切絲刀面向上，切片刀面向下，此時刀片處於
切絲功能，反之則是切片功能。
- 將杯蓋組件、攪拌杯和切絲及切片器擦拭乾淨。
- 將傳動軸裝入攪拌杯內的軸承上。
- 將切絲及切片器套入轉動軸，蓋上杯蓋組件，按照標示方向轉動，直至聽到咔一聲，鎖緊杯蓋。

- 將主機插入杯蓋上的連接口，旋轉鎖緊，直至聽到咔一聲。正確鎖緊後，主機和攪拌器上的標記將相互對準。
- 檢查電源線是否損壞。
- 確保產品所標明的使用電壓與家用的接地插座電壓一致。
- 切勿超過攪拌器的最大容量刻度線。
- 插上電源，選擇所需的速度設定，穩定握住主機。按開關鍵啟動攪拌器。
- 食材高度如超過輸送管，可用手或推送棒將食材推入攪拌杯內。食材高度如低於輸送管，切勿用手推擠食
材，只可使用推送棒推擠輸送管內的食材。放食材時，請慢慢從輸送管放入，這樣將獲得更好的切絲或切
片效果。
- 攪拌完成後，按開關鍵關閉攪拌器，然後拔出電源插頭。
警告
- 不可連續操作超過15秒。
- 若切絲及切片器被卡住，請先停止，然後拔出電源插頭再進行清理工作。
- 使用完後，關閉電源然後依次取下主機和杯蓋組件，卸下切絲及切片器和轉動軸，然後倒出食物。
- 切絲及切片器非常鋒利，切勿用手觸碰。

d)攪麵糰功能

- 將麵粉及水放入攪拌杯內（不可超過最大刻度線）。
- 蓋上杯蓋組件，按照標示方向轉動，直至聽到咔一聲，鎖緊杯蓋。
- 將漏斗插入輸送管，將主機插入杯蓋上的連接口，旋轉鎖緊，直至聽到咔一聲。正確鎖緊後，主機和攪拌
器上的標記將相互對準。
- 檢查電源線是否損壞。
- 確保產品所標明的使用電壓與家用的接地插座電壓一致。
- 插上電源，選擇所需的速度設定，穩定握住主機。按開關鍵啟動攪拌器。麵粉攪成麵糰後請即停止運作。
- 攪拌完成後，按開關鍵關閉攪拌器，然後拔出電源插頭。

Notice Before Use
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
2. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
4. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
8. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.
9. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
10. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden
steaming.
11. Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle before plugging in.
12. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
13. Never put the power handle in water or other liquid or let the cord or plug get wet, you could get an
electric shock.
14. Do not operate the blender with wet hands. Make hands dry with cloth before plugging in.
15. Make sure the blender shaft, egg-fork or food processor in place, the power cord is not damaged before
using the appliance every time.
16. Never let the blades face toward anybody while operating the appliance.
17. Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and inrm.
18. Always ensure that the hand blender shaft,egg-fork or food processor is thoroughly sterilized. Use a
sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing solution manufactures instructions.
19. Never blend or mix hot oil, fat. Please follow the processing guide.

Notice Before Use
20. Do not let the cord hang over edge of the table or counter.
21. Never let anybody trip over the power cord and attached cable. Don’t let the cord touch hot surfaces or
hang down where a child could grab it.
22. Unplug from outlet when it is not in use, before moving the appliance or adding the food.
23. Do not use outdoors.
24. Blades and the cutting discs are sharp. Handle carefully.
25. Never touch the blades or egg-fork while the machine is plugged in.
26. Never add ingredients to the container while the hand blender is operating.
27. The capacity of the ingredient do not exceed the maximum graduation of the food bowl.
28. Do not continuously operate the blender too long. The motor may overheat. If the surface of the hand
blender has been very hot, it may need time to cool down. After reducing to the room temperature, the
appliance can be operated again.
29. The continuous operating time without the load must be less than 15 seconds when using blender,
furthermore, do not use the blender to mix too hard ingredients.
30. Do not exceed the quantities and maximum time indicated in the operation guidelines or processing guide.
31. Take the attachments off before cleaning.
32. The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended by the manufacturer may cause a risk
of injury to persons.
33. Avoid contacting moving parts.
34. Keep ngers, hair, clothing and utensils away from moving parts.
35. Keep hands and utensils out of the container or food bowl while blending or cutting to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the blender.
36. Never use your ngers or an object (e.g. spatula) to push ingredients down the feed tube while the
appliance is running. Only the pusher is to be used for this purpose.
37. This appliance must not be use against prescription.

Caution
Blades and cutting discs are sharp. Handle carefully.
Before using for the rst time
Remove all packaging and take away the blade covers.
To use the hand blender
- Remove the protective cover from the blade of the blender shaft.
- Clean the blender shaft and the beaker.
- Fit the power handle inside the blender shaft, turn and lock until you hear a slight click. The marks on the
power handle and blender shaft should now be aligned with each other. If this is the case, the blender shaft
is locked correctly.
- Check if the power cord is not damaged.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.
- Fill the food to the beaker.
- Plug in, adjust the desired setting, hold the power handle with steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing
the switch button.
- Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
- Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
- After you have completed blending, Release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
Warning
- The continuous operating time must be less than 10 seconds. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
- If your blender gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
- After use, unplug and dismantle.
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instruction in the “care and cleaning”.

- Blending uids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes
- Mixing soft ingredients, e.g.pancake batter or mayonnaise
- Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g.for making baby food

To use the egg-fork
- Clean the egg-fork and the beaker.
- Insert the egg-fork into the egg-fork head until you hear a slight click.
- Fit the power handle inside the egg-fork, turn and lock until you hear a slight click. The marks on the power
handle and the egg-fork head should now be aligned with each other. If this is the case, the egg-fork is
locked correctly.
- Check if the power cord is not damaged.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.
- Fill the food to the beaker.
- Plug in, adjust the desired setting, hold the power handle with steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing
the switch button.
- To prevent splashing, use the Low speed to mixing when starting.
- Immerse the egg-fork completely in the ingredients.
- Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
- After you have completed mixing, release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
Warning
- The continuous operating time must be less than 3 minutes. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
- If your egg-fork gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
- After use, unplug and dismantle
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instruction in the “care and cleaning”.
To use the food processor
a) To use the chopper of food processor
- Insert the driving shaft into the blade unit until you hear a slight click.
- Remove the protective cover from the blade of the chopper.
- Clean the lid unit, food bowl, and the blade assembly.
- Place the blade assembly onto the xing axle of food bowl.
- Fill the precut food to the bowl (not more than the maximum indicated level). If you do not put the food into
the bowl in this step, you can also feed the ingredients through the feed tube after nishing assembly.
- Put the lid unit onto the food bowl, turn the lid unit in the direction of the mark to lock in place until you
hear a slight click.
- Place the funnel in the feed tube, t the power handle inside the holder of the blender, turn and lock until
you hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle and the holder should now be aligned with each
other. If this is the case, the blender is locked correctly.
- Check if the power cord is not damaged.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.
- Plug in, adjust the desired setting, hold the power handle with steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing
the switch button.
- After you have completed blending, Release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
Warning
- The continuous operating time must be less than 30 seconds.
- If your chopper gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
- After use, unplug and dismantle the power handle and the lid unit in sequence, take the blade out of the
bowl by holding the plastic shaft, then pour out the food.
- The edges of the blade is very sharp, do not touch them.

b) To use the emulsifying disc of food processor
- Insert the driving shaft into the emulsifying disc until you hear a slight click.
- Clean the lid unit, food bowl, and the emulsifying disc assembly.
- Place the emulsifying disc assembly onto the xing axle of food bowl.
- Fill the food to the bowl (not more than the maximum indicated level). If you do not put the food into the
bowl in this step, you can also feed the ingredients through the feed tube after nishing assembly.
- Put the lid unit onto the food bowl, turn the lid unit in the direction of the mark to lock in place until you
hear a slight click.

c) To use the shredding and slicing disc of food processor
- The shredding and slicing disc is designed for cutting the food into shreds or slices. When putting the
shredding openings of the disc upwards and the slice-cutting edge downwards, this side of the disc is
used for shredding and the reversal side is for slicing.
- Clean the lid unit, food bowl, and the shreding and slicing disc.
- Place the driving shaft onto the xing axle of food bowl.
- Place the shreding and slicing disc onto the driving shaft,put the lid unit onto the food bowl, turn the lid
unit in the direction of the mark to lock in place until you hear a slight click.
- Fit the power handle inside the holder of the blender, turn and lock until you hear a slight click. The marks
on the power handle and the holder should now be aligned with each other. If this is the case, the blender
is locked correctly.
- Check if the power cord is not damaged.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the power handle.
- Precut large chunks to make them t into the feed tube, then put the ingredients in the feed tube.
- Do not exceed the maximum quantities indicated in the processing guide.
- Plug in, adjust the desired setting, hold the power handle with steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing
the switch button.
- If the height of food is higher than the feed tube, you can push the food into the feed tube by hand or the
pusher while cutting. But once the height of food is lower than the top side of the feed tube, never use your
hand or ngers to push the food, only press the pusher lightly onto the ingredients inside the feed tube.
Filling the feed tube evenly will obtain the best results.
- After you have completed cutting, Release the switch button, then unplug from outlet.
