Important
For safety purpose, you should read the instructions
carefully before using the appliance for the rst time.
Save the instructions for future reference.
The appliance is designed for domestic use and may
only be installed and operated in accordance with
these instructions for use.
1. Read all instructions before usage.
2. Before connecting the health kettle to the power
supply, check that the voltage indicated
on the appliance (underside the health kettle
& base) corresponds with the voltage in your
home. If this is not the case, contact your dealer
and do not use the health kettle.
3. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of
a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
4. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
5. Do not operate the appliance without loading
to avoid damaging the heating element.
6. Ensure that the health kettle is placed on a rm
and at surface out of reach of children, this
will prevent the health kettle from overturning
and avoid damage or injury.
7. To protect against a re, electric shock or
personal injury, do not submerge cord, electric
plug or health kettle in water or other liquids.
8. While water is boiling, or just after the water
has been boiled, avoid contact with steam from
the spout.
9. Always take care to pour boiling water slowly
and carefully without tipping the health kettle
too fast.

10. Be careful of relling when the health kettle is
hot.
11. Any servicing should be performed by an
authorised service representative. Do not
attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the
appliance. All repairs must be done by German
Pool or licensed technicians in order to avoid
hazards.
12. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person
responsible for their safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
14. Do not touch the hot surface. Use the handle or
the button.
15. The attached base cannot be used for purposes
other than intended.
16. Extreme caution must be used when moving an
appliance containing hot water.
17. The appliance is not a toy. Do not let children
play with it .
18. The health kettle is for household use only. Do
not use it outdoors.
19. The use of accessories, which are not
recommended by the appliance manufacturer,
may result in re, electric shock or personal
injury.
20. Unplug the health kettle from the outlet when
not in use and before cleaning. Allow the health
kettle to cool before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning.
21. To disconnect, turn all controls to “off,” then
remove plug from wall outlet.
22. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualied person in order to avoid hazards.
23. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than
intended.

24. The health kettle can only be used with the
power base provided.
25. If the health kettle is overlled, boiling water
may spill out.
26. Always ensure the lid is closed. Do not lift it
while water is boiling. Scalding may occur if the
lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
27. The appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other
working environments;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential environments;
– bed and breakfast environments.

1.只選擇一個溫度按鍵時：養生壺將水加熱至相應的溫度並保溫。加熱時，溫度顯示器將會顯
示藍色，水加熱至所需溫度時，電源指示燈會變綠色。當超過保溫時間時(約4小時)，兩個
顯示燈會熄滅。
When only one temperature button is pressed: The health kettle will heat the water to
the corresponding temperature and keep warm at that temperature. When heating, the
corresponding temperature indicator will turn blue; once the water has been heated to the
selected keep warm temperature, the power will turn green. When the keep warm time is up
(about 4 hours), the two indicators will be extinguished.
2.按電源開關鍵：養生壺會開始燒水及停止加熱。當加熱時，電源顯示燈會顯示紅色，當水沸
騰後，紅色顯示燈會熄滅，其他指示燈也處於熄滅狀態。
Press the power switch: the health kettle will boil the water and stop heating once it is
boiled. When heating, the power indicator will turn red; after boiling, the red indicator will be
extinguished, the other indicators will not light up.
3.先按開關按鍵，然後按任何溫度按鍵：養生壺即開始燒水，並調整至所需溫度，維持於該溫
度。按開關按鍵及任何溫度按鍵時，電源指示燈會顯示紅色，而溫度顯示器將會顯示藍色，
水加熱至所需溫度時，溫度按鍵亦會顯示藍色，而電源指示燈會由紅色變綠色。當超過保溫
時間時(約4小時)，兩個顯示燈會熄滅。
Press the power switch first, then press any temperature button: the health kettle will boil the
water then reduce to the corresponding temperature and keep warm at the chosen temperature.
When pressing the power switch and any temperature button, the power indicator will turn
red, and the temperature indicator will turn blue; after boiling and the selected keep warm
temperature has been reached, the temperature indicator will also turn blue, but the power
indicator will turn from red to green. When the warm keeping time has run out (about 4 hours),
the two indicators will be extinguished.
4.先按溫度按鍵，再按電源開關：關閉電源。
Press the temperature button first, then press the power switch: shut off the power source.
5.先按一個溫度按鍵，再按另外一個溫度按鍵：水將會加熱至第二次選擇的溫度，並且以該溫度
保溫。
Press one temperature button first, then press the other temperature button: the water will be
heated to the second selected temperature and keep warm.
6.先按電源開關，然後按其中一個溫度按鍵，再按另一個溫度按鍵：養生壺將煲水，然後直接以
第二次選擇的溫度保溫。
Press the power switch first, and press one temperature button, then press another temperature
button: the health kettle will boil the water, and reduce to the second selected temperature and
keep warm at that temperature.

初次使用養生壺時，建議在使用前先煲滿一壺水兩次，然後將水倒掉，然後用濕布清潔養生壺表面。
If you are using the health kettle for the first time, it is recommended that you clean it before use by
boiling a full health kettle of water twice and then discarding the water. Wipe the surface with a damp
cloth.
注意：養生壺的最大容量為2.0公升。
NOTE: The maximum capacity of the health kettle is 2.0L.
1.裝水時，將壺身抽出電源底座，然後按開蓋按鈕打開養生壺蓋，裝入所需水量，然後關上蓋
子。養生壺也可通過壺嘴裝水。水量不能超過2.0L「MAX」標準線，或者低於0.5L標準線。水
量過少會導致水在煲滾前停止煲水。
To fill the health kettle, remove it from the power base and open the lid by pressing the Lid Release
Button, fill with the desired amount of water, and then close the lid. Alternatively, the health kettle
may be filled through the spout. The water level should not exceed the 2.0L MAX mark or sit below
0.5L level. Too little water will result in the health kettle switching off before the water has boiled.
注意：注水時請勿超過最大水量標準線，因為當水沸騰時，水會從壺嘴溢出。在插上插座前
請確保養生壺蓋牢固蓋好。
NOTE: Do not fill the water over the maximum level, as water may spill from the spout when boiling.
Ensure the lid is firmly in place before plugging in the power outlet.

Position the health kettle on the power base.
3.將電源插頭插至插座上。按需要選擇相應的溫度按鍵，控制面板會顯示您的選擇。按下任何
一個按鍵後，控制面板上相應的顯示燈會變亮。養生壺即開始運行，水溫亦與控制面板所顯
示一致。
Connect the plug into a power outlet. Press a button according to its description on the control
panel. After pressing a button, corresponding indicators on the control panel will light up. The
health kettle will heat the water to the temperature described on the button.
注意：請確保開關通暢及壺蓋緊閉。如果開關堵塞或壺蓋打開的話，養生壺不能關閉。
NOTE: Ensure that the power switch is free of obstructions and the lid is firmly closed, the
health kettle will not turn off if the power switch is constrained or if the lid is open.
4.將壺身抽起，然後倒水。
Lift the health kettle from the power base and then pour the water.
注意：當加熱或保溫時，若將壺身抽起後在120秒內重新放置在電源底座上，養生壺會按
照之前設置的程式繼續工作；超過120秒再將壺身放在電源底座上，之前預設的程
式會被取消。如果你想要繼續煲水或保溫，必須重設程式。倒出熱水時請小心，因
熱水可致燙傷。當養生壺還裝著熱水時，請勿打開蓋子。
NOTE: When heating or warm keeping, if you remove the body from the power base, and
replace it into position within 120s, the unit will continue to work according to previous
programme; if you replace it after more than 120s, all the previous programme will
be cancelled. If you want to continue boiling or warm keeping, you must reset the
programme. Take care when pouring water from your health kettle as boiling water may
result in scalding. Don’t open the lid while the water in the health kettle is hot.
5.當不使用養生壺時，請將壺身放置在電源底座上。注意請確保養生壺不通電。
The health kettle may be stored on the power base when not in use. But make sure the power
cord is unplugged.
注意：不使用養生壺時請斷電！
NOTE: Always disconnect the power supply when not in use.
如不小心空燒養生壺，乾燒保護會自動開啟，電源即斷電。如果發生此情況的話，下次煲水前
要先讓養生壺冷卻。
Should the health kettle operate without water, the boil-dry protection will automatically switch off
the power. If this occurs, allow the health kettle to cool before filling with cold water for re-boiling.

清潔與保養 Cleaning and Maintenance
礦物質沉澱物(水垢)的清除 Removal Of Mineral Deposits
在清洗前必須斷電。
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
1.禁止將養生壺、電源線或電源底座放入水中，或者讓這些機件受潮。
Never submerge the health kettle, power cord or power base in water, or allow moisture to come
into contact with these parts.
2.用濕布或清潔劑擦拭機身表面，請勿使用有毒性的清潔劑。
Wipe the surface of the body with a damp cloth or cleaner, never use a poisonous cleaner.
3.請定期清理濾網。為方便清潔，清洗前請拆下濾網，再於清洗後放回原處。
Remember to clean the filter regularly. For easier cleaning, detach the filter and replace it after
cleaning.
注意：不要使用化學清潔劑、鋼絲擦、木製品或者其他有腐蝕性的清潔劑清洗養生壺外
表，以免養生壺表面失去光澤。
CAUTION: Do not use chemicals, steel scrub, wooden cleaners or abrasive cleaners to clean the
outside of the health kettle to prevent the loss of gloss.
4.當不使用或儲存養生壺時，電源線可以繞好及放在電源底座下。
When not in use or for storage, the power cord may be wound under the bottom of health kettle.
養生壺應該定期清潔。因水龍頭的自來水會在養生壺底部形成沉澱物，從而會降低養生壺的工作
效率。您也可使用商用除垢水，使用時須遵照說明書。您也可以選擇以下列方法用白醋除垢。
The health kettle should be cleaned regularly to prevent the accumulation of mineral deposits
(limescale) which will affect the efficiency of the health kettle. The health kettle can be cleaned by
using limescale remover or the following methods.
1.將3杯白醋倒入養生壺內，然後加水加至完全覆蓋養生壺底部。靜置一晚。
Fill the health kettle with 3 cups of white vinegar, then add water to cover the bottom of health
kettle completely. Leave the solution in the health kettle overnight.

2.然後倒出壺中的液體，重新注入乾淨的水，加熱至沸騰後倒掉。按以上步驟重複幾次，直
至不再聞到醋味。在壺嘴內殘留的污跡可以用濕布擦掉。
Then discard the mixture, then fill the health kettle with clean water, boil and then discard
the water. Repeat several times until the odor of vinegar has been rinsed away. Any stains
remaining inside the spout can be removed by rubbing with a damp cloth.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Under normal operations, the product will gurantee a 1-year full
warranty provided by German Pool (effective from the date of
purchase).
1. Customer who fails to present original purchase invoice will
not be eligible for free warranty service.
2. Customer should always follow the operating
instructions. This warranty does not apply to:
- labour costs for on-site installation, check-up, repair,
replacement of parts and other transportation costs;
- damages caused by accidents of any kind (including
material transfer and others);
- operating failures resulting from applying incorrect voltage,
improper usage, and unauthorized installations
or repairs.
3. This warranty is invalid if:
- the purchase invoice is modified by an unauthorized party;
- the product is used for any commercial or industrial purposes;
- the product is repaired or modified by unauthorized
personnel, or unauthorized parts are installed;
- the serial number is modified, damaged or removed from
the product.
4. German Pool will, at its discretion, repair or replace any
defective part.
5. This warranty will be void if there is any transfer of
ownership from the original purchaser.
