Safety information
• The instantaneous water heater must only be
connected and started up by an authorized
technician.
• Thestatutoryregulationsoftherespectivecountry,as
wellasthoseofthelocalelectricityandwatersuppliers
mustbeadheredto.
• Theinstantaneouswaterheaterisanapplianceof
protectionclassIandmustbeconnectedtothe
protectiveearthconductor.
• Theunitmustbedurablyconnectedtopermanently
installedlines.
• Inordertomeetthecurrentsafetyrequirements,an
all-poledisconnectingdevicemustbepresentonthe
installationside.Thecontactgapmustbeatleast3mm.
• Theinstantaneouswaterheaterissuitableforenclosed
(pressurized)operationonly.
• Thetapfittingsmustbepermittedforoperationwith
enclosed(pressurized)continuous-flowheaters.
• Theinstantaneouswaterheatermustonlybeconnected
toacold-waterpipe.
• Theinstantaneouswaterheaterissuitableforconnection
toDVGW-testedplasticpipes.
• Theinstantaneouswaterheatermustonlybeinstalledin
afrost-freeroom.
• Prior to installation, the electric connecting cord
must be disconnected from the mains voltage and
the water supply cut off!
• Onlyconnecttheelectricsupplyafterthewatersupply.
• Whenmakingholesintherearwall,onlymakethe
numberofholesrequiredforinstallation.Iftheappliance
isreinstalled,anyholesthatarenotusedmustbemade
watertight.
• Livecomponentsmustnotbetouchedsubsequentto
installation.
• Thisappliancemustnotbeusedbyanyperson(including
children)withlimitedphysical,sensorialormental
abilitiesorfailingexperienceand/orknowledgeunless
theyaresupervisedbyapersonresponsiblefortheir
safetyorreceivedinstructionsabouthowtousethe
appliance.Childrenshouldbesupervisedinorderto
makesurethattheydonotplaywiththeappliance.
Assembly
I. Unpacking / removing the housing cover
• Unpacktheapplianceandcheckfortransportation
damage.
• Disposeofthepackagingand,whereapplicable,theold
appliance,inanenvironmentallyconsciousmanner.

• Theinstantaneouswaterheatermustbefittedsecurely
tothewall.Ifrequired,securetheapplianceusingthe
loweradjustingscrews.
• Thedistancefromthewallisvariable.Thisallowsyouto
compensateforanyunevennessinthewallsurface.
• Thesleevemustfittightlyroundtheconnectioncable.If
thesleeveisdamagedduringinstallation,theholesmust
besealedwater-tight.
IV. Water supply
• Theflow-throughheatermustbevented.Openthewarm
watertapcompletelyandallowtoflowthroughforone
minute.
V. Electric supply
• Themainsconnectionterminalcaneitherbemounted
aboveorbelow.Atleast40mmoftheconnectingcord’s
insulatingjacketmustbeclampedinsidetheappliance.
VI. Startup
• Atlowwaterpipepressure,checkwhethertheMAX
settingswitchesonevenwhenwaterisdrawnfrom
severalcold-watertapssimultaneously.Ifnot,remove
theflowlimiter(refertoadditionalinformationA).
• Instructtheuserwithregardtotheoperationofthe
continuous-flowheater.
• Separatetherequiredlanguageversionfromtherest
oftheoperatinginstructions.Thiscanbekeptinthe
swingoutcontrolpanelofthecontinuous-flowheater.

·此即熱式電熱水器只允許專業人士進行安裝和調
試。
·必須遵守當地國家有關法律規定以及當地電力供
應商及水務署的各有關規定。
·此即熱式電熱水器屬I類電器，所以必須接上地
線。
·必須將機器接駁在固定之管線系統上。
·為達到有關安全規定起見，安裝端須備有全極的
切斷裝置，觸頭間隙須至少 3 釐米大。
·此熱水器僅適用於封閉式（耐壓式）工作方式。
·接水管的配件必須有許可證，以便被允許可以接
上封閉式（耐壓式）即熱式電熱水器。
·本即熱式電熱水器只可接在冷水管上。
·即熱式電熱水器上可接 DVGW（德國煤氣與供水
專業人士協會）檢驗過的塑膠管。
·即熱式電熱水器只可安裝在不霜凍的房間內。
·安裝前，須切斷接駁電纜的電源，鎖緊供水管。
·供水管接駁好後才可接駁電纜。
·熱水器背面上只有鑽安裝所需的孔洞，若以後需
要另外重新安裝，則須將用不著的孔洞填補且密
封，不讓其漏水。
·安裝好後，帶電部分應是用手觸摸不到的位置。
安 裝
Ⅰ. 拆開包裝，拿開保護罩
·將機器從包裝中拿出來，檢查是否有運輸損失。
·包裝材料應按環保標準去處理（若有不要的舊機
器，也應按環保標準去處理）。
Ⅱ. 安裝前的準備性工作
Ⅲ. 安裝在牆壁上
·即熱式電熱水器應在牆上固定好：若需要，可固
定在下方調節螺絲上。
·熱水器與牆壁間的間隙大小可調整，牆壁上若
有凹凸不平之處可進行調整使機器保持平坦的位
置。
·套管必須緊密地圍繞著接駁電纜。在安裝熱水器
時，如果損壞到此套管，則須把破洞密封好，使
其不透水。
Ⅳ. 接駁供水管道
·必須排盡即熱式電熱水器中之空氣。排氣時先完
全開啟熱水水喉，以讓水流流貫過熱水器，此過
程須持續一分鐘左右。
Ⅴ. 接上接駁電纜
·主電源接駁可安裝在上方或下方。接駁電纜的絕
緣層應進入機器內部至少 40mm 深。
Ⅵ. 啟動
·在水管低水壓且多幾個冷水喉同時開啟的情況
下，請您檢查機器的增強加熱段“MAX”是否會
自動啟動。若否，請您拆除流量限制器（參見附
加說明 A）。
·請向用戶說明即熱式電熱水器的操作方法。
·請將所需的使用說明從使用說明書中撕下來，可
保存在熱水器可翻開的操作面蓋內。
附加說明
·如果建築內水管水壓太低而造成熱水器不能以全
功率工作，則應拆除流量限制器（圖 A）。
·與保溫加熱器並列使用時，此即熱式電熱水器應
優先配線（圖 B）。

此保用提供德國寶產品之機件在正常使
用下壹年保用(自購買日起計算)。
貴戶須在購機十天內，以下列其中一種
方式向本公司登記資料，保用手續方正
式生效﹕
1) 填妥本公司網頁內之保用登記表格
www.germanpool.com/warranty
2) 填妥保用登記卡，並連同購機發票之
副本一併郵寄到客戶服務總部 (本公
司將不發還發票副本或登記卡)。
1. 未能出示購買發票正本者，將不獲免
費維修服務。
2. 用戶應依照說明書的指示操作。本保
用並不包括﹕
- 任何附件及輔助裝置﹔
- 因天然與人為意外造成的損壞
(包括運輸及其它)﹔
- 電源接合不當、不依說明書而錯誤
或疏忽使用本機所引致之損壞。
3. 於下列情況下，用戶之保用資格將被
取消﹕
- 購買發票有任何非認可之刪改；
- 產品被用作商業或工業用途；
- 產品經非認可之技術人員改裝或
加裝任何配件；
- 機身編號被擅自塗改、破壞或刪除。
4. 如用戶自攜熱水器或部份配件到本公
司維修部檢查或維修，本公司將會收
取檢查或測試費用。
5. 總代理有權選擇維修或更換配件或其
損壞部份。
6. 產品一經被轉讓，其保用即被視作無
效。
7. 香港客戶：
保用只在香港、九龍及新界區有效，
東涌、愉景灣及離島須額外收取交通
費用。
國內客戶：
個別區域或會收取額外交通費用，詳情
請致電全國服務熱線查詢。

Under normal operations, the water heater will
receive a 1-year full warranty provided by German
Pool (effective starting from the date of purchase).
This warranty is not valid until Customer’s
registration information is returned to and
received by our Service Centre within 10 days
of purchase via one of the following methods:
1) Visit our website and register online:
www.germanpool.com/warranty
2) Complete all fields on the attached Warranty
Card and mail it back to our Customer Service
Headquarters along with a photocopy of the
purchase invoice (Warranty Card and invoice
copy will not be returned to Customer)
1. Customer who fails to present original
purchase invoice will be disqualified for
free warranty.
2. Customer should always follow the
operating instructions. This warranty does
not apply to:
- any accessories and auxiliary devices;
- damages caused by accidents of any kind
(including transport and others);
- operating failures resulted by incorrect
voltage, improper operations and
unauthorized installations or repairs.
3. This warranty is invalid if:
- purchase invoice is modified by
unauthorized party;
- product is used for any commercial or
industrial applications;
- product is repaired or modified by
unauthorized personnel, or unauthorized
parts are installed;
- serial number is modified, damaged or
removed from the product.
4. Regardless of warranty status, all walk-in
requests for water heater repair or
replacement service at our Customer
Service Centre are subject to testing and
handling charges.
5. German Pool will, in its discretion, repair or
replace any defective part.
6. This warranty will be void if there is any
transfer of ownership from the original
purchaser.
7. Hong Kong: Service area includes Hong
Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
Repairs in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay or
other outlying islands are subject to extra
service charges.
Mainland China: Repairs in certain regions
are subject to extra service charges.
