Read these instructions carefully and keep it for future use. If this ap-
pliance is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be
included.
Before using the electrical appliance, some basic precautions should
always be followed including the following:
—1. Read all instructions.
—2. Before using, check the output voltage of the wall outlet should
be correspond to the rated voltage marked on the appliance’s rating
plate.
—3. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury, please do not
immerse cord and plug into water or other liquid.
—4. Unplug from wall outlet before cleaning and when it is not in use.
Allow the appliance to cool down completely before taking off, attac-
hing components or cleaning.
—5. Do not operate the appliance with damaged power cord or plug
after the equipment malfunctions, falls or operates the equipment in
any way causing damage. Return it to the nearest authorized service
for inspection, repair and electrical or mechanical adjustment.
—6. Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may
result in fire, electric shock or injury.
—7. Place the appliance on flat surface or table, do not hang power
cord over the edge of table or counter.
—8. Ensure the power cord not touch any hot surface of the appliance.
—9. Do not place the coffee maker on hot surface or beside fire in
order to avoid damage.
—10. To disconnect, turn off all control buttons, then unplug from
wall outlet. When unplug the appliance, always hold the plug and do
not pull the cord directly.
—11. Do not use the device for other purposes than its intended uses
and place it in a dry area.
—12. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being
used by or near children.
—13. Be careful not to get burned by the steam.
—14. Do not touch the hot surface of the steam wand ⓫ and filter
holder ❽ when boiling directly. Use handle or knobs.
—15. Connect plug to wall outlet before using and turn all buttons off
before the plug being removed from wall outlet.
—16. Relieve pressure through steam wand ⓫ before removing port-
afilter ❿.
—17. This appliance is not intended for being used by persons (inclu-
ding children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
—18. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
—19. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
‒ staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
‒ farm houses;
‒ bed and breakfast type environments.

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a
polarized outlet in only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified ele-
ctrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is
provided to reduce the risk of entanglement or tripping over a long
cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are
available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord
should be at least as large as the electrical rating of the appliance;
2) The power cord should be arranged so that it will not dangle on
the countertop or desktop, so as not to be pulled by children or trip
over accidentally;

For a better taste and good for your health, we suggest you to rinse the
machine and release the water out.
5. MAIN OPERATION FUNCTION INSTRUCTION
5.1 BEFORE FIRST USE OR A LONG TIME NOT USE
Note: The appliance is supplied with a detachable water
tank ⓰ for easy filling and cleaning, you can fill the water
tank ⓰ firstly, and then put it in the appliance.
(1)Remove the tape on the water tank ⓰
valve.
(2)Fill the water tank ⓰ with clean, room
temperature water. NOT exceed the “MAX”
line.
(3)Close the tank cover ⓯ , and put the
water tank ⓰ on the back of coffee maker.

Note: The appliance is not equipped with any jug, please
use your jug or coffee cup.
Note: Set up the water tank ⓰ vertically and align the buckles
to the hole on the back of the machine, and press it down to be
parallel to the top of the machine.
(4)Fix double-cup filter ❾ into portafilter
❿ (no coffee powder in portafilter ❿).
(6)Place a cup on removable cup shelf ⓭.
(5)Insert the portafilter ❻ into the app-
liance in the flat position and turning
anti-clockwise from the “ ”position
to “ ” position.
(8) Plug in.
(9) Press the power button ❶. The power
indicator ❹ is illuminated red. The heati-
ng indicator ❸ do not light up. The
appliance will start heating.
(10) When the appliance finished heating,
heating indicator ❸ illuminated green
and the appliance pass to ready condi-
tion.
(11) Turn the coffee/steam knob selector
❻ to brewing espresso indicator ❺, wait
for a moment, the water will flow out.
After about 1 minute, turn the coffee/
steam knob selector ❻ back to off-position
to stop brewing. Pour away the water of the cup.
(12) Move the cup under the steam wand
⓫. Wait until the heating indicator ❸
illuminated green, turn the coffee/steam
knob selector ❻ to frothing milk indicator
❼ for 10 seconds, there will be water co-
ming out from the steam wand ⓫. Be careful of the hot steam. Then

❻ is in off-position.

Note: There may be noise when pumping the water on the
first time, it is normal, the appliance is releasing the air inside.
After about 20s, the noise will disappear. We recommend to
release some water before brewing coffee and making milk
foam at the first time or when you don’t use the appliance
for a long time.
(1) Fill the water tank ⓰ with clean, room
temperature water in the coffee maker.
NOT exceed the “MAX” line. Close the
tank cover ⓯ , and put the water tank
⓰ on the back of coffee maker.(If you
had operated the machine just now, skip this step) .
turn the coffee/steam knob selector ❻ back to off-position to stop,
and pour away the water of the cup.
To make a good Espresso, we recommend you to preheat all the parts,
like portafilter ❿, double-cup filter ❾ and your cup, so you can better
enjoy the taste flavour of your coffee.
(3) Insert the portafilter ❿ into the appli-
ance in the flat position and turning
clockwise from the “ ”position to
the“ ”position.
(4) Place corresponding espresso cup on
removable cup shelf ⓭.
(5) Make sure the coffee /steam knob
selector ❻ is in off-position.
(2) Fix double-cup filter ❾ into portafilter
❿ , make sure the dot on the filter aligns
with groove in the portafilter ❿ , and add
coffee powder to double-cup filter ❾ with
the Spoon & Tamper ⓱.
5.2 HOW TO MAKE ESPRESSO
5.2.1 THE STEPS OF OPERATION
Note: A spoon of flat coffee powder
is approximately equal to 7g. Collect
the coffee powder with the spoon and
shake it gently to make the surface
flat, the amount of coffee powder is
around 7g. With one spoon coffee powder (7g) can brew one cup
of top-grade coffee, while two spoons (14g) is two cups of top-
grade coffee. Tamp the coffee powder gently below the the MAX
line of portafilter ❿. Don’t tamped the coffee powder too firmly.
Note: The appliance is not equipped with any jug, please
use your jug or coffee cup.

(1) When the machine starts to work, there will be some noise out
from the machine as it is pumping the water with a high pressure.
(2) When you finish making espresso and turn the coffee/steam knob
selector ❻ back to off-position, the pressure relief hole will make a
loud noise. It is because the machine relieving the pressure, which is
normal and not a problem.
(3) To achieve a full flavor, each one cup of espresso should be not
more than 30ml, while two cups of espresso is 60mL.
(4) While during operation , if there is suddenly a loud noise from the
machine, which may due to not enough water in the water tank ⓰ for
pumping. In this case, please remove the portafilter ❿ and clean the
coffee powder and don't use the inside coffee powder again. Then
continue to brew coffee from step 1 of 5.2.1 THE STEPS OF OPERATI-
ON.
(5) During brewing, when you find the the coffee leaks out from outer
side of portafilter ❿ or doesn ’t flow smoothly, it have several reasons
as below and you should stop the operation by turn the coffee/steam
knob selector ❻ back to off-position. Remove the portafilter ❿ and
clean the coffee powder and don't use the inside coffee powder again.
1.There is some coffee powder on
the edge of portafilter ❿.
Clean coffee powder on the edge

2. The portafilter ❿ is not installed
properly. Re-install the portafilter ❿ correctly.
3. The coffee powder is too fine. Do not use coffee powder that is
too fine.
4. The coffee powder on the porta-
filter ❿ is pressed too tightly.
Press the coffee powder lightly to
the max line.❿.
Possible Cause Solution
(6) Plug in.
(7) Press the power button ❶. The power
indicator ❹ is illuminated red. The heating
indicator ❸ do not light up. The appliance
will start heating.
(8) When the appliance finished heating,
heating indicator ❸ illuminated green
and the appliance pass to ready condition.
(9) Turn the coffee/steam knob selector
❻to brewing espresso indicator ❺. After
a while, coffee will flow out.
(10) After your desired amount of espr-
esso is reached, turn the coffee/steam
knob selector ❻ back to off-position to
stop brewing. Take away the cup, and
your Espresso is ready now.
5.2.2 TROUBLESHOOTING DURING THE BREWING

5. The two outlet holes of the por-
tafilter ❿ is blocked.
Remove the filter and clean the two
outlet holes under the portafilter ❿.
6. The holes of the filter is blocked. Soak the filter in clean water for about
half an hour, then clean it with a brush.
Possible Cause Solution
(1) Uninstall the portafilter ❿ in parallel
from the coffee outlet from the “ ”
position to the “ ” position , then
put it down. Pour away the coffee powder.
(2) Waiting until the heating indicator
❸ is illuminated green, turn the coffee
/steam knob selector ❻ to brewing
espresso indicator ❺. The water will
come out and flush out the coffee po-
wder inside.
(3) Turn the coffee/steam knob selector
❻ back to off-position to stop brewing.
Then rinse the seal ring of the water
outlet with cloth.
After making the espresso through the steps above ( 5.2.1HOW TO
MAKE ONE CUP/TWO CUPS OF ESPRESSO), you can continue to froth
milk, please refer to the following steps (5.3 HOW TO MAKE MILK FOAM).
For a better taste and good for your health, we suggest you to rinse
the pitcher and release some water out from the steam wand ⓫ .
(1) When the heating indicator ❸ is
illuminated green, it means the heating
for steam function is finished.
(Never skip to next step before heating
indicator ❸ is illuminated green.)
5.3 HOW TO MAKE MILK FOAM
5.3.1 THE STEPS OF OPERATION

Safety advise: If during the coffee
brew, you rotate the coffee/steam
knob selector ❻ to frothing milk ind-
icator ❼, the appliance will stop to
brew but from the steam wand ⓫
will flow hot water. Must remember not to do this because the hot
water can burn you or people around you.
Note: (Please mind the hot water and operate carefully)
NOTE: As the seal ring of the water outlet is designed to prev-
ent from leaking, once there is too much coffee powder left,
the seal ring will be blocked. If the seal ring is blocked, it will
lead to the espresso leakage or splash when brewing espresso.
For this reason and for healthier, we suggest you to clean it
immediately with hot water from the brewing function. If it is
not cleaned in time, it will produce a bad smell.

5.3.2 HOW TO CLEAN THE FROTH NOZZLE
(2) Prepare a pitcher with about 100mL
of milk. We recommend to use whole
milk about 41-45℉.
(3) Turn the coffee/steam knob selector
❻ to frothing milk indicator ❼ for 10
seconds, there will be water coming out
from the steam wand ⓫ . Be careful of the
hot steam. Then turn the coffee/steam
knob selector ❻ back to off-position to stop, and pour away the water
of the cup.
(4) Take the pitcher with milk and insert
the steam wand ⓫ into milk about 1-2
cm. Turn coffee/steam knob selector ❻
to frothing milk indicator ❼, steam will
come out from the steam wand ⓫ .
(5) Froth milk by moving vessel round
from up to down.
(6) After the milk increase in volume by
2 times or your required purpose is re-
ached. Turn the coffee / steam knob
selector ❻ back to off-position to stop.
(7) Take away the pitcher, and your milk
foam is ready now.
TIPS: For a better taste, we suggest to release the water in
the boiler before frothing milk.
Note: (Please mind the hot water and operate carefully)
Note: (1) When you finish milk frothing and turn the coffee/
steam knob selector ❻ back to off-position, the pressure relief
hole will make a loud noise. It is because the machine relieving
the pressure, which is normal and not a problem.
(2) During the milk frothing , if there is suddenly a noise and
coming out with small steam. Please check if there is enough
water in the water tank ⓰ and add water in time. When the
water left the water tank is going to finished, it will produce
a louder noise. After adding water, it will operate as usual.

5.3.3 BREW ESPRESSO AFTER MILK FROTHING
(1) To make sure your appliance operate efficiently, and internal piping
clean and the peak flavor of the coffee, you should clean away the
mineral deposits left every 2-3 months.
(2) We strongly recommend you to use the citric acid (The rate of citric
acid and water is 1:100).
(1) To avoid blocking the froth nozzle,
we suggest to clean the froth nozzle
immediately after finish frothing milk.
Wait until heating indicator ❸ is illum-
inated green.
(3) Fill water tank ⓰ with citric acid under
the MAX level.
(2) Turn coffee/steam knob selector ❻
to frothing milk indicator ❼ . If the st-
eam is weak , check whether the hole
of the froth nozzle is blocked. If it is not
cleaned in time, it will produce a bad
smell. You can use a cleaning pin to clean and unblock the steam
pipeline.
(3) Press and hold the plastic sleeve ⓬,
pull out the steam wand ⓫. Clean the
steam wand ⓫ with wet sponge.
After making the milk foam through the steps above (5.3.1 THE STEPS
OF OPERATION), the machine will relieve the pressure automatically,
you can continue to make Espresso.
(1) A clean coffee maker is essential for making great-taste coffee. Clean
all the accessories each time and clean the coffee maker’s water scale
regularly as specified in the “REMOVING MINERAL DEPOSITS” section.
2. Clean the seal ring of the filter holder ❽ each time immediately
with hot water using the brewing function after making coffee.
CAUTION: Be sure to unplug this appliance before cleaning
and let the appliance cool down completely. To protect against
electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or unit in water or
liquid.
Note: Do not use detergent or stainless steel scrubber/brush
to clean the portafilter ❿, because the surface of the portafilter
❿ is coated, and the detergent/brush will accelerate the oxid-
ation of the portafilter ❿ surface. Therefore, we recommend
cleaning the portafilter ❿ with rag.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 DAILY TIPS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.2 REMOVING MINERAL DEPOSITS

(1) Always use clean, room temperature water in the coffee maker.
(2) For an optimum coffee taste, buy whole coffee beans and finely
grind them just before brewing.
(3) Grind the bean every time before brew espresso in case you ever
used coffee powder. You must keep the unused coffee bean in a cool,
dry place.
(4) Do not reuse coffee powder since this will greatly reduce the
coffee’s flavor. Reheating coffee is not recommended as coffee is at
its peak flavor immediately after brewing.
(4) Insert the portafilter ❿ into the ap-
pliance in the flat position and turning
clockwise from the “ ” position to
the “ ” position ( without coffee
powder in it) and put jug in place.
(5) Press power button ❶ . The power
indicator ❹ is illuminated red. The he-
ating indicator ❸ do not light up. The
appliance will start heating.
(6) When the appliance finished heating,
heating indicator ❸ illuminated green
and the appliance pass to ready condition.
(7) Place a cup on removable cup shelf
⓭ and make sure that the coffee/steam
knob is in off-position.
(8) Turn the coffee/steam knob selector
❻ to brewing espresso indicator ❺, wait
for a moment, the water will flow out.
After the appliance flow about 100mL~
200mL, turn the coffee/steam knob se-
lector ❻ back to off-position to stop.
(9) Move the cup under the steam wand
⓫ . Wait until the heating indicator ❸ ill-
uminated green, turn the coffee/steam
knob selector ❻ to frothing milk indicator
❼ to release citric acid mix. At that mo-
ment, the steam wand ⓫ will flow out citric acid until you turn the the
coffee/steam knob selector ❻ back to off-position to stop.
7. TIPS FOR PERFECT BARISTA
(10) Left the citric acid stay in the appliance at least 15 minutes at the
first time.Repeat the step from 3-9 for three times then the descaling is
finished. After finish that, clean the parts (water tank ⓰, steam wand
⓫ , seal ring of the filter holder ❽ ). Brew with clean water in the MAX
level, repeat steps 3-9 for 1 time around 200mL, then brew until no water
is left in water tank ⓰ before making coffee.

8. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. There is much water in the
drip tray ⓮.
2. When the water tank ⓰ is
pulled up after use, it is nor-
mal that there will be water
left on the desk.
3. The sealing ring of the wa-
ter inlet hole of the machine
