Read these instructions carefully and keep it for future use. If this ap-
pliance is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be
included.
Before using the electrical appliance, some basic precautions should
always be followed including the following:
—1. Read all instructions.
—2. Before using, check the output voltage of the wall outlet should
be correspond to the rated voltage marked on the appliance’s rating
plate.
—3. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury, please do not
immerse cord and plug into water or other liquid.
—4. Unplug from wall outlet before cleaning and when it is not in use.
Allow the appliance to cool down completely before taking off, attac-
hing components or cleaning.
—5. Do not operate the appliance with damaged power cord or plug
after the equipment malfunctions, falls or operates the equipment in
any way causing damage. Return it to the nearest authorized service
for inspection, repair and electrical or mechanical adjustment.
—6. Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may
result in fire, electric shock or injury.
—7. Place the appliance on flat surface or table, do not hang power
cord over the edge of table or counter.
—8. Ensure the power cord not touch any hot surface of the appliance.
—9. Do not place the coffee maker on hot surface or beside fire in
order to avoid damage.
—10. To disconnect, turn off all control buttons, then unplug from
wall outlet. When unplug the appliance, always hold the plug and do
not pull the cord directly.
—11. Do not use the device for other purposes than its intended uses
and place it in a dry area.
—12. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being
used by or near children.
—13. Be careful not to get burned by the steam.
—14. Do not touch the hot surface of the steam wand ⓯ and filter
holder ❼ when boiling directly. Use handle or knobs.
—15. Connect plug to wall outlet before using and turn all buttons off
before the plug being removed from wall outlet.
—16. Relieve pressure through steam wand ⓯ before removing port-
afilter ❻ .
—17. This appliance is not intended for being used by persons (inclu-
ding children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
—18. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
—19. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
‒ staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
‒ farm houses;
‒ bed and breakfast type environments.

Note: The appliance is supplied with a detachable water
tank ⓬ for easy filling and cleaning, you can fill the water
tank ⓬ firstly, and then put it in the appliance.
(1)Remove the tape on the water tank ⓬
valve.
(2)Fill the water tank ⓬ with clean, room
temperature water. NOT exceed the “MAX”
line.

Note: Set up the water tank vertically and align the buckles
to the hole on the back of the machine, and press it down to
be parallel to the top of the machine.
Note: The appliance is not equipped with any jug, please
use your jug or coffee cup.
(3)Close the tank cover ❿ , and put the
water tank ⓬ on the back of coffee maker.
(4)Fix double-cup filter ❺ into portafilter
❻ (no coffee powder in portafilter ❻).
(6)Place a cup on removable cup shelf ❽ .
(5)Insert the portafilter ❻ into the app-
liance in the flat position and turning
anti-clockwise from the “ ”position
to “ ” lock position.
(7) Make sure the espresso/steam knob
⓭ is in off-position.
(8) Plug in.
(9) Press ON/OFF Switch ⓰ to the “
” position. 3 buttons start to blink blue
light slowly. The appliance will start
heating.
(10) When 3 button’s light keep blue
fixed and the appliance pass to ready
condition.
(11) Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭
to the espresso function icon.

to the espresso function icon.

It’s also recommended to release some water before brewing
coffee at the first time or when you don’t use the appliance
for a long time.
Note: There may be noise when pumping the water on the
first time or when you don’t use the appliance for a long time,
it is normal, the appliance is releasing the air inside. After about
20s, the noise will disappear.
To make a good Espresso, we recommend you to preheat all the parts,
like portafilter ❻, single-cup filter ❹, double-cup filter ❺ and your
cup, so you can better enjoy the taste flavour of your coffee.
You can customize the amount of single cup/short dose according to
your own needs from 25mL to 60mL,while double cup/long dose is
60mL to 130mL.
6.2 HOW TO MAKE ESPRESSO
(1) Fill the water tank ⓰ with clean, room
temperature water in the coffee maker.
NOT exceed the “MAX” line. (If you had
operated the machine just now, skip this
step.)
(2) Fix corresponding single-cup filter
❹/ double-cup filter ❺ into portafilter
❻ , make sure the dot on the filter aligns
with groove in the portafilter ❻ , and
add corresponding coffee powder to
single-cup filter ❹/ double-cup filter ❺ with the spoon & tamper ⓱.
6.2.1.1 THE STEP OF OPERATION
6.2.1 CUSTOMIZE THE AMOUNT OF ESPRESSO
(12) Press the Manual dose button ❶ ,
then the Manual dose button ❶ light will
blink blue light slowly, other two buttons
don’t light up.
(13) After a while, water will flow out.
When it flow out 150mL-200mL water,
the machine will stop automatically.
All 3 button’s light keep blue fixed when
the brewing is finished. Rotate the Es-
presso/Steam knob ⓭ back to off-position. Pour away the water on
the cup.
(14) Move the cup under the steam wand
⓯ .
(15) Rotate the steam control knob ⓭
to the steam function icon for 10 seco-
nds, there will be water coming out from
the steam wand ⓯ . Be careful of the
hot steam. Then rotate the Espresso/
Steam knob ⓭ back to off-position. Pour away the water of the cup.

Note: A spoon of flat coffee powder is approximately equal
to 7g. Collect the coffee powder with the spoon and shake it
gently to make the surface flat, the amount of coffee powder
is around 7g. One spoon coffee powder (7g) can make one cup
of top-grade coffee, while two spoons (14g) is two cups of top-
grade coffee. Tamp the coffee powder gently below the the
MAX line of portafilter. Don’t tamped the coffee powder too
firmly.
Note: The appliance is not equipped with any jug, please
use your jug or coffee cup.
(3) Insert the portafilter ❻ into the ap-
pliance in the flat position and turning
anti-clockwise from the “ ” position
to “ ” lock position.
(4) Place corresponding espresso cup on
cup shelf ❽.
(5) Make sure the espresso/steam knob
⓭ is on off-position.
(6) Plug in.
(8) When 3 button ’s light keep blue fixed
and the appliance pass to ready condition.
(9) Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon.
(10.1) Customize the amount of single
cup/short dose.
Long press the Single cup button ❷ for
2 seconds to enter into the mode of set-
ting the dispensing amount. Press single
cup button ❷ to start. After get the desired amount of coffee, press
single cup button ❷ again to stop.
(7) Press ON/OFF Switch ⓰ to the “ ”
position. 3 buttons start to blink blue light
slowly. The appliance will start heating.

Note: A spoon of flat coffee powder is approximately equal
to 7g. Collect the coffee powder with the spoon and shake it
gently to make the surface flat, the amount of coffee powder
is around 7g. One spoon coffee powder (7g) can make one cup
of top-grade coffee, while two spoons (14g) is two cups of top-
grade coffee. Tamp the coffee powder gently below the the
MAX line of portafilter. Don’t tamped the coffee powder too
firmly.
Note: The appliance is not equipped with any jug, please

anti-clockwise from the “ ” position
to “ ” lock position.
(4) Place corresponding espresso cup on
cup shelf ❽.

(6) Plug in.
(8) When 3 button ’s light keep blue fixed
and the appliance pass to ready condition.
(9) Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon.
(10.1) Customize the amount of single
cup/short dose.
Long press the Single cup button ❷ for
2 seconds to enter into the mode of set-
ting the dispensing amount. Press single
cup button ❷ to start. After get the desired amount of coffee, press
single cup button ❷ again to stop.
(7) Press ON/OFF Switch ⓰ to the “ ”
position. 3 buttons start to blink blue light
slowly. The appliance will start heating.

(10.2) Customize the amount of double
cup/long dose.
Long press the double cup button ❸
for 2 seconds to enter into the mode of
setting the dispensing amount. Press do-
uble cup button ❸ to start. After get the desired amount of coffee,
press double cup button ❸ again to stop.
(11) Save the new setting.
Press the corresponding cup button within
15 seconds, the corresponding cup button
will blink white light for 3 times. Then the
machine will automatically back to ready
mode, 3 button’s light keep blue fixed, the new settings will be saved. 6.2.2 MAKE ONE CUP/TWO CUPS OF ESPRESSO
6.2.1.2 THE STEP OF RESTORE THE DEFAULT SETTING
Restore the single
cup default setting
1.Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon.
2. Hold and long press together single
cup button ❷ and Manual dose button
❶ from the ready mode.
LightFunction Operation
(1) Start from the appliance’s ready co-
ndition. Fix corresponding filter into
portafilter ❻, make sure the dot on the
filter aligns with groove in the portafilter
❻, and add corresponding coffee powder
to filter with the spoon & tamper ⓱. Insert the portafilter ❻ into the ap-
pliance and place a cup on removable cup shelf .
(2) Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon.
(12) Back to the ready without save.
Press the Manual dose button ❶ within
15 seconds. The Manual dose button ❶
will blink white light for 3 times, and the
machine will be back to ready mode
without saving the new settings.
Restore the double
cup default setting
1.Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon.
2. Hold and long press together double
cup button ❸and Manual dose button
❶ from the ready mode.
Restore the single
cup and double cup
default setting sim-
ultaneously
1.Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon
2. Long press Manual dose button ❶
from the ready mode.
After the button flash white light once, all the buttons will keep blue light fixed,
the machine will back to ready mode. The machine is restored to the default
value.

uble cup button ❸ to start. After get the desired amount of coffee,
press double cup button ❸ again to stop.
(11) Save the new setting.
Press the corresponding cup button within
15 seconds, the corresponding cup button
will blink white light for 3 times. Then the
machine will automatically back to ready
mode, 3 button’s light keep blue fixed, the new settings will be saved. 6.2.2 MAKE ONE CUP/TWO CUPS OF ESPRESSO

❻, and add corresponding coffee powder

pliance and place a cup on removable cup shelf .
(2) Turn the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ to
the espresso function icon.
(12) Back to the ready without save.
Press the Manual dose button ❶ within
15 seconds. The Manual dose button ❶
will blink white light for 3 times, and the
machine will be back to ready mode
without saving the new settings.

After the button flash white light once, all the buttons will keep blue light fixed,
the machine will back to ready mode. The machine is restored to the default
value.

(1) When the machine starts to work, there will be some noise comes
out from the machine as it is pumping the water with a high pressure.
(2) While during operation , if there is suddenly a loud noise from the
machine, which may due to not enough water in the water tank ⓬
for pumping.
(3) During brewing, when you find the the coffee leaks out from outer
side of portafilter ❻ or doesn’t flow smoothly, it have several reasons
as below and you should stop the operation by resetting the button
❶ and rotate the Espresso/Steam knob ⓭ back to off-position. Remove
the portafilter ❻ and clean the coffee powder and don't use the inside
coffee powder again.
6.2.3 TROUBLESHOOTING DURING THE BREWING
1.There is some coffee powder on
the edge of portafilter ❻.
Clean coffee powder on the edge of
the portafilter ❻.
2. The portafilter ❻ is not installed
properly. Re-install the portafilter ❻ correctly.
3. The coffee powder is too fine. Do not use coffee powder that is too
fine.
4. The coffee powder on the porta-
filter ❻ is pressed too tightly.
Press the coffee powder lightly to the
max line.
5. The two outlet holes of the port-
afilter ❻ is blocked.
Remove the filter and clean the two
outlet holes under the portafilter ❻.
6. The holes of the filter is blocked. Soak the filter in clean water for about
half an hour, then clean it with a brush.
SolutionPossible Cause

coffee-brewing is finished. Then turn the espresso/steam knob ⓭ back
to off-position.
(5) Free amount of espresso: Press Manual
dose button ❶ , the Manual dose button
❶ will blink blue light slowly. After a while,
coffee will flow out. You can press it to stop
when you get your preferred amount of
espresso. Then turn the espresso/steam knob ⓭ back to off-position.
(6) Your coffee is ready now. Press the ON
/OFF Switch ⓰ to the “O” to switch off.

6.2.4 HOW TO CLEAN THE SEAL RING
Note: (Please mind the hot water and operate carefully)
As the seal ring of the water outlet is designed to prevent from
leaking, once there is too much coffee powder left, the seal ring
will be blocked. If the seal ring is blocked, it will lead to the esp-
resso leakage or splash when brewing espresso. For this reason
and for healthier, we suggest you to clean it immediately with
hot water from the brewing function. If it is not cleaned in time,
it will produce a bad smell.
After making the espresso through the steps above (6.2 HOW TO MAKE
ESPRESSO), you can continue to froth milk, please refer to the following
steps (6.3 HOW TO MAKE MILK FOAM).
For a better taste and good for your health, we suggest you to rinse
the pitcher and release some water out from the steam wand ⓳.
6.2.5 FROTH MILK AFTER BREWING ESPRESSO

if there is enough water in the water tank ⓬ and add water
in time. When the water left the water tank⓬ is going to fi-
nish, it will produce a louder noise. After adding water, it will
operate as usual.
Note:(Please mind the hot water and operate carefully)
(2)Prepare a pitcher with about 100mL
of milk. We recommend to use whole
milk about 41-45℉. Take the pitcher with
the milk and insert steam wand ⓯ into the
milk.
(3)Rotate the espresso/steam knob ⓭
to steam position from the ready mode,
steam will come out from the steam w-
and ⓯.
(4)Three button’s light keep light fixed,
the appliance is in the frothing milk sta-
tus.
(5)Froth milk by moving vessel round
from up to down.
(6)After the milk increase in volume by
two times or your required purpose is
reached, you can turn the espresso/steam
knob ⓭ to off-position.
(7)Take away the pitcher. Your milk foam
is ready now.
(8)When you rotate the espresso/steam
knob ⓭ back to off-position, the pressure
relief hole ⓲ will make a loud noise. It is
because the machine is relieving the
pressure, which is normal and not a pr-
oblem.
