Before using check the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to
rated voltage marked on the rating plate.
This appliance has been incorporated with a grounded
plug. Please ensure the wall outlet in your house is well
earthed.
To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons
do not immerse cord, plug in water or other liquid.
Remove plug from wall outlet before cleaning and when
not be used. Allow appliance cool down completely before
taking off, attaching components or before cleaning.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or
injury to persons.

NOTES ON THE CORD
Place appliance on flat surface or table, do not hang power
cord over the edge of table or counter.
Ensure the power cord do not touch hot surface of
appliance.
Do not place the appliance on hot surface or beside fire in
order to avoid to be damaged.
To disconnect, remove plug from wall outlet. Always hold
the plug. But never pull the cord.
Do not use appliance for other than intended use and place
it in a dry environment.
Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being
used near children.
Be careful not to get burned by the steam.
Do not touch the hot surface of appliance (such as steam
wand, and the steel mesh just boiling). Use handle or knobs.
Do not operate the appliance without water.
Do not remove the metal portafilter when appliance in
brewing coffee or frothing milk.
Connect plug to wall outlet before using and turn any
switch off before plug is removed from wall outlet.

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,

unless they have been given supervision or instruction

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
This appliance has a polarized plug, To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet
only one way, If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet,
reverse the plug, If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
a) A short power-supply cord (or detached power-supply cord)
is to be provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a long cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords
are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.

c) If a long detachable power-supply cords or extension cord is
used.
1) The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply
cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance.

THE FIRST TIME USE
OR A LONG TIME NOT USE THE MACHINE
For a better taste and good for your health, we suggest
you to rinse the machine and release the water out.
Fill water into the water tank NOT exceed the MAX line. Set
up the water tank vertically and align the buckles to the
hole on the back of the machine, and press it down to be
parallel to the top of the machine. (If you had operated the
machine just now,skip this step)
Plug in the power cord, press ON/OFF button,
the“POWER” indicator is illuminated red.(If you had
operated the machine just now,skip this step)
Place a cup on the drip tray.Turn the knob to the far side
“ ”.
Wait for a while,the water will flow out from the coffee
outlet. After about 1 minute, turn the knob back to “●” to
stop. Pour away the water of the cup.
TIPS:There may be noise when pumping water for the
first time or after along time not used, it is normal that the
appliance is releasing the air inside. After about 20s, the
noise will disappear.

START TO OPERATE:
Fill water into the water tank NOT exceed the MAX line.

flow out from the outlet at the bottom of the water
tank, which is a movable part. If you have not wipe the

full of water.
Plug in the power cord, press ON/OFF button, the
“POWER” indicator is illuminated red. Make sure the
knob is on the “ ” position. (If you had operated the
machine just now, skip this step.)
Please wait until the “HEATING” indicator becomes
green before turning on the steam, otherwise it comes
out with a weak steam. Wait the indicator becomes
green, it means the heating is finished, you can
continue to operate step 4.

USE GUIDE 1:
FROTH MILK ALONE
TIPS BEFORE OPERATION:
Make sure to tear off the sealing tape from the bottom of
the water tank. ( If it has been torn, please skip this step.)
Before making espresso, make sure the knob is in the
middle “ ” position which shows the machine is in
standby mode. As the knob is a functional selection knob,
if it is not in the “ ”, that means you have selected one of
the function, which could not operate the following steps.
Make sure the froth nozzle is clean and Not blocking.

Prepare a pitcher with about 100ml of milk. Fill the pitcher
with milk and insert the frothing nozzle into milk bout
1-2cm. Turn the knob to the far side “ ”, steam will come
out from froth nozzle.
NOTE:
① When the machine starts to work, there will be some
noise out from the machine as it is pumping the water with
a high pressure.
② While during operation, if there is suddenly a loud
noise from the machine, which is due to the water in the
water tank is not enough for pumping.

MAKE ESPRESSO ALONE
TIPS BEFORE OPERATION:
③ Please pay attention to the water volume and add
water in time.
Froth milk in the way moving vessel round from up to
down, after the milk increase in volume by 2 times or the
required purpose is reached, turn the knob back to the " "
position to stop. Take away the frothing pitcher.
Press the ON/OFF switch to cut off the power source.

Make sure to tear off the sealing tape from the bottom of

Before making espresso, make sure the knob is in the

① Not to make espresso immediately after milk frothing.
You should wait until the "HEATING" indicator becomes
green, then continue to make espresso from step 3.
② As with NTC precision thermostats, the espresso
extraction temperature is controlled at 197℉, while the
milk frothing temperature is at 212℉.
③ If the temperature is too high to make espresso, the
steam will be splash from the portafilter and hot water will
drip off. It will result in a small amount of coffee and a bad
taste.

NOTE:
During the milk frothing, if there is suddenly a noise and
coming out with small steam. Please check whether the
water is enough and add water in time. When the water
left the water tank is going to finished, it will produce a
louder noise. After adding water, it will operate as usual.
When you finish frothing milk and turn the knob back to
“ ”, if the temperature is lower, the “HEATING” indicator
will flash. The pressure relief hole will make a loud noise
with some steam coming out from the drip tray. It is
because the machine relieving the pressure, which is
normal and not a problem.

START TO OPERATE:

parallel to the top of the machine. (If you had operated
the machine just now,skip this step.)
NOTE: When the water tank is pulled up, the water will
flow out from the outlet at the bottom of the water tank,
which is a movable part. If you have not wipe the water
immediately, it will accumulate more and more and ran to
the bottom of the machine, leaving the table full of water.

“ ” position. (If you had operated the machine just
now, skip this step.)
Place 2-cup mesh inside the portafilter, make sure the tube
on the mesh aligns with groove in the portafilter. To
achieve a full flavor, 7g coffee powder is best for one cup of
espresso. To avoid leaking, coffee powder should be
tamped BELOW the MAX line of portafilter. But powder
could not be tamped too firmly otherwise the coffee will
not flow out smoothly.

Faced up the portafilter, then installed in parallel to the
machine from "Insert" to "Lock" in placed, otherwise the
coffee will splash and leak from the gap of the connection
position.
When the “HEATING” indicator becomes green, it shows
the heating is finished. Make sure the knob is on the
“ ”position. Never skip to step 6 before the “HEATING”
indicator becomes green. Otherwise the steam will splash
from the portafilter and hot water will drip off.
Place a cup on the drip tray. Turn the knob to the far side
“ ”. If the cup is tall, you can remove the drip tray cover
and put the cup into the drip tray.
NOTE:
① When the machine starts to work, there will be some
noise out from the machine as it is pumping the water with
a high pressure.
② While during operation, if there is suddenly a loud
noise from the machine, which may due to the water in the
water tank is not enough for pumping.

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
Please mind the hot water and operate carefully.
HOW TO CLEAN THE STEAM NOZZLE
Waiting for a moment, the espresso will flow out. Once
desired amount of espresso is reached, turn the knob back
to the middle " " position to stop brewing (To achieve a
full flavor, each cup of espresso should be not more than
30ml.)
Press the ON/OFF switch to cut off the power source.
Let them cool down completely.
NOTE:
1. When you finish making espresso and turn the knob
back to “ ” , the pressure relief hole will make a loud
noise. It is because the machine relieving the pressure,
which is normal and not a problem.
2. The portafilter should be removed after a while as the
machine need to relieve the pressure. Otherwise,the steam
will splash out because of the strong pressure.Please
remove in parallel. Because high pressure, the water will
fully penetrate into the coffee powder, it takes time for
water to pass through and flow out of the coffee powder. So
it is normal that the excess coffee will drip off.

To avoid blocking the froth nozzle, we suggest to clean the
froth nozzle immediately after finish frothing milk. When
the “HEATING” indicator becomes green, turn the knob to
“ ”. If the steam is weak, check whether the hole of the
froth nozzle is blocked. If it is not cleaned in time, it will
produce a bad smell. You can use a cleaning pin to clean
and unblock the steam pipeline.
Press and hold the froth wand, separate the plastic sleeve
and pull it out. Clean the nozzle with wet sponge.

TIPS:
During operation, if the espresso is dripping out and
doesn't flow smoothly. Please check if the water is not
enough and add water in time. If not, please check
whether the coffee powder is tamped too firmly, which
will also cause the espresso flow unsmoothly, and comes
out a small volume.

HOW TO CLEAN THE SEAL RING
Please mind the hot water and operate carefully.
As The seal ring is designed to prevent from leaking, once
there is too much coffee powder left,the seal ring will be
blocked. If the seal ring is blocked, it will lead to the
espresso leakage or splash when making espresso. For this
reason and for healthier, we suggest you to clean it
immediately with hot water from the brewing function. If it
is not cleaned in time, it will produce a bad smell.
Uninstall the portafilter in parallel from the coffee outlet
from the direction of "Lock" to "Insert", then put it down.
Pour away the coffee powder.
After the “HEATING” indicator becomes green, turn the
knob to “ ”. The water will come out and flush out the
coffee powder inside.
Turn the knob back to “ ” place to stop. And rinse the seal
ring with cloth.

NOTE:
Remove the detachable tank and fill it with desired water,
the water level should not exceed the“MAX”mark in the
tank. Then place the tank into the appliance properly.
Then connect the appliance to power supply source.
Press down ON/OFF button once, the POWER indicator
illuminates.
Turn the coffee/steam knob to the“ ”position and wait
for a moment, the appliance begins to be heated until the
HEATING indicator illuminates, it shows the heating is
finished.
Insert the steam wand with plastic sleeve into the liquid to
be heated. Turn the coffee/steam knob to the“ ”
FROTHING MILK position and start making steam.
When the required temperature of the beverages is
reached, you can turn the coffee/steam knob to the“ ”
position.
Hold and press the ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds, the
appliance will be shut off and all the indicators will
extinguish.

HOT WATER FUNCTION
The steam wand can be used to make hot beverages like
drinking chocolate, water or tea.
Method:

Once the HEATING indicator illuminates. Make steam for
2min, then turn the coffee/steam knob to the “ ” position
to stop making steam.Hold and press the ON/OFF button
for about 3 seconds, the appliance will be shut off and all
the indicators will extinguish, make the descalers deposit
in the unit at least 15 minutes.
Restart the unit and repeat the steps of 4-6 at least 3 times.
Then turning the coffee/steam knob to the “ ” position,
when the HEATING indicator illuminates, turn the
coffee/steam knob to the “ ” FROTHING MILK position to
brew until no descaler is left.

According to the program of pre-heating, put the metal
funnel (no coffee powder in it) and carafe (jug) in place.
Brewing water per “ PRE-HEATING”.
Press down ON/OFF button once, the POWER indicator
illuminates, make sure the coffee/steam knob is on the “ ”
position, and waiting for a moment, the coffee maker
begins to be heated.
When the HEATING indicator illuminates, it shows the
heating is finish. Turning the coffee/steam to the “ ”
BREWING ESPRESSO position and make two cups coffee
(about 2Oz). Then turn the coffee/steam knob to the “ ”
position and wait for 5s.

Turn the knob to right to release the hot steam. Separate
the sleeve and the froth nozzle. Clean the nozzle with wet
sponge , wash the sleeve with water.

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
AUTOMATICALLY SHUT-OFF FUNCTION
The appliance has the function of shut-off power automatically,
when the power cord is plugging into the power outlet and the
ON/OFF button has been pressed, if without any operation
within 25 minutes, or if the pump has worked continuously for
3 minutes under “ ” BREWING ESPRESSO mode, or if the
appliance has worked for 25 minutes under“ ”FROTHING
MILK mode, the appliance will cut off power automatically
and the power indicator will be extinguished, if you want to
continue operating, you shall press the ON/OFF button once,
the power indicator will illuminated, the appliance can be
operated.
We suggest you to clean the machine immediately after using
for the purpose of easier clean and avoid gathering stains.
When clean the machine please BE CAREFUL OF THE HEAT and
not to be hurt.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
SYMPTOM CAUSE CORRECTIONS
Water leaks from the
bottom of coffee

Then brewing coffee (no coffee powder) with tap water in
the MAX level, repeat the steps of 4-6 for 3 times (it is not
necessary to wait for 15 minutes in step of 6), then brewing
until no water is left in the tank.
Repeat the step of 9 at least 3 times to make sure the piping
is cleanly.
