ZENTRALVERRIEGELUNG CLS
Hinweis:
Die Stangenverriegelung VERI-CLS kann nur bei
Anlagen mit Schiebeflügeln des Gilgen Profil-
systems 90 (PS90) eingesetzt werden.
Material
Hinweis:
Bei folgenden Anlagen muss kein
Verriegelungsprint eingebaut werden:

SLM-Teleskop-Redundant
SRM-Redundant.
Es muss lediglich Schalter S1 auf dem Hauptprint
der Steuerung geöffnet werden.

Note:

installations whose sliding wings are fitted with the
Gilgen profile system 90 (PS90).

Procedure
1. Staybar installation in the door wing (see instructions 0630-
999/33). Wings from the Schwarzenburg factory are supplied
with the staybar already mounted.
2. Mount the locking PCB resp. adjust the function (see pages 3
and 4).
3. Mount the wings to the drive unit and adjust them according
to the assembly guidelines for the respective drive unit.
4. Mount the locking sheet resp. the locking plate (see pages
5...7).
5. Mount resp. adjust the staybar locking drive unit (see pages
8...13).
6. Check: - Positions of the limit stop switches.
- Dead center of both final positions.
- Manual emergency operation: is the locking
lever pulled to the dead center in both final
positions?
7. Mount the manual emergency mechanism (see instructions
0630-999/29).
8. Mount the monitoring unit for the door and the locking (if
existing: see instructions 0630-999/32).
9. Mounting the stop piece (see page 14).
10. Commissioning (see page 16).
Vorgehen
1. Stangeneinbau in Türflügel (siehe Anleitung 0630-999/33).
Bei Flügeln ab Werk Schwarzenburg ist diese bereits mon-
tiert.
2. Verriegelungsprintmontierenresp.Funktion einstellen (siehe
Seiten 3 und 4).
3. Flügel in Antrieb montieren und einstellen gemäss Montage-
richtlinien des entsprechenden Antriebes.
4. Verriegelungsblechresp.Verriegelungsplatte montieren(sie-
he Seiten 5...7).
5. Stangenverriegelungsantrieb montieren resp. einstellen (sie-
he Seiten 8...13).
6. Kontrolle: - Endschalterstellungen.
- Totpunkt beider Endstellungen.
- Handnotbedienung: Wird Verriegelungshebel
inbeidenEndstellungen in Totpunkt gezogen?
7. Handnotbedienung montieren (siehe Anleitung 0630-999/
29).
8. Tür- und Verriegelungsüberwachung montieren (wenn vor-
handen: siehe Anleitung 0630-999/32).
9. Anschlag montieren (siehe Seite 14).
10. Inbetriebsetzung (siehe Seite 16).

- Open the covering and prop it up, e.g. with a screwdriver (only
in the event of a subsequent installation).
Warning:
Disconnect the power supply, pull out the mains
plug and, if fitted, the connector of the emergency
battery.
- Remove the covering (1) of the control system (2).
Attention:
Electrostatic discharges may impair the function of
thecontrol elements. Beforeworkingon the control
unit, always touch an earthed metal element in
order to eliminate the electrostatic charges of the
body.
Verrieglungsprint
SLM-Familie
- Verschalung öffnen und z.B. mit Schraubenzieher abstützen
(nur bei nachträglichem Einbau).
Warnung:
Stromzufuhrunterbrechen,Netzstecker,sowiefalls
vorhanden, Anschlussstecker der Notbatterie her-
ausziehen.
- Abdeckung (1) der Steuerung (2) demontieren.
Achtung:
Elektrostatische Entladungen können die Funktion
der Steuerungs-Elemente beeinträchtigen. Vor al-
len Arbeiten an der Steuerung muss ein geerdetes
Metallteil berührt werden, um die statische Aufla-
dung des Körpers abzuleiten.
- Verriegelungsprint (5) vorsichtig an Stecker (4) einstecken.
- Befestigungsschrauben (3) montieren und festziehen.
- Abdeckung (1) montieren.
- Carefully fit the locking PCB (5) to the connector (4).
- Fit and tighten the fixing screws (3).
- Mount the covering (1).
- Verriegelungsprint auf Funktion CLS einstellen. Beide Schal-
ter S1 (6) müssen offen sein. - Adjust the locking PCB for CLS function. Both switches S1 (6) must be open.

Assembly

- Sticktheadhesivetape on the floorwithinthearea of the locking
sheet.
- Move the adjusted sliding wings together (Attention: the wings
must be suspended without distorsion!).
- Manually push the staybar to the bottom until the position on
the adhesive tape is visible.
- Place the staybar in the unlocked position; move the wings
towards each other.
- Drill ø20 mm holes at the marked positions, drilling depth
22...26 mm (32).
- Position the locking sheet (33) and drill the fixing holes (34)
through the sheet.
- On a solid floor, adjust the height with washers (35) and screw
down.
- In the event of a carpet: adjust the height with supports and
washers (35).

Assembly
- Insert the sliding nut (36) at the closing edge (SK) into the
guideway profile (37) and adjust with a screwdriver.
- Place the locking plate (38) onto the guideway profile (37) and
push it above the sliding nut (36).
- Loosely screw the flat head screws (39) through the locking
plate (38) into the sliding nut (36).
- Adjust the locking plate (38) in such a manner that the staybars
can enter without problems. Then tighten both flat head
screws (39).

Assembly
- Place the sliding nut (36) into the guideway profile (37), the
thread M6 pointing towards the closing edge (SK), and adjust
it by means of a screwdriver.
- Place the locking plate (38) onto the guideway profile (37) and
push it above the sliding nut (36).
- Screw the flat head screw (39) and the locking bolt (42) loosely
through the locking plate (38) into the sliding nut (36).
- Adjust the locking plate (38) in such a manner that the staybar
can enter without problems. Then tighteh the flat head screw
(39) and the locking bolt (42).

Stangenverriegelungsantrieb
Die Stangenverriegelung CLS wird anstelle der normalen Verrie-
gelung VERI montiert (siehe Zeichnungen "KIT-Installation" des
entsprechenden Antriebes).
Hinweis:
Die Stangenverriegelung kann erst eingebaut wer-
den, wenn die Schiebeflügel mit den eingebauten
Stangen montiert und ausgerichtet sind (siehe
"Vorgehen").
2-flüglige Schiebetüren resp.
4-flüglige Teleskop-Schiebetüren
- DerAnschlag (7)wirdzwischen die zweiLaufwagen in Öffnungs-
mitte (Schliesskante SK) auf die Nute (8) unten am Laufprofil
geschraubt.
- Verriegelungsantrieb (9) links von der Schliesskante (SK) an
derinnerenNut(10)provisorischfestschrauben(2 Nutensteine
mit Zylinderschraube M6 an Antriebskonsole).
- Ausgerichtete Schiebeflügel auf Anschlag (7) zusammenfah-
ren. Verriegelungshebel (11) in Totpunkt "ENTRIEGELT" fah-
ren (mit Inbusschlüssel 4 mm kann der Verriegelungshebel
(11) von Hand über Zylinderschraube (12) bewegt werden).
Verriegelungsantrieb (9) seitlich zwischen die beiden Winkel
(13) einmitten und mit Schraube (14) festschrauben.
- Verriegelungshebel (11) mit Inbusschlüssel in Totpunkt "VER-
RIEGELT" drehen.
- Für die Höheneinstellung des Verriegelungshebels (11) Zy-
linderschrauben (15) lösen und Antrieb in der Höhe verstellen
bis der Abstand zwischen Unterkante Winkel (13) und Ober-
kante Nutenstein (16) in verriegelter Position (Verriegelungs-
hebel im Totpunkt) 1 mm beträgt. Zylinderschrauben (15) fest-
ziehen.
- Magnetträger (17) auf Laufwagen rechts von der Verriegelung
montieren. Winkel mit Reed-Schalter (18) rechts von der Ver-
riegelung, auf Höhe des Magnetträgers, an äusserer Nut (19)
montieren. Abstand Reed-Schalter und Magnet 4...5 mm.
- Kontrolle der Endschalterstellung:
Die Endschalter dürfen in beiden Stellungen erst im letzten
Moment "VERRIEGELT" 0,1...0,2 mm und "ENTRIEGELT"
0,2...0,3 mm vor der Totpunktstellung des Verriegelungshebels
schalten (sind ab Werk eingestellt).
- Vorgehen beim Einstellen der Endschalter:
Schrauben (20) lösen, ganzer Rahmen (21) verschieben bis
beide Endschalter erst im letzten Moment, "VERRIEGELT"
0,1...0,2 mm und "ENTRIEGELT" 0,2...0,3 mm, vor der
Totpunktstellung des Verriegelungshebels schalten.
- Anschlusskabel in Kabelkanal (22) Richtung Steuerung verle-
gen und auf VERPRI-UE einstecken.
Staybar locking drive unit
The staybar locking CLS is mounted instead of the normal VERI
locking unit (see drawings "KIT-Installation" of the respective
drive unit).
Note:
The staybar locking unit can only be mounted after
the sliding wings with the built-in bars have been
mounted and aligned (see "Procedure").
Bi-parting sliding doors resp.
4-winged telescopic sliding doors
- The stop piece (7) is screwed between the two running car-
riages in the center of the opening (closing edge SK), on the
groove (8) at the bottom of the carrier profile.
- Provisionally fasten the locking drive unit (9) with screws on
the left side of the closing edge (SK) to the inner groove (10) (2
sliding nuts with cheese-head screws M6 to the drive unit
console).
- Push the aligned sliding wings towards each other up to the
stop piece (7). Move the locking lever (11) to the dead center
position "UNLOCKED" (by means of a 4 mm hexagon socket
screw key, the locking lever (11) can be manually shifted
towards the cheese-head screw (12)). Center the locking drive
unit (9) sideways between both angles (13) and fasten it with
the screw (14).
- Usingthe hexagon socket screw key, turn thelocking lever (11)
to the dead center position "LOCKED".
- For the height adjustment of the locking lever (11), loosen the
cheese-head screws (15) and shift the height of the drive unit
until the distance between the bottom edge of the angle (13)
and the top edge of the sliding nut (16) is 1 mm in the locked
position (i.e. locking lever in the dead center lock position).
Tighten the cheese-head screws (15).
- Mount the magnet holder (17) onto the running carriage, on
the right side of the locking mechanism. Mount the angle with
theReedswitch (18) on the right sideofthelockingmechanism,
at the height of the magnet holder, against the outer groove
(19). Distance between the Reed switch and the magnet
4...5 mm.
- Checking the limit stop switch position:
In both positions "LOCKED" 0,1...0,2 mm and "UNLOCKED"
0,2...0,3 mm, the limit stop switches may only switch at the
very last moment before the locking lever reaches the dead
center lock position (the limit stop switches have been adjust-
ed accordingly at the factory).
- Procedure when adjusting the limit stop switches:
Loosen screws (20), shift the entire frame (21) until both limit
stop switches are only actuated at the very last moment,
"LOCKED" 0,1...0,2 mm and "UNLOCKED" 0,2...0,3 mm, be-
fore the locking lever reaches the dead center lock position.
- Installthe connecting cable in thecableduct(22) in the direction
of the control and plug it into the VERPRI-UE.

Single-winged sliding doors opening to the right
(opening to the left: mirror-inverted)
- Provisionallyscrewthesupport(23)sidewaysbelowthe carrier
profile (25) against the groove (8).
- Move the adjusted sliding wing to the closed position.
- Centerthelocking bolt (29) sideways inthehook(26) and screw
down the support (23) by means of the cheese-head
screws (27).
- Provisionally screw the locking drive unit (9) on the right side
of the support (23) into the inner groove (10).
- The bolt (28) on the lever (11) must horizontally engage into
the hole of the vertical locking bolt (29).
- Adjust the drive unit (9) sideways (i.e. locking lever (11) is
aligned with the closing edge (SK)), and tighten screw (14).
- In order to adjust the height of the locking lever (11), loosen
the cheese-head screws (15) and shift the height of the drive
unit until the distance between the bottom edge of the angle
(13) and the top edge of the sliding nut (16) is 1 mm in the
locked position (i.e. locking lever in the dead center lock
position) (Fig. 9, detailA). Tighten the cheese-head screw (15).
By means of a 4 mm hexagon socket screw key, the locking
lever (11) can be manually moved towards the cheese-head
screw (12).
- Mount the magnet holder (17) onto the first running carriage.
Mount the angle with the Reed switch (18) at the height of the
magnetholder, against the outer groove (19).Distancebetween
the Reed sensor and the magnet 4...5 mm.
- Checking the limit stop switch position:
In both positions "LOCKED" 0,1...0,2 mm and "UNLOCKED"
0,2...0,3 mm, the limit stop switches may only switch at the
very last moment before the locking lever reaches the dead
center lock position (the limit stop switches have been adjusted
accordingly at the factory).
- Procedure when adjusting the limit stop switches:
Loosen screws (20), shift the entire frame (21) until both limit
stop switches are only actuated at the very last moment, "LO-
CKED" 0,1...0,2 mm and "UNLOCKED" 0,2...0,3 mm, before
the locking lever reaches the dead center lock position.

of the control and plug it into the VERPRI-UE.

- AusgerichtetenSchiebeflügelin geschlossene Stellungfahren.
- Verriegelungsbolzen (29) in Haken (26) seitlich einmitten und

- Magneträger (17) auf den vorderen Laufwagen montieren.

- Screw the support (23) onto the connecting plate (42).
- Provisionally screw the support (23) with the distance plate
(30) to the groove (8), sideways below the carrier profile (25).
- Move the adjusted sliding wing to the closed position.
- Centerthelocking bolt (29) sideways inthehook(26) and screw
it down by means of the cheese-head screws (27).
- Provisionally screw the locking drive unit (9) on the right side
of the support (23) into the inner groove (10).
- The bolt (28) on the lever (11) must horizontally engage in the
hole of the vertical locking bolt (29). Turn the locking lever (11)

the cheese-head screw (15) and shift the height of the drive
unit until the distance between the bottom edge of the angle
(13) and the top edge of the sliding nut (16) is of 1 mm in the
lo-cked position (i.e. locking lever in the dead center lock posi-
tion), Fig. 9, detail A. Tighten the cheese-head screw (15). By
means of a 4 mm hexagon socket screw key, the locking lever
can be manually moved towards the cheese-head screw (12).
- Mount the magnet holder (17) onto the first running carriage.
Mount the angle with the Reed switch (18) at the height of the
magnetholder, against theoutergroove(19). Distance between
the Reed sensor and the magnet 4...5 mm.
- Checking the limit stop switch position:
In both positions, "LOCKED" 0,1...0,2 mm, UNLOCKED
0,2...0,3 mm, the limit stop switches may only switch at the
very last moment before the locking lever reaches the dead
center lock position (the limit stop switches have been
accordingly adjusted at the factory).

Procédure
1. Montagedelacrémonedanslevantail(voirinstructions0630-
999/33). Dans des vantaux livrés par l'usine Schwarzenburg,
la crémone est déjà installée.
2. Monter le circuit de verrouillage resp. régler la fonction (voir
pages 3 et 4).
3. Monter le vantail dans l'entraînement et effectuer le réglage
selon directives de montage pour l'entraînement resp.
4. Monter la tôle de verrouillage resp. Ia plaque de verrouillage
(voir pages 5...7).
5. Monter resp. régler l'entraînement de verrouillage à crémone
(voir pages 8...13).
6. Contrôles: - Positions des interrupteurs de fin-de-course.
- Point mort dans les deux positions finales.
- Mécanisme manuel de secours: le levier de
verrouillage est-il tiré jusqu'au point mort
dans les deux positions finales?
7. Monter le mécanisme manuel de secours (voir instructions
0630-999/29).
8. Monter le jeu de contrôle de porte et de verrouillage (le cas
échéant: voir instructions 0630-999/32).
9. Montage de la butée d'arrêt (voir page 14).
10. Mise en service (voir page 16).

3. Montare le ante nell'automazione e regolare secondo le nor-
mative di montaggio del corrispondente automazione.
4. Montare la lamiera di bloccaggio risp. la piastra di bloccaggio
(vedere pagine 5...7).
5. Montare risp. regolare il meccanismo di bloccaggio ad asta
(vedere pagine 8...13).
6. Controllo: - Posizioni degli interruttori di fine corsa.
- Punto morto d'entrambi i fine corsa.
- Comando manuale di emergenza: la leva di
bloccaggio viene tirata in entrambe le posi-
zioni di fine corsa al punto morto?
7. Montare ilcomandomanualediemergenza(vedereistruzioni

- Demonter Ie couvercle (1) de la commande (2).
Attention:

le fonctionnement des éléments de commande.
Avantd'entreprendredestravauxsurlacommande,
il faut donc toucher une pièce métallique mise à la
terre afin de dériver la charge statique du corps.
- Emboîter avec précaution Ie circuit de verrouillage (5) sur le

- Placer et serrer Ies vis de fixation (3).
- Remonter Ie couvercle (1).

- Innestarecon cautela il scheda di bloccaggio (5) sulla spina (4).
- Montare e serrare le viti di fissaggio (3).
- Montare la copertura (1).
- Régler Ie circuit de verrouillage pour la fonction CLS. Les deux
contacteurs S1 (6) doivent être ouverts. - RegolareilschedadibloccaggioperlafunzioneCLS.Entrambi gli interruttori S1 (6) devono essere aperti.

- Ouvrir l'habillage et Ie soutenir avec un tournevis par exemple
(uniquement pour installation ultérieure).
Avertissement:
Couper l'alimentation électrique, débrancher le
connecteur de raccordement au secteur et aussi le
connecteur de la batterie de secours.
- Demonter Ie couvercle de la commande.
Attention:
Desdéchargesélectrostatiquesrisquentd'entraver
le fonctionnement des éléments de commande.
Avantd'entreprendredestravauxsurlacommande,
il faut donc toucher une pièce métallique mise à la
terre afin de dériver la charge statique du corps.
- Régler Ie circuit principal pour la fonction CLS. Les deux
contacteurs S1 (6) doivent être ouverts.
- Remonter Ie couvercle.

- Aprire il rivestimento e sostenerlo, p.es. con il cacciavite (solo
nel caso di successiva installazione).
Avvertimento:
Interrompere l'alimentazione di corrente, togliere il
connettore di rete, e il connettore della batteria
d'emergenza.
- Smontare la copertura del comando.
Attenzione:
Le scariche elettrostatiche possono pregiudicare il
funzionamento degli elementi del Controllore del
