Q: What batteries can be used?
A: Any AA or AAA NiMH batteries can be used and
recharged. We do not recommend other types of
batteries. Four same-sized batteries are required for use.
Q: How do I charge?
A: From Solar: Use Goal Zero Nomad Solar Panels with
solar charge cable for fast charging.
From USB: Use any USB power source, such as a
computer or any GOAL ZERO power pack.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: No, but it is weather-resistant. Care should be taken
to shield it from direct sunlight and the elements.
Unexpected rainstorms probably won’t harm it.
Q: How is it protected?
A: Usage is plug-and-play. The built-in battery
management system prevents over-charging and
over-discharging of batteries. The USB output will only
supply the amount of power needed.

Q: Quelles piles puis-je utiliser?
R: Toutes les sortes de piles AA ou AAA NiMH peuvent
être utilisées et rechargées. Nous ne recommandons pas
l’utilisation d’autres sortes de piles. Quatre piles de même
taille sont nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'appareil.
Q: Comment s’effectue le chargement?
R: Avec l’alimentation solaire: Pour un rechargement rapide,
utilisez le Nomad 3.5 ou le Nomad 7 Goal Zero avec un câble
de chargement solaire.
Avec l’alimentation USB: Utilisez n’importe quelle source

F: Welche Batterien können verwendet werden?
A.: Alle AA oder AAA NiMH-Batterien können verwendet
und wieder aufgeladen werden. Wir empfehlen, keine
anderen Batterietypen zu verwenden. Für den Gebrauch
werden vier gleichgroße Batterien benötigt.
F: Wie lade ich auf?
A.: Mit Solarenergie: Verwenden Sie die Goal Zero
Nomad Solarmodule mit dem Solarladekabel für schnelles
Aufladen.
Mit USB: Verwenden Sie eine beliebige USB-Stromquelle,
wie z. B. einen Computer oder einen GOAL ZERO Akku.
F: Ist es wasserfest?
A.: Nein, aber es ist wetterfest. Es sollte sorgfältig vor
direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und vor den Elementen
geschützt werden. Unerwarteter starker Regen beschädigt
