SMARTWELD RECORD KURZANLEITUNG
Diese Kurzanleitung ersetzt nicht die Kenntnis und Beachtung der vollständigen
Originalbetriebsanleitung und der Arbeitsanweisung des angewendeten THERMIT®-
Schweißverfahrens. Sie soll dem Bedienpersonal einen Überblick über die Inbetrieb-
nahme und den Startvorgang des Gerätes geben.
Für Rückfragen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre jeweilige Goldschmidt Thermit Group
Vertriebsgesellschaft. Der Betreiber ist verpflichtet, für ausreichende persönliche
Schutzausrüstung (PSA) des Bedienpersonals zu sorgen.
Vor Erstinbetriebnahme erforderlich:
» Batterien des SMARTWELD RECORD vollständig aufladen, Lademöglichkeit über
Micro-USB-Schnittstelle , Batteriestatus wird bei Verbindung mit SMARTWELD
APP angezeigt
» Installation der GOLDSCHMIDT DIGITAL APP und der SMARTWELD APP auf dem
Smartphone oder Tablet
» Download im Google Play Store

Inbetriebnahme:
» SMARTWELD RECORD und seine Komponenten nach Anzeichen für
Beschädigung kontrollieren.
» Status des SMARTWELD RECORD kann über die LED-Lampen geprüft werden.
» Prüfen, ob alle Gewindeanschlüsse und Dichtungen sauber und unbeschädigt sind.
» Anschluss der Schläuche und die Wahl des geeigneten Vorwärmbrenner-
einsatzes für den SMARTWELD RECORD hat gemäß der Betriebsanleitung
Autogengeräte bzw. des THERMIT®-Schweißverfahrens zu erfolgen.
» Anschalten des SMARTWELD RECORD durch kurze Betätigung des Tasters . Halten
Sie zum Ausschalten des Gerätes den Taster einige Sekunden lang gedrückt.
» Starten der SMARTWELD APP und Arbeitsschritte entsprechend der Betriebs-
anleitung SMARTWELD RECORD durchführen.
LED-Lampe Bedeutung
Leuchtet blau Die Bluetooth-Verbindung zwischen SMARTWELD
RECORD und SMARTWELD APP ist hergestellt.
Leuchtet grün Das Ladekabel ist angeschlossen.
Blinkt rot
Der SMARTWELD RECORD ist eingeschaltet.
Die Bluetooth- Verbindung zwischen SMARTWELD RECORD
und SMARTWELD APP ist noch nicht hergestellt.
Leuchtet rot Die Batterien sind nahezu erschöpft. Schließen Sie das
Ladekabel an und laden Sie den SMARTWELD RECORD auf.
Gefahr! Alle mit Sauerstoff in Berührung kommenden Teile öl- und
fettfrei halten! Explosionsgefahr!
Bei der Montage des Brennereinsatzes an den SMARTWELD RECORD
ist auf saubere, unbeschädigte Teile und Dichtungen zu achten. Die
Anschlussmutter des Brennereinsatzes ist handfest anzuziehen.
Gegebenenfalls kann ein Schlüssel verwendet werden.
Mischverwendungen mit Wettbewerbsprodukten sind nicht zulässig.
Der SMARTWELD RECORD darf nur in einem technisch einwandfreien
Zustand betrieben werden. Ist der SMARTWELD RECORD nicht in einem
einwandfreien Zustand, den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand herstellen bzw.
den autorisierten Servicepartner informieren.

SMARTWELD RECORD BRIEF INSTRUCTION
This brief instruction does not replace the knowledge and following the complete
original operating instructions and the work instruction of the applied THERMIT®
welding process. It is intended to give operating personnel an overview of the
commissioning and start procedure for the device.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact your local Goldschmidt
Thermit Group sales company. The operator has a duty to provide sufficient personal
protective equipment (PPE) for the operating personnel.
Before initial start-up, ensure:
» Batteries of the SMARTWELD RECORD are completely charged, charging option
via the micro USB interface , battery status is displayed when connected to the
SMARTWELD APP
» GOLDSCHMIDT DIGITAL APP and the SMARTWELD APP are installed on your
smartphone or tablet
» Download at the Google Play Store

Commissioning:
» Check SMARTWELD RECORD and its components for signs of damage.
» Status of the SMARTWELD RECORD can be checked using the LED lamps .
» Check that all threaded connections and seals are clean and undamaged.
» The connection of hoses and selection of suitable preheating burner insert
for the SMARTWELD RECORD must be carried out in accordance with the
operating instructions for autogenous devices and the THERMIT®welding
process.
» Briefly press the button to start up the SMARTWELD RECORD. Press and
hold the button for several seconds to switch off the device.
» Launch the SMARTWELD APP and proceed with the working steps as set out in
the SMARTWELD APP operating instructions.
LED lamp Description
Lit in blue Bluetooth connection is established between the
SMARTWELD RECORD and the SMARTWELD APP.
Lit in green The charging cable is connected.
Flashing red
The SMARTWELD RECORD is switched on.
Bluetooth connection between the SMARTWELD RECORD
and the SMARTWELD APP is not yet established.
Lit in red The Batteries are almost empty. Connect the charging
cable and charge the SMARTWELD RECORD.
Danger! Ensure that all parts coming into contact with oxygen are free of
oil and grease! Danger of explosion!
When installing the burner insert on the SMARTWELD RECORD, ensure
the parts and seals are clean and undamaged. The terminal nut on the
torch insert should be tightened by hand. If necessary, a key can be used.
Use in combination with competitor products is not permitted.
The SMARTWELD RECORD must always be operated in technically perfect
condition. If the SMARTWELD RECORD is not in perfect condition, restore
normal condition and/or inform the authorised service partner.

Esta breve instrução não substitui o conhecimento e o cumprimento do manual
de instruções original e das instruções de operação do processo de soldadura
THERMIT®. Destina-se a oferecer ao pessoal operacional uma visão geral do
processo de comissionamento e inicialização do dispositivo.
Para mais informações, entre em contacto com a respectiva empresa de vendas
da Goldschmidt Thermit Group. O operador é obrigado a fornecer equipamentos
adequados de proteção individual (EPI) ao pessoal operacional.
Necessário antes da primeira colocação em funcionamento:
» Carregar completamente as baterias SMARTWELD RECORD, carregar através
da interface Micro USB , o estado da bateria será exibido quando se ligar à
SMARTWELD APP

Comissionamento:
» Verificar o SMARTWELD RECORD e os seus componentes para detetar sinais
de danos.
» O estado do SMARTWELD RECORD pode ser verificado através das lâmpadas LED .
» Verificar se todas as conexões roscadas e juntas estão limpas e sem danos.
» A ligação das mangueiras e seleção da inserção de tocha de pré-aquecimento
adequada para o SMARTWELD RECORD devem ser realizadas de acordo com
as instruções de operação dos dispositivos autógenos e o processo de soldadura
THERMIT®.
» Ligar o SMARTWELD RECORD pressionando brevemente o botão . Para desligar
o dispositivo, pressionar o botão durante alguns segundos.
» Iniciar a SMARTWELD APP e executar as etapas de trabalho de acordo com as
instruções de operação do SMARTWELD RECORD.
Lâmpada LED Significado
Acende a luz azul A ligação Bluetooth entre o SMARTWELD RECORD e
a SMARTWELD APP está estabelecida.
Acende a luz verde O cabo de carregamento está ligado.
Pisca a luz vermelha
O SMARTWELD RECORD está ligado. A ligação Bluetoo-
th entre o SMARTWELD RECORD e a SMARTWELD APP
ainda não está estabelecida.
Acende a luz
vermelha
As baterias estão quase descarregadas. Ligue o cabo
de carregamento e carregue o SMARTWELD RECORD.
Perigo! Manter todas as peças em contacto com oxigénio sem óleo nem
lubrificante! Risco de explosão!
Ao instalar a inserção da tocha no SMARTWELD RECORD, deve-se ter cui-
dado para garantir que as peças e juntas estão limpas e intactas. A porca de
ligação da inserção da tocha deve ser apertada manualmente. Se necessário,
pode ser usada uma chave.
Não são permitidas utilizações mistas com produtos concorrentes.
O SMARTWELD RECORD deve ser sempre operado em perfeitas condições
técnicas. Se o SMARTWELD RECORD não estiver em perfeitas condições,
restabeleça a condição normal e/ou informe o parceiro de serviço autorizado.

de soldadura THERMIT®aplicado. Su objetivo es ofrecer al usuario una visión general
de la puesta en servicio y el proceso de arranque del dispositivo. Si tiene alguna
pregunta, póngase en contacto con su distribuidora local del Goldschmidt Thermit
Group. La empresa explotadora/cliente/operador está obligada a facilitar el equipo
de protección personal (EPI) de los operarios.
Requisitos antes de la primera puesta en servicio:

Puesta en servicio:
» Revise el SMARTWELD RECORD y sus componentes en busca de señales de daños.
» El estado del SMARTWELD RECORD puede comprobarse mediante luces LED .
» Compruebe que todas las conexiones roscadas y las juntas están limpias y
exentas de daños.
» Conecte las mangueras y seleccione el acoplamiento adecuado de quemador/
soplete de precalentamiento del SMARTWELD RECORD según el manual de
instrucciones de los equipos autógenos o del proceso de soldadura THERMIT®.
» Encienda el SMARTWELD RECORD pulsando brevemente el botón . Para
apagar el dispositivo, mantenga pulsado el botón durante unos segundos.
» Inicie la aplicación SMARTWELD APP y realice los pasos de trabajo que se
describen en el manual de instrucciones de la misma.
Piloto LED Significado
Se ilumina en azul La conexión de Bluetooth entre el SMARTWELD
RECORD y la SMARTWELD APP está establecida.
Se ilumina en verde El cable de carga está conectado.
Parpadea en rojo
El dispositivo SMARTWELD RECORD está encen-
dido. La conexión de Bluetooth entre el dispositivo
SMARTWELD RECORD y la SMARTWELD APP no se ha
establecido todavía.
Se ilumina en rojo Las baterías están casi agotadas. Conecte el cable de
carga y cargue el dispositivo SMARTWELD RECORD.
Peligro! Todas las piezas que están en contacto con oxígeno deben mantenerse
libres de aceite y grasa. Peligro de explosión!
Al insertar el adecuado acoplamiento de quemador/soplete al dispositivo
SMARTWELD RECORD, asegúrese de que las piezas y las juntas están limpias
y exentas de daños. La tuerca de conexión del adecuado acoplamiento de
quemador, debe apretarse bien manualmente. En caso necesario, puede
utilizarse una llave.
Queda prohibido mezclar el uso del producto presentado con otros pro-

El SMARTWELD RECORD solo debe operarse en un estado técnicamente
impecable. Si el SMARTWELD RECORD no se encuentra en perfectas
condiciones, restablezca su estado normal y/o informe al servicio de
mantenimiento autorizado.

Deze beknopte handleiding is geen vervanging voor de kennis en naleving van
de volledige originele gebruikshandleiding en de werkinstructies van de gebruikte
THERMIT®-lasmethode. Hij moet het bedieningspersoneel een overzicht geven over
de inbedrijfname en de startprocedure van het apparaat.

Inbedrijfname:
» SMARTWELD RECORD en zijn componenten op tekenen van beschadiging
controleren.
» De status van de SMARTWELD RECORD kan via de LED-lampen worden
gecontroleerd.
» Controleer, of alle schroefdraadaansluitingen schoon en onbeschadigd zijn.
» De aansluiting van de slangen en de keuze van het juiste inzetelement voor
de voorverwarmingsbrander van de SMARTWELD RECORD moet worden
uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de handleiding autogeen-apparaten resp.
THERMIT®-lasmethode.
» Inschakelen van de SMARTWELD RECORD door kort bedienen van de knop .
Houd voor het uitschakelen van het apparaat de knop enkele seconden ingedrukt.
» Het starten van de SMARTWELD APP en de werkstappen overeenkomstig de
gebruikshandleiding van de SMARTWELD RECORD uitvoeren.
LED-Lamp Betekenis
Brandt blauw Bluetooth-verbinding tussen SMARTWELD RECORD en de
SMARTWELD APP is gemaakt.
Brandt groen De laadkabel is aangesloten.
Knippert rood
SMARTWELD RECORD is ingeschakeld.
De Bluetooth-verbinding tussen SMARTWELD RECORD en
de SMARTWELD APP is nog niet gemaakt.
Brandt rood De batterijen zijn bijna leeg. Sluit de oplaadkabel aan en
laad de SMARTWELD RECORD.
Gevaar! Houd alle onderdelen die met zuurstof in aanraking komen vrij
van olie en vet! Explosiegevaar!
Bij de montage van het branderinzetelement aan de SMARTWELD RECORD
moet op schone, onbeschadigde onderdelen en afdichtingen worden gelet.
De aansluitmoer van het branderinzetelement moet handvast worden
aangedraaid. Eventueel kan een sleutel worden gebruikt.
Gemengd gebruik met producten van andere leveranciers is niet toegestaan.
De SMARTWELD RECORD mag alleen in een technisch probleemloze
toestand worden bedreven. Breng de SMARTWELD RECORD in de
voorgeschreven toestand, wanneer deze zich niet in een probleemloze
toestand bevindt, en informeer de geautoriseerde klantenservice.

Niniejsza skrócona instrukcja nie zastępuje wiedzy oraz przestrzegania kompletnej
oryginalnej instrukcji obsługi i instrukcji pracy dla stosowanej metody spawanej
THERMIT®. Stanowi ona dla operatorów przegląd wiedzy w zakresie uruchomienia
i procesu uruchomienia urządzenia.
W przypadku pytań należy się zwrócić do odpowiedniej spółki dystrybucyjnej
Goldschmidt Thermit Group. Użytkownik jest zobowiązany do zapewnienia operatorom
odpowiednich środków ochrony osobistej.
Przed pierwszym uruchomieniem:
» Całkowicie naładować baterie SMARTWELD RECORD, możliwość ładowania
przez interfejs mikro-USB, status baterii jest pokazywany przy połączeniu z
SMARTWELD APP.
» Instalacja GOLDSCHMIDT DIGITAL APP i SMARTWELD APP na smartfonie lub
tablecie.
» Pobranie w Google Play Store
Do prawidłowego wykonywania konieczne jest poza tym:
» Instrukcje obsługi SMARTWELD RECORD, SMARTWELD APP i Urządzenia do
spawania gazowego

Uruchomienie:
» W zależności od oznak należy kontrolować SMARTWELD RECORD i jego
podzespoły pod kątem uszkodzenia.
» Status SMARTWELD RECORD można sprawdzić za pomocą diod kontrolnych
LED .
» Sprawdzić, czy wszystkie podłączenia gwintowane i uszczelki są czyste i
nieuszkodzone.
» Podłączenie węży i wybór odpowiedniej wkładki palnika do podgrzewania
do SMARTWELD RECORD musi nastąpić zgodnie z instrukcją urządzenia do
spawania gazowego lub metody spawania THERMIT®-owego.
» Włączyć SMARTWELD RECORD poprzez krótkie naciśnięcie przycisku .
W celu wyłączenia urządzenia przycisk należy przytrzymać w pozycji wciśniętej
przez kilka sekund.
» Uruchomić SMARTWELD APP i wykonywać kroki robocze zgodnie z instrukcją
obsługi SMARTWELD RECORD.
Dioda LED Znaczenie
Świeci na niebiesko Utworzone jest połączenie Bluetooth między
SMARTWELD RECORD i SMARTWELD APP.
Świeci na zielono Kabel ładowania jest podłączony.
Mruga na czerwono
Urządzenie SMARTWELD RECORD jest włączone.
Nie jest jeszcze utworzone połączenie Bluetooth
między SMARTWELD RECORD i SMARTWELD APP.
Świeci na czerwono Baterie są prawie wyczerpane. Podłączyć kabel
ładowania i naładować SMARTWELD RECORD.
Niebezpieczeństwo! Wszystkie części, które mają kontakt z tlenem,
muszą być pozbawione oleju i smaru! Ryzyko wybuchu!
Przy montażu palnika na SMARTWELD RECORD należy zwracać uwagę,
aby części i uszczelki były czyste i nieuszkodzone. Nakrętkę przyłączeniową
wkładki palnika należy mocno dociągnąć. W razie potrzeby użyć klucza.
Zabrania się użytkowania połączonego z produktami konkurencyjnymi.
SMARTWELD RECORD można eksploatować wyłącznie wtedy, gdy jest
on w technicznie nienagannym stanie. Jeśli SMARTWELD RECORD nie
znajduje się w nienagannym stanie, należy przywrócić prawidłowy stan
lub poinformować autoryzowany serwis.
