way that the arrows always point upwards.
Danger of hot surface!
No more than six (6) identical packages being stacked on each other.
Product should not be disposed as household waste.
The package/product should be handled carefully and never be tipped over or slung.
Refer to the operating instructions.
Keep dry! The package/product must be protected from excessive humidity and must
be stored under cover.
Inverter will be touchable or operable after minimum 5 minutes of being turned off or
totally disconnected, in case of any electrical shock or injury.

GoodWe EH series, also called hybrid or bidirecational solar inverters, apply to solar system with participa-
tion of PV, battery, loads and grid system for energy management. The energy produced by PV system
shall be used to optimize self-consumption, excess power charge battery and the rest power could be
exported to the grids. Battery shall discharge to support loads when PV power is insufficient to meet
self-consumption. If both PV power and battery power is insufficient, the system will take power form grid
to support loads.
Note: The introduction describes a general behavior of EH system.
The operation mode can be adjusted on GoodWe PV Master APP
based on the system layout. Below are the general operation based on
the system layout. Below are the general operation modes for EH
system.
The energy produced
by the PV system is
used to optimize

to charge the batteries,
then exported to gird.
When grid fails , the
system automatically
switches to Back-Up
mode, the Back-Up
load could be
supported by PV and
battery.

charged by grid, and
charge time/power

sufficient , It can supply
the load with the grid

EH system normally has the following operation modes based on your configuration and layout conditions.

1.1 OPERATION MODES INTRODUCTION
In addition, the EH Series includes a Battery-Ready inverter that has no battery function until it is activated.
If your inverter is Battery-Ready and not activated now, you can ignore the following battery-related
content.
