soldering work around the home.
This series allows precision work to be done. A variety
of tips are optionally available.
The tip that best matches the wattage is mounted.

ご使用方法
HOW TO SOLDER
1. はんだ付けする部分の塗料、ホコリ、油
分をプリント基板洗浄剤やサンドペー
パーなどで取り除いてください。
2. はんだ付けする部分にこて先をあて、
加熱します。
3. ヤニ入りはんだを接合部にあて、はん
だが拡がるのを確認してこて先をはな
してください。
1. Clean the parts to be joined.
2. Clean the soldering iron tip and "tin"
all faces of tip with a coating of solder.
3. Heat the part that will be soldered.
Apply flux-cored solder to the heated
part (not the soldering tip) and heat it
until the solder melts and flows freely.
●焼き付き防止のため通電
しない冷えた状態で、時々
こて先を抜いてヒーター
内の酸化物を取り除いてく
ださい。この時、こて先止
めねじやヒーター固定ねじも取り外して
酸化物を取り除いてください。
●こて先などが万一焼き付いた時は、ミシ
ン油を数滴与え半日くらい通電しない
状態で放置してから外してください。

ご使用前に毎回、こて先を固定している
ねじ が 締 まって い る こと と、 こて 先 がぐ
らついていないことをご確認ください。
ゆるんでいる場合は締め直してください。
作 業 中 、こ て 先 が 抜 ける 危 険 が あ りま す。

●火災や火傷防止、こての破損防止のため、必ず純正こて台を使用
し て く だ さ い 。（ goot S T-11、ST-75 推奨）
●
危険ですから小さなこどものそばでは使用しないでください。また、使用
後はいたずら防止のため、こどもの手の届かない場所に保管してください。
●定格以上の電圧を加えないでください。ヒーターが過熱し、火災の危
険があります。
●風呂場など、水分や湿気の多い場所では絶対に使用しない
でください。感電する恐れがあります。
●プラグはコンセントの電流定格を確かめてから、根元まで
差し込んでください。使用後、または長時間使用しないと
きは必ずプラグをコンセントから抜いてください。コードで
はなく、必ずプラグをつまんで抜いてください。
●収納や部品の交換をする場合は電源プラグを抜いて、本体
が冷えた状態で行ってください。
●To prevent serious burns or fire, use an appropriate soldering
iron stand.
●Keep out of reach of children.
●Plugging into an outlet other than the rated input voltage
may result in overheating and fire.
●To prevent electric shock, do not use the soldering iron in
damp or wet locations or expose it to rain.
●Be sure that the plug pins are pushed fully into the wall power
receptacle. After use, remove the plug from the outlet. Never
yank the power cord to disconnect it from the receptacle.
●Before storing or replacing the heater or tip, unplug the
soldering iron wait until it cools down.
●はんだこてをこて台に置くときの注意 :
 お買い上げから、最初に電源を入れたときや、作業を中断してはん
だこてをこて台に置く場合は、はんだメッキ部分にははんだを盛った
状態で置いてください。はんだメッキ部分の酸化に対する保護膜の
役 割 をし ます。
●初めて使用するときは煙が出ますが、しばらくすると止
まります。次回からは出ませんので安心してご使用くだ
さい。●使用後は水に漬けて急冷すると故障の原因にな
りますので、自然に冷やしてください。●こ て 先 は 鉄 メッ
キしてありますのでヤスリがけはしないでください。
●こて先を抜き出してお使いにならないでください。
ヒーターの寿命が短くなる場合があります。●鉛フ
リーはんだを使用すると、こて先の寿命が鉛入りの
はんだと比べて低下する場合があります。
●The first time this iron is used, smoke may be produced. This will
not occur during subsequent use. ●Do not use water on a hot tip to
cool it down as it may cause damage to the heater. ●Do not file the
tip. ●Do not use the iron without the tip as the heater may be
damaged. ●When compared to use with solder containing lead, tip-
life may be shorter when using lead-free solder.

Never use the soldering iron if the power cord is
damaged or the soldering iron itself is damaged
as this may result in fire or electric shock.
●火傷に充分注意しながら使用してください。また、ご使
用中はこての握り部分以外は高温になりますから触れ
ないでください。火傷します。
●燃えやすい物の近くで使用しないでください。火災の
原因になります。
●電源コードにキズ、損傷等がある場合、本体に異常があ
る場合は火災、感電等の危険がありますのですぐに使
用を中止し、電源プラグを抜いてください。
●When plugged in, do not touch any part of the iron other
than the grip. Failure to do so will result in serious
burns. Never leave the iron unattended while plugged in.
●To avoid fire, never use the soldering iron around
combustibles or in an explosive environment.
