Preface
本手册为双路高密度服务器准系统 SY204-D24R SERIES 用户操作手册,主
要对本产品的特性参数、系统构成、安装方式进行介绍及说明，Gooxi 的此款
高密度服务器支持 4个双路服务器节点，该系统基于 2U 四节点 24 盘位机箱及
G1DCN SERIES 主板的整合。
The main purpose of this User Manual for the SY204-D24R SERIES Dual
Processors High Density Server Barebone (“System”) is to introduce characteristic
parameters, system composition and installation methods of this Product. This High
Density Server developed by Shenzhen Guoxin Hengyu Technology Co., Ltd.
(Gooxi) supports 4 dual-processor server nodes. This System is based on an
integration of the 2U four-node 24-bay chassis and the G1DCN SERIES
motherboard.

1.1.2系统概述
System overview
SY204-D24R SERIES 准系统是一款高性能高密度服务器准系统产品，该产品在2U 机箱
高度里支持 4个易插拔高性能服务器节点，24 个热插拔硬盘模块。
The SY204-D24R SERIES Barebone is one high-performance high density server barebone
product. This Product in a2U chassis supports 4swappable high-performance server nodes and 24
hot-swappable hard disk modules.
产品主要特性概述如下：
Main characteristics of this Product are summarized as follows:
每节点支持 6个2.5 英寸 SATA/SSD 硬盘，RS/RFS 机型单节点支持 6个2.5
寸SAS/SATA/SSD 硬盘，RFN 机型单节点支持 4个NVMe+2个SATA/SSD
硬盘。
Each node supports 62.5-inch SATA/SSD hard disks; the signal node of RS/RFS
type supports 62.5-inch SAS/SATA/SSD hard disks; the signal node of RFN type
supports 4NVMe hard disks and 2SATA/SSD hard disks.
每个 NODE 是独立的，且支持热插拔，在客户增加 NODE 的过程中，不需要
停止其他 NODE 的业务
Each node is independent of other nodes and supports hot swapping. Therefore, the
user does not need to stop businesses of other nodes while adding anew node.
服务器系统采用 Intel Grantley-EP 平台,搭配 LGA2011 CPU,支持 Intel Xeon
Processor E5-2600 V3/V4 系列,最大支持 145W, 兼容 Broadwell 系列处理器。
The Server System is equipped with the Intel Grantley-EP platform. It is matched
with LGA2011 CPU. It supports Intel Xeon Processor E5-2600 V3/V4 series
products and amaximum power of 145W. It is compatible with Broadwell series
processors.
系统采用 1600W1+1 冗余白金牌效率电源,支持热插拔更换。

SY204-D24R SERIES 配G1DCN SERIES 单路服务器主板，是基于 Intel X86 架构设计，
采用 INTEL Grantley-EP平台，基于 Intel PCH C612芯片组，搭配 Intel最新一代Haswell CPU，
兼容待发布的 Broadwell CPU，该主板支持有 2颗E5 CPU，每个 CPU 支持 4个DDR4 通
道，每个通道具有两 DIMM SLOT。该主板总共具有 16 个DIMM SLOT，最大支持 512GB
容量的 DDR4 RDIMM，1024GB 容量的 LRDIMM。
SY204-D24R SERIES is equipped with the G1DCN SERIES single processor server
motherboard which is based on the Intel X86 architecture design. It is provided with the INTEL
Grantley-EP platform which is based on the Intel PCH C612 chipset. It is matched with the latest
generation of Intel Haswell CPU. It is compatible with Broadwell CPU to be released. This
motherboard supports 2E5 CPUs, and each of these CPUs supports 4DDR4 channels. Each of
these channels is provided with two DIMM SLOTs. This motherboard contains 16 DIMM SLOTs

系统 ID 指示灯设计是为了让用户能够更直观的识别当前操作在哪一台上面，它在主板
的具体位置如下所示，在主板的正面，标印为 D11 位置：
The system ID indicator is designed to help the user recognize the operating unit in amore
visual way. Its specific location on the front panel of the motherboard is shown in the following
schematic diagram with the mark “D11”.

2.2.3 BMC LED
介绍
Introduction to BMC LED indicator
BMC LED 处于主板的开关键旁边位置，此蓝色指示灯用来反映主板活动状态，具体位
置如下，D10 位置为 BMC LED，当主板通电时，则该指示灯呈闪烁状态；当没有通电时，
该指示灯呈熄灭状态。
BMC LED indicator is located besides the switch button on the motherboard. The green
indicator is used to reflect the active status of the motherboard. The specific location of BMC LED
indicator is shown in the following schematic diagram with the mark “D10”. When the
motherboard is powered on, the indicator will flash; when the motherboard is powered off, the
indicator will be off.

2.2.4 IPMI LAN

IPMI LAN port
该网口为 IPMI 专用（IPMI LAN 位置），用来 IPMI 远程管理使用，用 CAT5 及其以上
线缆接入交换机，也可以直接连接到客户的主机，支持千兆、百兆，且自适应调节，但是不
能作为业务数据网口使用，该网口的 LED 指示灯如下所示：
This port is dedicated for IPMI (see IPMI LAN location). It is used to conduct remote
management and use of IPMI. It can be connected to the switch through CAT5 or higher-category
cable, it can also be directly connected to the user’s host. It is adaptive to 100M and 100M.
However, it cannot be used as the business data port. LED indicators of this port are shown in the
following schematic diagram.
