Plug in sprayer. Set function
selection switch to AIRLESS.
Turn prime valve horizontal.
Set funcion selection switch
to OFF. Lock trigger safety.
Hold gun against paint pail. Unlock
trigger safety. Trigger gun and increase
pressure until flushing fluid appears.
REINIGUNG
Set function selection switch to AA
(Air-Assisted). Trigger gun and slowly
increase air pressure to blow material
out of gun air passages.
Close drain valve. Unlock trigger
safety and trigger gun into flushing
pail to purge fluid from hose.

Open prime valve.
Remove filters from gun
and sprayer, if installed.
Clean and inspect. Install
filters. Whipe sprayer, hose
and gun with a rag soaked
in water or mineral spirits.
Turn pressure to lowest setting.
Trigger gun to relieve pressure.
Lock trigger safety. Put drain tube
in pail. Turn prime valve down.
Remove tip and air cap
from gun.
Remove siphon tube set from
paint and place in flushing fluid.
Use water for water base paint
and miniral spirits for oil base paint.
WASTE WASTE
Turn off air
valve at gun.
Turn safety lever
of gun to OFF.
Point gun at area to be sprayed about 30 cm from surface, and begin moving gun before triggering.
A good spray pattern is evenly distributed as it hits surface. Set pressure just high enough to spray without heavy edges.
Use smaller tip size for thinner material and a larger tip size for thicker material if pressure adjustment cannot achieve even spray pattern.
Bring fluid pressure
up to eliminate tails.
Back pressure down
just to point of tails.

Set function selection switch
to OFF. Unplug sprayer.
Move gun to flushing pail, hold gun against
pail, trigger gun to thoroughly flush system.
Release trigger and lock trigger safety.
While continuing to trigger gun, turn
prime valve down and allow flushing
fluid to circulate for 1 to 2 minutes
to clean drain tube.
Raise siphon tube above flushing fluid and
run sprayer for 15 to 30 seconds to drain fluid.
PAINT FLUSH
If flushing with water, flush again with mineral
spirits, or Pump Armor, to leave a protective
coating to prevent freezing or corrosion.
