understand and follow the following:
• You must read and understand this owner's
manual before using or servicing the product.
Not doing so constitutes a misuse of the
product.
Using the product in a manner other
than as directed may result in serious personal
injury and/or property damage.
• Users must be of adequate physical condition.
• Pry Lever Bar is intended for use on improved
solid surfaces.
• Follow all safety instructions when using the
pry bar.
• Only operate the pry lever bar from the end of
handle.
• Never place your head near the handle.
• Do not exceed the pry lever bar load rating.
Personal or property damage may result.
• Do not apply more than 150 lbs/68 kgs
downward force on the pry lever bar handle.
• Do not sit, hang or bounce on pry lever bar
when trying to tip or hold a load.
• Carefully watch the tipped loads.
• Make sure no object or person is under the
load before lowering.
• Do not use if the pry lever bar is damaged or
needs repairing.
• Maintenance and repairs are to be done by
qualified person only. Manufacturer will not
accept liability or responsibility for any repair
charges without prior written authorization.

details when communicating with
manufacturer (if applicable,
serial number is on data plate).
Instructions on Receiving
Every unit is thoroughly tested
and inspected prior to shipment.
Damage may occur during transit.
Inspect product carefully when
received.
Unpack immediately after
receiving to verify product condition.
Doing so will ensure any damage
claim is made within a reasonable
and acceptable period with the
carrier for freight damage. Also verify
item received is as ordered.

Use in a manner consistent with instruction. Failure to do so may result in increased risk of
personal and/or property damage.
Only qualified individuals who have knowledge of safe lifting methods is allowed to use this
product.
Follow established safety procedures when using the product.
• Load rating of the steel pry lever bar is 5,000 pounds.
Do not exceed load rating. Personal and/or property damage may result.
DO NOT USE pry lever bar which is damaged or in need of repair. Notify Supervisor or
Maintenance people for anything abnormal.
Do not sit, hang or bounce on pry lever bar anytime when trying to tip or hold a load.
• To tip an object, roll the pry lever bar up to it and place the beveled edge of the steel nose plate under a point
that supports the weight of the object when it is tipped. Ensure that the edge of the pry bar is engaged under
the load well enough to prevent accidentally slipping out from the load.
· Only operate pry bar from the end of the handle. Never place your head near the handle.
· Do not apply more than 150 lbs/68 kgs downward force on the end of the pry bar handle.
· Be certain no object or person is under the load before lowering load.
·Carefully watch the tipped loads.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
(A) Inspect before use for:
a. Cracks, bends, twists, or any other damage to the pry lever bar especially the steel nose plate.
b. Condition of wheels, bearings and axle pins.
(B) Inspect regularly for:
a. Looseness or wear of steel nose plate rollers or axle.
b. Integrity of roller retaining hardware.
(C) Load test pry lever bar regularly by applying 150 lbs/68 kgs force to the end of the handle under
normal operating conditions.
Loading and Operation
Operation of this product is intended to be used on improved solid surfaces ONLY.

PRODUCTS' WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY (30-60-90 days)
Manufacturer warrants against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days to original
buyer for wooden components and 90 days for steel units/components following date shipped. Subsequent claims
for defective material or workmanship, as determined by the manufacturer, must be returned to the factory,
shipping costs prepaid. Item to be repaired, replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Labor costs for
warranty repairs and/or modifications not covered unless manufacturer pre-approves in writing. Limited warranty
affords purchaser specific legal rights, as may vary from state to state, jurisdiction to jurisdiction. All specifications
are subject to change without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the full extent allowable under applicable state and other laws, the manufacturer's personal and property
liability, whether by consequential and incidental damages or [other damages], is expressly disclaimed.
The manufacturer's liability in any event is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid, provided
satisfactory proof of purchase. Misuse or modification will void any warranty expressed or implied. Warranty does
not cover labor or consequential or other damages including, but not limited to, interruption of business costs,
lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The manufacturer has made every reasonable and possible effort within due diligence to accurately illustrate,
convey instruction of, and prescribe safe use practices in their description and products literature, signage and
notices. Such illustrations and descriptions do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable
or fit for any particular purpose, or that the products will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions.
The provisions of the warranty shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code
and Laws enacted in the State of Indiana.
DISPOSITION
The manufacturer will make every reasonable effort in good faith for prompt correction or other adjustment with
respect to any product.
