1 INTRODUCTION
1.5 Regarding the Blower (Vacuum Pump)
The blower is not supplied by the VC models, therefore prepare the blower from local distributer of blower.
Select the blower according to the guidelines listed in the table below.

Usually the connecting adapter which is between the hose and the blower is not including to the blower.
Prepare the connecting adapter from local distributer of blower.

2.1 Installation Space
Please secure a space for installation as according to the below illustration.
Leave sufcient space for operations in front of and behind the plotter.

2.2 Unpacking
The FCX2000 is packed as like as the picture below.
(The packing is different that depends on the shipping destination. But the outline of unpacking will be
same.)
2.2.1 Take out the stand parts from the box
(1) Remove the rapping which is covering the stand box and the main unit box.
(2) Take out the stand box from the top part of box.

(3) Take out the side stays from the stand box.
(4) There is a plastic bag for the screws and the wrench on the bottom of the stand box.
Don’t forget to take from the stand box.
There are the twelve M5L20 socket screws and the one wrench in a plastic bag.
The eight M5L20 socket screws are used to assemble the stand and the four M5L20 socket screws are
used to x the main unit on the stand.

(5) The center bars of stand are packing into the main unit box.
(6) Open the main unit box.
There are center bars
in this box.
(7) Take out the two center bars from the main unit box.

2.3 Assembling the stand
Procedure
(1) Install the two center-bars onto the right side stay and the left side stay by using the eight M5L20 socket
screws as shown in the picture below.

(2) Don’t tighten the screws securely until the main unit was put onto the stand.
