Tyre Inflator Gauge 1
O.I.P.M. 1
BEFORE INSTALLATION
• Use only original accessories compliant with
this tyre inflator gauge
• Make sure that all connections are secure.
• Clean Supply of Air: Make sure air quality is
good with no contaminants or moisture
• Regulator: Since compressed air may be used
at many points in the shop, air pressure in the
line will keep fluctuating. It is important to
use an air regulator in the air line which will
maintain constant pressure
• Use thread sealant for all threaded connections
WARNING!
• Defective accessories can lead to personal
injury and material damage
INSTALLATION
1. Connect the Tyre Inflator Gauge with the air
compressor line
2. Press & hold the chuck lever & push the chuck
onto the Inflator Valve on the tyre. In case of
dual chuck, it is only required to be pushed
onto the valve
3. Straight chuck is used for passenger cars,
motor bikes etc. with air valve facing outward
whereas the Dual chuck is used for commercial
vehicles where the air valves face outward and
inward both
CAUTION
• An FRL unit must be used in the air supply,
before it is connected to the tyre inflator
gauge
• While inserting the Chuck onto the Tyre
Inflator Valve, make sure that it properly sits
onto the valve

1. Press the ON button once to switch ON the
light
2. Press the ON button again to switch OFF the
light
To set the measuring unit in digital gauge
1. The Digital Gauge can measure in 4 dierent

2. Press the PSI-KPA button on the right once to
switch on the display
3. Now with every press of this button the
measuring unit will change.
4. Keep pressing it till it displays the desired
measuring unit
Inflating the tyre

pressure has been reached, release the trigger
of tyre inflator gauge and pull out the chuck
Deflating the tyre
1. Firstly check the tyre pressure
2. Press the deflator valve on the tyre inflator
gauge to start deflating the tyre
3. Release the deflator valve and check the tyre
pressure again by looking at the tyre inflator
gauge
4. Repeat the above steps until the pressure
inside the tyre reduces to the desired pressure,
release the deflator valve and pull out the
chuck
WARNING!
• Dual chuck needs to be held & pushed by
the operator during all the above mentioned
operations as it is not a clip on type chuck or
straight chuck
• Make sure tyre is not inflated beyond its rated

In dual chuck force has to be applied externally so that the chuck stays
intact on the tyre air valve. Whereas as straight chuck comes with a clip
which keeps the chuck in place during operation
Leakage from inflator
gauge and air supply
interface
Loose connection Push the air supply pipe firmly into the quick connect coupler
Pressure gauge not
showing the correct
reading
