INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Le ltre à particule GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL est destiné au système respiratoire du masque GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL, conçu pour fournir une
alimentation en air ltré via un tube respiratoire.
L’équipement complet peut être utilisé dans un environnement nécessitant un dispositif de protection respiratoire de classe TH2P. Il protège contre
la contamination particulaire.
La plage de température de fonctionnement du ltre est de -5°C à +55°C.
Il doit être utilisé conjointement avec le pré-ltre et le pare-étincelles.

Le ltre ne doit pas être installé directement dans le masque, ni modié. Une ltration efcace ne pourra être assurée si l’une ou l’ensemble des pièces
constituant le ltre est modiée.
Le ltre doit être remplacé en même temps que le pré-ltre.
ASSEMBLAGE

Placer le pare-étincelles dans le couvercle du ltre.
(Nettoyez-le ou changez-le, si nécessaire)
Insérer le pré-ltre.

STOCKAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Le ltre doit être stocké dans un endroit propre et sec compris dans une plage de températures allant de -10°C à +60°C et une humidité relative
inférieure à 90% HR.
La durée de vie du ltre est de 12 mois. Lors d’une utilisation intensive du système de protection respiratoire, vérier périodiquement l’encrassement
du ltre et changer-le si besoin avant la n des 12 mois.
Le ltre ne doit pas être utilisé lorsque la date d’expiration de stockage marquée sur celui-ci est dépassée.
HOMOLOGATION
Le ltre à particules GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL est conforme au Règlement (UE) 2016/425.
Le ltre à particules GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL a été conçu et fabriqué an de répondre aux exigences de la norme EN 12941:1998+A2:2008 avec une
classication TH2 P R SL.
Ce ltre ne peut offrir ce niveau de protection que lorsqu’il est utilisé avec le système de protection respiratoire GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL complet.
Le ltre à particules GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL a été examiné, à l’état de conception, par l’organisme notié INSPEC International :

Read the GYSMATIC 5/13 XXL (ref. 047846) instruction manual before using the corresponding air purifying/respiratory unit.
INTRODUCTION
The particle lter GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL is intended for the breathing system of the welding helmet GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL, designed to provide
a supply of ltered air via a breathing tube.
The equipment can be used in environment that requires a class TH2P breathing protection device. It protects against particulate contamination.
The operation temperature range of the lter is -5°C to +55°C.
It should be used together with the pre-lter and spark arrestor.

The lter must not be installed directly in the helmet, or modied. An effective ltration cannot be ensured if one or some of the lter’s parts are
modied.
The lter must be replaced at the same time as the pre-lter.

Place the spark arrestor into the lter cover.
(Clean or change the spark arrestor if necessary)
Place the pre-lter.

Place the lter. Lock the tab.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
The lter should be stored in a clean, dry place within the temperature range of -10 ° C to + 60 ° C and relative humidity below 90% RH.
The lter expected lifetime is 12 months. When under intensive use, check the lter cleanliness periodically and if needed, change it more often than
every 12 months.
The lter should not be used when the storage expiration date marked on it is exceeded.

The GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL particle lter has been designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of EN 12941: 1998 + A2: 2008 with a TH2
P R SL classication. This lter can only provide this level of protection when used with the complete GYSMATIC 5/13 AIR XXL respiratory protection
system.
